Looks like that previous leaked shirt was genuine then, even when they denied it. Be really surprised if it is the actual kit how similar it is to last season.

I really rate Gordon and wanted us to sign him when he was training with us. I am surprised that mob are letting him go but better than Goram? That’s just a total idiot statement. Big Elvis is a tube!

Think your being very harsh on Gordon. Don’t think for a minute he is as good as Goram however he was an excellent keeper and would easily make the top 10.

Gordon at his peak I'd say ahead of all of those with the exception of Klos and maybe McGregor. That's my total unbiased view.

Craig Gordon IMHO is a quality goalkeeper. Allan Mcgregor and him are very close in ability, but none of the two are as even near as good as andy goram was! We were actually the club that provided craig gordon with our training facilities and were responsible for getting him over his injury and getting him back to his best. I personally wanted our club to then offer craig gordon a contract which obviously didn't come and you don't need me to tell you where he ended up! He should have been the rangers keeper back then simple as that! He still is a quality goalkeeper and that's my honest opinion! For me he's a better keeper than both joe hart and big lurch forster. I honestly am surprised the ANTHILL MOB let him go. He really should still be their no.1!

Yes alloa ger, chris woods i personally rate as the 2nd best keeper that i've ever seen at rangers mate! Only andy goram was better for me anyway! Woods was imo a better goalie than both klos and mcgregor. Regarding arthur boruc, he shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as goram, woods, mcgregor,
gordon etc, because he's nowhere near in the same class as any of the keepers i've mentioned and that's my total unbiased opinion!

Totally right. I genuinely thought a couple of years ago when he was playing first team football that he was the 3rd best keeper in the league behind Lewis and then Wes. Goram is a legend. It’s frightening to think how good he was when he didn’t obviously look after himself physically. A bit like Neville Southall. 2 fantastic keepers and unfortunately for Craig Gordon he’s not in their league. He is a good keeper, just not that good.

Gordon is an extremely capable keeper but not in the top 10. Out with the old firm there’s been some top keepers. Ridden, Lewis and Schmiecal (spelling) all better than Gordon.

Coops, I was very young when woods was at us, so couldn't compare 100 %. Would honestly say i think klos is a better keeper than mcgregor. Very close with the goalie.

I agree yately01, we're getting very close to becoming the no.1 in scotland again and i've always said that gerrard will win the league, as rangers manager. I genuinely believe that! This season will be a very close fight for the league title and i truly believe we will win it! 👍🙏.

I agree Herewego55,our new castore home top is very plain, but very traditional, which is the way i prefer our home top to be and always the way it should be. Castore can be more extravagant with our away and 3rd kits, but the home kit identifies us, to who/ what we are! After seeing our players wearing the home top in the pictures yesterday, i really like it and think although plain, its very smart indeed. The quality will be absolutely superb, just wait and see! 👌👍.

To be honest yately01,i commented last week on here, after seeing the our prospective new castore home top in newspaper last week, stating that the collar was so very similar to last season's hummel top. I still think the same after seeing the pictures tonight, but it looks superb when i seen the pictures of the players wearing it tonight. It looks cracking as opposed to the top i seen in the media last week.

So is Roofe a consistent first team player for Anderlecht? If memory serves right he is more a Defoe type rather than Morelos type player.

I would 💯 agree Endgame, that roofe is very much more similar to defoe than morelos. Although i rate morelos very highly, if defoe was the same age as alfredo the now, i would have defoe as our no.1 striker instead of alfredo. So if we can sign roofe it will be a terrific signing and can only benefit roofe even more, working in training with a striker like defoe. We could have a younger model of defoe in roofe, which would be superb for us! 👌.

Roofe started off as a winger. Played up top with Leeds on his own, and is certainly not a poacher like defoe. I disagree lads, he's closer to morelos than defoe imo.

I know its silly season and what the media don't know they'll make up, especially regarding us just now, because they honestly don't have a clue to who we're going to be signing. That gets me on to an article i read late last night. The article stated we were interested in 2 sheffield wednesday players in morgan fox and scottish striker steven fletcher. I would honestly have taken steven fletcher about 4 years ago, but not now. He would imo have been a very good signing for us 4 years back, as he can lead the line well and is good in the air. He's relatively strong and can hold the ball up. What do we think guys?

Sal. I read that/ similar article but I don’t think it says we are in for fletcher. Original story was about 2 Wednesday players leaving but it meant fox and fletcher. It mentions Rangers and West Brom. However it’s fletcher to brom and fox to us.
