Hope all true rangers fans had a great Xmas!

MR WALLACE,
When do you think you will bring some clarity to the real fans, it would appear you won your battle at the AGM but the war continues, and this war is far from over. I hear that rangers appear to be employing personnel rather than looking at costs? This would appear to be strange given the indications coming from the board about spending and cost cutting?

As it happens it's one of the internal SPIVS who wormed his way to a managers position who now has his brother? Taking one of the positions that appeared over 4 months ago? Why now and why are you allowing this continual spend when everybody clearly knows costs will need to be cut sadly good people in fact innocent bystanders will be the victims and like some previous people "lambs to the slaughter"

It would be fair to start at the very top! As the salaries and positions are no longer viable, after all we are still in the lower leagues and are spending more than what we earn, for example we have a PR department and toxic jack? One clearly has to go (I know who I would pick) we have at least 2 food scientists? Why? Surely the players know what to eat and I am certain the head chef at Murray park knows what is good to eat.

These are just examples but as was stated after the AGM the hard bit starts now!

Silence is only an admission if it is prolonged!

We are watching and waiting MR WALLACE! Over to you.

DigiSport Romania: Although it was his freedom of CFR Cluj, the Romanian international *Gabriel Tamaș* (30 years old) still enjoys a good image in English football. There is liked by a group of second league, but the newest "runway" is the Glasgow Rangers.

Rangers, the team with the most trophies conquered the world of football, working now in the third league in Scotland, after two seasons ago, was relegated to the fourth division as bankrupt. If you get to the Rangers, according to agent Ioan Becali, Tamas Romanian defender will become the second group will evolve in Glasgow in recent years, after Dorin Goian.

Rangers are No. 1 in the third league with nine wins from as many as possible, with an advantage of 10 points against the next country. Obviously, promotion is a mere formality, and the Scots may incur a hefty salary required by Gabriel Tamaș, accustomed to the rigors of football footballer Island. The most famous defender of Ally McCoist's squad is Brazilian Emilson Cribari, was at Empoli, Napoli and Lazio.

Gers fans, I'm sorry, but someone needs to point this out. Today's Sunday Mail, Ally emotionally linking Celtic potential 9/10 in a row to season ticket money required from us fans.

Ally, you are in the wrong seat on the wrong bus.

If it was about money, then Dundee Utd or Aberdeen shouldn't be competitive in SPL (then again, they do have excellent young football managers who have grafted)

In Ally's defence, he's said before that a lot of young talent weren't keen on playing in the lower leagues and that we'd lose out in convincing them into joining us.

We know historically and culturally that some great talented youngsters just don't want to play for Rangers and good luck to each and every one on their own journey to success.

Aside from Barry Ferguson, maybe Lewis McLeod is the greatest talent discovered through our own ranks since Ian Durant. We have to up our game on bringing in talented youth who are Rangers through and through. You can only admire what Dundee United are doing but have to bear in mind the difference in playing for Rangers and their unforgiving fans. Every game is a must win.

Kfraser, if you agree with Ally on young talent not wanting to join Rangers then you need to get your facts correct. Our problem is the ability to develop the players and then give them a chance in the 1st team.
Secondly, our scouting system needs a total re-hash using ex-players with possibly Ian Durrant in charge. This should be funded by a cut[massive] in the management teams salaries. Also, a reduction of the number of senior players in the squad.

@ op can I just point out here that being competitive and being successful to all the other teams in the premiership means finishing second as stated by there managers, players, coaches who all stated when we went down "what an opportunity to finish second " so surely as Rangers fans being competitive and successful means finishing first and nothing else

I'm ages with Ally and remember he turned down Rangers for Sunderland for THE MONEY.

Somethings never change. Read his interview on the Scotsman site today where he is complaining about losing 50 millions worth of players upon liquidation.

Now I'm not too sure where he's getting that figure from from although he's used it a couple of times and it makes me think - Ally's claiming he had 50 million quids worth of players + the rest of his squad like Jig and Lee Wallace and he still blew a huge lead in the SPL and gifted the title to a very mediocre Celtic side led by a distinctly mediocre manager.

@5 why didn't he sell the players instead of them leaving for free. could have saved the club and whyte and green would not have got their hands on it

Agree0 Disagree0

@4, Tam, have you not worked it out yet? Rangers need our ST money just to stay afloat, without it our overheads are far too high, so maybe Allys talking the truth Eh!
@6 stupidist post yet.

Agree0 Disagree0

@5 I seem to remember Ally turning us down twice- but might be my age

Agree0 Disagree0

@7 JYF I am well aware Rangers need the ST money but if you pay it, you will never get rid of the people running your club, as an aside, you will never get rid of Ally either because the board are keeping him there to persaude you, the supporter's to part with your cash. The only one's that can run your team the way the supporter's want it run, are the supporter's
