Got to be honest, after watching the highlights of the game today I thought both pens were quite fortunate. If they were given against us I'd feel a bit hard done by, particularly the first. Sometimes they go for you and sometimes they go against you. Gets the goal difference up. ๐.

I agree I would not be happy if either of them were awarded against us. I also think kamara was very lucky to get away with his clear push on the guys back. I thought that was a stonewaller and would have been unhappy if it was against us and not given. Makes a change that the mistakes were in our favour this time.

In that case, the Motherwell goal should be disallowed as Edmundson couldn't get his face out of the way quick enough, soft, but penalties within the rules. I also thought Kamara's tackle on Campbell should have been a penalty, but Watt should have been booked for simulation.

Rangers played some good football yesterday. The two penalties were soft. But rules are rules. What Iโm surprised about is nobody is mentioning is the amount off jersey pulling by the Murderwell defenders on Rangers players at free kicks and corners inside their box. How much better and comfortable did we look having someone on the right wing that can actually play there? We were mixing it up all game, running in behind, some quality attacking football and I loved it! Chuffed for itten getting his first goals let's hope that's the wee rocket he needs, we're looking much stronger this season, a new box to box midfielder and also a right winger and we'll be sorted.

Loved Gerrards face when JJ scored the look of excitement and joy from him and rest of the touch line thought was great to see
With Gerrard now giving some other players chances and players coming back from injury
If we can keep Alfie and everyone else - possibly go as far to say we might not need anyone else now
We have a very good pool of players and if manager can continue to mix it up and keep them all happy and getting them all to play to there potential then weโre now looking strong And everyone looked together yesterday definitely best game of the season for me yesterday so far it was great to watch all players ๐.

Gerrard has to take responsibility for players form, he play's them out of position, he drops or rotates for no reason and hagi is another victim of this. The boy is being played out of position, he doesn't have the pace to play wide. He does have to toughen up a bit. ๐.

Hi everyone. Great result today but we have to keep it going all the way. Hibs performance today proved that no other team will do anything against that mob, so we have to do it all ourselves. We have to beat them and everyone else no complacency do not switch off no more silly goals and points given away. For me I would replace Kamara in the team hate saying it but he's not the strongest we need to be powerful in the middle and ruthless up top. Keep going Rangers we are all behind you. C'mon us.

Very very happy bear at present and the fact we have a strongish bench at present certainly helps thatโs been our problem last couple of seasons, when we had injuries we had nowhere near the callibure to cover!

His first goal had a real touch of class about it, but his 2nd was just as impressive. His speed of mind and quick feet in amongst a melee of players showed real predatory instinct. It was fabulous team performance all round that deserves the plaudits. Well done the players and manager.

Good performance . but as a, word of caution our 1st goal was a penalty so hard to know if we would have won as comfortably if we had to carve a chance open to get 1st goal . we tend to find it difficult to do that especially in spl away fixtures.

Roofe morelos Kent, is so far our strongest 11 on performances, kamara knocking at the door, Jack has it all to do to get back in that squad arfield Davis can't be dropped atm, we have a lot if selection head aches when all fit and firing, rangers should be able to play with different variation of players in cm, everyone's happy jj performed today but but simply can't be in strongest 11 based on what one 90mins since last August, settle.

Fabulous performance, Jones totally justified his selection, and what a goal he scored, he brought that bit of strength and pace we've been sadly missing on the right hand side. Bassey, as I've been advocating has major strenghts and it should see him get more game time, I feel he could play left midfield also if required. Motherwell didn't sit in, and all credit they had a go, onwards and upwards.

Played well, we are now dangerous igoing forward and looking like scoring most attacks.
Couple that with letting very few in.

A lot of good things about todays game following a European night.
Defence rock solid, midfield could have played wi their slippers on, Kamara and Davis never wasted a ball all day Arfield run his socks off and up front JJ (give him his due) made more of an impression than our 7miil or departing 20 mill men.
One thing I did notice though on the 89th minute, Defoe lost his defender went to the back post, gathered and shot in 2 touches ( great save) Morelos does and will never have that in him, pity.

Yip good performance today - I think it's hard to say if Aribo starts before Arfield. Arfield more of a grafter and more of a traditional CM but Aribo gives us more going forward and can unlock those stubborn defences with his runs and passing in my opinion, think it would come down to who we were playing I suppose. At the moment I would say it would be Kamara he starts before only because Kamara has been playing on the left of the midfield but think Kamara had been good the last few games also. bit of a conundrum from SG when all players are fit again which is obviously good.

Tav is a modern full back and will be wanted in England, some canโt see that but itโs highly prized nowadays and has been for some years, Iโve said before that Hutton wasnโt in Sandy or Danny mcgrains class as a defensive player, but he had something which became absolutely critical for the top clubs in Europe, pace, an end product, and a big engine, thatโs three things I know, , defending is not the first base any more, Liverpool, city and Utd are just 3 examples.

Watching that first half with those two in the team makes you really wonder what credentials SG has to manage our team when he picks those two.

KJA9 its great that Jones has scored and that is what he can do if he is given space in behind. He had another run in behind and got pulled back and won the free kick. Other than that he hasn't touched the ball but the fear of his pace gives them something to think about.
Its got me thinking though. So I've seen a few comments above about its justified that he's a starter etc. Why? Because he has scored one goal. If that's the case then I can only assume that people that are saying that go by stats produced ie goals scored and assists because he has been quiet when we've been in possession otherwise. If that's the case then I don't understand people undervaluing Hagi. He produces stats in almost every game he played he either scores or assists. Strange how stats are acceptable to justify one players good performance but they are forgotten when its a player who is a bit of a target for the boo boys.
Anyway, good team performance so far and hopefully get 2 or 3 more goals.

Todayโs game is the type off game that will tell if we are genuine title contenders. Off the back of an away European tie and days before another crucial European away game, A trip to Motherwell will show us whether weโre up to the challenge or not. Itโs a must win game and these are the type off games that we must grind out a win if we want to have any chance of winning the league, even if itโs a dull 1-0 scrappy goal.
