Gerrard and wilson i've no doubt will bring a striker or strikers into rangers how many will depend if morelos is sold or not. Patience guys, as the transfer window is open until the 5th of october.

Onewaltersmith, are you saying you are happy with the midfield that was virtually non-existent in the 2nd half of last season's league?

We need to improve in all areas of the park but at the moment a CDM/ CM is a priority (along with a RF and CF) .

The players we go after need to be able to slot into starting xi or at the very least push those already starting to be better. To get them we'll need to spend money.

To be fair Sirwalter54,i said the same regarding kieran tierney's injuries and actually called him biscuit hips on here. But being totally honest and unbiased mate, i have to admit that KT is different gravy pal. He's over his injuries and has been outstanding for the arsenal. Everyone from arteta to all the english pundits are raving about how good tierney is! I honestly hand on heart rate tierney better than andy robertson and what sets them apart for me is tierney is a much better defender and terrific at one on one defending.

Coops I agree with you that Tierney's a damn fine player and a relative steal for 25 million for a top EPL club but I don't agree that Barisic can be valued at half the price. You don't get into the Croatian team easily. Borna's a better footballer than Tierney and Robertson. Ben Chilwell is valued at 70 million and I still reckon our left back is better.

Barasic is much better. Croatian international. Tierney plays for Scotland. Even with Robertson and Tierney in the national team, we were crap. Bornas miles ahead. Him with aribo and Jack at the mo, have to be our most valuable players. 10 mil for Jack, 15 mil for Joe and 20 for borna. After all, which other player can disappear like borna the chameleon.

Robertson was listed at Left Back in a recent FIFA 11, so that nails it for me, he is one of the best left backs in the World, as has been proved at the highest level. I would say, that watching Arsenal that KT is doing a good job for them, but, he ahs to show continued consistency at that level to be classed alongside Robertson, and a few of the goals Arsenal have shipped have come from their left hand side, no doubting that the guy is a good player though.

As of yet i do not see where we have improved our team. A team that failed to deliver in the season gone.

Signed Defoe, already had him.
Signed Hagi, already had him.
Signed a back up LB to replace other back ups.
Signed a back up keeper to replace back up keeper.
Signed a Journeyman CB to fill in for the injured Katic.

SG in on record as saying he intends to sign guys that will improve the team. Well the clock is ticking.
Considering that Alfie is likely to be away and Borna B is being looked at by a few clubs, then SG certainly has his work cut out.

Our club seem to conducting there business well so far this summer
But it does worry me that we are week before season kicks off and we have not yet signed another striker and about to loss our only fit striker.
We should not be in this situation a club of our size should have more than 2 proper strikers at the club.
We still need 4 5 quality signings i would say to win the title if our board are serious about stopping them then gerrards need the funds to get the quality he wants.
There is a few players that could do a really good job for us as strikers i just hope we pick the right ones to come in.
i like the look of Dario Vizinger 20 year old Croatian Striker 35 games 23 goals 12 assists not bad for 20 year old and room for development and sell on and showing he can score goals and assists all be it in Slovenian league but look where we signed morelos from and how he has turned out for us.

So far, 2 x backup full backs (on frees), 1 x backup (possibly first team) CB to replace injured katic, and a backup goalie. Star striker on his way out! Sorry cannot agree with you at all, i'm certainly not buzzing, far from it. There is still time to sort things out and get the players in, but as of yet, long way to go. let's be realistic.

Lads I have supported Alfredo through thick and thin he is a good player but is temperamental. It's time to part, we should shake his hand and wish him well. He has scored a few goals for us but not when we needed he has bettered himself at Ibrox.

His parting gift is a few bob. He will do well at his new club in the first year anyway. He doesn't help himself huffing coming off the pitch. He is off we have a new challenge, step up and play.

Like yourself chunky, i'm a big fan of alfredo morelos 👍If/ when he goes to lille or whoever, i also wish him all the best at his new/ next club.
No matter which club he signs for, imo he'll be a terrific signing for them and is only going to get better and better in my eyes! He's got all the tools in his locker to be a top top striker and play for a much bigger club than lille in a much better league than french ligue one! In his 3 seasons with rangers he's had much more positives than negatives for me. The only negative in his time here was his temperament at times and stupid, petulant sending offs. His talent was never in question for me 👌He has a terrific goalscoring record with rangers and has done it against even the very good teams in europe, he was the europa league top goalscorer this season afterall! The not scoring against celtic can unfortunately happen to certain players from time to time. He always did however play well against them when he was on the park and gave their defenders a hellish time! At times he tried to hard and snatched at chances,
although he mostly always hit the target against celtic and their keeper did make some very good saves from morelos's shots/ headers! Not to mention we only paid £1million for him from helsinki and stand to make almost 20 times that from his sale,
so he's also made our club a lot of money, which of course is down to his ability as a striker 👌So if BUFF has played his last game for the famous glasgow rangers, i for one wish him all the very best, say goodbye, thanks and we move on and find his replacement 🤔He of course will be very difficult to replace but like our fantastic club always does, we'll find his replacement and of that there's no doubt!
