Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

27 Jan 2016 21:47:51
Alright troops?!?
I'm not overly concerned with the recent transfer activity. I am of the thinking that Mr M Hat is in full control of what is going on. Has he not always said he would only add value to the club and wanted players who wanted to play for RFC? Maybe he doesn't think o'halloran is worth more than what we've offered?

As for Dave King and the gang, I like the way he talks about Rangers. Trying to reinstate the old co was right up my street. I sit 3 rows from the away support and am fed up of the unimaginative, 'your not Rangers anymore' persons.
Come on guys, let's try not to be so pessimistic of our present predicament.

How do fellow Bears feel about our No1s with all the talk of most positions around the park dominating discussions on here, my concern is with Bell now back in contention and the big pole also trying to dislodge Fods, where will this leave young Liam Burt, I would hate to lose him especially across the city, would far rather him given his chance on the bench week in week out, and ship Bell, there are plenty of games in this league, when we are coasting 3-4 up that young Liam could be given league time in front of a massive crowd than punting him on loan, but in warbs we trust, the masterplan is taking albeit slower than we would like in reference to new additions, I'm just as concerned about losing a lad who's looked the part whenever I've seen him, also Liam good luck out on loan come back with your reputation enhanced and make the no1 jersey your own.

27 Jan 2016 21:26:13
Liam Burt is a midfielder mate.

27 Jan 2016 21:35:16
Are you not getting him mixed up with Liam Kelly?

27 Jan 2016 21:53:43
Sotonbear
The only way a goalie gets game time as sub is if the first choice keeper is injured/ been sent off, or the team is playing a friendly where there are more subs allowed than the regulation 3!
Highly unlikely he'd be brought on to clock up game time, even if his team are winning by 3 or 4 goals.
Not having a go pal, just saying!

28 Jan 2016 03:44:19
Sorry fellas of course it's Kelly, my heads full of wee doors and they're all banging.

27 Jan 2016 20:33:55
And come on Andy Murray!

27 Jan 2016 18:24:18
It is obvious that we [ the Glasgow Rangers supporters. ] are frustated with our clubs lack of movement in this window.
As anyone, who reads the posts on here, know me not to be a King fan. However, I totally understand the board's predicament and believe that we will win this league with the current squad. In MW and DW, we have a potentially great management team, and they have enough about them to see us over the line, this year.
I would like us to bring in a confirmed goalscorer, but if this doesn't happen so be it.
So let's beat Falkirk on Saturday and a wee win in Fife on Tuesday, will let Hibs feel the pressure.

27 Jan 2016 19:10:31
Just a wee question, what is Martyn Waghorn?

27 Jan 2016 20:14:04
We need cover for Waghorn, just in case of injury, suspension or lack of form.

27 Jan 2016 21:51:02
Evening fellow Bears

I share everyone's anxiety over the lack of signings, but the window's still open so we must keep the faith and trust in Warbs. I still feel our squads good enough to win the league but am convinced we will make a signing or 2 as it would be too big a gamble by DK not to, in case we get injuries to key players for the run in.

Quick mention for wee Barrie who's playing so well and now adding goals to his game - I think the lads going to be a star.

27 Jan 2016 17:23:38
Why do we have to wait till just a few weeks before the Petrofac final tickets go on sale, get them out early, that gives us more time to sell .
Don't care what cup it is let's get a full house and enjoy the occasion .

27 Jan 2016 16:26:40
BREAKING, hearing a new signing has been spotted at murray park, having a medical now clubs have agreed fee no source but myself and I don't have a camera phone FACT

Typical post on this site! oh sorry I forgot Mark Warburton has had to pay for the player himself and the board have given him an I. O. U .

Pointless post I know but I am sick of checking with crossed fingers for some news and its the same old!

27 Jan 2016 16:40:26
What a crap post.

27 Jan 2016 16:51:37
Grow up mate. Have faith.

27 Jan 2016 16:53:30
I'm the same mate. I check this every 5 minutes in hope that there's been some movement lol.

27 Jan 2016 17:47:37
Delboy I agree it was a terrible post but I'm sure I'm not the only fan that feels like that jimjam fully grown my friend by the way if you don't like what someone says feel free to ignore and move on I don't waste my time posting replies to other crap posts anyway here's hoping we can pull something out the bag .

27 Jan 2016 21:14:13
C'mon Bears, Azzlee's post I thought was a good attempt for a five year old --- keep trying son.

27 Jan 2016 12:36:36
There's a lot of negativity on here about DK supposedly NOT spending money all ill say on the matter is two things
1) maybe its Warburton refusing to spend the sort of money on players if he doesn't think they're worth the asking price? He's a shrewd buisnesman after all?

2) DK has spent money on the stadium, Murray park, scouts, members of staff etc and were in a Far Better position than this time last year on and off the pitch.

27 Jan 2016 13:01:08
Kevin said the exact same thing last week, too many people do have short memories and panic far too easily, we will be back!

27 Jan 2016 13:20:55
guys - agree we are night and day compared to last year, however, watching the game on Monday night, I feel we are very lightweight all over the park.
The goalkeeper and 2 central defenders do not inspire confidence, both full backs ok going forward but suspect as defenders, midfield no 'dig' and little creativity against packed defences, forwards easily brushed aside by strong defending.
I wouldn't be too keen to draw an SPL side just yet in the cup!

27 Jan 2016 13:26:57
bil72 we have Killie in the cup mate.

27 Jan 2016 15:05:41
If i heard that description without hearing what team you were talking about i would be thinking of a team that was struggling.

We're top of the league playing convincing attacking football and still we get constant nit picking, calm yourself.

27 Jan 2016 15:49:40
Just a wee thought maybe the fans have payed for the work at ibrox, scouts, members of staff and new players through buying season tickets, I'm sure Dave King will pump millions into the club again but I think he will do it in the form of ipo, I just wish he never said the things he has because now theirs a lot of negative comments regarding new players, I think this board have been great but they are trying to fix the bloody mess that was left to them also maybe the money for new players this January was used to pay Ashley back his 5 million, if that's the case I just think he should tell the fans as most fans would just be happy to be told the truth rather than the crap we've been fed for the last 4 yrs.

27 Jan 2016 19:22:07
I do think that its wise to keep the purse strings tight at the moment. Realistically we have been getting by on loans and we are top of the league. Why take more loans to cover us till end of season.

I think once we have fresh season ticket money, get rid of the old guard (or offer certain players reduced terms and if they want to stay they will sign. ) We will be in a better position although not great.

Its going to take a couple of more years to get financially fluid (challenging celtic and competing in europe will bring more game, prize and sponsorship etc) and probably longer to live up to our full potential when the merchandise situation is resolved.

As long as we win the league and have a team in the top 3/ 4 spfl next year I think we will have come a long.

27 Jan 2016 12:28:13
Whey you got to laugh at old Gary mcalisters comments on the guy Leeds pinched from under our noses. He says that he's a star of the future, got great potential, HF, he's 29 on his birthdays? Lol, he's as slow as a slow boat to China, and only going to deteriorate, look at tourie from city, he's fallen apart and slow as death.

27 Jan 2016 14:05:45
Agree Stuzo, think we dodged a bullet with than one. OK he's a big unit of a man and certainly imposing enough, but that's what midfielders are becoming more and more in England, these big athletic types with muscle on top a muscle and very little ability.

27 Jan 2016 14:46:30
So OP what you're saying here is that Warbs has no eye for a player if his main transfer target and someone he obviously rated highly at Brentford is nowhere good enough for Rangers?

Really?

27 Jan 2016 16:43:19
I don't think we dodged a bullet, he would have been a great signing for us, but he's gone to Leeds so we move on.

27 Jan 2016 11:12:18
getting a bit concerned now in this transfer window the whole o'h saga is turning into a joke I honestly think we should make buying a striker our priority cause if waggy get injured we could be in trouble as for the holding mid role why don't they get Matt crooks in the now he plays there and why let andy murdoch go out on loan me deserves to be backed all of his signings have been a success so BACK HIM I say what u think bears.

27 Jan 2016 12:04:16
The joke would have been on us if we had to pay over the odds for MOH in the early part of this window.

Whoever we bring in will add to the squad and not be a player for the development team. Leacock Macleod isn't one of the only players we will bring in.

MW says we need experience, we buy experience. A nineteen year old winger with no first team experience isn't the player we are after.

27 Jan 2016 13:05:45
Think MOH will come, good bit of business IF the deal is concluded straight after St Johnstones semi final, all they are doing is hope to get to the final where they will make more money with their STRONGEST team .
All teams have to look after themselves .

26 Jan 2016 23:42:32
Any updates on the Latvian trialist striker, Vladislavs Gutkovskis?
Looked a very promising young striker (on You Tube anyway! ) who seems to b scoring goals for fun (albeit in a - how can i put this without offending anybody - lesser footballing country? )

27 Jan 2016 00:03:48
Warbuton doesn't want him stated last week.

27 Jan 2016 16:48:43
Aye warburton said no thanks.
