I'm going to put my hands up and say I was WRONG. I said a while bk when we were supposed to have knocked £8million bid for Morelos we should have took it in a heartbeat. Not only has Morelos attitude changed, but his fitness has dramatically as wel, he's our top guy and the player we look towards when we r in a sticky situation. He's more prolific then ever and now a Columbian international slimier never has a poor game and his market value has went through the roof. Let's hope another few years with us Alfredo.

I still don't believe Rangers knocked back 8M becouse there financial history past and present does not match up to a club that can knock back big offers use your head guys if anything it was PR and putting Morelos on the map in Europe as attractive prospect for bigger teams in Europe to come chasing Rangers which is a good thing .

I said it a few times last year that Morelos body fat was the worst of the first team squad. It’s no coincidence that Stevie G identified this issue and ensured it was addressed. Being leaner and sharper and with some competition for a starting slot has lead to his improvement. The improvement in his all round game is visible for all to see, however, I’m not sure his attitude has changed yet lol.

The fact is we DID knock back £8m and it has been proven to have been an excellent decision.

He’s also grown in the shoulders which has really helped his hold up play.

Hollow55 you don't half talk Tom Kite, So Morelos is average, nd you would drive him to Brentford or Rotherham, tell you what put your money where your mouth is, I will bet you £50 which you can pay to a charity of my choosing, and say Morelos will leave us, it will be 14 million or more, and he will go to a top league club in whichever Country. And you should be supporting our players rather than wanting to drive them here and there. This young average player will be a really big star one day soon.

hollow todays inflated market tells you moralos will go for top dollar, there's donkeys, nomads, here down south going for silly money, moralos has youth on his side as well as great potential he is 22 with everything in front of him. like yourself agreed moralos can drive you mad but this season he is very much improved and getting better, when he goes and i wish him as long as we get top dollar for him, gone are the days we sell the crown jewels for nothing.

In today's transfer market I'd say 10m for Morelos is not unreal. If that figure is attained and knowing gers culture I think they would sell him in a minute.

Last year people were quoting daft money for morelos when he hadn't done anything other than have a decent first half of the season. This year however is very different, morelos is banging them in on every front. The fact that he is producing the goods in europe adds massively to his value. Easily worth anywhere between 10-15mil👍.

agreed with coldo, moralos value between 10to 15 million. what i hope we are doing is looking for the next moralos. hope the scouting team are looking hard, the way forward for me.

Morelos was brilliant when he came on against Livingston his hold up play and movement was first class.
If he does leave it will be for a fee of 12 million plus but hopefully he remains at Rangers for at least another few seasons.

Agree londonjack, this is the way forward, buy cheap, sell big, they have done it for years, also add in as big a sell on clause as you can negotiate.
I do believe we will sell him next two years for between Ten and twelve million.
His goals speak volumes, especially European ones. Also stay in Columbia squad and score for them.

I believe Solanke will end up at Ibrox in January. Listened to Ejaria speak very highly of his experience and how making him a better player and believe Solanke and his club manager will be influenced by that. Especially if we qualify for the last 32 of EL.

Bankie, where / when will he play. can't see us making a deal with a club who have fines for not playing there players. Morelos is our main man and he won't be moved.

1. Liverpool will agree to a less demanding clause resulting from significant benefit and value they are deriving from the development of Ejaria and Kent.

2. Based on lack of discipline and self control I would expect Moralos to be unavailable for around 12 games in the second half of the season.

We clearly need another quality striker and there will be more than enough games for Solenke to receive opportunity to prove his value to he parent club whilst contributing to a successful season for us.

Cant see solanke wanting to come up and be second string in our league when he could move to a championship side and play games everyweek. If he comes up here and is unsuccessful his pool career would be over.

Jboy21, how is it not possible for Morelos to be banned for up to 12 games in the second half of the season? I’m including league, Scottish Cup and EL. Think he has missed 4 or 5 fixtures already and we are still in November. Also he will have form dips and injuries to recover from.
Stand by what I say and that Solenke will join us in January. Would not underestimate how pleased Liverpool are with development of Ejaria and Kent in short time here and that sort of experience is not available in English Championship.
