Any thoughts fellow Bears on what our team should be against Celtic on Sunday? I think we must have players in the team who have experience of Old Firm games, so that must include McCulloch, Miller, Wallace, Smith and Foster (I suppose). It is a shame Bell isn't fit but we couldn't risk Robinson in such a big game for his debut. Hutton should play (he has played against Celtic before) and Law. Not sure about the full line-up maybe we should throw on Moshni up front for a laugh!

Heard that MA will give us the loan we need with no security but will hold all the aces as he will be the biggest creditor and can oppose a CVA is this right ED

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed039's Note - Quite possible, however I am not sure how it works with the Rangers structure in terms of one subsiduary company owing another subsiduary company money)

Thats only being propsed because 3 bears have offered same or its because dinsdale and doug cannot be blamed for not acting in best interests of the company

Agree0 Disagree0

CVA as is Admin which most of us on here have worked out is not ever ever ever happening gonnae stoap wi the Admin posts please

i am george

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Jan 2015 00:11:23
sorry I may be being silly here but CVA? I thought a CVA was when you were in admin? and offering to pay coppers to people who may otherwise get nothing? have I missed something? If the bears or King win they will have Ashtrays debt to pay, but some of that should still be in the bank surely?

They da aw sizes pal very good quality.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

blah blah blah.....

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - pointless waffle with no basis in reality. This is just sheer childishness, take it to the playground but do not try and carry on this crap any more on here, it is boring and pathetic and complete nonsense from people with no idea what they are talking about.}

26 Jan 2015 16:32:14
Fair enough Ed, its intresting that when a topic currently in the news and papers is posted which the eds don't like or agree with its playground stuff or the person expressing there view no,s nothing,

Just my view
No point posting this on site.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - I don't care if it is in the news, it is boring and has been for years. It is only in the news because half wits with more money than sense thought they would ruin a great gesture by the club they claim to support with a pathetic advert. People need to grow up, it is not for anyone but the members of a club to decide what it is.}

Well said Ed. All this garbage does take away from what was a memorable day for the fans and the charity and the Celtic donation will be well received.

Agree0 Disagree0

Dabhoybhoy

I hope you and you fellow muppets can read the statements by the 2 most adored sons of the east Kenny and Lenny both saying it is Old Firm and Rangers are unchanged same team with the history. Kenny actually calls your mindset like trying to deal with a psychpath no explaining what's going on in their hads and pointless talking to themlolol

Scottish FA have postponed tomorrows hearing. This is a joke! What about the fans? More Limbo!. SFA not fit for purpose.

Think they've agreed to a telephone conference m8, just wish they'd tell us who money they're taking, we probably know that already, hope sarver is still interested though!

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Jan 2015 15:29:29
See the sfa meeting is now postponed conference call instead sfa are a farce of a organization no doubt there will no action tain against ashley so it's now up to us the fans and shareholders to get rid of this inept board sfa botled it once again

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I wouldn't jump the gun, Craig, something is about to unfold, is my guess.

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Jan 2015 17:15:17
How would this sound? The Dk and 3 Bs win an egm, they get round the table with Sarver, they create a board with Rob Sarver allowed to buy a controlling interest a thus DK, GL, DP, and GT, boardroom under Sarvers ownership, with a new CEO, and John Greig and AMC as non execs,? Or am I dreaming guys?

Agree0 Disagree0

Too many egos I think, Tommy. I believe King wants outright control, Sarver definitely wanted it. Call me cynical, but I am still of the opinion that the Sarver bid was a ploy to get the share price up. It was never going to be accepted. Could be totally wrong, has been known. One thing for sure though, a complete clear out is needed.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Jan 2015 00:16:28
I suspect DK is wealthier than many folk think, He has always been my hope but Sarver is intriguing,

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont trust any of them. Just my opinion.

Agree0 Disagree0

Agrees, Password. Despite what the various Georges say, King is no less a spiv than Ashley and fans would be stupid to flock to any spiv in a storm.

Agree0 Disagree0

Disinterested (appropriately named mate)

King offers 16million to save us with no security and has previously lost 20million on his team that he clearly loves.

He did not want security on Ibrox or MP

He has paid his taxes to SA tam man and is nothing to do with the investigation into Tax authority system.

ashley on other hand is securing every asset of Rangers FC except Ibrox and screwing us for the kit money as in he gets everything and Rangers get next to f**k all.

So based on these FACTS you still honestly think King is a bad choice?

I despair of the minority of Bears like you who remain deluded despite ashley and the board completely shafting Rangers and ignoring the customer. us fans

I am not at all surprised you are disinterested as your opinion reflects that.

Thakfully the rest of us are interested and pay attention to the facts we support Rangers lads like King and the 3 Bears for a reason unlike your logic which thankfully will not affect the outcome you are in a tiny minority as you can see on here, in protests and by attendances.

i am interested/george

Agree0 Disagree0

George, let's just see who's right after the EGM, eh?

I hope (and believe) I'm NOT a minority - if the majority of them think like you then we are truly effed. Nothing will be better after the EGM. Ashley has us strung up like kippers, and there's nothing King can do.

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Jan 2015 15:24:38
Bears or EDs

Does anyone know how long it takes to confirm the EGM is going ahead /

it seems a waste of a week already waiting for what I would suggest is a pretty straight forward request.

Have had so many ups and downs over the last 3 years this EGM is the final hurdle.

i am george

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - I did post the answer according to company law a while back. It was something like 21 days after the request that shareholders have to be informed of the date. The date has to be within something like 28 days of the date shareholders are informed. That is just off the top of my head as I don't have time to check right now, but it is along those lines.}

Cheers ED that sort of ties in with the 6 weeks figure I had heard give or take a week.

Cannot come quick enough.

i am george

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes Ed, that was your previous statement, but I think the 'conference' statement will change all that.

You pulled my recents posts? Why?

Fellow Bears
The build up to Sunday has now moved up a gear, and I know that deep down we are all a wannabe manager of the famous Glasgow Rangers. If you were manager for Sundays game, what would your speech be to the players just before they left the dressing room, and I know they shouldn't need any motivation for a game like this but what song would you make them listen to, to get them pumped up before they head up the tunnel. my speech would be something along the lines of yesterdays match when what it means to people when the Rangers family pull together, and how we support players who have/would run through a brick wall for the jersey. my song would be "Have You Seen The Glasgow Rangers.

This mob should be singing the death march m8, and my last instructions would be, everybody stand on the goal line for 90 mins,, only joking, I really don't believe this team have the ability to cope with a decent team, they will be trying to score a lot of goals, we have players who are so bad, its scary how coisty thought they were good enuf ( Airdy, Blackie etc) need to fill the midfield, stay disciplined, and play miller on his own with temps playing off him, I pray aird, black, or mosni ain't playing, I just hope we survive without embarrassment, they will come flying at us with commons shooting from evrywere, we need to settle quickly,

Agree0 Disagree0

Tommy, Maybe the answer would be select Black and get him to stick to Commons, making it 10 a side. Also tell Black he is allowed a bet on ' Commons not to score. ' I'm sure that we would be the best incentive for him.

Agree0 Disagree0

Tommy they are clinging to commons, and one thing a few of them will be shooting down to England withing hours of this game, shooting down to sign for there new clubs, but I wonder how any transfers would go should some of these players get a bad injury, IDE imagine any club interested would want there new player before this semi final.

Agree0 Disagree0

Regardless what anyone tries to say or spend stupid money on newspapers. This is Rangers V Celtic and call it whatever it will be passionate and who would want to predict the result? On paper Celtic should win comfortably but the game is played on grass and there are so many things which can change the form (players up for it, not up for it, bad day, weather, mistakes by ref, player gets heated and sent off early. the list goes on). Ask Barcelona when they played the other side of the city. Anybody's game this one. The pressure and expectation is all on Ce;tic

Been reading media stuff on the coming Rangers v 2nd best scottish team ever and does nobody ever tell these players to keep their mouths shut.

Walter Smith used to love pinning up celtic players press comments if they taunted Rangers and so have most managers of both teams.

Foster should shut up and anyone else for that matter, the best way to be an underdog and cause a surprise is the other team being complacent and over confident every time. Mind tht person Moshni blebbing on about Hibs being pish and they were fired up to f**k and gubbed us.

Celtic's person fans have though been really stupid with the dumb advert they took out and given the biggest ever taunt to a Rangers team if ever they needed one, stick that full page garbage up on the dressing room wall and get the team fired up to show them we are Rangers now we have always been Rangers and always will be Rangers.

Your worst nightmare

It would be better to stick up some tactics!

Agree0 Disagree0

Jack1

problem is explaining what tactics are to this team as our temp manager is a joke just sticking with the ally model as some form of loyalty or he is just as pish more likely

not rocket science in a game like this

park the bus pressure every tackle no room to any of their men and hump it up in hope of a lucky break miller bangs one chance in

News just in on Necastle sale:

Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley has received an offer to buy the Club from a Nigerian source.
He received an email which read:

"Dear Friend,
My late husband was foreign minister of Nigeria, and on his death he deposited USD15,000,000 in a bank account. In order to recover this money I need to deposit these funds for a short time in a European bank account. Please send me your bank account details as you are a kind man. !"
