Jboy21 i was at the game he changed the shape. Livingston were coming back into the game. He moved to a back 3 of goldson, flanagan and mcauley and pushed tav up. i'm watching from the club deck so i can see the teams shape. I remember also halliday was down for a couple if minutes took a knock.

The booking to Morelos was planned by Stevie G. Now he misses a game against Dundee instead of one of the harder teams. No reaction from him on touchline at all.

Halliday took a bit of a knock and his concentration went a bit after it. Right sub to make at the right time 👍.

I can, almost, understand why SG rested Morelos. I'm not into the anti-Rangers conspiracy, sans W. Collum, but I have no idea why Morelos was boked today. Please enlighten me.

There is simply no reason why Morelos got booked today. I've watched it when i got home, Morelos has acknowledged the referee then walked away. Remember he doesn't speak to much English. Then that CLOWN of a referee decides to book him. Please explain yourself ref!

Why is there a poll.? Of course it was petulance, he was asked on more than one occasion to come back to the referee but continued to walk away then threw his hand in the air as if to dismiss him . that’s classed as dissent there for yellow card!

Granted he should never have been spoken to in the first place but as he was he should have stood (like the Livi player did) and listened.

LeeMcF, utter nonsense, it was not petulance at all. Morelos with his little English responded to the referee by nodding his head. This was purely poor referring. Morelos in this instance did nothing wrong!

If anybody has noticed it’s the same ref as Kilmarnock game, woeful but he is my wee fellas pals uncle, former season ticket holder at The piggery, thought he was atrocious today and the Killie game, don’t mind refs with Celtic background growing up but referee the game as you see it fairly!

When fredo morelos came on today, he made sure we won the game. Morelos far more effective than lafferty by a country mile! I said on here and i'll say it again, i wouldn't have brung kyle lafferty back to rangers!
Morelos is essential to the rangers team and everyone saw how much of a difference he made today, when he came on! He's a tremendous striker who will only get better and better!

Not being biased in the least but fredo is the best striker in scottish football, IMO! When he does eventually leave us, it will be for a very big transfer fee! He'll score at least 25 goals for us, this season,
injury free! Like i've said before,
morelos plays a similar style to luis suarez! Now before people dive in here think carefully what i'm saying! He plays a similar style to suarez, not as good as suarez! He has very similar traits to suarez, the way he plays the striker role!

Coup, there is nothing to think about, Morelos is a superb signing, not only does he do his job and put the ball in the net, he's strong and also assists. My question to all is, how much is he worth?

Jboy explained it above lads, morelos was out to get booked he tried a couple of times before it. We should be thanking the ref at least he's clear now for the big games in December 2x hibs, celtic and the sheep. It was definitely a tactical booking.

I reckon we should command anything between £12-£15million for morelos,
if any club were to bid to sign him!
They're loaded down in england and if a club down there, wants him badly enough, they'll pay that for him!
Sick of seeing english clubs coming for players up here, thinking our clubs should roll over and give them the player on the cheap! Gerrard should and will i believe, make any interested club in morelos, pay through the nose for him, rightly so!

Coup, agree with your valuation, my concern is if someone comes in with that kind of offer in January then Rangers will sell. It would be an excellent profit. Then there would be the difficult job of finding a replacement.

Goalie, I agree, the club would be absolutely mad to sell Morelos next summer, let alone January! If he went in January I would fear the worst for the rest of the season. Gerrard has a game plan with Morelos up front which is getting better all of the time, despite the frustration of his bookings. Just look at what Gerrard has to say about him, he will get better and better than this.

Solanke on loan use the money to clear some of the debts, gives us till the summer to identify a couple of strikers. I hope he stays tho love wee morelos.

We have the chance to go top next Sunday as Celtic have the final. Not only that but we play hearts who we have a game in hand over, so a chance to put some light between us and them.

Referees were a joke again today. He called morelos over and he came. He nodded his head and walked off, the guy hardly speaks english so what is the ref going to say? Jack was fantastic. Ejaria and Lafferty were weak. Middleton and Candeias were decent on the wings. We still look fragile on high balls into the box. Halliday wasn't great but Livi got back into the game when Flanagan replaced him. It's going to be a sad day when El Buffalo moves on. he's a special player.

We had a 60 minute look at what life without Alfie will be like today. The difference in tempo when he came on and the way he links the play not to mention a goal and an assist. Good thing is that the price tag is getting higher and higher every week.

Morelos ensured we took the 3pts as he was excellent when he came on for Lafferty.
Thought McAuley had a good game but Middleton wasn't 100% today and Halliday is a makeshift LB who gives his all, but hopefully Barisic will be back soon.
Ryan Jack deserved his MOTM as he strolled through the game.
A good 3pts taken into account the spoiling tactics of Livingston and some woeful decisions by the ref.

Agree Morelos changed the game and his value is on the up but hopefully we will see him in a Rangers shirt for sometime yet.

Ryan jack was superb today and again, the pick of our midfielders. He does the spade work magnificently and keeps the ball continually moving for us! He'd always start in our midfield, as far as i'm concerned! It goes unnoticed at times, how effective ryan jack is,
to the rangers midfield! He breaks the play for us superbly well and starts moves from in front of our centre halfs! He wins the biggest majority of his 50/ 50 challenges! He's a very tough midfield competitor! Deserved his MOTM today!
