Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

24 Mar 2017 17:52:47
So dk says there will be agreement in place by summer with ashley and sd, the rumours are that sd could end up shirt sponsers call it mad but it could end up quite profitable, ashley is a horrible person we know that but is loaded and he'll throw everything at the legal cases surely it could be an amicable agreement until the shirt deal runs out somehow, anyway back to take my meds for daydreaming and looking at twitter lol.

24 Mar 2017 22:20:01
Come on Gareth and co.

24 Mar 2017 22:43:47
Let's be realistic, King and Ashley will never reach any agreement. Remember Ashley wanted King jailed. This isn't about money any more. King is spinning a yarn as per usual.

25 Mar 2017 09:13:17
Gor, why the intense dislike of DK (David King just to be clear! )?

You rubbish most things about the way he is running the club, disbelieve any statement and yet he is doing exactly what he said he would.

I'm sure that your GP (doctor) will prescribe happy pills if you describe your symptoms!

25 Mar 2017 09:22:27
He thought Ashley would be our saviour.

25 Mar 2017 10:49:32
He was saying the same on LSE when we were still trading on AIM.

25 Mar 2017 13:18:23
BR65, take off your blue tinted glasses. Don't need happy pills my friend just a nice wee Balvenie Double Wood! If you believe in King the career criminal then that's your choice. King who says he'll spend 30 million when in fact he personally has spent 3.8 million. King who uses our money from club 1872 to pay his legal fees. King who has fallen out with the rest of the board. It's only my opinion as its a friendly banter site but it's time for King to stand down.

25 Mar 2017 13:51:30
Who replaces king then? Ashley? Lambias? Easdales?

25 Mar 2017 16:23:08
If dave king was to be replaced as rangers chairman, then i would like brian kennedy or douglas park to be the new rangers chairman! Another very credible candidate would be current director john gilligan!

25 Mar 2017 16:31:18
Sorry. None of the above.

25 Mar 2017 18:43:15
I disagree with Cee regarding Kings replacement. Supercoopereleven's suggestions are a lot better.

24 Mar 2017 16:14:54
Nice to see Templeton finally get a contract. Surely a nice run in the first team and he stays injury free he can get back to his usual self. Was a cracking prospect a few years ago! Good luck

24 Mar 2017 18:55:40
Good on him and good luck. However do Hamilton not play on a plastic pitch? . That's what done his knees in the bottom leagues. He played one and missed 3!

24 Mar 2017 22:48:04
Hope he gets back to his best! Must be absolutely torment being injured so often!

25 mar 2017 16:28:26
just to reiterate what other bears have said! good luck wee temps! wish you all the very best of luck, in hopefully, relaunching your career! i was over the moon when we signed david templeton from hearts! he's definitely a talented winger! i always said that temps, was a "tanner baw player"! an old fashioned name for a old fashioned type of winger!

26 Mar 2017 13:07:30
A club in desperation just wasting a wage.

24 Mar 2017 15:40:22
have feeling if it was b. ferguson or j. brown that was coming to us it would have been agreed by now

24 Mar 2017 21:35:24
let him interview all the candidates first

24 Mar 2017 22:53:42
I'm hoping it's Alex Rae by far best candidate.

24 Mar 2017 22:55:55
Its got to be Barry for me

24 Mar 2017 23:42:50
How many are still to be interviewed?

24 Mar 2017 15:21:18
whats the chances of weiss coming to us? can anyone see it happening? The guy would love to come back and play for us! its what we need.

24 Mar 2017 21:34:23
Sure he just signed a new deal

25 Mar 2017 00:11:24
"Its what we need". Just what is that mate? As i said on a post re signing previous players the other day i really don't think he is the answer. He had brilliant debut but other that league cup final where he played quick free kick for winner i personally overall don't think he was oustanding. I don't recall anything else he done. I remember quite a few games where i was dissapointed in him . As i said before we should be signing players based on what they do on the park. Not because they constantly talk about us on twitter. I do like weiss but he really isn't the answer. We need somebody that performs more than once in every 10 games

25 Mar 2017 09:23:13
He was 21 when he played with us! him and McKay on the wings would be terrific.

25 Mar 2017 13:10:13
McKay has a lot of work to do, he is seriously underachieving considering his ability. Does not show it enough. Hopefully Pedro can get more out of him. I liked Weiss, before coming to us he was awesome, played without fear and care. I don't think we saw the same player and I don't think he is he same player as he was as a kid for Man City. However I wouldn't say no to him coming home.

26 Mar 2017 13:11:58
Cee he may have been 21 when he played for us but you are merely highlighting why we should not sign him. I.e he is of an age now where he should be at his peak yet he plays in sort of league where u go for one last pay day.

Compare his stats at rangers to for example gregg wylde. Not in a million years am i saying to sign wylde far from it but he probably contributed more in terms of assists etc than weiss and was similar age if not younger.

My point is weiss is vastly overrated based on fact he loves rangers. Its not rocket science we need to start signing players based on what they offer on the park not on social media posts.

26 Mar 2017 13:14:53
Dunno if we could get Weiss Transfer Fee plus wages could out price us think Pedro will have to shop wisely think king will give him anything between 5+8m? Thoughts Bears

24 Mar 2017 12:31:06
anyway, back to the player talk. surely there's a huge chance weiss will return to ibrox after constantly saying he wants to come back and caixinha is a huge fan of his playing him regularly at this last club where weisss was on terrific form? must be a chance of this happening? would we be happy with have weiss back?

24 Mar 2017 12:44:09
would be a great signing.

24 Mar 2017 13:02:28
We couldn't afford him.

24 Mar 2017 14:28:51
Would love to see him back, and he obviously still has the Gers in his heart. Issue is he's still got a couple years left to run on what I'd assume is a hefty contract, so he would not come cheap.

24 Mar 2017 15:22:55
as much as i am happy with Pedro so far if we can beat motherwell then killie and Aberdeen away I will be delighted as our away form has been abysmal, it would close the points gap and could then look forward to the cup game a bit more assured.

24 Mar 2017 17:17:43
Noticed the manager has a few trialists at Murray Park this week playing in yellow and blue. Hopefully at least one of them will make it.

24 Mar 2017 17:44:27
Fd

Do you have any names of the trialists?

25 Mar 2017 13:06:43
looks like a couple of big old fashioned centre half types

24 Mar 2017 11:09:17
Ronnie Rd. Not saying you have to care if Rangers is in the blood or not, but surely it helps. Even Pedro has recognised this as he is trying to recruit someone of this ilk as the Rangers number 3.

24 Mar 2017 10:11:59
For all that criticize Dave King surely returning us to an operating profit for the first time in how long only underlines the fact he is doing a decent job, albeit small i'd rather be in this position than signing players at the expense of uncontrollable debt.

24 Mar 2017 11:02:48
Totally agree, I don't think how he has handled some situations has been ideal but if you look at the progress the club has made since he has taken over its been all but positive. Including on the park, We might not be contenders but that was always going to be a tough ask this season. Let's hope pedro gets a decent budget and can bring in some players to challenge the smelly lot next season.

24 Mar 2017 11:13:32
King hopefull that some form of resolution can be made with Ashley in order for a new kit launch next season -

24 Mar 2017 11:14:54
Fully agree and the board reflects the culture of the club. There are lots of critics of course and the delusional wanting middle eastern or Chinese billionaires taking over but we're in good hands with good common sense thinking and realistic ambitious targets.

24 Mar 2017 22:06:07
Whst is the hype about operating profit. The club made basically the same loss as this time last year. Lost £288k in 2015 to december, losr £238k to December 2016. The operating profit has improved by around £800k which is good but other costs of around £570k are just ignored. So another loss. So next season disposal of players will cost. Better players will cost. If Rangers don't qualify for Europe there will be a massive loss next season unless the Ashley problem is solved.

24 Mar 2017 23:47:09
Smoke and mirrors, season tickets anyone? Still can't see past the pr at this time of year!
