well I said hearts could not go on winning if we could win the two games against them that would be 9pts they would lhave lost get s macall to end of sseason immediately

Can not see us going season without dropping more point no manager boardroom is a mess we need a season with a clean board to sort ourselves out lots players contract running out end is season so can this is why we ain't getting the best out them we will also need sign new players suppose we can live in hope though but I bet we drop more points than hearts do

Agree0 Disagree0

I recently found out that there are 3 playoff places at the end of the season which means Rangers only need to stay in similar form to make the playoffs. Then 2 wins and you arein a straight fight to reach top division.

If EGM goes to plan and new Management plus financial restructuring in place I am happy with remainder of this season and the summer training to get our new team into good enough shape to take on celtic and aberdeen. I would rather be playing the top division teams to raise our standars quicker next year than a 2nd year in this division. Even if as likely we end up 2nd, 3rd or poss even 4th. Europa leauge a chance (assuming all requirements have been met) and that is when for me this will start to become a distant memory playing in Europe again. Any Juve fan (I go to see Barca and Juve in London and Eur matches) will tell you that their banishment relegation is now part of their great comeback to the top and Alessandro Del Piero, Gianluigi Buffon, Pavel Nedved and Mauro Camoranesi are now regarded as their greatest living heroes because they stayed and helped them fight back to the top of Europe agin. Something us Bears should always regard Wallace and Big Jig for, it makes me sad allys bad management puting Jig in defence insted of in front of defence or midfield to attack has diminished the great contribution and loyalty he has shown Rangers. Not for me I regard Wallace and Jig as our 2 heroes of this era. If we were to ever be in position to make big signings again I would NEVER EVER allow any of the "deserters" like Naismith, MacGregor, Ness McCabe etc etc to darken our door again turncoats all of them Davis being my only exception as he made effort to ensure we got a fee. Jelavic also I would have back too whyte shafted us not him.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - I am one of the few who do not hold any animosity towards "the desserters" as you call them George. I understand what they did and why they did it)

Post 2i am George, ime with you on this one mate, my feelings exactly.

Congrats Falkirk, I hope our team can now take the life line win the two rearrangred fixtures and keep the pressure on. A double over Hearts and win rearranged Cowdenbeath game is 3 points and heat on Hearts. Let's do this!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed039's Note - I get 4 points if those results swung our way?)

24 Jan 2015 17:13:34
Quite right Ed keep forgetting it's 13 and not 12.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 17:44:54
4 points would be correct 13 points behind just now

Agree0 Disagree0

Hearts are young and inexperienced and they have 'previous' in the bottle it stakes as a team.

I think it is huge for our chances that we win the game in hand and the Hearts postponed game then let's see how we are after the EGM management wise.

Can I ask Bears were there 2 Hearts games postponed as I cannot see a tynecastle game until the last game of the season (possible final day win for us yet again:-)

If the EGM victory happens and we back our new board with sell out crowds and we get McInnes management team in place or at worst McColl I see no reason we cannot use the March April games to set up a title decider against Hearts on the final day. Mind that the EGM will be around first week in March.

Praying for EGM result and our club to become Rangers again, as in a football team, not a front page laughter story and a den for thieves.

i am george

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - No George, we already played Hearts at Tynecastle this season and lost, Steven Smith was sent off, the return fixture as you point out is on the final day of the season. Ibrox first day of the season and Tynecastle last day of the season, funny how the best games for ratings came out on day 1 and last day of season from a random computer system)

Ed in responce to your wee bit on geo post they computers are amazin eh, it's crazy how the computer works, only a computer could answer how it managed it eh lol

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Its madness I tell you)

I am excited at the thought Hearts going into final month maybe only a few points ahead at worst if we get finger out, actually with good manager in post EGM I think we will win league, but as say if Hearts are just ahead their fans and players will be shi*ing it and dreading a final day winner takes all against us, I am proud as hell Rangers tend to raise the standard and keep the bottle on final day deciders (ask tims about that part of our history ;-).

Would take us to beat them all day long.

It does seem really fated to go that way.

24 Jan 2015 15:39:19
we are messing about trying to sign chris eagles when dundee utd sign ryan macgowan (ex hearts ) for nothing and celtic sign macaytevens for nothing quite certain that dundee utd are not paying him a fortune a week a lot less than eagles would want and basically magowan is the player who would have made a difference to what we have

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed039's Note - We have no money to pay the players we have never mind sign new ones)

That may be right but if as reported they were interested in eagles macgowan would have been far better deal rather than another chelsea pensioner who turned down rangers in the past

Agree0 Disagree0

We have no monies to pay the current players at the end of the month!!!

How can we afford to bring other players?

Some fans need to wise up to the shoite Rangers are in - this is the reason we are have an EGM.

FFS - are some posters on a different planet to the rest?

Agree0 Disagree0

There is no danger the wages will not be paid the money will come from either ashley or the three bears the club may be in the mire cash flow wise but both parties will act quickly to plough cash in

Agree0 Disagree0

Whoever is in pole position or dinsdale and doug should show some sense and get manager in

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 17:56:06
BIGWULL:There is NAE MONEY for a manager!

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Not while the former manager is still collecting a wage anyway)

Ed wiz only a bit of lighthearted banter I am no whizz kid on computer I looked but could not find it that's why am sitting with dunces bunnet on

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Eh?)

If I was on board in the present financial position there are many things u can do I would get money to pay a manager to endv of sseason the first thing I would would be rip up simonsens contract for the betting fiasco and carry on in the same manner down the line and I am quite certain I deal could be done with s mcall or whoever to come in for 2k a week or less then a square up in the summer or when investment is sorted because I still feel hearts are not uncatchable

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed (?)

Two now collecting wages >

1. The Manager who is on garden leave

and

2. The Interim Manager, soon to be on garden leave.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed in responce to g. k. k. Post I think if king or bears get control after e. g. m. then mccoist would rip up his contract, maybe get a job upstairs.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - I agree with you on that)

Gikk

I agree we have no money but always seem to have plenty of salary for paying off previous CEO's and new directors linked to Mike Ashley. This is a football club so requires a football manager every bit as much as the four overpaid directors we currently have

Agree0 Disagree0

The only way the club can stop paying these 2 guys is if they get another job. Sadly, with their track record, that is not very likely. Their love of the club means they won't want to break their association with it too early (or should that be their love of the money?)

Agree0 Disagree0

THEY COULd stop paying them full wages ie pay half for longer time no court would go against that a because they resigned and b it was endangering the clubs survival couple that to peralta gone and hunt simonsen we could get manager on board

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed it was about my post about when the panto would finnish

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Ah Ok, was on the wrong thread then, thats why I didnt understand)

25 Jan 2015 16:03:47
No matter what anyone says bout Ally or Kenny, I believe they do love the club without doubt,

Agree0 Disagree0

Tommy we all love the club, that includes mccoist, IDE imagine he is still taking his wages cause he does not want to help the board out in any way, and as I said above I would think once we get rid of the parasites he will gladly rip up his contract, let's do our utmost to get them out of our club.

Any news on when the Hearts game is going to be played supposed to be announced at the end of last week, nothing on the official website

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed039's Note - Nothing yet)

24 Jan 2015 14:42:29
Celtic fans have paid £3000 to take out a full page advert in either the Sunday herald or Scotland on Sunday saying that the team they are playing next Sunday are a new team and not the original Rangers. Surprised, not in the slightest. More interested in us than they are in their own team.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed039's Note - Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah)

Why do they care so much if that's the case? Sporting integrity n all that crap most likely.

Agree0 Disagree0

What good will that do them

Agree0 Disagree0

Wont do them any good, however it could possibly be viewed as being irresponsible on the papers' part. There is enough emotion around without a newspaper stoking the flames.

Agree0 Disagree0

The best place to find out what is going on at RFC is the Celtic View!

Their hatred of Rangers know no bounds, I was told of this midweek, the green brigade, probably, but there are many outwardly decent, respectable workers and business men who also despise everything Rangers, they will never change their views, sad and ridiculous, but true, ignore it and watch our club rise again
Tommy

Tommie they hate us because of our success, they wish they held our records, that is it mate, as simple as that.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

When all pantos end next christmas

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Did you at least read the article?)

Hi Ed (?)

It is a very good article, but did not tell us anything we did not know already.

How does an ordinary Joe get to write an article, if they had one to write?

Thanks Ed much appreciated.

I posted a spiel earlier about my timeline thoughts on Rangers can you post it?

Interesting summary but novel insight. All based on what is already well publicized. That said, no biased sland and trying to stick with the facts. Hope it's updated as things 'progress' (or not)

Noticed that one time galactico wannabe Beram Kayal has moved to the south coast. A few years ago, along with Izaguirre, this guy was apparently worth upwards of £10m. I always say, if the players are that good they would not be playing in Scotland.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

So when tims had wanayama/hooper/foster and we had hutton/boumsong/cuellar they were just bawbags worth pennies?

If a player comes through the ranks and you get a lucky era like Man U Beckham Scholes Butt 2 x Nevilles the players are worth huge money. Were tims or us to get lucky and a real talent baby Messi turned up we would still get big money as the market place would dictate the price anyone that talented in ANY league set up is bid up by the mega rich teams.

Sadly these teams have got the world youth player market so well stitched up the days of homegrown talent staying in a minor legue (outside top 5) are rare to non existant

Hey bears, kayal was a cracking player in his first season, until mc cullough ruined his career, still has signs of a good player, but has never got over that injury.

Agree0 Disagree0

DaB?

Kayal was another your lot who liked to give it out but cried like a baby when he had to take it!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Kayal tried to act the hard man and went into a 50/50 half hearted and hurt himself. first rule in football never pull out a challenge

Agree0 Disagree0

George, not sure what you are mumbling on about. Back then they were claiming Madrid and Man u were interested. Truth is, he wasn' t as good as they thought. These guys would be playing for big clubs if they were as good as made out. That goes for any super hero player in Scotland.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 17:50:21
Why the hell u care about kayal?who gives a toss we r in a shambles I would snap the hand off u to be in celtics posistion right now with or without kayal in the team

McCulloch ruined his career? A 50/50 tackle he sxxt out of, that's a derby game m8, ruined his career my arse, you kept him long enuf afterwards, he was fit to play, a coward who cried to the papers years later,, or maybe we should look at every hard tackle in old firm games and find excuses, I'm sure we could find millions

Agree0 Disagree0

Tommy ime in agreement it was a50/50 tackle, if you want to see a bad intended tackle tommy look at the tackle on Ian durrant. perfect example of bad tackle.

Just a post to thank Celtic Football Club on the kind donation to Fernando's charity. Huge respect. A very worthy cause bearing in mind one of the worlds greatest player Jimmy Johnstone has a similar illness. Thanks Celtic, a bit of class.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Totally agree.

And any bears making excuses about not attending due to things like the weather, well just think of the real hardships faced each and every day by Fernando and others suffering from his condition.

You just couldn't write this farce going on with us the now

Agree0 Disagree0

Truthfully though when I read of Mourinho wanting his mega stars of Chelsea in for triple training sessions when they play badly I see so clearly why hard work and some talent is the real reason the greats like Mourinho have such success. We have 3 weeks where we could be triple training and working every day on set pieces and such

You think we do that NO CHANCE, when Le Guen wanted us to change our diets and the way the players trained Moaning Barry Ferguson soon destroyed that

We are so unprofessional in Scotlnd

I as really impressed by the set pieces McColl has clearly had Scotland working on 2/3 really unique and clever set pieces including the Maloneygoal in I think the Austria away game.

McColl will be a good 2nd choice to McInnes if we do not get him.

Well Bears, having tried to make sense of the back pages today, it looks certain that an announcement will be made to the stock exchange next week of emergency funding from Ashley. It's an old saying but " How do you eat an elephant? The answer is a bit at at time"
That's exactly how Ashley is eating up Rangers

Ashley is in a power game now with other business men. It's their game now, it about ego.

The frustration of watching from the sidelines is horrible for all Rangers fans who have helped to build the assets of the Club over the years - now those assets are in a poker game with little chance of anyone other than Ashley winning - he has the most chips piled up at the table.

Let's hope King or the 3 Bears don't fold, let's hope they go "All in". The EGM may yet still see a change of board, but I fear we will forever owe an "IOU" to Ashley.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

All is not lost!

If King and The Three Bears manage to get control of Rangers at the forthcoming EGM (which seems feasible) then they will need serious funding to remove The Bored, MA and his loans, and start the slow process of rebuilding the infrastructure from the ground upwards.
I would like to see them meet with Sarver to come up with a reasonable plan of action to take on MA, and present this plan to all shareholders, especially those who are against them.
If they win I would like to see The New Rangers Board meet with those contractors who where out of pocket when RFC went into administration and come up with a plan to reimburse all monies owed - this gesture would put an end to the past wrongdoings of Whyte et al.

The BlueBells are Blue.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ayr Bear Bunch

We need funds right now to keep going so be they from the 3 Bears or Ashley it is still funding that has to be cleared when our new board brings in corporate governance, a complete restructuring of our wage structure, then addresses Season Tiicket campaign and sponsorship deals to bring our income up to higher than our outgoings. balancing the books.

So regardless of Ashley or 3 Bears whoever gives us funding until this new corporate restructuring is in place will have to be paid it doesn't make it harder if it is Ashley it is just a bonus if it is a straight loan with no Ibrox security.

The other option which will likely be used is a new share issue diluting current shares (bonus if dilutes Ashley especially), bringinging in millions to wipe all debts and most importantly allowing what Murray and King have been touting FAN ownership, hopfly 51% to ensure we never ever suffer the last 3 years again. A trusted group in our board of King, Murray, Gilligan and possibly 3 Bears will have no problems with this as fans will be over the moon to herald a new honest and open dawn. We showed in Div 4 and 3 plus green's share issue the level of support there if we feel we are making a difference

My other main hope is that ALL the dodgy contracts issued by green and pals, esp to Ashley in form of the kit deal plus any other deals are torn up or if we have to see them out then that a total boycott is organised officially to stop any money going to Ashley

i am george

Agree0 Disagree0

Ayr bear the only thing about this game of poker is Ashley has more money, but more to the point he knows everybody else's hand, due to his dealers on the board, ie the bears offer 5million, as the board said that was what was needed, then the slip Ashley the card, telling him to up the auntie, remember Ashley is supposed to be going on the blind, these dealers were not put there by Ashley, that will be the squeal to the sfa, no influence from Ashley, ma boz.

Agree0 Disagree0

George 123. Exactly, the deck is Stacked in MA favour. Puppet dealers!

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 09:59:57
I personally think this will be the end of MA. I think his sole involvement was to secure Ibrox and a footing on the board, and he can't get the big one. Rangers largest asset is ibrox and it looks now like it won't be going anywhere soon. However this opens up another can of worms. Who actually owns Ibrox.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

24 Jan 2015 10:15:53
I don't know if its a case of who owns it.
If Whyte has tendered a claim to own the stadium,(think he has)then its in dispute and maybe no one can hold security over it.Ma heids burstin with this p**h.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gkk I seen elsewhere that the reason for stadium being dropped from security was that nothing could be put up for security because an e. g. m. Has been requested, don't know if that's true, but sounds feasible to me.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 08:46:19
Please guys wake up and smell the coffee. MA will not pump in 10 mill for nowt. He will have it secured against something or with someone. MA will not lose anything and loves a win for himself having sold 2. 4pc of Sports Direct for 117million. Sevco 588 are asset owners so who do you think has been receiving RENT PAYMENTS!!!!! That's where the money is going. end of. Absolutely shafted.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Told you the minute the news came out that they're thinking of taking ibrox Murray park as security it would not happen because they're not theirs. its all sh!e. to cover up something else

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 10:41:32
OP:If that's the case then we have been handing in fraudulent accounts as well and are trully f****d.I'm no finance expert, but surely these rent payments would need to be in the accounts?

Agree0 Disagree0

Seriously?

The official notice registered to allow security to be taken on Ibrox and MP has been posted. That could not happen if it was already secured by another party and the application would not even have been applied for by Ashley if Rangers were not the actual owners.

That seems clear as day to me unless I am missing something. It is the same as mortgaging a house you have to have title to be able to allow security so if Rangers didn't have title the application would not have been done as Ashley 'owns' our board he will be aware if we own Ibrox

i am george

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 13:31:29
The land registry mob might well have seen the title george, but they don't know if Whyte is contesting who's name is on the title. It would have arisen somewhere further along in the process though.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gkk

Fair point but right now nobody knows if whyte is contesting that. Tbh I have heard that story for over a year that whyte still sectretly owns Ibrox. He does not or security would not have been applied for simple. That said being the forked tongue little rubbishter he is I would not be surprised to find out he invents a sory to say he was promised title by green (mind green shafted him that way) and he has emals or tape recordings but these would have to be lodged and substantiated plus an application made by whyte to put a hold on anything being done with Ibrox deeds. None of that has happened so therefore he likely/definately doesn't have any title. Do you seriuosly thing that mouthy wee **** would not have been on TV boasting that and put Ibrox up for offer in Ticketus trial IF he was able to?

whyte = full of it :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

Everything will become clear (as mud) in the forthcoming court case!

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2015 14:39:25
I hope you are right mate I really do,I don't think any court or judge will grant the wee freak anything, but in his dillusional mind he thinks he'll get it.I remember reading maybe a year ago some big law firm was handling his claim.I just think there is something they are hiding stadium wise.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gkk

They are hiding a few things for sure amigo it will make interesting reading if King gets in and they are able to get an intensive forensic accounting inspection.

My experience in business tells me we need to get every bank statement and cheque copy in last 2/3 years available as Accounts and Invoices can be made up or rubbish. The Bank Transfers and payments Out column in the Statements will tell all. It is next to impossible to draw large sums of ready cash out any bank these days all big sums over 10k tend to be BACS and CHAPS transfers, recording sender, date and receiver. That will give us a basic outline of where the fork 50/75million squids have disappeared to. My thoughts are 20 million to investors that put Greens purchase money up plus all the bonuses they received and 20 million running costs wages etc leaving 10/35 million missing depending on what the exact total we were shafted for I am sure nearer to 75million than 50million.

Interesting times ahead and I pray for day I see tht moronic liar green and walter mitty whyte in handcuffs (stockbridge too obviously)

i am george

Agree0 Disagree0

IAG?

The police have carried out an extensive investigation on Whyte and his shenanigans at RFC - he has been charged!
The investigation included Duff & Phelps and there part in our downfall - three have been charged!
Green has been interviewd twice!
Police Scotland forensic accountants will leave no stone uncovered.

Agree0 Disagree0

Did whyte get a court date in regarding his association with the stadium robbery, with duff and duffer.

just seen that there are now using Murray park Albion car park and Edminston house as security what a bunch eh we need to take action now this is gonney be a war Dave king and the three bears need to do something now or we will be forever giving Mike Ashley money from our club we need to start making harder louder noises now asap

Believable0 Unbelievable0

24 Jan 2015 08:49:15
There seems to be a bit of selective memory here! The so called three bears wanted murray park as security against there loan, and when george letham give his loan it was against the albion car park! So why is it a problem when Ashley wants to do it

Tommy I'm no fan of Ashley but the 3 bears might be fans but there also investors so there going to be looking a return on there investment! If they do get in they will have to make tough decisions that won't be popular with fans

Agree0 Disagree0

Mr Latham probably wanted security over assets, as he has seen first hand what these people are all about, he knows they are robbers, if mr Latham thought there was no skulduggery he would have stayed involve with easdales, Ashley, etc, he knows they are doing nothing for the club, that's why he got to feck out of there camp, IMHO.
