Crighton buys 60,000 1 penny shares (@34p) before you all start about 1p shares again

JG

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Xmas present for a spiv.

Agree0 Disagree0

With the shares plummeting from thier 90p hieght - someone had to.

But finger in dyke, as others has stated, real questions are why is a FD who cannot understand basic accounting and understates £12m in losses still on board, with 65% support?

something is rotten to the core, and JG (judas green) is part of it, your posts pushed fans to support the IPO which was a disaster for fans, you know push for fans to buy shares for control, as if that's going to happen.

are you affiliated with RFC JG.?

or are you a JI stooge? seeking to mislead fans and hide the truth?

Stockbridge surviving AGM is first BIG mistake, as it can only be explained as he is there to hide truth, otherwise he would be gone.

Cons look real, but have fatal flaw, secret is to find then, blogs elsewhere exposing this flaw in RiFC - yet you support it 100%? why?

Agree0 Disagree0

1 £20k buy won't effect a £22m valuation, which has fallen 30% in last 3 weeks, we are all doomed.

merry xmas all - we are being conned by trolls, who push a false economy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Shettlestonger, I might be wrong but I would bet JG is a 100% bluenose who studies financial movements.
All he did in this post was state a fact and you read into it another conspiracy theory. Is it not time you put down your Watergate and JFK books and just see things as they are.
As far as your Cons comment goes maybe, just maybe, you are the one being brainwashed by others. Just food for thought.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why whenever anyone buys shares does it always mean a conspiracy, people do buy shares for genuine reasons, but somehow or other this can never apply to Rangers, I genuinely believe the gang of four (you know them, the guys with the wallets that never open) have done such a good marketing job that regardless of anything anyone else does punters would find fault, it is beginning to resemble the situation with the American inasmuch nobody will come in now with all this hostility from the punters

Agree0 Disagree0

Billyb I too find JG. posts very odd, they ramp ipo, they urge fans to buy shares, and yet if jg is 100% bluenose why was there never word against jack irvine and his slur on the greatest ever ger ( john greg. jg? clue in name)

we know green and imran used trolls and internet to undermine malcolm murray and remove him from post, you note that odd share buys and major press releases are pre-saged by JG?

real gers fans are not 100% beside any side here, its only iamrangers, JG. , and mcmurdo who toe the green/whyte party line.

i note rifc has now ammended thier companies house submission, and yet again there are clear errors in the revision, criminal act to give false info to CH, as newco 1 year old how hard is it to state share ownership, well if there is a con (on original 8000 fan debenturs and creditors) and then a con on the con ( green conning whyte ) and then the ipo is a con ( 5x costs, repayment of original investors. ) then is becomes hard to keep track.

and so the con unravels, there is only one truth, but a lie has many threads which all don't ring true, but seem reasonable.

seems rfc now owes new £30m to rifc. so debt-free yet another spin controller lie, why so many. if we a frsh start?

wish all true gers best in 2014

Agree0 Disagree0

Billy b you are 100% spot on with your assessment! I am having a right good laugh at some of the other comments though,

Some on here clearly do not understand the business side of things, how we got from sdm to where we are now and how a plc company works
Everything I post is based on facts and information that is all in the public domain for anyone who cares to look for it, not on newspapers, media reports and other propaganda, if you don't like it that's tough but tell me where it ain't true

as for the big conspiracy theory, there is none, there are a group of businessmen who bought the assets of rangers and still own the majority of shares, until fans or the caped crusader arrives and buys their shares that's how it will be ( remember the give me 20 million offer which called mccolls bluff)

Anyway ho ho ho merry Xmas from sunny Africa to all bears from a lifelong, true blue follow following JG

Ps hope you all got shares in your stockings this morning

I'm not enjoying these sound bytes of us having to offload players next month. I'm just like most people here in wanting to see the Murray Park youth used in getting us back to the top.

The squad seems to have most fans' support and dressing room spirit is vital to success. We should be using midweek friendly matches to accumulate income, the fans will turn out, and not offloading or selling players we identify with in order to balance the books. The business plan is obvious. Keep things stable as they are and maximise income from playing and entertaining more. Definitely don't do walking away, get promoted and increase next season's season ticket prices.

Who's kidding who? We're just thrilled we still have Rangers and truth is that's worth a lot more than we're paying for. The club needs our support more than ever.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Not buying into this the club needs us, we haven't been listened to for 2 years now, I won't be putting another Penny into rangers until the Spivs are out, I have a season book but won't be back this season, this board have treated the fans shockingly back, the agm was a joke, fans need to boycott not back this shower.

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 - Totally agree. I would be happy to pay three times the current season ticket price knowing that it is not value for money if It was guaranteed it would go in to the long term plan for player and football development or transfer/wages budget over the next 5 years. We go to watch football players in the colours of royal blue.

This board and set of shareholders cannot be trusted and have no interest in Rangers Football Club. The original shareholders brought in by Green have already had their initial investments paid back (part of the black hole in the accounts) and have received their shares for nothing at a nominal price of 1p. The shares are currently 34p so they cannot lose. The IPO investers are a different story and have lost 60 % of the value of their investment. The club is currently uninvestable and the only reason it has potential the shareholder and investers expectation that the fans will continue to support the club until Rangers can get to a more lucrative league over the longer term - this is not guaranteed.

There is more pain on its way I will not put another penny toward these professional thiefs until they :

Remove Brian Stockbridge from the board so the board is not tarnished with the past two years

Prove Who Owns Ibrox

Prove Who Owns Murray Park

Prove Who Owns the Albion Car Park

Prove Craig Whyte is no longer involved

Prove Charles Green is no longer in volved

Disclose who Blue Pitch Holdings are

Disclose who Margurita Holdings are

These requests are all very reasonable given the level of deceipt we have had to endure. It may not fully comply with the AIM stockmarket rules but it is 100% the correct thing to do to keep the customer happy.

Any other other action just endorses the disrespect and contempt the current major shareholders and board have for the fans

We cannot continue to roll over and accept this.

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 well said, for over 2 years I've been trying to tell rangers fans things havnt been right at our club, I only hope its not all to late now, for to long people have sat back and done nothing, its time to unite and grow a set, BOYCOTT IS THE ONLY WAY.

Agree0 Disagree0

MOLS, I am fed up stating this, Ibrox, Auchenhowie, the Albion car park and Edmiston house are owned by the club. [Check the auditted accounts].
As far as Stockbridge is concerned he has no authority and is just a 'gofor'.

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 you say these men are only after the money and you would pay up a grand to watch rangers why not buy shares as baybear has said the more fans with shares the more fans will control how the club gets ran and get listened too keyboard warriors like yourself are 10 a penny as the saying money talks bs walks

Agree0 Disagree0

@4. Your points are correct and not in dispute but there is a big difference between the The Rangers Football Club and The Rangers International Football Club who own the assets of the Club. In the worst case these shareholders own our footballing assets and if the time comes to pull the plug do you think they will think twice about selling them to recover their investment or anticipated return on investment.

@5 You are 100% correct but stand by what I say. I would pay a grand and more if I could trust the people we were handing the money over to. An individual like me or any other normal fan buying shares is wasted effort unless it is part of bigger commitment to secure shares that make a difference. I understand why and commend the RST for trying to do this but the reality is they have hardly made a dent in this game of chess. It needs a serious player with capital to secure the shares quickly in a partnership with the fans and fans groups such the 40000 season ticket holders agree somehow by some legal vehicle to pay the individual back over a period of time. If we all paid twice the price of our season tickets for one season this would give a serious fund for buying shares through the RST (at current value would buy us at least 50% of the club) Would this really be beyond the fans to do this. let's not pretend that buying shares in Rangers is an investment - it is a donation.

Agree0 Disagree0

Billyb accounts state £16m loan from rifc (company) to club (trfc) this debt, and its growing.

club owned assets, and they only thing club can fill debt with, so assets will move into rifc and club will float. on own with players and no assets.

rifc will then be property compnay that paid £5m for £50m in assets, will get £4m/yr income (rent) and be worth £40m.

trfc will be rfc. and have lost all rfc income, shirts, etc etc, and just be a team with 30k season tickets to live on.

listen to the tapes of green, whyte and d&p who planned thsi all along

Agree0 Disagree0

MOLS and anotherger, this is normal in business to protect the assets and confirms that no outside party has a hold on them. The trading arm [the football club] will pay all the running costs and probably rent Ibrox and Auchenhowie. The aim of the trading arm will be to break even each year with any profits retained in the holding company. By operating this way the investors will be protected.

Agree0 Disagree0

Billy B, again I can't find fault in what you say and agree that this is normal for a normal business practice. Investing in football is not a normal business practice especially given our foreseable revenue stream over the next 5 years. I have said it before on these pages that the only way we can be competative in the next 5 to 10 years is if the fans pay for it. I don't like it but it is the reality especially given the Accounts results this year. If you have a look around what's happened in the last 15 years, the only club which is running significantly in the black is Celtic so you have to say wee Fergus got it right and he walked away with a wedge for his effort and foresight (or luck) and the guts to take a risk.

Anybody looking at investing in Rangers for a return has to be considering it over 20 years as the easy money has gone via CG and his mates. It has taken Celtic 15 years to get to their current position of strength in what was a buoyant market. The market Rangers is in is on the slide so where is the return on investment.

Please tell me if I am missing something obvious

Agree0 Disagree0

N9 the part you are missing according to other sites is celtic fc is in 36 million pound debt and only paying the overdraft all will be reveild in the new year if the allegations are true

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - These are loans on very favourable interest rates that you are speaking about, they have terms which as far as anybody can tell are being adhered to, unless these loans are defaulted and called in then there is no immediate problem, the point being made here is unless Rangers operate better and within our means then we run into the same problems over and over again and have no sound footing to move forward on, hopefully we are seeing the start of that)

Ed I know what you are saying is the case but I don't thin mentioning celtic was a good example by n9 I would not want rangers to be 36 million in debt in 15year if celtic where being run properly living by there means they would not be in debt so clearly not a good example of how to live within your means

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - living within their means? Do you have a straight face? Sorry bud I aint no Celtic sympathiser but I would rather be in their position than ours, I really cant see any merit in your argument my friend)

Just a big thank you to all those short sighted and narrow minded fans who gave that American tow truck tycoon such a hard time after his bid for our club was accepted. Us fans have endured nothing but lies and utter s**t for the last two years because of this select group of fools. I don't know too much about the guy but I do know that whatever his intentions it can not be any worse than the state the club is in now. Everyday, working class fans throwing their hard earned money into rangers in order for these rich suits to walk away with huge pay offs is nothing short of disgusting. I love Rangers, all ways have, always will but I won't be spending another penny with the club as the current regime utterly disgusts me. I urge all true fans to do the same. I would happily pay my hard earned cash to watch an honest rangers in division three than a bunch of crooks in the top flight.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Dunc what makes this guy different from the fools who have bought the club rangers international football club 2012 fans were right to be extra cautious an American from out of the blue wants to buy rangers international football club 2012 for what there is no money to be made while playing in lower leagues only Europe is the key to getting extra income as Celtic fc 1888 have showed that so where is the logic in that what makes you think this guy would have been good for the club how do you know it wouldn't be turned into a supermarket or truck garage or something you have a manager there who says it's all about the fans but ally should get stuck right in to the board and demand these answers you are all craving but no he sits back and collects his gigantic pay packet no wonder he doesn't do walking away a mean if there is to be pay cuts come January there is only a handful of players you could sell and the value won't be that great ally could slice his wage even quarter it to stop these sales but no so doesn't matter who runs your club your faithful fans legend fans favourite super ally is bleeding it dry

quick xmas poll:

who do you think really is the private company/person ruling rangers at present?

pick one from:

sdm, whyte, green, ticketus, zeus, asian betting syndicate, asian money launderers, masons, asian catholic brotherhood, the hood, dick dasterly, multey, a true ger

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Anotherger - a quick look at the voting from the agm tells you exactly who is in control of rangers, its the same consortium who bought the assets and formed TRFC Ltd

they floated a new company RIFC and sold 31. 5M shares but they kept control with 33.5m shares, sandy easdale has since bought about 3m shares and has sided with the original consortium

Look at the voting
37m shares for stockbridge and 19. 5 against

Murray Murdoch and Wilson all 37m votes against, not a coincidence!

resolutions 9 and 10
36m votes for again no coincidence

Wallace, somers and crighton however were different, they had an overwhelming majority with 85% 79. 9% and 79. 5% of votes respectively, meaning they had the backing of many of those who bought their shares in the IPO

JG

Agree0 Disagree0

I think it be the Jesuits who got control of the club. Still trying to break up the UK and the US. Got to be them, if not it must be wee eck and wee nic.

Agree0 Disagree0

None of them. It's quite clearly the joker. The reason for my thinking is this is one big bad joke at all us rangers fans expense. But my next guess after that is Peter lawell now that's one sick joke.

Agree0 Disagree0

My vote is asian betting syndicate, only thing that makes real sense, they not interested in losing ipo money. but getting to cl with control of a major team. imagine the bets they could control.

jg - you say folks who bought shares in ipo, but they lost 50% of value and would not vote 65% for fd, unless something is no right. look in mirror are you getting too much sun. as you don't make any sense.

bloggs supporting irvine states before vote agm vote 70-80% wins for board and they were spot on. this too much of a cooincidence. vote was allways planned to be won by board. , anyboard

Agree0 Disagree0

JG, I take it you mean Bluechip etc. because no matter what or who buy ie Easdales they can not outvote or change anything without these big players share issue.
As for the votes at AGM it just goes to show how fickle we the support are if we can back peple like Wallace and Crichton without actually knowing who's camp they are actually in.? Can only believe Bluechip etc brought them in so why did some of our fan/ share holders back them so readily? Intresting times ahead, with lots to be cut and trimmed in next few weeks. and a manager who still can't to grips with the cost of running a club. don't spend what you don't have Ally, it only leads to debt. We lossing 1million Ally, a month can you understand that? we are not making it we are losing it? what's hard to understand? no new players no big contracts make-do with what you have? or we go bust again? what a waste of tiem the last 3yrs have been if you can't understand that? we must spend to keep up with the other lot? no we dont. are you Murray in disguise Ally.

Agree0 Disagree0

Op I think its got crag shtyes name all over it but he is working with a few others people that know how its done because they have done it to hundreds of other businesses though normal ly small firms they landed on there feet by getting there gruby paws on rangers I also think david murray could be involved if not involved he knew what was happening

Agree0 Disagree0

real question is why 65% of shares happy to back fd in first role who looses £14m, and whose accounts mask further £12m trading lose. ?

furthermore shares plummeted from ipo launch, peak and after account published. fd goes if any of these occur in real business, yet with rifc all 3 happen and our unknown investors are happy to back fd? crazy

something clearly wrong, and meanwhile a spin campaign continues, in last year we seen our rangers man thru and thru, hounded from his post, with videos of drunk behaviour used against him. false claims about our opponents land deals posted on ger bloggs ( foi does not cover land deals! ) with claims now that gers fans are raising questions in parliment and to uefa about dodgy bank deals to celtic?

days of honesty and glory are behind us.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

# furthermore shares plummeted from ipo launch, peak and after account published. fd goes if any of these occur in real business, yet with rifc all 3 happen and our unknown investors are happy to back fd? crazy

Absolutely spot on. At best Brian Stockbridge has been financially utterly incompetent and his forecast figures were totally laughable, in fact, I could have did a few calculations on the back of a fag packet and been more accurate.

Only at the joke that Ibrox is becoming would he be allowed to stay and yet Ally and Jack Irvine's pals in the media are telling us to not even think about boycotts for at least another 120 days and to concentrate our efforts in supporting the team against plumbers and joiners.

And still a majority of fans are prepared to go happily along with this and sleepwalk into another major crisis.

Agree0 Disagree0

Op I agree with all you say except I believe the land part I believe questions have been asked in parliment and the guy that posts about these matters tellsus we will see results in the new year

Agree0 Disagree0

Op I have just checked the question was asked in houses of parliment on 16 of this month

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks ed for posting my n3 post very quickly may I also wish you and other eds and indeed everybody that posts a merry xmas

Agree0 Disagree0

Tmwnn, so silly dublin mp asks about celtic and cheap bank loan from coop? silly point scoring?

one year ago george galloway asked in prime ministers questions about rfc and failure to pay £50m in taxes.

we don't have good record here, so wy listen to jack irivne raising falses rumours about celtic getting loans at just 1. 5%. when we here ipo costs were 5x normal, and we seeing green and whyte negociate loans at 8 and 16%

tables turned for every £5 celtic make in profit, we. now loose £10m in loses.

fear 2014 will see us back in div 3

Agree0 Disagree0

N5 its not silly point scoring the op tells us we should live within our means like celtic have done well not on my cards mate if they are only paying overdraft they are strugling if they where living within their means they wouldn't be in 36million bebt especialy with the money they gained in euro if op had not mentioned celtic his post would have been ideal imo

Didn't take McCoist long to toe the party line and deliver his master's message to the fans regarding season tickets.

Albert Einstein said " The definition of insanity is to continue to do something you KNOW doesn't work"

If Rangers fans continue to do this year what they have done the past two years, the results WILL be the same. We will be having the same conversations in 12 months time

Time to change, or accept Groundhog Day indefinitely.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I like your style ayr bear sally gave his shares away to avoid getting on the wrong side of each board incase he voted for the board who did not win therefore putting him in the firing line with board who were re elected you think he would have went for a new board while he's on a near million quid a season a figure that he did not regard while signing on the dotted line lol the man thinks he is clever but he is not just a sneaky person

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm finding it hard to keep up with what Ally is up to.

Have I got this right - a few weeks ago he said it would be suicide for him to vote against the current board at the AGM. Then he announces that when he was given a load of 1 pence shares he told his pals in the Calderwood Loyal Supporters Club they could have his proxy with every single bear believing they would vote against Stockbridge and the current board and Ally not contradicting this notion.

Then after the vote he announces that he had no idea which way they were gong to vote and then to make matters even more ridiculous he states that it came as a complete surprise to him when Wallace revealed savings were necessary at the club. D'uh.

Is it any wonder people like me haven't trusted anything the guy has said since Jelavic became mysteriously injured just before Craig Whyte decided to sell him?

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 thanks Tel, Ally is showing no shame in backing however signs his pay cheque. no principles, no backbone, no self respect.
