THE CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS!

Who is currently on the board?

What is there specific skills? What do they bring to the board?

We know some of them and as any real rangers fans will know they are completely incompetent and has sat in silence during this "great stadium robbery"

It would be good to try and find out more about there specific roles and what they actually do for the club,

Stockbridge is running the show at rangers right now anybody who is in any doubt wait till the accounts come out, only problem with the accounts ( and I am not 100% sure what dates they cover) it will probably not show what has been happening at the club in the last 2-3 months? Pretty sure one of the bears will enlighten me?

Mathers is just greens puppet and him and Stockbridge are knee deep in it!

Ian Harte not sure what his role is but he and Stockbridge are VERY friendly is there any reason to doubt his motives?

After that I will admit I don't really know any of the other non-runners in this quango.

I will mention some names that should be a concern to all rangers fans.

Iain Morgan or sometimes know as Iain Arthur Morgan this guy has been involved with Stockbridge and Mather since January/February and has been providing consultants to rangers for months and is still doing it RIGHT now this is an absolute scandal and the costs must be astronomical!

Stockbridge has personally allowed this to happen and this guy reports direct to him and Mather! No middleman here, also no public tendering? Jobs for the boys, bill me whatever you want after all I am the boss? That's what they do and we sit back and let them.

George Angus another who should be named and shamed! This guy is supposed to be a facilities expert? Christ he worked for Mercedes Benz! Another of Morgan's consultants been there since February costing an absolute fortune! Another position that was created by Stockbridge and Mather
Oh and he also gets a percentage of any money he saves! I think his costs have far exceeded any money he saved. Apart from that he has the additional role of being e rangers hatchet man! Not sure what he gets for that but he certainly doesn't have any credibility

I would like to hear of any info on the other board members and hilight there roles/duties

Seems jack irvine back onboard at huge. one- year cost to fight vicious campaign to undermine board. but what campaign. a few mccoll quotes in papers is hardly a campaign against board with in-built majority

but if new investment in needed, then 25+% of investors signing proposals is bad news, with share price. down 50% no wonder.

mccoll won't put un money until board is trustworthy, and alex ferguson said his board at Manchester United was trustworthy.

Could it be that the reason for the incoming 8 players is

Admin 2 just around the corner - first problem is the points deduction - either 15 or 25 points depending on the ruling about original club / new club

This is potential disaster, delaying the promotion through to top tier

Solution - Load team with quality (and expensive) players who can almost guarantee to win the league even with a huge points deduction

Second benefit is they are under contract and might be worth transfer fees if the decide to TUPE over - perhaps its part of their contract?


Its only a theory but I don't see any other reason for Ally to be over spending like this - remember he is still on lookout for three other signings - goalie, striker and defender

Firstly what's so holy about my name? Seems to be an issue for you, what's in a name?
Secondly no I don't think you are a new club. But you certainly are not Scotland most successful. See the only Scottish Team and first British Team to win Europes premier competition. The mighty Glasgow Celtic. that's the gauge of real success son. Something your team tried and failed to emulate with terrible consequences.
Thirdly I savour the chance for Celtic to meet rangers because we Will pump you and put manners back on the deluded masses who think that because they got a few results in league 1 that they are any match for us.

The point is wether he thinks ure the same club or not is'nt important which ever verdion of rangers playing at Ibrox is followed by the same set of supporters and that's the rivalry that stilk remains hence all the digs at your recent woes this is why he and many others will enjoy beating what ever side is supported by people such as you're self as your pain in defeat make the victory sweeter that's the one part of rangers that can't be killed off

@1 I think you will find that with 156 trophies won in our 125 years of unbroken history Glasgow Celtic (1888) are by far Scotland's most successful ever, and current football club. Included in that is THE main prize in club football, the European Cup, also there are cups in the Celtic trophy room that will never be played for again, mostly one off historical tournaments against the best in Britain and in Europe. Maybe you should look up the official lists of trophies for both clubs before spouting a Scottish media spun lie.

I was born the same year my club won a European trophy, although 7 months after the event, and I don t think I have ever said to anyone ' aww but we won. etc etc. These 'banter' pages are just an excuse for immature adults to act like immature children in point scoring exercises. Who would swap a european championship for any number of scottish titles? Football changed in 1955 when euro football began. Rangers record of 54 league wins is only a scottish record as its impossible to measure it against anything else. They can claim to be the most successful within scottish football but were liquidated. The new clubs record is still behind alloa. Celtic can claim to be Scotland's most successful club in european competition. I've read many posts on here slagging off scottish football, but none slagging off the euro competitions. Its pretty obvious from that, that the vast majority of football fans would rate euro success above scottish success. the argument is the same in england, Liverpool are the most successful in Europe biut mufc hold the English record. These days the cl has sort of answered the argument, with cl qualification rated above all else. In Scotland the league is now a passport to the big time. Euro comes first.

Most of rangers (IL) titles were won before tv, that's harping back to the past. I think winning the world's premier club competition with all local players, shown live all around the world is well worth harping back to. Especially as celtic were the first non-Latin winners and in such style. i'd take the runners celtic got above anything rangers ever did. In those 9 years celtic won it, were runners up and reached the semis twice. That'll do for me. What night's we have had at celtic park. I remember it all very well, anybody remember watching bill struths teams?

Fans are not interested in protesting at all. There's a daft belief in here from the tiny numbers of users of this site that there's a huge appetite for protest. There isn't.
This boards model for success is working. 6-0 against Airdrie, good cup runs ahead. The board gave Ally everything he wanted and are still backing him.
The only problem for two faced WS not backing and turning turncoat to external guys that shamefully let the old club down and also didn't invest.
Are the shamed old directors promising more than 6-0?
The last thing this club needs is a board change. It needs stability through this season.

You live in a bubble, there will be no stability as long as directors/managers are taking wages far beyond the means of our club at the present time.
Board change being the start, then a complete clean out of all the parisites at Ibrox and a fan led club at the end of it all.
They let the club down,, but so did we in the end,, because we did nothing! let's hope this time we grow a pair and not let 6. 0 results against lower clubs make us think everyhting in rosey in our garden.

Op - just out of interest why would Companies House be able to issue title information which is registered with and held by the Registers of Scotland?

Gbhoy, there have been a lot of financial experts from an east end persuasion, why have none of them come forward. Perhaps things are not as black and white as you make out. Seems a little too easy though.

I would like to apologise to George for possibly jumping the gun and assuming he was a crank. I would also like to apologise for some of my more sarcastic comments during this time. There was no need for that and I am sorry. This apology also goes for anyone else I have wound up with my scepticism.
If you read my posts/comments in order from yesterday you will see that my stance began to soften a bit and I feel I then went on to offer George some ideas/advice. I genuinely hope he takes some of this advice on board but ultimately it's his call. I would urge all bears to excercise caution and don't put yourself in any sort of danger. If you want to make a difference then you have to be calm, measured and box clever. Whilst I admire his desire to expose and save our club the John Brown approach wasn't exactly a goer was it?
Finally, I would like to say again that I am genuinely sorry for upsetting a brave man in George and I applaud his stance. You'll be glad to hear I intend on having no more to say on the matter unless asked.

@4 I agree Tommy, that wasn't the point I was trying to make mate. I totally respect Bombers motives, I don't doubt his love for Rangers. The point I was making was that his methods did not work. When people let their emotions get the better of them in an obvious way it simply plays into the hands of the people with an agenda who want to discredit them. Bombers approach made him easy to ridicule and ultimately he then had no more ammo. These people are clever and calculated; poker players if you will. All I'm saying is Bomber had no poker face because he let his anger get the better of him. He showed his cards too early and where is he now in terms of this card game for the Rangers prize? It's not fair mate but life is full of people that are good at playing games to get what they want. Bomber was too honest and reactive to be effective. Doesn't make him a bad person and actually enhances my opinion of him as a person. It's unfortunate but in situations like this you have to play these snakes at their own game.

Missing the point. He drive over night to tell people his fears for the club in the hope it would generate a bit of passion in the bones and start off a fan revolt of some sort

He said all along he wasn't the one to organise everything as he nor anyone else has ever led a large successful demo of rangers fans

As usual the apathy from our fans will lead the majority to do absolutely zero

Folk seem more interested in giving him a hard time than doing anything about the facts delivered

There's some good guys in these posts but I'm afraid the majority just want facts and names put on a plate for then so they can then still sit on their arses and tell everyone they know that they know everything that's gone on at Ibrox and make theirselves feel very important

I spoke to him a couple of times last night on the phone and to be honest he was negged out with the turnout and abuse he was getting on here and mentioned he might just go home and not go in Tuesday. However I believe he's a bigger man than that and his heart is true blue and with the changing attitude on here i'm sure he will be there

This guy has worked non stop since coming up and has been meeting and talking to influential and knowledgeable people constantly. He has a very informed opinion on what has and is going on and digging deeper each day. I believe he wants to get this information to the fan base then they can take action from there

Listen to him, read what he hands out and make a decision but more importantly do something.

5am and still trying to get my head round the No Show Armchair Brigade having a go at me today

As the EDs KINDLY confirmed I have been posting constantly on here for a year WITH MY EMAIL

I had tried to warn of this Long Firm scam for 9 months but again as EDs will confirm blocked constantly

My shock when I finally got the SCRIBD flyer content posted was total

Since that day been planning come up and try start something

I had hoped my efforts would inspire but instead people picking away at stupid things

1/ I said rep as scaered and didn't know anyone plus 10 turning up why the F**K take a risk if only backed up by TEN PEOPLE OUT OF 50000 support?
2/ Flyers my mistake I saw content on line so tried save mysel a few quid (I am out £1000 to do this trip through unpaid work days and travel printing meetings etc) I agreed on advice to do the flyers for Tueday
3/ No scandal of naming names. for 10 PEOPLE? I am going to risk my neck even further in hope I start proest but only 10 turn up. seriously? Would you have the balls FFS most of you didn't show up!
AND for information I named the principal instigator who has flown below the radar in this robbery Andrew Ellis brought the whole CW and Ticketus deal to Rangers THEN shows up before admin for payday.

I will do as I said on Tuesday as unlike 99% on here I have shown action behind my words and in a WHOLE YEAR not changed my story IF YOU CAN MAIL EDs and THEY REMEMBER ALL BLOCKED POSTS THERE WERE LOADS OF THEM SAYING THIS FOR 9 MONTHS. EDs can you confirm?

Hi George,

I just want to say I admire the courage of your conviction. What you are planning and hoping to do will have it's challenges. When you put your head above the parapet then you are liable to have to dodge some oncoming fire, it comes with the territory as they say no?

This is not intended as an excuse but a reminder to you that this is not going to be easy and romantic. I have difficulties committing to many things as I run my own business and work 6 days a week. In fact I had to give up my season ticket due to work and family commitments this season, no doubt the knuckle shufflers and diehards ( God bless them ) out there will find fault with that too.

What your attempting to do is commendable, however please be careful, you have an opportunity to start something here, but start it in the right way. We do not need aggression or marches as such, but we do need a presence a group dedicated to the cause.

What time is the next meeting on Tuesday 27th? I will do my very best to be there.

Just woke and my head is killing me probably from emotional stress as the outcome of yesterday was not one of the versions I had played out in my head driving up.
1/ Snowy the dog turns up and talks to me about how s***e it was nobody believing his posts when he really did know walter's 2nd cousin's best pal's mate, ten he sang the sash and started playing a flute with a wee tiny donald findlay on his back. FFS. then I woke up.
2/ Just as I am starting my speech with the loudhailer I hired from "Riots'R'US", the crowd (hundreds) are singing Penny Arcade and all is GREAT, up pops Craig Whyte and he has the Arsenal shares in his hand and a lighter in the other. he shouts get it right up you ye gullible w*****s and sets them on fire, the crowd and me jump on him and kick F**K out him, we all get arrested and taken down the cells at Govan Station but we all continue singing "Where's Your Craigy Now. Where's Your Craigy Now (where's your mamma gone tune) and it was worth it to be charged with assault. FFS then I wake up. shame I liked that one.
3/ Thousands turn up with T-Shirts saying we are all george and the board resign en mass due to resultant change in the apathy shown by fans to date. FFS I woke up damn DREAMER
4/ The Simpsons appear on a sofa with rangers strips on singing "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life"!. FFS. I wake up laughing.
5/Bill Struth and Jock Wallace are standing in front of me saying "If you build it they will come". FFS, I wake up crying.
6/Baybear is there in a big comfy chair with McDonalds burgers half eaten (he is too heavy to get out his chair) and fries everywhere he is looking at his laptop and laughing, whilst I thank Captain Kirk and Scotty for beaming him down to the protest,, FFS. I wake. I like that one too smiling so does baybear ;-)
7/ 10 people turn up I am scared nervous and don't put myself over as real but I have turned up as I said telling the same story meet a few people (forget to highlight kingb. mind mention him on the flyers). surely this can't be real? I wake up PHEW thank F**K that was just a nightmare.

I'm just a guy with opinions on a forum mate, that is all! My posts and opinions are from reading stuff and thinking nothing more no less. I do not and have never claimed to KNOW everything or anything for that matter. I have never made claims of having connections or knowing a guy on the inside or any of the other claims made on here. Think some folk live in a fantasy world. Let me repeat this for the hard of thinking. I know nothing I am my own man with my own ideas based on what I read, that is all. If you, or George or anyone else for that matter have some hard evidence of criminal activity and you're scared of the outcome then please listen to advice. Approach the police and tell them you want to report a crime. Then approach a reputable paper, (not one of the red top rags) and let them get it out there. That is the safe thing to do if anyone is genuinely fearful. No point in risking your safety when there's other ways to get stuff out there. Remember Les, I am not the person who has made claims of knowing stuff or doing stuff. Bear that in mind next time you have a pop please. As King B said to me yesterday, I'm not sure I'm in the position you think I am.

Best people to approach with evidence of criminal activity would be police and channel 4. Please name a "reputable newspaper" in scotland that would have the b*lls to run with that story first. They're all running scared of losing their rangers fans customer base, and they know fine well that gers fans would rather rally against a paper as "anti rangers" than believe a story they don't like. Remember everyone going along with CWs "ban" on the bbc because they supposedly had an "anti rangers" agenda to blacken his name! Anyway, there is no criminal activity, just amoral business going down. Rangers is a carcass and there's a lot of hungry hyenas out there. Simples.

@2 I agree, maybe a paper not in Scotland? I also agree with your assessment that it's not criminal activity just amoral business. I only commented about criminal activity as this seems to be the general jist of what's worrying George. He's mentioned being careful, having backup, being scared etc. I just thought rather than give the guy anymore pelters I should try and offer a bit of advice and support.
