Just say that IT actually happens and Pedro does get the boot, who would the fans like to see get the job? I know Derek McInnes would probably be a firm favourite but are there any other names who people would like to see in charge?

24 Oct 2017 00:25:42
Id take alex neal supposedly supports the dark side but i reckon he'd do a job or michael oneil

24 Oct 2017 05:52:28
FleetwoodBear, IF pedro caixinha were to lose his job then imho we have to think bigger than the usual suspects, like derek mcinnes, tommy wright etc! Here's a few i'd personally like to see us consider and would be able to take on brendan rodgers! Big sam allardyce, harry redknapp, alan pardew, chris coleman,
jurgen klinsmann and i don't give a flying to what anyone says ie. wee billy davies! What about you fleetwoodbear?

24 Oct 2017 10:30:55
Two lesser teams in the league have recently made a big statement of intention by bringing in managers with a wealth of experience. How were Kilmarnock and Ross Co able to attract these guys and we end up with a manager whose best recent success was coming fifth in the Qatari league 23 points behind the winner?
I fear, super, that we've thrown all our funds into Perdu and his signings and that there are no funds to finance any of the big names you put forward

24 Oct 2017 10:42:29
That's my 2 as well alex Neil and Michael O'Neil alex done good job at Preston where I stay very attack minded doesn't sit back settle for score always wants to go for more O'Neil done great job Northern Ireland

24 Oct 2017 16:20:04
BIlly Davies supercoop away and give us peace with that he’s a known trouble maker constantly falls out with boards and hasn’t managed a club for a few years you must be related to him or go to parties with him and tommy

23 Oct 2017 22:33:44
Up next is kilmarnock on wednesday night with their new marque managerial appointent steve clark - he's no mug and will set up in a similar way to hibs and motherwell battering ram tactics and they will get something from the game no doubt and then onto hearts were the story will be jamie walker and I bet he scores against us. If pedro proves me wrong and we win both these games i will give him time but if not the experament has failed and we need an experienced man at the helm.

23 Oct 2017 21:39:48
Hi everyone, I've still not rid of that horrible feeling we all got after yesterday's game. It was a terrible result and a massive disappointment. It's definitely a matter of when not if for Pedro to go in my opinion, ok we will be left with his signings but a better manager will make them better players fact. Also get Halliday back Wallace and Rossiter fit that's 3 strong players Kenny on the bench that game was crying out for him yesterday. I know Rangers don't like getting rid of managers easily but I think this time they should. We all want Rangers to succeed don't we, I think change will help achieve that. c'mon us.

24 Oct 2017 02:03:12
Get Halliday back was enough for me to stop reading the rest of that post! Deary me man! You're clutching at straws when you're asking for Halliday back. I had completely forgotten about him which shows how much he's been missed

25 Oct 2017 16:21:53
Bring halliday back? Could you imagine halliday and pena together in midfield 😩🔫

25 Oct 2017 16:24:33
Did you mean to say Halliday?

23 Oct 2017 21:14:10
Not a rumour as such, but if Pedro doesn't turn things around quickly, and his time is up, who would we like to see come in?

I see Harry Redknapp has stated today that he'd be interested in the Scotland job, but have thought for a while now that someone like him could be what we need at Ibrox

Thoughts?

24 Oct 2017 18:08:33
Harry would be brilliant but won't happen no doubt we will go down the cheap route

23 Oct 2017 20:20:37
Still smarting from yesterday, l know they were over physical but do we not have men that can take it and dish it out? I have been uneasy about calling for a change but l think we need someone to take that dressing room by the scruff of the neck. I struggle to understand his media interviews, but that may just be me being a bit dumb.

23 Oct 2017 20:47:57
His signing sum him up and would you trust him with more cash. Herrera, Pena, dalcio we could of had moult walker mclean and I would have even kept joe garner. Morales was a johansson signing so you can't even give him credit for that. What good has he actually done?

23 Oct 2017 21:57:09
The manager needs to go we are going nowhere under him and will win nothing while he is still in charge. Embarrassed in Europe, embarrassed by Celtic 3 times and embarrassed by Motherwell yesterday.

24 Oct 2017 09:41:00
you forgot the best signing, oh and when did no 3 coach get the power to sign anyone and ok if u insist on jj bringing him in, the who brought jj in?

24 Oct 2017 12:46:18
Who's been his best signing? It's a fact that Johansson recommended him, So again what good has he done? All the Celtic defeats, the embarrassment in Europe, 3rd in the league, the Kenny miller saga, the awful interviews need I go on. No offence mate I'll back anyone from our club up until a point and Pedro is a halfwit. Alves and Pena on 30k plus, your having a laugh

23 Oct 2017 19:17:06
for Wednesday we should be playing Hodson at left back and move John up to replace Windbag, also, Hardie should start up front to replace Pena and have Morelos beside him. If Miller is fit he should be on the bench

Wouldnt mind seeing Kelly between the sticks too.

23 Oct 2017 20:47:46
Kelly 🤦🏻‍♂️ Good grief.

No, get our number 1 goalie in thanks. Think we have learned from yesterday that people's clueless calls for Alnwick to start have been wrong.

Alnwick was awful for the first goal, he's our number 2 goalie. Why on earth would we put the number 3 in at this time.

23 Oct 2017 21:29:24
Hodson hopeless aswell! I'm all for dropping windass but bring in herrera upto and play Dorrans one in from the left leaving space for Johns overlaps

23 Oct 2017 21:56:13
Hodson at left back? He’s no the answer Ritchie.
He is woeful

23 Oct 2017 18:05:26
i hope we learn how to kick and elbow Motherwell players in time for the next meeting, it only takes 5 red cards to get a game abandoned, remember what they did in the play offs, its time we had OUR day

we need MEN not softies.

23 Oct 2017 22:20:37
Couldnt agree more it would have been nice if the ref had explained before kick off that elbows to the face was ok

23 Oct 2017 18:03:38
For those who think Pedro should go now Koeman has just been sacked by Everton. Pretty expensive I'd say. I wouldn't go for big Sam. His teams never win anything, they just escape relegation. How about putting Graeme Murty in charge for the rest of the season and maybe appoint Kenny Miller as his no. 2? Clearly, I don't know what has gone on with Miller but if it involved Pedro he'd be gone anyway. Could always bring in Barry Ferguson to take over the youth team from Murty.

23 Oct 2017 21:46:08
Sorry doiger, but if caixinha were to lose his job I think big sam allardyce would be an outstanding choice, to become our new manager! He's way and far a big step up, to the usual suspects who get mentioned as possibles to replace caixinha, ie. delboy mcinnes and tommy wright! Big sam is streets ahead of these two!

23 Oct 2017 22:39:12
Doiger r u serious? You would have Graeme Murty or Barry Ferguson over big Sam. You r having a wee laugh surely?

24 Oct 2017 10:08:42
Big sam no thanks

24 Oct 2017 10:37:01
sam would not have them playing or taking that crap that was dished out to us on sunday

25 Oct 2017 16:22:19
I'd take big sam, he would never come tho.

23 Oct 2017 15:58:18
It was painful being at Hampden yesterday, there was no fight, no passion. Simply not good enough.

Alnwick - Had a couple of decent saves (espicially the one at the end of the first half) But MY GOD, he didn't once come and demand his box at a corner. Looked incredibly vulnerable at corners. The second goals was class, but again he's been caught off his line and almost watched it go over his head.

Tav and John - Thought they tried to go forward as much as possible. But, ultimately definsevley poor, and weak. Motherwell's wingers almost bullied them at times. I would play john left mid when wallace gets fit again.

Cardoso and Alves - One word springs to mind. 'BOMBSCARE'. Absolutely dreadful yesterday, I can't actually remember cardoso winning a header, McCrorie has to be in front of him. A far better a player and one of our own. Alves is supposed to be an experienced world class defender, he got run ragged by Moult and Ryan Bowman. Shocking.

Windass - Get to f**k. The boy is brutal, doesn't have a footballing brain and shouldn't be in the team.

Candieas - Can't fault him for trying, but should be using his pace more to get in behind the defence and crosses were poor.

Dorrans and Jack - I feel these two guys (besides Celtic's center mids) are among the best pair of Cm's in the league. But after yesterday they got bullied, there was no flair at all between them. No link up play. I was pretty disappointed by these two, And with them both being Rangers Supporters you would think they would show some passion and fight.

Pena - Iv'e been pretty unsure about this guy, his actual play has been shocking. First touches, passes etc. But he has been scoring goals. This would have been a good stage for him to show everyone that he has ability. But he instead showed everyone how poor at football he really is.

Morelos - I actually feel sorry for this kid, he put himself about yesterday and you could see he was fustrated. He has no service, he had a couple of chances and didn't take them. Let's hope the goals haven't dried up for him.

Pedro - I was a small percentage of fans that wanted to give Pedro time, but on the big occasions we have simply not turned up. It's been poor. You can't see what sort of direction he is going with the team, we are also showing a lack of energy near the end which tells us fitness is an issue. It looks like there is a split between the players, between the foreign players and Scottish.

I'm worried for the rest of the season now, we need to get a good run on the go to build all the players confidence and the fans. I honestly don't know (of the top of my head) what manager would want to come to this mess at the moment.

23 Oct 2017 17:46:09
Good post ally . Bang on the money . The cheap option would be MacLeish until end of the season if we got rid of Pedro although can we afford to sack him? I like Pedro and was willing to give him a chance, however some of the stuff he has been coming out with and the fall out with Miller who has been a great servant to the club have been embarrassing . I don’t think mcleish is the answer although he would definitely get the players playing for the jersey .

23 Oct 2017 18:42:16
It was good that Brendan came out about the abysmal state of Scottish refereeing. Said 4 players should have been sent off, 3 steelmen and Bruno.
OK we were poor, but we are not helped by the officials who blatantly ignore the rules.

23 Oct 2017 17:56:01
I agree with most of your post but I’m not going to shout for his head just yet but jury is out big time think he needs one more transfer window we need a left winger (Walker) a striker (Moult) and a midfielder (McLean) if we had just spent a bit more in last transfer window we would have been in the final as for Pena he has been poor never a number 10 but he is now becoming the scape goat not one player played well yesterday yes question the manager but every player needs to look in the mirror and ask did I give my all yesterday?

23 Oct 2017 21:58:51
Thinkaboutit

The managers time is up and needs to go

23 Oct 2017 14:14:01
Not long after Pedro joined us a number of senior players were unhappy with training, they felt they were losing sharpness. Michael Ohal said the same. Scott Brown ( not very bright ) said he knew they would be fitter than us. Now the Motherwell manager says I knew we would be fitter. Players talk to opposition, seems clear the training is lacking an essential.

23 Oct 2017 14:28:49
Neeblue, I'm actually starting to think the players, including the foreign players might not be behind Pedro, maybe not them all but a decent percentage.

He's said today that he told the players they have embarrassed him and the club, sounds as if he's challenging the players to perform, one last throw at the dice.

23 Oct 2017 15:24:52
Yesterday Caxinha said he took full responsibility for the defeat.

Today he tells the players they embarrassed the club.

Make up your mind Pedro.

I doubt his comments will go down well with the team, especially as I don't believe any of them have faith in him as a manager. So if that's his last throw of the dice then it's doomed to failure.

23 Oct 2017 16:42:15
I was thinking the exact same naz the guys a total clown his interviews are a joke and just makes a full of himself constantly the man Is a laughing stock and he is embarrassing our club

23 Oct 2017 17:25:37
a joke really, would like u to go abroad and learn another language and see how u get on. i really pity u guys, you aren't supporters your glory hunters. only reason u are here is because of the good times. wonder how many of u would have supported celtic if you were born in last decade just so you might be able to say your team were first to make 10 in a row

23 Oct 2017 18:26:16
Aye no bother gees don’t tell me am not a supporter I travel all over the country supporting my team and hardly miss a match home or away and have seen great times and bad times it’s the way it goes! but guys like you that don’t allow anyone to have a different opinion or your not a real fan patter comes out! you have your opinion I have mine and Pedro is not the answer his interviews are full of nonsense so that’s why I call him a clown! but 1 thing about me is am a real supporter a just don’t always have blue glasses on like some on here.

24 Oct 2017 09:59:31
well i have supported this team and managers since 74 even in the greg days i still went to every, well as many as work allowed, game supporting through thick and thin. yes i hope pc comes good, in the same way i hope everyone comes good. if that's tinted glasses so be it but i find support means support not criticism or booing. but its typical on here, when we win everyone is smiles, when we lose its get him out, sack the board, get rid of them all. we aren't the team of yesteryears. i don't know if we ever will be but guess what through wind and rain ill be sitting on my seat cheering them on.

23 Oct 2017 11:14:52
im am so sick of all that's spouted on here honestly most of u need to get a grip. Ok we go down the route of getting rid of pedro after 3 months 20 odd games with his own team. First pay pedro and his staff around 2 million comp for sacking him.

Second put pena, herrera, windass, fod, cadi up for sale plus ohall and haliday still need to pay their wages till sold plus 5 unhappy players that if up for sale won't want to play for our club maybe a million in wages before being sold then 5 new signing will need to be made to replace them and if we want to challenge the unclean prob will cost us around min 4 to 6 million.

third let approach a bank and get a loan for about the 10million that getting rid of pedro will cost use. fourth 6 month from now new manager gets beaten by the unclean a couple of times so we sack him as well.

fifth approach the bank for another 10 million and start again
sixth get our season tickets for the third div as went bust again.

23 Oct 2017 13:09:01
Understand your point re financial implications, however we need a manager who can select the right team and get them playing in a manner to win games. We have some decent players but the manager isn’t getting the best from them. Great performance v st Johnsone yet drops holt - why, jack and Dorrans play in the same area of the pitch and we have no support to the strikers. Why bring on the lad from man city when we clearly being bullied and he is 4ft not withstanding we have a 6ft 2 striker on the bench?
He hasn’t a clue

23 Oct 2017 13:22:54
Like gers09 i understand the financial implications but pedro was a massive mistake. Whoever appointed him should be sacked as well. We did not learn from le guen. Pedro is clearly not up to the job. Its too big for him. Time tomove on. We need to get his replacement right. King needs to dig deep as a big name is needed. Yesterdays performance was shameful. Never felt as low.

23 Oct 2017 13:56:51
How much has that incompetent manager cost us so far? Is that the best some people can do arguing to keep him because it will cost too much to get rid of him and his duds? Where does that leave the club long term?

23 Oct 2017 15:11:38
so what's the alternative UK. accept the brutal
mediocrity that is pena herrera candeillas etc

7months in charge and Pedros never won 3 games in a row - sorry that’s not acceptable

I do take your point re the financial implications but the most important man at any football club is the manager and this guy ain’t a Rangers manager

sorry

23 Oct 2017 15:19:55
sparky so what will u have them do? spend more go into admin 2 demoted. next year go bankrupt no more rangers. wake up all of you. whether he is right or wrong manager he is here to stay. get behind the team and move on. 4 years in lower leagues seems a ditant memory to u. oh and how many times did we win any cups during that time with spl players in our ranks

23 Oct 2017 15:26:51
He's cost us around half a million purely on yesterday's performance.

23 Oct 2017 15:21:28
To united kingdom you start off saying I'm sick people complaining about Pedro and his so called players we rangers fans who go to games will be a lot sicker if pedro is allowed to remain in charge and if him and his players have any common decency they should rip up their contracts

24 Oct 2017 10:57:47
Alex mcleish or walter smith god i'm sure greame souness would love another crack at it.

23 Oct 2017 11:03:49
Never liked Penna yes give everyone a chance but players need to know there are players even younger ready to come in. don't show faith in players who don't perform.

23 Oct 2017 11:02:31
Ed can you tell me when a Celtic supporter post on here it gets put on but when I reply it doesn't I thought this was a rangers related site?

{Ed033's Note - This site is for talking about Rangers (regardless of who they support). Also we would like to keep the banter more civilised than some other sites. Eds delete posts that are not worth posting or are not civilised.

23 Oct 2017 11:41:38
Don't really know what to say anymore folks.

I've backed Pedro from the get go, but I'm now struggling to keep the same enthusiasm. Results like yesterday have made my support look a bit foolish.

I think he really does care, you can see his passion and commitment, but results like yesterday are just not acceptable. I really want him to succeed but if we cannot string together 3 wins in a row, the games a bogey.

The difficulty is now finding who can take this squad of players forward, as the board have backed him immensely, he's had the best part of 10m, we sure as hell don't have another 10 to give to the next manager.

23 Oct 2017 12:24:04
Good post Bear.
I didn't post yesterday because I wanted to let the dust settle and didn't really know what I wanted to say.
I agree with what you're saying there 100%. I want this team to succeed and I want this man to succeed but yesterday doesn't help.
I think I'm starting to become a bit of a 'maybe this will work' kind of guy now.
Anyway, on to the next game.

23 Oct 2017 13:07:06
Not pedro fault it totally fault of rangers board who appointed an unqualified person to manage rangers. I believe pedro trying his best but clearly not up to it.

23 Oct 2017 13:10:03
UK, I really would love to agree with you, but the reality is 56% win ratio is not sustainable at Rangers.

This has got to be his last chance, he MUST go on to win 3 games in a row and more. As i've said before, I really like Pedro, he's passionate and very likeable in my opinion, a nice guy etc. But results like yesterday cannot continue. Big clubs must win trophies, not the Motherwell's of this world, no disrespect to them.

23 Oct 2017 13:11:17
Apologies, replied to the wrong post, that comment was meant for united kingdom's post!

23 Oct 2017 16:11:48
I don’t think there’s anything foolish in backing the manager of our club from the offset but as you say yesterday’s result wasn’t good enough. This has put some things into perspective in terms of quality of signings, failure to gain a run of results etc so it puts Pedros jacket on a very very shoogly peg. We wanted to see him succeed but sadly he’s looking like the management equivalent of Sebo - the will and desire to do well is there but he falls short with the execution.

23 Oct 2017 11:20:45
Not long after Pedro joined us a number of senior players were unhappy with training, they felt they were losing sharpness. Michael Ohal said the same. Scott Brown ( not very bright ) said he knew they would be fitter than us. Now the Motherwell manager says I knew we would be fitter. Players talk to opposition, seems clear the training is lacking an essential.

23 Oct 2017 10:44:17
the board tain a gamble when they apointed pedro when it wasnt nessecery.
one of there reasons for doing this was so we could attract a wider range of players reallying on ths managers contacts to do this he brought us pena herrara candelias alves cardoso dalcio candelias only on that deserves pass marks think bruno okay but now showing signs of his age.
jack dorrans where already identified as signigs when pedro arrived.
as for morrelos and john and nemane these players where spotted by othere staff members morelos been very good and john looks good nemane young with potenial.
so shows staff members can play vital role in signing players
to me the board made wrong choice we should have went got a diffrent manager and backed him up with getting a proper scouting network set up and more youth players involved.
instead everything about the club at the moment is short signted no long term plan.
this has to be addressed and a plan put in place for the future of the club.
new manager
investment in scouts long overdue
more youth players involved in first team
the fans will buy into this idea more than the boards current gung ho approach.
mcinnes would be perfect manager to do this job and put this plan in place.

23 Oct 2017 11:59:13
Why do you think derek mcinnes would be the ideal manager to take our club forward. Do you know that he has been a manager for 10 years at 3 different clubs and won only 2 trophies. The 1st division with St Johnston and the CIS cup with the sheep. Doesn't fill me full of confidence especially when he was up against a very ordinary Delia team. Which if you remember we knocked out the cup.

23 Oct 2017 13:59:55
Jimshu

He knows the scotttish game and the market. His teams have more fight and they don’t meekly lie down to Celtic like Pedro’s team have. We currently have a squad full of cowards who have no fight when it gets tough

23 Oct 2017 18:15:52
Sparky
How close has he got to THEM by using the Scottish market and knowing the Scottish game inside out.
Also Can you tell me what team Motherwell bullied of the park in the last round?
Derek Mcinnes' Aberdeen by any chance. i

23 Oct 2017 10:18:20
in all honesty the only 2 candidates should be smith or big sam to get us through to end of the season. i really do like the european way of football but at this point and for next 2 to 3 years its about getting a stable winning side then progress from there. frank de boer would need money. not sure if he would be ideal. maybe once ronald koeman gets sacked at everton that would be a big nane candidate. but just don't see the board pushing the boat out.

23 Oct 2017 10:30:31
Big Sam will inevitably take over some club in the PL hovering around the relegation zone once the sack race gathers pace. And they'll be able to pay him far more then we can at the moment.

23 Oct 2017 14:01:05
Naz

Still need to try and get him before that happens. Would be a great choice as Manager and his players wouldn’t dare put in such dismal performances against Celtic

23 Oct 2017 09:21:06
The board has to recognise that they selected a manager who has no real insight into what it takes to manage a club like Rangers.
Celtic tried it with Delia and although he won 2 league titles and a league cup, he was really not up to the job. (anyone could have achieved that with the squad, opposition and finances available)
Caixinha might be a good enough coach but certainly not at this club. It's still early days for him but if being honest, the signs do not indicate the team is going anywhere and Pedro's rants are getting sillier by the day.
I never wanted DK to take over as I never trusted him and my opinion has not changed.
Anyway, my thoughts for what they are worth.

23 Oct 2017 10:23:43
totaly agree dave king is not the person who should be there. he doesn't have the brain or understanding. people can say what they like about mike Ashley. but let's be honest who in their right mind wants to buy this. no one with half a brain. vote for king = average club to go
vote for ashley = some investment and most certainly top 2.
dave king is no worse of person that Ashley its just king says what you want to here and ashleys tells the truth.
sad the average supporter doesn't want the truth.

23 Oct 2017 10:38:48
The board really need to tell him to zip it with all his zany headline grabbing nonsense.

I heard the vampire line and immediately knew it wouldn't be long before it would come back and 'bite' him. And it did, even from journalists that support us, like Gary Ralston.

"Louis Moult scored a second-half double, the first from a corner, as he sunk his teeth into the jugular of Gers and drained them of their ambitions for silverware to kickstart a season that’s now going nowhere. "

23 Oct 2017 16:55:02
It could be argued Password that anyone could secure 2nd with Rangers if we are talking about finances available!? Not say Ronny was great lol, far from it. but easier said that done

24 Oct 2017 10:55:38
Spot on about king not having a clue, he isn't a football man. His decisions are clouded by those around him but he is a smart businessman and I think he will know when to sell up and move on. The clock is ticking and if we are not fast enough we will be a mid table team for years. Celtic will walk to 10 in a row and beyond. I never want to see that happen, that would cut me to the bone.

23 Oct 2017 08:42:32
Another false dawn. If only Rossiter, Kranjcar and Wallace could stay fit and play it would add a different dimension to the team. I'd give Pedro until Christmas but if we are double figure points behind Septic and the Sheep he has to go. Surely it is time to give McCrorie, Burt, Barjonas and Hardie a chance? Hardie would have grabbed a goal yesterday.

23 Oct 2017 09:56:18
spot on doiger

what does hardie have to do to get a game scores regularly in any game he plays - give the lad a go he’s quick and is a finisher - herrera looks miles off pace and millers out the picture now so morelos needs a partner - and it ain’t pena

as for barjonas i’ve said it on here a few times that lad has something jack holt rossiter and dorrans don't have. he’s got a physical presence and few games i’ve seen him he has
a great engine to get box to box - our midfield gets bullied far too easily and he could add much needed dig

23 Oct 2017 17:04:19
If only Rossiter and Kranjcar could stay fit!?!? I get Wallace as he's your captain and starter but what have the other 2 actually done to merit a post bemoaning their absence? I mean Kranjcar would struggle to get a game for the majority of SPL teams IMO. he's well well past it

23 Oct 2017 20:38:54
No doiger it would make a difference if wallace, kranjcar or rossister were fit.

23 Oct 2017 20:39:08
I don't think any of the above would have made a difference.

23 Oct 2017 04:04:34
Everyone saying we were out fought - We must have brought a football to a UFC match. The reason scottish football is in the gutter. Baw bag refereeing. We didn't take our chances fair enough but some of the challenges bordered on assault. Of course others will commend motherwells team spirit all i saw was a team of hammerthrowers. In January pedro should sign two 6ft heavyweight fighters with no footballing ability that can go right through centre backs with everything they have because that's scottish football and shows great team spirit what a joke.

23 Oct 2017 08:32:52
RfcChris

Pedro is good at signing players with no footballing ability

totally agree rfc. There game plan was a nasty one, it worked, but only cause they had moult. We should have had them finished by half time, but we were poor infront of goal. They had a moult we had a windass.
Ref was shocking again for both sides. Scared to send someone off. That game needed a police officer incharge rather than a ref.
They won so.
Pena was very poor and should have been taken off at half time, although he should never really have started. Infact no one really got pass marks in that game.
Before anyone goes on about KM he wouldn't have done anything in that game, he needs supply and there was none. I will agree that if we had had moult, walker and mclean we would be a different beast the park though.

So Finty are you saying that at 1 down, needing a goal you were happier looking at the bench and seeing Dalcio and Nemane rather than see Miller sitting there? I know which of the three I would have brought on.

23 Oct 2017 10:32:37
Parky with the supply we were getting to the strikers it wouldn't have matter if we had mccoist on the bench to bring on.

23 Oct 2017 12:50:55
Thats irrelevant because PC made his choice of subs before the game. He didn't know how it was going to go, but still deemed Dalcio and Nemane better options than Miller.

Thought Pedro had already signed Bruno Alves and Cardozo.

23 Oct 2017 01:27:39
Terrible result for us and again worrying that we can't rise to the occasion. Pedro's record in the "big" games has been dreadful and can't see it improving. Why we didn't sign moult is crazy if Pedro couldn't see him doing a job for us.

Motherwell will probs give them a better game in the final than we would to be fair.

Need to shake it off and bounce back against Killie.

23 Oct 2017 08:35:00
Yeah Motherwell will give them a better game in the final although I expect them to lose. Hibs gave them a better game too. This current team are scared of them and would rather not lose heavily than try and win. The team is full of half hearted cowards who throw in the towel too easily. There is a weak mentality throughout the team

23 Oct 2017 20:40:10
As much as i don't like losing, its prob a good thing as it will save us the doing we would have got in the final anyway.

22 Oct 2017 23:15:37
If ever a saying is true the saying "a bad signing will get a manager the sack " is 100 % true in Pena, in over 40 years of watching Rangers i have never seen such a pathetic and embarrasing performance than his today, he looked scared stiff, he didn't want to get involved, how the hell he lasted as long as he did tells me all i need to know about Pedro. This imposter will get Pedro sacked, most of those interviewed before todays game all stated they knew what to expect from Motherwell "a battle" well talk is cheap and actions count, no fight, lack of leadership, we were battered off the park which should never happen to a Rangers team .

23 Oct 2017 08:22:18
Persisting with Windass will get Pedro sacked and yes pena is very poor as well but I feel if pena had of got the chances Windass had he would of buried at least one of them.

23 Oct 2017 08:42:32
Larkyinoz

Windass is awful and I don’t understand why this clown continually gets picked. He has had a few decent spells this season but then completely disappears. Another player with no heart who should be nowhere near our team. Remember after the first game of the season many coming on here raving about him. Where are they now?

23 Oct 2017 08:49:07
Yes sparky I have never rated him I can't believe we didn't get rid of him in the summer how he gets a game is beyond me we surely have even juniors who are better than him.

23 Oct 2017 09:16:29
said all along on my posts on here that we should never have sold barrie mckay! Now we have josh the invisible man windass playing where mckay played for us! If anyone on these pages are telling me that barrie mckay isn't streets ahead of windass, in every way, then i make NO apologies in saying there taking an interest in the wrong sport because football is certainly NOT for them!

23 Oct 2017 09:45:05
aye right mckay would have got stuck in never saw him tackle for the ball, agree windass is utter gash though

23 Oct 2017 10:15:55
Supercooper you are right that McKay is streets ahead of WIndass, the problem is McKay downed tools and did not want to play for us anymore. The bread man and Davie Weir turned his head with the promise of pots of gold in Nottingham. So what would you do keep a player that doesn't want to play for us for a year, then lose him for nothing next summer

24 Oct 2017 10:52:02
I actually think both Ped and Warbs missed a trick with Mckay Coop and that was not playing him in the hole, instead we've got Pena playing that role and i'm sorry but he is murder. i try to keep giving him the benefit of the doubt but my patience are wearing thin
