I see Ejaria hasn't set the heather alight at Reading. Silly boy cutting his loan deal short up here. Had a massive platform to showcase his stuff. A blind man could see that was a bad idea to chuck it. Kinda shows or showed he's a bit of a quitter. Never making the grade at a top team.

24 May 2019 06:37:21
Its a shame to because the guy showed flashes of excellence. At times he looked amazing, others dreadful!

24 May 2019 15:24:17
Ojo is ejaria 2. Unlike ejaria let's hope ojo want be here but I see anthother waste of a Jerry. hope I'm wrong though.

24 May 2019 17:12:19
It's down to whether they are mentally up for having the rubbish kicked out of them every week by the all hammer throwers up here. Ejaria, a bit like Oduwa, had bags of skill but once they were halfed a few times their heart wasn't in it.

23 May 2019 19:57:16
Seems every single topic on here is ryan kent. although when he's playin he looks great on the eye the way he moves honestly think it makes him look better than what he actually is. Final ball seriously lacking. shot power pretty poor, snatches at it alot. Few goals and 6 assists for the season aren't really great numbers. Honestly think Jordan jones will come in and do same job if not better. Still like kent btw but nowhere near finished article. Ojo IS a better player than kent so would take either at Ibrox. Certainly got plenty options but can't see candieas hastie stewart feature to much.

23 May 2019 20:26:50
I agree Kent stats for the season are poor some of our fans falling over themselves about him because he played well twice against them and that’s it.

23 May 2019 20:30:07
Kent is class mate, only going to get better. Huge loss if we don't get him back. 👍.

23 May 2019 20:35:39
I think it’s down to the fact he doesn’t hide even when he doesn’t have the final product he looks for the ball again. It’s the main reason the support was split on barrie McKay, he would disappear, Kent doesn’t disappear. I do agree though that his shooting if woeful sometimes. He needs to be drilled on hitting shot while running at pace.

23 May 2019 20:48:58
Again i totally agree with coldo regarding ryan kent!

23 May 2019 21:08:26
Kent is a very talented lad, no question about that.

23 May 2019 21:12:39
Cheers coop😁👍.

23 May 2019 21:16:46
I think Ojo is a better player. Kent is class yeah. m if he does come back i hope he produces the goods a bit more often. Heavy talk of Ojo so really can't see kent coming back tbh anyway.

23 May 2019 21:18:16
Super&coldo, I think he's as good as he is going to get.
& although his work rate is good, he flatters to deceive.
12 mill my erkie, move on, nothing to see here.

23 May 2019 21:39:07
Coldo and Coop agreeing on something! I’ve seen it all now.

23 May 2019 21:44:35
Have to disagree HelloWRTBB, His goal at celtic park was class and the skill he showed in that goal is only a glimpse of his potential. The skill he showed in the kilmarnock box to beat 3 men was also class, amazing save from the keeper. Kent is a great player for us. 👍.

23 May 2019 21:56:24
Lustig has about three aholes now after facing Ryan Kent this season. Worth keeping him for that alone :D.

23 May 2019 22:11:07
Good player Kent but what’s the price? Wouldn’t give anymore than £3.5 million? Thoughts guys😌🇬🇧.

23 May 2019 22:39:10
Given Over inflated nature of English football you don't have a hope of Kent at 3.5 million. If Liverpool want rid 5m perhaps but that's optimistic.

23 May 2019 23:20:29
I think his final product so far has been under par, good to watch but end result is often poor. A player can't hurt you if he beats you but sets nothing up, I believe he will improve but then it is a gamble on the costs everyone is talking about. Could go either way.

24 May 2019 04:21:43
If Kent comes back for another season then fine but surely the manager should be planning for the next season, without him
It's all talk buffalo is leaving
But if he, is stating he wants to leave that's a different story
Again we should be planning for life without him but I would be surprised
If we get over 12mill for him.

24 May 2019 12:13:06
Waghorn was and is a far better player than Kent. Stats, goals, workrate.

24 May 2019 12:44:35
C'mon bryan, play the game mate😂😂👍.

24 May 2019 15:25:35
Waggy didn't half have a great end to the season at Derby. Proven stats as you said.

25 May 2019 11:05:32
😂😂😂 waghorn a better player than Kent. 😂😂😂.

23 May 2019 19:35:27
Lets hope that Umaro Balde can come through our youth team and be a real gem when he joins us from sporting L.

23 May 2019 21:19:35
Another one who looks great in youth games, he will get ripped a new one in the Scottish game unfortunately, we won't see much of him.

24 May 2019 05:40:55
The young boy balderdash will stay 2 year then home sick n leave.

23 May 2019 16:28:28
Quick poll. Who's the better craic Supercoop or Steven Gerrard Loyal?

23 May 2019 16:50:59
In my honest opinion I trully believe its supercoop! I think Gerrard Loyal has class craic but I have no doubts that Coop will go on to be a Rangers Rumours legend, I really do!

23 May 2019 17:22:05
Think Steven Gerrard loyal has a long way too go to match some of super coops nuggets in M. H. O! But its still early days!

23 May 2019 17:35:24
Absolute class, pure comedy gold 😂😂👍.

23 May 2019 19:28:58
They both sound like warbs11 too.

23 May 2019 20:37:33
Supercoop, IN MY OPINION, has to go into the hall of fame. I have been saying, all season, that this guy is special. And trust me, Steven Gerrard, our manager, thinks the same thing. 😂.

23 May 2019 20:37:50
Jekyl and Hyde, master of the full stop and comma lol.

23 May 2019 21:19:33
I think we should have a statue of coop😂👍.

23 May 2019 21:45:59
We already have a statue of coop coldo. Its situated across from asda in hamilton mate.

23 May 2019 22:34:29
There is a donkey outside asda in hamilton😲😁👍.

23 May 2019 23:21:09
Dead heat!

23 May 2019 23:36:05
Haha co-op class coop.

24 May 2019 04:36:49
Even as a "Tim", I can't fault his love! For his club! IMO.

24 May 2019 05:43:47
F@cling love triangle to be honest 😂.

24 May 2019 09:16:54
Both absolute wallopers.

24 May 2019 15:27:56
Wish we had more like coops. Brings a breath of fresh air to the site. And obviously loves the club.

24 May 2019 19:42:01
We do seeker, we have coops, SG loyal, warbs11 and true blue👍.

23 May 2019 12:57:23
With a lot of rumours suggesting that Morelos will be leaving in the summer and him saying to Columbia news outlets that he does.

A lot of rumours have been floating about saying that Sadie berahino could be a possible replacement. I'm not to sure on this because he hasn't proven himself down south he had a good breakout season then nobody has seen him. What I do know is that gerrard and his team are good at bringing out the best in players.

So what is your opinion on these rumours and do you think he would be a good fit?

23 May 2019 13:27:30
We should be nowhere near berahino. We can't afford to take gambles on problem players, his attitude is highly questionable and isn't exactly in great shape.

23 May 2019 14:16:32
Berahino is a good striker when fit and in shape, but has a relatively poor attitude.

23 May 2019 15:30:09
bit like ravel morrison superccoop? I mean steven gerrard loyal.

23 May 2019 17:35:19
wouldn't touch him with a bargepole.

23 May 2019 23:24:53
Who knows what a good signing might be, potential that fails will get slagged, form that falls will be similar, squad additions will be criticised, how do you win? Someone said let's get the Killie striker who is only 23 and promising and yet we have a 22 year old striker who has scored 30 goals this season?

23 May 2019 10:20:13
Now that the season is over, it will be very interesting on here regarding all the transfer talk. It really is really good to hear all things rangers and what everyone of us has heard,
regarding coming and goings at rangers. that's what makes it on here. With jermain defoe seemingly staying for his last full season, on his 18month loan deal and steven davis having penned a 1 year permanent deal, what's our thoughts on how much these 2 will feature, obviously regarding their ages now? I think both will be used for certain games and gerrard will obviously pick and choose, which games to start them in. I'm pretty certain, they won't play week in week out, even if they are fit. Both have regained their match fitness and have been absolutely superb for us, of late. I truly think davo could play with us, for another couple of years and possibly defoe also. The experience especially so in the bigger games for us, will be essential i feel! Thoughts on this fellow bears?

23 May 2019 13:50:11
Hahahaha.

23 May 2019 14:19:03
Tell you something obsessed bribhoy your captain couldn't and never could lace davo's boots pal. Even some celtic fans admit that.

24 May 2019 08:31:51
SGL. what Celtic fans? Davo😫 and Defoe are past it. Davo🤑 never had it to begin with. Your posts are always hilarious, keep it up.

23 May 2019 10:20:26
Lads just wondering what player was the most approachable/ charitable in last 30 so years.

23 May 2019 15:09:54
Richard Gough was certainly one of them, without a doubt mate.

23 May 2019 08:52:04
Another strange one if the reports about Sheyi Ojo are true. Another Liverpool kid who will probably never be good enough to make their first team. We already have Candeias and Has tie on the right and Murphy, Middleton and Kent (if he's coming back) on the left. Seems like a scattergun, take what you can get approach from Stevie and Mark Allen
adding to an already bloated squad so far rather than the prioritisation of 3 or 4 quality first team ready players in key positions promised. Bit underwhelming really.

23 May 2019 09:13:35
Don't you think you might be better waiting to give your criticism until the transfer window opens?

23 May 2019 09:13:44
Middlton will hardly feature again this season nor will candieas. Also if ojo comes kent will not be.

23 May 2019 09:16:39
Strange one i agree Liverpool Ger. If true then ryan kent won't be back with us next season. Disappointed as i rated and really liked ryan kent.
I've got no doubt kent will go on to be a terrific player, for some other club. We just have grit our teeth and move on.

23 May 2019 09:24:56
Also while were at it. Ojo is a better player than ryan kent. If we get him instead of kent he would be class.

23 May 2019 09:30:40
dont get why we are questioning the possible loan of Ojo

Candeias is an honest hard working pro but not good enough and hastie has had a handful of games in spl. We need other options on the right and Ojo

ojo had a good season when on loan at fulham in championship last year and looks a talent

saying its underwhelming is a bit off as when kent was signed people weer underwhelmed as wanted Wilson and now clambering for him to stay

id much rather have Ojo in the squad than grezda.

23 May 2019 10:02:57
I'm certainly not underwhelmed,
because i've not honestly seen young ojo playing, to make an assessment like that. However i would still much rather have the devil we know and would much prefer ryan kent to stay with us. Preferrably permanent but if not, i would most definitely settle for having kent at rangers, for another year long loan deal. Better than not having him at all. that's the way i see it anyway.

23 May 2019 10:19:13
I was a big fan of Candeias but I think his time is up. Last few appearances he’s slowed the games down and I think we looked more fragile. If this young lad is getting a 5 year deal at Liverpool he may even be better than Kent although I’ve never seen or heard of him before. But I hadn’t heard of Kent. If he comes Kent won’t. If Candeias gets moved on too then why not? Big year for Middleton and Murphy, and excited to see what Jones and Hastie can do. Two strikers needed although I suspect if Stewart signs, it will be as third choice. We need to try and get rid of Lafferty who is a waste of a jersey. The out of contracts and oft stated deadwood to go too and bring in two centre halfs (and a replacement for Barisic if needed) in and we are in great shape. Davis, Arfield, Jack, McCrorie, Docherty, Kamara will be the midfield options and I’m delighted with that.

23 May 2019 10:46:59
Reading that a lot of liverpool fans are saying they rate ojo a better winger than kent. He must be a cracking young player then. I would still much rather have ryan kent back at rangers on a permanent deal or worst case scenario, another 1 year loan deal. He'll most definitely do for me!

23 May 2019 11:19:39
Only 3 appearances at french side stade reims no impact so am puzzeled.

23 May 2019 14:02:43
As you can imagine living where I do in a house full of Reds I see a lot of Liverpool games. Ojo is a similar player to Kent-plenty of pace, lots of tricks &flicks, lacking in end product. Rarely played in the 1st team and when he did did little to suggest he'll make it at Liverpool despite the 5 year contract. As others have said he
might come as Kent isn't and it will put him in the shop window long term if he has the impact Kent has had up there. I will admit btw Kent did far better than I expected.

23 May 2019 14:05:13
Sent accidentally before I finished-so maybe I shouldn't pre-judge Ojo too much.

23 May 2019 14:25:31
Liverpool Ger, we on here have to bow to your superior knowledge regarding ojo. You have seen him playing a lot more than practically all of us on here, so who do you prefer at rangers and who's the better winger, ryan kent or sheyi ojo mate?

23 May 2019 15:25:35
SG Loyal- obviously haven't seen much of Ojo recently as he was away in France. Saw him in a pre season game when he was much as usual, average with the odd bit of flair. So on current form-Kent by a mile.

23 May 2019 15:52:31
DSGERSFAN you really need to check your facts before posting mate, 15 appeareances in Ligue 1 for Ojo this season, 3 in french cups.

23 May 2019 19:48:15
Ojo has actual 1st team experience with liverpool. More established player. His last loan didn't work out look at kents previous loans to us. They though he was horrendous. Bristol city got a fine caus they never played his cause he wss terrible.

23 May 2019 20:55:16
The point here is for whatever reason ryan kent was superb playing for us. Not really interested about the other clubs he played for on loan. For god's sake he was voted young player of the year, in his first and maybe only season with us (I hope not) . He'll only get better and better. Hope we get him back in some sort of deal. He's a terrific wee player. I honestly can't understand anyone who thinks otherwise.

23 May 2019 08:46:01
Gerrard looking to bring winger Sheyi Ojo in on loan from Liverpool according to numerous news outlets. Presumably Ryan Kent’s replacement.

23 May 2019 08:08:44
Just reading we are taking Sheyi Ojo on loan from liverpool. Never seen or heard of him BUT if this is true how many young wingers with potential does SG want? I'm all for loanees, who are in positions we need to cover or those who are significantly better than we have (Harry Wilson, 25m same article springs to mind) but to give game to other clubs youngsters when we have lads of our own who are capable and desperately need game time is wrong.

23 May 2019 09:25:58
Ojo is better than kent. he's actually played games for liverpool.

23 May 2019 09:32:05
if our own players were good enough they would be playing, they are not ready yet

saying its wrong to loan players, so you would rather of had middleton play every week than kent?

23 May 2019 10:24:16
You're correct the jbf500.Glen middleton could very much go on to become a great player for us, but like you say ryan kent IS currently a better winger than him. Would love kent signed on a permanent deal.

23 May 2019 16:58:52
You are right Paul86 Ojo has at least played for Liverpool in the EPL but mostly as a late sub and not for the last 2 seasons or so. He's just finished a loan stint in France (no goals or assists there) so on current form I would rate Kent more highly. I would agree with jbf 500 though I would rather take a punt on Ojo than keep Grezda.

23 May 2019 19:49:23
Sure he would do just fine in scotland haha. After all kent hardly srt the heather on fire at bristol or freiburg.

Review Of The Day 23rd May 2019

23 May 2019 07:29:12
{Ed's Note - Ed001 has posted a new article entitled, Review Of The Day 23rd May 2019

23 May 2019 02:34:52
I think if we received an offer for 8million plus for James Tav we need to cash in at 28 with 4 years service 1 as Captain his value will only decrease moving forward plus he deserves a crack at the English premiership at his prime. would miss him but think it would benefit both parties. As for Alfredo 6million plus would be good for the Gers and move him on to the pastures he believes he belongs. if only he could have stayed on the pitch long enough to put Celtic to the sword or kept his composure when he was on the field long enough to get a chance at goal. De foe had more effect with a dummy in the last oldfirm.16 million could make us a strong / stronger force next season if spent wisely. cheers to next season.

23 May 2019 06:51:36
I agree Iainoger in the sense that every player has their price and if big money comes in for both james tavernier and alfredo morelos, then we will sell, there's no doubt about that. However mate here's where i differ from yourself. I'm a massive fan of tav and have stated this many times on here. For me with ease he's the best right back in scotland and for me personally, i would be looking at bids over £10million for tavernier. When he is out our team and thank god that's not very often,
its very easy to see that we miss him very badly indeed! I'm sick saying this on here as well, but if you look at all the very best modern day right backs, or left backs for that matter, they are all more suited to going forward in the attacking sense and not as good in the defensive side of their game. As for morelos and despite his poor disciplinary record, a player and goalscorer like him should be going for no less than £12million and anything between £12-£15million should be what we're demanding for him.

23 May 2019 08:04:31
Sorry but what a pile of garbage!

Tav is one of the best players in Scotland hands down. His defending has been sorted out and of course his goal contribution is massive!

As for 6m for Morelos. laughable. The message is clear from Gerrard and Rangers is no more bargains from Ibrox.

23 May 2019 08:37:55
8 plus 6 =14 mate 😂😂.

23 May 2019 11:48:29
Have to agree SGL oops sorry SC11.

23 May 2019 19:27:03
Don’t think so!

If we want to win anything this year we need to improve our team by bringing in better players not by offloading our best.

Tav gets stick form those who know little about football and praise from the pros. His stats tell the story of how good he is.

Alf is worth at least £15m to us and should stay for another season. He will settle and improve alongside Defoe but we still need a solid striker to challenge.
