Anyone noticed that Sickbhoy has disappeared, and Paddybhoy seems to have taken his place? Has anyone seen them in the same room at the same time? In any event, Paddybhoy seems less inflamatory!

That said, there are no circumstances under which any sort of harmful threats are justifiable. Neil Lennon is a Northern Irishman who has been fortunate enough to be the manager of Celtic. Why that would incense anyone enough to want to threaten him is beyond me, but clearly it is for non-football reasons. Any such people are scum and should not be allowed to walk the streets in polite society. The same goes for any Celtic 'fans' who have similar feelings towards Rangers fans. The modern non-sectarian OF fans on both sides must work together to stamp out the old hatred. It can be done!

Stb53, get a grip of yourself, his antics, no player of any club, no managers of any club, and no referees or officials, should recieve death threats. People like you hate Neil Lennon so much, you think, as you put it his antics, are to blame for lunatics sending him death threats. The nutters who sent them to nacho novo are every bit as bad, do you think nacho novo, niall mcginn, and paddy mcCourt should tone down their antics, or were they asking for it as well. My original point was that Neil Lennon was coping well despite what has been going on.

"Heard from good source that takeover could be completed within 2 weeks!"

Santa by any chance, or perhaps the tooth fairy?

It's not got anything to do with his antics that he is receiving death threats. He also got these as a player.

Lennon's behaviour has been carried out by other managers and these managers didn't receive death threats.

It is for one reason and one reason only, the same reason that two Celtic players received death threats. Why those two players and not other players. Again, it is for one reason and one reason only.

It doesn't say much about the way people behave regarding football that managers and players receive death threats. I do feel however that if Neil Lennon toned down his antics then he may not get them. I don't condone death threats but managers should behave in a more professional way, he needs to remember he is not a player anymore.
