SGL I have the taste for the Aberfeldy at the moment. 12 year old is my bog standard dram on a Friday, however have been treating myself to an 18 year old Aberfeldy Malt limited addition.
That’s the fruits of a recent visit to the Distillery when spending a weekend with the wife in Pitlochry.

Guys, i honestly used to have a very soft spot for glen moray 👌 Absolute velvet, smooth as honey 🍯👌It had a nice wee sweet hint to it 👍 I really like a lot of malts right enough!

Still 3 PTS for a win if you score more than say 3 goals extra bonus point only s thought.

The park the bus teams know the only way they can win against supposedly better teams is to block their goal and long ball to counter .

How would you honestly feel if Gers ended up with a nil nil draw and did not get a point? .
Would be fine if only the other teams got that result not us tho eh.

The only realistic solution is to find a way to break them down and I believe we are now.

I can remember standing on the slopes of Ibrox park through both good times and bad before the Souness / Smith Era.
I never thought I would miss the drivel that the season ticket holder behind me spouts during a match, but I'd give anything now to hear his patter.

This got me thinking about some of the banter over many of my 55 years Born a Rangers man and wondered if my fellow bears would like to share some of their banter to give us all a wee laugh.

Here's one of the many fond memories of my supporters bus.
We were at the old Piggery and as I recall, some bricks allegedly collapsed at a turnstile in the Rangers end.

One of our lads from the bus was worse for wear, and he told us inside the ground this had happened when he was just through the turnstile. He went on to say this must surely be a lucky day. I remember standing up on the old stanchion after we scored and saw him tumbling down the steps only to be caught at the bottom and huckled by Glasgow's finest.

It was indeed a Lucky day for Rangers as we won, but not so for him. He was charged, drunk and disorderly and whilst in the back of the van some chap fed him a line about how the police always took his wallet off him when he got lifted and kept his cash.

So the wee man agreed to hold the chap's wallet for him until they got out, now remember the wee mans pished. When he gets to the station he hands over his two wallets, the one he agreed to hold was later reported as stolen and he was charged with pickpocketing.

Every time he came on the bus after that, you would always hear the shout "mind yer wallets lads here comes fingers"
Still referred to as Fingers to this day.

Here's one right off my head 4 u floyder 👍We were playing aberdeen in the 90's and we destroyed them 5_0👍Sherbet a glasgow punter who sits 2 rows behind me had us all in hysterics, when the 5th goal hit the net, in the copland rear stand! As jim leighton was going into the back of the net to pick the ball out, sherbet shouted hurry up ena sharples 😂😂
We all turned and said ena sharples sherbet? 🤔He replied yes his head's never been out the net 😂😂We were all roaring with laughter, as that's the glasgow wit for u👌👌.

I remember having a drink in the park one cold November night in a European game when the policy came into the park in 3 cars with the lights going. Me and my mates made a run for it and although we escaped the police my mate slipped and smacked his chin of the ground, leaving a gash under his chin. We went into the match and my mate went to the first aid room. I was in the govan stand and he was in the broomloan and I kept looking for him but he was nowhere to be seen. About 20 mins into the game he appeared with what I could only describe as a fanny pad under his chin, held on with a bandage wrapped up and over his head, and tied in a big Minnie Mouse bow at the top. The looks he was getting that night, it was absolutely priceless 😂😂.

Went on supporters bus to easter Road 1976 last game of the season needing a draw to win first Scottish premier league and a glancing Colin Stein header got us a 1-1 draw, I was only 15 but my da let my cousin and his mate take me, they were early 20s.
They were drinkin eldorado (LD) brutal stuff and I had a few Swigs or ten, when we got back to Glasgow I had to be carried off the bus my cousin put me in a taxi and told the driver where to take me, next thing I remember was the next morning in bed my da shouting and bawling at me for drinking, getting zombified and what I never knew, throwing up all over the taxi wich I had to pay for, if we would have lost to hibs he would have been in a right mood but because we were champions he went easy on me.
We went on to win treble and I celebrated with a half bottle of LD and made it home all on my own.

Any fellow bears no the new expansion plans for ibrox. As in what the capacity they are aiming for. Read in the last wk somewhere the are looking to extend stadium. Also what would be your thoughts on selling the naming rights of ibrox to help fund this as if we reach champions league afew yrs running and pos do well then i think we can demand top dollar for say a ten year name thn returning back to ibrox. End of the day every gers fan will still call it ibrox anything tht can benefit us financially will be beneficial for us. And is their any truth in lucozade wanting to sponsor us? Any replies will be greatly appreciated. Can i also wish every rangers fan a very merry xmas. Hope gerrard delivers the best present I've ever had in my life and delivers the magical 55. In gerrard we trust also like to give Gary McCallister a mention a scotland n Liverpool great who often goes under the radar. Imagine learning your midfield roles from the likes of gerrard and mcallister. The experience they can pass on is invaluable to our midfielders. And u only learn from your mistakes so lay off afew. Let them learn then settle, we have a young team apart from 2 or 3 so some mistakes are going to happen the important thing is to learn and Stevie G n Gary Mac will improve our players. Seen loads of people saying sell Hagi. For me he is one of my fav players and will only get better. If Gerrard never brought him and aribo on which effectively helped us break Motherwell down and changed the game without him we may have dropped poins his vision is second to none his assist rate is exceptional n he has provided a lot more chances too. This is a young guy learning his trade he is not the finished product so he is in the right place to progress learning from midfield legends. Trim the dead wood pos defoe gone at end of season i'd offer him a strikers coaching role. Not sure much longer davis will go on think he should have one more season. And won't be too long b4 big sheggs hangs up his gloves. Trim the squad and i like the look of this Alegria so fingers crossed we can pull tht deal off. People forget u can't change a whole team in a couple of windows but for the amount of money spent gerrards improvement has been night and day compared with what he inherited. Afew more transfer windows then who knows how much more great this team can become. Merry Xmas all stay safe and keep the faith. 👌💙💙💙💙💙.

Our first team coach michael beale is the brains behind a lot of the coaching/ formation side of things 👍
He's very highly rated and thought of 👌 He's a superb coach 👌He also gets overlooked at times to what we're achieving TOGETHER! 🤔.

Transfermarket always under values players.
They have kent at 3.5 mil and kamara at 1.2 mil. So if they say the player is worth 500k he will probably cost us around 3 or 4 mil.
