@Rossw01

who the hell are you to call my post a disgrace and to tell me we should be doing everything we can to save our club.

after 20 odd years of buying season tickets traveling 180 mile round trip every other saturday to go to a home game arriving home after 1am after a mid week game, the thousands of pounds spent each and every season following our club all over europe, the hundreds of pounds spent on merchandise for my kids and grandkids each season not to mention the hundreds of pounds of shares after liquidation. i think i have done enough to help save our club.

it breaks my heart not going week in week out anymore but i will die before i hand over one more pound to those charlatans that own, run, and manage our club.

if you think by keep pumping money into Rangers is the answer then you are deluded all you are doing is feeding the virus that lives of our club and our supporters and as long as it is getting fed it will never leave. the only way to get rid of them is to starve them out.

you say we should try anything to save our club well we have tried pumping money in hand over fist almost £70 million over 2 years and no sooner was it injected into the club it was syphoned out by overpaid directors an overpaid manager and overpaid staff, two years down the line where are we now?.

now we have new overpaid directors same old overpaid manager and some new overpaid players not to mention we have flogged of our merchandise to Ashley for a princely sum of a pound and we are SKINT AGAIN.

so what should we do now carry on as if nothing is wrong bury our heads in the sand and pretend everything will be fine. that's what got us where we are now, so if that's your answer then you go ahead ignorance is bliss they say, but you have no right brandishing anyone a disgrace because they don't have the same opinion as you.

LOCHABERBEAR. well said mate. totally agree with yor comments above. the end game is nigh.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said lochaberbear never a truer word was spoken.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said lochaberbear, we all have an opinion, but there is no doubt that we have been ripped off. Maybe if those that blindly follow, no matter what, sat back and thought they would not make these ridiculous comments. Like yourself I no longer go and will not, until there are radical changes in our club, that is currently rotten to the core.

Billyboy72 Why do you say the end game is nigh? Can you be more specific than that? In your OWN words.

Agree0 Disagree0

Totally agree Lochaber I held off buying my s/t of over thirty years lost my seat but blind loyalty took over and I renewed but if this deal falls through with King i'm finished I have done all you mentioned lost shares in oldco and invested more this time round but enough is enough unless people who care about this club are in charge i'm off those whp back Ashley need to take a hard look at themselves

Agree0 Disagree0

Great post Lochaberbear. Very well said.

Spot on m8/from 2012 till now its been a toxic money pit Charles of Normandy openly said he was a Yorkshire man with big hands to fill with money, yet after numerous fairy tales he was still being championed by many. As for king how can he ever pass a fit&proper bla bla bla He's a shameless liar glib straight from the south African judge when CONVICTED of TAX FRAUD you couldn't make this stuff up. 16million is the figure being bannded about to get to end of the season!!!!! As for super salary he just should shut up. Armageddon on the way!!!!!!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

FIRST OF ALL
I can call your post a disgrace if i want as that is my OPINION. And the reason i called your post was simple. You based your whole post on if King doesn't get control then the club will die and you said at least it will be quick???? WOW i can safley say that's not my mindset. If you have thrown in the towel then that's fine. SECONDLY i don't care how much you have spent on Rangers over the years as i to have spent TENS OF THOUSANDS of season tickets away tickets euro tips tops ete aswel. You say you have done enought o save the club??? HOW what have you done bought seasoon books and strips???? along with every other Rangers fan that goes to games. You mention if you think pumping money into Rangers is the answer then you are deluded??? Please tell me at what stage i said anything of the sort??????? You also said the following ::bury our heads in the sand and pretend everything will be fine. that's what got us where we are now, so if that's your answer then you go ahead ignorance is bliss they say, but you have no right brandishing anyone a disgrace because they don't have the same opinion as you:: AGAIN please explain to me when i said anything like this???????? And last of all ii didn't call you a disgrace i called your post a disgrace WHICH IN MY OPINION IT IS!!!!! Like i said after Thursday if King doesn't get control you say the club in finished if that's your OPINION then fine but if i don't share thje same thought then that's my porogative!

Well said mate,we've all bought strips for our kids, season tickets, lost money on shares etc.If every fan on here was to outline what they've spent being a Rangers fan, there wouldn't be enough timein the day for it.The purpose of a forum like this is for anybody to air their views, sure we won't agree all the time,we're Rangers fans after all. I firmly believe we'll get there in the near future.

Agree0 Disagree0

Very true gkk, literally thousands of us have done this with shares, euro trips, jerseys etc and we all have opinions, me, I am payg to Ibrox while Supa Ally is in charge of our team. If I'm honest I prefer Ashley to King the former is a successful businessman, whereas the latter allegedly "lost" £20m in Rangers before! what happened to "once bitten twice shy "

Agree0 Disagree0

Youngwinston dave king nor anybody has let any cats out the bag [so to speak ] but ime sure there will be a few good surprises if dave king gets his foot in the door as there are a lot of millionaires even billionaires have said previously they would like to be involved at rangers so we camn only wait and see how things pan out ide rather have king than ashley

Ally McCoists stupidity appears to know no depth. Any new deals corcerning Ashley, King or whoever is yet to be finalised, and he's talking January transfers!! I was always of the opinion McCoist was a clever man, in interviews or even on question of sport, he always came across as an intelligent, witty, funny guy. Who knows maybe he is ripping the p**h out all of us with these comments? Just like he does when standing on the touchline, arms folded, at Ibrox.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

100% with you on that one gkk. No matter the outcome of the power battle I will not return to Ibrox while he manages our team. We should be off-loading players, if we can, and forget about any new signings.
The decisions to continually play McLeod out of position and limit Templeton's playing time is enough reason to get shot of him. And if you bring in his 'youth' policy then, you don't need to say any more about his abilities.

beggars believe that mccoist is thinking bout adding more players in jan should never be allowed to spend another penny is hopeless at signing players only have to look at hearts good central mid pairing of gomis and pauben
we had chance sign them for nothing yet he never tain that chance who ever get control of our club i hope they have the courage to make changes at our club like ann budge made at hearts cause this is what is needed for the sake of the club

Agree0 Disagree0

He should stick to football matters and shut up about the business side. That said, he apparently has no idea about either

Believable0 Unbelievable0
