Signing hagi for 5M is a poor piece of business if Rangers do it you could get a 6 top championship striker for that price with slightly higher wages undoubtedly the point is 5M with about 30k weekly wages could be spent better.

Does anyone no the deal for the Albion car park? I see they have put in for planning for 160 flats that look very smart and would help the area. It's a big plot of land and I do wonder how much cash we create from the car park or is it better to sell off? Or is it we need to sell. Trying to write that last bit without sounding like IOM😂🇬🇧.

As far as I know we have only sold a percentage of it for just under 2 million .
The whole site must be worth three times that as we got a secured loan fir 5 mill on it a few years back . So it’s a great bit of business as far as I see. You can always tell this with the amount of uproar it causes in the east 😂.

Definitely has the ability. Wether he has the strength or mentality to mix it up when the chips are down remains to be seen. Think it could be good business and all going well could make a tidy profit from him.

Hagi will be a great signing. I think we will change our formation to play through him if he signs. Can't keep playing the same formation that wasn't working. Don't think we will sign more than 3/ 4 players before the season starts.

Think we will sign a heap of players this year. Although the players already left really have no bearing on the 1st team. Really really hope borna stays. sign back up for him. Hagi will be a great signing. Problem was, last games being played our heads went down and we lost that winning mentality. Once we gel again he will be great asset to Rangers.

Lads think we all agree we need to stop a possible 10 in a row we need to do what souness did get a strong spine in the team we need to get a strong keeper in McGregor would be a good back up but makes silly mistakes we have centre backs so I think a couple of midfielders we need some one drive them on and a proven goal scorer like big mark and ally were or a Stein and Johnson but we need to stop ten.

I don't agree with that. I want us to play the best we can and compete in all competitions, and keep developing sustainably until we win the title again. It may be next year, it may not be, but 10 IAR is just a number.

Allan Mcgregor is STILL a fantastic goalkeeper and our no.1,no doubt about it mate! Mcgregor IS a very strong goalie and won't be back up to anyone whatsoever next season and probably at least one more!

I think McGregor has just begun his descent from the summit and will be our goalkeeper for just one more season. It's a natural regression that afflicts us all, professional sportsman or not. Your body naturally weakens, recovery takes longer, and all the while your natural senses begin to dull. Great keeper, ageing body.

6 released and I'd chuck Barker, Jones, stewart, polster. Bring in 3 or 4 quality players.
No idea where mccrorie, docherty or Hastie fit in. Like them but need to step up.

The only hearts player i want rangers to sign is their left back aaron hickey. He's going to be a superb full back.

The likes of Hickey and Souttar will never improve us, I have seen Hickey play and I see nothing to suggest he will be 'superb'. Souttar would be about fourth or fifth choice centre half for us. That's why their club will be playing a league below us next season! Stephen Kelly has a chance, no more than that, and I'd love to know where people find out information like 'SG and all the coaches think highly of him'. I've never seen or heard that anywhere before. It is highly, highly unlikely that the Rangers manager or our coaches would discuss a kid's potential so loosely for all sorts of obvious reasons.

Gerrard has commented numerous times on different young players and I'm sure he has talked about Kelly. He is definitely highly thought of and it has been mentioned by many.

I honestly think it depends if barisic is sold or not mate. If barisic gets sold if think there's a very good chance rangers will try and sign both douglas and hickey. I tend to agree with Mrgrumpy regarding the possible successor to allan mcgregor. With robbie mccrorie having already been out on loan at queen of the south and now at livingston, he's gaining big experience just like mcgregor did when he was young and on loan at both dunfermline and st. johnstone.
Having said that i personally always thought our former young goalie liam kelly, who's now at QPR, would have been the rangers no.1 eventually. I think he's a very good keeper.

McCrorie must play in midfield if anywhere imo. He's quick, and loves a tackle. Stood out in most of games as well and that can't be said of every player.

So the bbc believe that the last 8 or 9 games of the season make no difference to the outcome, well where is the point of playing them? Next season should be a 30 game season (apart from us, we will play 29), that way we can do away with the dead rubber games at the end! What a nonsense article this is.
P. S A big well done to the 1872 lads on their complete victory over the rag that is the record and mail, what a humiliation that is for them, bordering on criminal if you ask me. The article is a must read.
