Have to say I'm a bit disappointed that hardie and Thompson are away on loan until end of season. I thought they would get games for us when we tie the league up. That would be the time to play some youngsters.

Hardie is scoring goals in a hard league better getting experience now look at oor barrie, get them involved in big games raith will be in the play offs and god forbid he smashes in the winner that stops the hobos play offs 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.

I have to agree with precious and Stmonkey, it must be better for their confidence to make a difference to a team and they won't make much difference at the moment with Rangers.
Hardie is getting good game time with Raith and is making an impact in vital games, that will build his character more than getting a run in a game which isn't a must win.
Hardie looks a good striker for the future and these loans will help his development.

It's far better to play 90 mins for raith rovers and other teams than get 15 mins off the bench.

Raith will be fighting for a playoff spot so it definitely makes sense that Hardie plays for them until the end of the season. He can also help them to beat our closest rivals as he showed against Hibs!

True guys was gutted when he left tbh after Waggy getting injured, thought he could have done a job for us.
Thankfully Millers hit a bit of form and Hardie has been getting game time and goals at Raith so it's worked out well.
If he's out on loan next year I'd like to see him and Thompson get an SPFL team next time. They're both good enough for a lower half team no problem. Think only that will get them ready for our first team.
Would keep Murdoch as cover for Crooks though. That's 2 seasons in the Championship he's had and has coped with it no problem. Definitely deserves to be Crooks's understudy if he is in fact to be the first choice CDM. If another CDM comes in I'd let Murdoch go to a SPFL team. Don't see how another year in the Championship will benefit him either.

I do agree that if Thompson and Hardie go on loan then it needs to be for a Premiership side I don't see the benefit of them playing for championships sides same goes for Murdoch. We are going to lose quite a few players in the summer and I doubt we will bring in as many as go out.

True Biffo I think I would be happy to let them go to a SPFL for 6montha each. Gives them game time and let's us play all the new signings. Then after January bring them back when the legs start to get tired as back up.
Although I can see us strengthening again in January to be honest.
