old strip for the season coming, with a new 2nd. and 3rd. strip on the way, for this season.
The reason being, we have registered the old strip with UEFA.

we would have registered a Home and Away kit to UEFA to wear next season so why would we be getting a new 2nd/ 3rd kit!? Would surely only be a new 3rd.?

Great news that old deal with SD terminated and replaced by a fair commercial arrangement that will maximise return to the club. Well done guys, all that boycotting SD stores and not purchasing replica kits has worked. People Power and we are the people. Congratulations to DK and his team.

Next season when the kit manufacturer is up for renewal, we should get a great deal from the bidders now they know we're back buying kits and merchandise again

Correct, Mr Bassy, the real benefit from all of this will come next year when we can negotiate our own way with manufacturers and suppliers. This is where the real money lies and this is when our fortunes will change immeasurably. Can't wait!

Just realised, it's only old kit for Europe and there will be a new home kit for domestic season. So there is going to be a kit launch- it will most certainly be Puma and 32 red.
This is because we had to submit a kit to play in Europe. And no new kit has been made or the deal was not in place.
So I'm going to hold my horses slightly so I can buy the newest most relevant kit.
Great week so far but it's only Wednesday the Mexicans tomorrow!
Hopefully Dorrans by the end of the week that would be the cherry 🍒 on top.
Listening to the press conference it sounds like ped got the money if he needs it.

Delighted with the new deal with SD, glad to see that the club is moving in the right direction off that park! Just wondering tho, with the money that we have spent on players this summer already (which has surprised me) is it possible that King has thought ahead knowing this deal would go through and has used this money for transfers?
Just a thought, what does everyone else think.

That's not correct please listen to the whole press conference, the money 💰 that's been used so far for players I. e transfers and do on has come from the 3 bears as this was only signed of at 3:06, Dave king said briefly that more money has been put in by them, but the non interest loans were done ✅ on the basis there was no deal agreement with sports direct. Now suddenly there is a deal that vastly favours rangers is in place, that will generate bigger transfer budgets in years to come. So if you think about it that makes the news even better.

Actually the papers are saying the signings did not take into account the deal being done and so this acts as an extra boost to the club in what is a fantastic statement for the years ahead. We are firmly back in the race and all the haters and doubters will be eating their humble pie soon, wither it be this season or next season, titles are coming back to the Brox!

Rumours regarding the kit deal is we'll get 51p for every pound, if true a vast improvement on the 7p we were getting previously. Find out shortly!

This doesn't make sense because Rangers stated that they would receive vastly most of the profit from kit sales. 1/ 2p is not a 'vast' amount I would expect it to be more like 70/ 80%.

Rangers have struck a deal with Sports Direct allowing fans to buy strips.
The current 7 year deal has been ripped up. Rangers and Sports Direct will now enter into a new 1 year contract where bulk of money will now go to Rangers.
Dave King will announce full details at 4.15pm press conference.
Just popped up on my facebook newsfeed. No idea if true. Exciting times.

I can't see Dorrans being a Norwich player much longer, I think that is going to hot up again soon, probably the Europa league wildcard.
If he really wants to play for us- he'll be working his ticket out of there with his agent. Especially now he is back in country,
Even though he was in vegas last week he must of heard how much we wanted him, it was all over social media and bids were being placed, so even if hates social media- his agent would have told him and surely extremely flattered.

Now my thoughts are if he really wants to play for, it's going to happen. More confident than ever he will sign now.
I think we're going to have maybe a midfield that can take on most, maybe all, in Scotland.
But Dorrans has to sign as the final piece in Peds midfield puzzle. Niko is not the answer right now, not even close to match fit, and think he's going to be used like Kenny Miller this season. Comes on at the end to carve up chances when everyone is tired and on his fitness level.
