The Peterhead boss has slated Rangers, he states that Rangers with their huge budget should be wiping the floor with third division teams. He also stated that Rangers fitness levels were only on a par with Peterhead.
I have mentioned numerous times that I thought Rangers should be fitter and stronger than what they are. With physical fitness comes confidence. The younger players are starting to settle down now in this league but we still have at least another 3 years until we are back at the top and the hard graft should start now. To see some of these younger players with two stone of muscle added to them would be fantastic. You just have to look at the speed and size of rugby wingers to realise the levels these young lads could reach.

Not being cheeky but you can't really compare a rugby winger to a football winger. They may be fast but who says they are agile or balanced. Different games have different physical attributes required.

Bears I thought the tackling from Peterhead team was outrageous I do understand these Peterhead players are slower but tackling like what happened yesterday was shocking.

Spot on mate. People keep going on about red card statistcs and yellow cards to foul ratios, without actually seeing some of the tackling. Most, purely bad timing or fatigue. Some, sadly, are cynical, with no intentions other than to assault and badly injury our players

I have been watch Rangers since the 60's . This iss the worst tackling I have seen week on week from opposition teams against players. I know we go on that its a mans game but some of the lads from the opposition just want to hurt a Rangers player as a trophy so as they have bragging rights at work on a Monday morning. I am surprised there are not more red cards.
