Rangers Banter Archive November 20 2020

Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

20 Nov 2020 21:28:02
Right folks, I see our annual accounts have been published. Rather than reading this for ourselves why not wait an hour to get Leon's forensic run down 🤣🤣🤣.

20 Nov 2020 22:28:06
Well there you have it. Another massive loss. 16mill this year. that's with european football money. No doubt about it we will need to sell in summer to balance books.

21 Nov 2020 06:51:50
There never was any doubt about that, it’s simple economics, we invested in superior players, management and commercial staff, to be exactly where we are, in fact we’re probably better than expected considering the size of the task, 3 players will be sold at least imo. And Rangers will carry on.

21 Nov 2020 00:11:37
I need a calculator. would seem 'ok' reading.

21 Nov 2020 09:26:08
Tom sell borna (bassey to come in) morelos a cert anyway and poss kamara and i reckon won't be far away from 40 mill.

21 Nov 2020 09:54:28
Increase in turnover despite C.V. of 11% and the 8.8 million needed to cover the shortfall until the end of the season will be met by investors! I'm assuming that's not taking into account the europa this season, so I Don't see the need to sell anyone?

21 Nov 2020 09:56:01
23 mill shortfall by end next season is grim.

21 Nov 2020 10:53:17
We are not the only team who will post a loss, there will be some in a worse state than us, The amount of money we are losing from not having supporters at every home game is hitting hard, I know its mostly season tickets which are already paid for but the money from the European games and the money spent at ground for hospitality, food etc would have helped,

21 Nov 2020 11:31:12
Paul86 that's with no crowds!

22 Nov 2020 00:35:07
Barrow, there's quite obviously a need to sell and reinvest mate, nobody can rely on what you're saying, Rangers do need to sell and they will as will every other club in Britain if the opportunity arises, so your wrong, there's every need.

20 Nov 2020 18:30:45
Jimmy Johnstone and and I hate to admit it.

20 Nov 2020 19:31:40
What? Of all the world class players at ibrox? Sorry mate, long long way away for me,

20 Nov 2020 20:08:20
I was too young to have seen him play, but I came across johnstone a few times outside of football and he came across as an arrogant, sarcastic wee roaster who was always on the scrounge for punters to buy him drink in whatever pub he stoated in to.

20 Nov 2020 21:05:45
I met Jimmy before he died a few times and couldn’t have met a nicer guy, I also work with his son and have done for a few years they are a lively family.

20 Nov 2020 21:07:25
Jimmy Johnstone was a magnificent and gifted footballer, Scottish George Best of his day. Unfortunately shared some of the same demons as Best and much later Gascogne.

20 Nov 2020 21:07:39
Between both old firm clubs without being biased, davie cooper is the most talented winger i've ever seen IMHO 👌.

20 Nov 2020 21:20:56
Tomthumb12 and every bear in general on here a question. Going by the inflated transfer market of today, what price would you value the talent that was davie cooper, going by today's prices with wingers that couldn't lace coop's boots 🤔🤔 What price would you expect to fetch from a club wishing to buy davie cooper 🤔.

20 Nov 2020 22:10:53
Jimmy Johnstone was a changed man after he gave up the drink, but I witnessed him pull an absolute dirty trick on a big guy I know who was Celtic daft and worshipped Johnstone which led to the big man nearly throttling him during his drinking days.
He was certainly a better human being after giving up the drink, but he never gave Agnes and the kids much of a life before that. Anyone in Viewpark and Bellshill not blinkered by who he was will testify to that.

20 Nov 2020 22:28:55
It's hard to say coops. Who knows if many of them would have played today?, the games changed the likes of gazza cooper etc have all admitted to not being great trainers, u can't get away with that this day n age.

20 Nov 2020 22:43:32
Coops, impossible but irresistible

Davie Cooper £50m
George Best. £70m
Gaza £60m
Jim Baxter. £40m
Jimmy Johnstone £45m.

20 Nov 2020 22:53:22
Good for you BMGH am only giving my opinion on someone I met a few times and he wasn’t anything like you say but hey ho.

21 Nov 2020 06:55:21
Cooper was unlike anyone even seen in Scotland, even Britain, and possibly even now, the only player I can think of over the past 50 years with Davies unique ball manipulation was probably Glen Hoddle, with Le Tissier close, and cost? Impossible to judge.

21 Nov 2020 07:05:06
My valuations of your list of players above in this over inflated transfer market of today going by their undoubted talent would be-
DAVIE COOPER-£70MILLION
PAUL GASCOIGNE-£100MILLION
GEORGE BEST-£120MILLION
JIM BAXTER-£50MILLION
JIMMY JOHNSTONE-£50MILLION.

21 Nov 2020 10:01:47
Even today and even with the talent these guys had, no-one in the UK would or WILL pay that for a player out of Scotland.
NOW if they were all producing in England what we saw up here, we can talk then of 70 mill + each, for ALL of them.

21 Nov 2020 10:07:27
Tomthumb12, agree Cooper was magnificent player and had an end product. With exception of George Best believe best British forward in last 50 years.

21 Nov 2020 12:29:29
Having a laugh if Baxter valued at 50 million. All five would go for in excess 80 million each. Fgs big ch Man U sold for 75 million.
I would say these guys all on a par with Bale.

20 Nov 2020 17:02:25
Expect big performance from Roofe against the sheep on Sunday. Also think if retuned fully fit from international duty young Hagi will also make a contribution.

20 Nov 2020 22:20:27
Im not sure if Roofe will start Bankie so I'm hoping for a big performance from full squad on Sunday.
🔴⚪🔵.

20 Nov 2020 22:48:33
Agree BluebellAndy, picking Roofe because he has been training all week with this game in mind and stake place for Benfica. Hopefully all the international players return fit and well.

20 Nov 2020 15:27:57
I see there's a few fans always asking Ng who's the greatest rangers player they have seen well what about who's the greatest opponent that you have seen against rangers . For me I'd have to say allesandro del peiro for juventis.

20 Nov 2020 15:58:48
Rummenige with Inter Milan was some player.

20 Nov 2020 16:21:08
As I said in an earlier post. I watched Michael Laudrup's video. What a player. Amazing passing skills.

20 Nov 2020 16:25:31
Messi.

20 Nov 2020 16:29:21
Well that’s easy it’s messi. Personally I prefer ronaldo but I’m unsure if he played against us?

20 Nov 2020 16:34:13
I've saw some world class players over the years like Hagi (senior), prosinecki, cantona and many more, but for me Del Peiro's performance for Juventus in 95 was the best I have ever witnessed against us.

20 Nov 2020 16:42:55
Willie Miller and Alex McLeish bullied and locked us out at Ibrox on a regular basis on the 1970’s.

20 Nov 2020 16:43:47
I remember mendieta rippin us a new 1 with valencia he was a player.

20 Nov 2020 16:55:16
johan cruyff!

20 Nov 2020 16:59:20
BMGHG01. I was there too and he totally destroyed us . As for Messi he didn't do anything against us imo.

20 Nov 2020 17:12:46
briangersfa, forgot those super cup matches against Ajax, we couldn’t lay a finger on Cruyff.

20 Nov 2020 17:16:13
aye messi parting words (ANTI football)

20 Nov 2020 17:17:44
this is a quote from the grat johan cruyff.

"When you play a match, it is statistically proven that players actually have the ball 3 minutes on average … So, the most important thing is: what do you do during those 87 minutes when you do not have the ball. That is what determines whether you’re a good player or not. " how true .

20 Nov 2020 17:21:27
Cruyff, brietner, among plenty, but for me, Mario Kempes.

20 Nov 2020 17:28:31
Messi never had a good game against us, but Mendieta did indeed rip us a new one - a superb performance!

20 Nov 2020 17:52:07
The question wasn't the best performance against us it was who is the best player you seen against us, so the answer is definitely messi.

20 Nov 2020 17:58:09
Cruyff for me.

20 Nov 2020 18:17:26
Johan Cruyff, Diego Maradonna cristiano ronaldo, pele all better than lionel messi imo!

20 Nov 2020 19:04:44
riquelme

ridiculous player

DP mendietta sauzee at marseilles and prosinecki all top drawer.

20 Nov 2020 19:22:50
Bit closer to home, nobody's mentioned Henrik?

20 Nov 2020 19:26:08
Wee fergie asked about Riquelme "why did you no just kick him? " Answer "couldn't even get near enough to do that! "

20 Nov 2020 19:37:36
Sweep, the answer, as you call it, isn't definitely anyone mate, it was a question designed for people to give they're opinion so your answer is your opinion, mine is kempes, and cruyff and I've never thought messi, as great as he has been, is the best I've ever seen, that would without question be Maradona, but from what I've seen at ibrox, kempes, cruyff, brietner, and a few others like Dalglish,

20 Nov 2020 20:37:42
For me in my generation. Head and shoulders above anybody else is del piero and mendieta.

20 Nov 2020 21:09:45
Sweep it’s still an opinion mine would be Ronaldinho or messi.

If the real best Ronaldo (Brazilian) played against us then it would be him.

I just loved that kid as a football player. Tho don’t think he played against us maybe wrong tho.

20 Nov 2020 22:30:58
Mendieta was phenomenal against us.

21 Nov 2020 12:38:12
not sure KJA, i always remember McCoist remarking on a rumour that we tried to sign him stating he wouldn't get a start with us lol.

20 Nov 2020 14:03:10
I see valencia pulled out of the race to sign jack wilshere despite talks with his agent, as they believe he's wanting/ holding out for a move to rangers 🤔 According to the valencia people, they're saying that wilshere wants to sign for rangers 🤔.

20 Nov 2020 15:28:22
Scotland is a cold place to spend time on the bench. I’m not sure that will appeal to him.

20 Nov 2020 16:26:31
Don't need him.

20 Nov 2020 16:44:48
Would bring nothing other than ego and contribute very little given his physical limitations.

20 Nov 2020 17:22:10
He didn’t say we need him.

20 Nov 2020 17:32:56
Correct Tomthumb12,some people never read posts and digest them correctly before they spout off mate 🤔.

20 Nov 2020 17:54:14
Bringing people on board because they were good 5 years ago is a shocking transfer approach.

20 Nov 2020 18:20:46
Do you still not understand/ digest properly my post regarding jack wilshere, sweep1🤔🤔.

20 Nov 2020 19:17:13
Said before, don't need wilshere. If Kent goes to Leeds for 20 million who could we sign. Well survive fine.

20 Nov 2020 20:05:44
If he is fit and we sign him for the rest if the season with an option for us to keep him for another year we could make money on him if he performs well.

20 Nov 2020 20:48:18
If it’s on a pay for game wage imoh it’s a no brainier sign him now. forget about most of the spl games but what about the European and meaningful league games what a difference. 🇬🇧👍.

20 Nov 2020 21:05:31
I understand and have fully digested your post. please understand mine, if he wants to play for us over half decent teams in Europe then that’s fine. As long as he’s okay sitting on the bench up in Dingwall on a Tuesday night when it’s minus 6 then he can fill his boots.

20 Nov 2020 21:10:47
Don’t want him to sign at all would be a waste of a wage like he has been for many of years now.

21 Nov 2020 01:33:52
Turned down Valencia as holding out for rangers 😂😂😂😂😂 aye nae bother, the Motherwell coach tell you that? 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀.

21 Nov 2020 01:48:15
Pretty certain he's been outside in the cold weather before mate, he's English not swahili.

20 Nov 2020 13:39:48
As much as i love gazza and Laudrup and thought both were wonderful players neither could do what the great late davie cooper could do with the ball at his feet . Davie's only problem was he was the gers had a poor team when he was in hey day . The term silky belongs to him alone . What a player.

20 Nov 2020 15:52:15
I was always in awe of the late, great davie cooper 🙏A very special talented footballer i agree Denger72, with an absolute wand of a left peg 👌 As you can see with my post earlier, i had super cooper in my top 3,of my personal greatest rangers player's, of all time 👌His drybrough cup final goal against celtic, is an all time favourite of mine 👌Davie was a very special footballer i most definitely agree with you mate! I rated him above laudrup in 2nd place behind gazza!

20 Nov 2020 15:55:39
im 100% with you on this one.

20 Nov 2020 16:37:56
Nothing between Gazza, Laudrup and Cooper but I'd add Slim Jim into the mix.

20 Nov 2020 16:46:39
Brian Laudrup was the best, Cooper best ever Scottish player.

20 Nov 2020 17:24:21
Coop was at Clydebank when I was there, and into his racing like me so we shared a few tips together, god like on the pitch, his talent was and is very rare indeed.

20 Nov 2020 17:38:30
Tomthumb12, what a privilege that must have been for you, to have been at the bankies the same time as the late, great davie 'super' cooper mate 👍 I know he loved the horse 🐴 racing and was a teatotaler! You must have fond memories of coop mate 😁.

20 Nov 2020 19:43:48
I trained on same pitch but that was as close as I got to the team, as I joined St mirren for a while, then down a division, Coop went to Rangers after destroying us twice, I was at all 3 games just before he went to ibrox, if i remember rightly he even scored from the corner flag, il always remember the club at the old Killowen, where the racing was the main topic,

20 Nov 2020 20:08:21
I remember those cup games against clydebank Tomthumb12 👍.

20 Nov 2020 20:11:20
Coop loved rangers that much that he told steedman that he was turning rangers down as he was terrified he'd be a failure at rangers, if he signed for us. He had no need to worry like that because coop was a genius 👌.

20 Nov 2020 21:14:50
Bankie in your opinion you state brian laudrup was the best and davie cooper was the best ever scottish player but in your opinion who was better cooper or laudrup 🤔.

20 Nov 2020 22:55:22
Laudrap was more consistent.

21 Nov 2020 01:52:08
Completely different player from Coop, David couldn't run like laudo, wasn't the same physical build for it, he was slimmer when he was younger but he still didn't run, he didn't need too, he just put the ball through your legs then turned back and did it again, and his left foot and unique technique was something no coach could ever teach, he was born with that.

20 Nov 2020
New image uploaded to the
Rangers Player Sightings page entitled, Who wants a laugh 😂😂😂

20 Nov 2020 14:19:34
Looks like someone's medication isn't strong enough.

20 Nov 2020 15:08:28
Not so much of a laugh Kri55 mate.

Hunt him down an sue the git for liable .

Then we can have the laugh.

20 Nov 2020 14:48:26
This was floating about a couple weeks ago. They’ll do anything to deflect away from the fact that their time is tam kite at the minute.

20 Nov 2020 19:39:24
Heard timalie has signed it 10,000 times🤫.

20 Nov 2020 10:55:50
Watching Gerrard on this mornings press interview there, and both Edmundson and Jones futures will be at Rangers. It's been dealt with and we move on.

20 Nov 2020 11:46:22
Don't get this eg 3 game ban, suspended bs. End of day, bolingoli 3 game ban, Aberdeen and d utd players 0 game ban. Jones and Edmondson 7 game ban, am I missing something?

20 Nov 2020 11:50:55
I reckon Jones will be sold in January, and if a decent bid comes in for Edmundson he will be away as well. Top marks to Steven Gerrard for his public words, but players who embarrass the club like that should be moved on, and I have no doubt they will be.

20 Nov 2020 11:57:10
Doesn’t mean much, he’s hardly going to come out and say ‘yeah we’re going to sell them both in January’ only to watch their values plumit to virtually zero. If come the next window there is any interest, in Jones in particular, then it’s likely he’ll leave. If there’s not then he’ll stay. All he’s saying is the club wants to move on from the incident. Think it’s well known he considers Jones as being expendable if a half decent bid comes in, that was probably already the case but this incident will of just cemented that. Edmundson will be kept as we need 4 CB’s and he’s still a decent young prospect. If Katic is fit around the turn of the year he may consider a loan for Edmundson if anyone comes in for him. Realistically this incident probably won’t of altered these twos future prospects too much. They were both already on the fringes, Jones was always likely to leave sooner rather than later and Edmundson could end up 5th choice when Katic is fit.

20 Nov 2020 12:34:55
I believe the two of them will be moved on and they have no future with us✌️.

20 Nov 2020 12:40:21
Yes i think both jones and edmondson will be moved on and so they should be. This character jones has a terrible attitude and has had numerous chances! Git shot of him.

20 Nov 2020 13:17:59
Jones will leave in January one way or another prob down to championship. Boro have a long standing interest, as soon as magic is fit and available fridge will likely leave on loan with the hope of a higher fee.

20 Nov 2020 13:42:02
I'm more than happy to let SG decide the fate of these two. Clearly in the wrong but not quite a hanging offence for me.

Personally think Jones will be a goner if we can persuade someone else to take him but Edmondson has a bright future with us if he learns from his mistake.

No mater what we should always support our own (unless it is a hanging offence)

20 Nov 2020 14:02:00
Nagasaki, you are missing the £30,000 fine handed out to Aberdeen. Celtic got away with it. Have to say we got away with it as Jones and Edmundson not likely to be playing.

20 Nov 2020 14:12:03
Coops you're not privy to or got any inside information on Jones' attitude. He made an over robust challenge on a Celtic player picked up a red card and Gerrard was not impressed. I've seen Gerrard guilty of that at liverpool. Our guys have been harshly penalised. Mo Salah goes to a big wedding for his brother in Egypt mask off no distancing dancing on a friend's shoulders and no punishment whatsoever and don't say yeah but it's his brother's wedding. And he picked up the virus from it. Jones and Edmunson deserve a break from critics and Gerrard is handling it well.

20 Nov 2020 14:28:09
Come January, Jones will be let go or sold I think. We paid a million quid for ed so I think he'll be kept. In general I don't think we'd be missing much if they go. We've got katic, helander and balogun. Bassey and mayo can also fill in as CB. Jones isn't getting playing time anyway. Anyhoo, Stevie g and Wilson will have us sorted out.

20 Nov 2020 14:37:09
Think Edmundson still has a chance although the odds are against.

20 Nov 2020 15:57:23
Kfraser, i'm not interested in what other club's player's did in breaking rules, that's for them to deal with, although terrible with what they done, regarding this serious virus C.V.! We're glasgow rangers and i'm interested in what we do and the way we act. For the record i know through jonny evans's uncle how poor an attitude at times,
jordan jones has 🤔So there you have it mate.

20 Nov 2020 17:27:01
Nagasaki, if you think every case is the same then you’re missing quite a few things mate.

20 Nov 2020 17:29:25
Leaving the door open for the players is good management, the players didn't actually cause any damage. Club could have responded stronger to the association.

20 Nov 2020 19:46:39
Why should they have responded stronger? They agreed with the decision

In fact they did respond strongly, they strongly agreed, is this difficult for you mate,

20 Nov 2020 21:17:15
SGL serious virus that has a 99% + survival rate.

20 Nov 2020 23:48:06
Blatant hypocrisy when in comes to attending house parties, not too difficult to understand.

21 Nov 2020 01:55:45
And 50,0000m deaths, and growing, with millions and millions of cases across Africa, and America, and the third world being wiped out by C.V. even doctors and nurses dying, and yet still conspiracy theories galore, and idiots who fuel them, are you aware then that millions of cancer victims survive ? Even more millions die.

22 Nov 2020 09:47:30
Don’t let facts get in the way of a good argument TT.

20 Nov 2020 10:25:15
Scenario and a question. Rangers are 12 points ahead of the unwashed in January with two-thirds of the league gone and the the league has to be halted because of C.V.. What do the SPFL do? Answers on a green postcard.

20 Nov 2020 11:34:36
In the interest of sporting integrity I think they would need to look back at guidance from last year. Even if they played the same games as us we couldn’t be caught. They must be dreading another season halt!

20 Nov 2020 12:08:39
Now slim to no chance this happening anyway with the vacinne getting rolled out next month. not for me but for some people it can't come quick enough.

20 Nov 2020 13:38:23
Did they not change the rules a wee bit, allowing the season to be closed down - no winner!

20 Nov 2020 14:28:08
Going to take well over a year to do the vaccinations, have you saw the tier system for it? Were not done with this yet.

20 Nov 2020 16:18:33
To roll out vaccines for 65 million people will take a year or more, longer probably, so the possibility of a league shutdown is real. So, what would the green-tinted Scottish football authorities do? A precedent has been set, whether 10 or 15 games to go and no matter who is top of the league. Fact is, Rangers could mathematically still have won the league last season. So by the same logic, Rangers should be awarded the title regardless of the number of games left and the mathematical possibilities.

20 Nov 2020 21:05:34
According to all over the news scotland aim to have 4.4mill done bybend feb. everybody over 18. they will be a bit quick as nobody in my family will be getting it. Haha.

20 Nov 2020 22:35:00
1-11 tier system apparently paul 🤷‍♂️ looking at over a year everything I've read.

20 Nov 2020 10:04:45
Tomthumb12,a wee question for you pal.
Going by your posts mate, i reckon you've been going to watch the famous around the same number of years as me 🤔We've watched many a great ranger over many years perform on our famous hallowed turf of ibrox 👌 Although we rate all our great players and all have different opinions on them, who in your opinion was the greatest rangers player between brian laudrup and paul gascoigne 🤔 It's a question i'm constantly asked myself and not just by young and older rangers supporters! I'm asked this question by other supporters of other clubs as well.

20 Nov 2020 10:16:55
At their best both were unplayable, however, I reckon Laudrup produced more unplayable performances that Gazza.

My uncle, who passed away in 1997, followed Rangers since the end of WW2 and I always remember him saying he believed Laudrup was the best player he’d seen in a Rangers jersey.

20 Nov 2020 10:26:52
Gascoigne for me.

20 Nov 2020 10:31:01
Laudrup yes great player same as gazza but
DAVIE COOPER THEE GREATESTEVER TO PLAY FOR RANGERS.

20 Nov 2020 10:51:45
In my opinion laudrup just edges it over gazza. I remember a game, I think it was scumdee united where laudrup was at the opposition corner flag with two defenders behind him and nowhere to go, he simply rolled the ball up the inside of his leg and back heeled it in between the two defenders to a team mate. I was in awe at the skill this man possessed and he made it look effortless.

20 Nov 2020 10:52:42
My top 3 rangers greatest players i've had the absolute privilege of seeing would b paul gascoigne, davie cooper and brian laudrup in that order fellow bears 👌On the gazza laudrup opinion, although both immense footballers, i believe gazza was the better for me! Gazza was constantly at it during a game whereas i've seen a few times laudrup being challenged hard by an opponent and falling out of the game for a period, that didn't happen where gazza was concerned, as he just kept coming back and ripping his opponent apart, no matter how hard you hit/ challenged him👍As pele once said of gazza, 'A BRAZILIAN IN AN ENGLAND SHIRT", says everything for me really 👌 Also voted the greatest english player over the last 50 years and what a compliment that is 👌 Total genius of a footballer who couldn't be stopped with his god 🙏 given talent. I'll never forget his first year at rangers, WOW! 👌.

20 Nov 2020 11:32:08
sgl good question but for me has to be brian laudrup remember him score against the sheep at ibrox from an unbelievable angle even the commentators were speechless . oh happy memories . but when we win the league this year (not handed it) it will be the most treasured memory of them all!

20 Nov 2020 11:44:13
Gazza’s hat trick against the sheep and in particular his solo run from inside his own half was something else. Very fond memories of both players and that team. I believe that the current team are on the verge of creating something special that will live long in the memory too.

I would always say Laudrup was the better player. Gascoigne was incredibly gifted and had to work hard to be at that level. Laudrup on the other hand was an absolute natural.

look back on the Laudrup final, in the first half Gazza was absolutely untouchable then took an extreme 'dull yin' from a Hearts defender (I think it was Paul Ritchie) and never showed up after that. Laudrup took the heavy tackles, the chopping down and still gave the opposition a lesson.

If you want to see the best of Gazza you have to see his video of his early days at Newcastle. Also go to utube and watch Laudrup's brother. It's a bit grainy in some bits but probably the best passer of a ball I ever seen. Pure genius.

Do the bouncy, gazza as far as I'm concerned didn't at all have to work harder to be the genius he was mate.
Gazza had a god given, natural talent that you can't work on to have or coach/ teach! An absolute maverick/ genius of a footballer, very similar to the world class geordie best 👌.

20 Nov 2020 13:03:09
Another thing DoTheBouncy, gazza made it in italy when he wasn't out injured, whereas brian laudrup didn't/ couldn't 🤔I remember a particular lazio v juventus game where gazza ripped juve to shreds 👌
He scored one and made 2 that day in a 4-1 win for lazio 👍What a performance and the lazio supporters still talk about that performance and love him still because of his performances for them👌.

20 Nov 2020 13:03:39
Completely different players but Laudrup for me, just!

20 Nov 2020 13:19:44
The Great Dane for me. Didn't have the media profile of Gazza but was far more consistent. And despite coming from a small country, he also played in a team that won a major international tournament.

A 100% model professional.

20 Nov 2020 13:20:23
I’d say Gazza the better player in world football, but as a ranger both equal IMO but if had to laudrup would edge it. weird that isn’t it lol.

20 Nov 2020 13:31:08
Agreed SGL laudrup also struggled down south with Chelsea.

20 Nov 2020 13:43:16
Both of them made you get out your seat when they started running with the ball. Gazza on his game was a match winner, BL couldn't just win games on his own he made players around him raise their games well. Difficult choice, but for me BL shades it. ( and yes Cooper was great but like Gazza occasionally blew hot and cold)

20 Nov 2020 14:31:50
Definately laudrup for me. Better professional as well for all gazza was he brought far too much baggage.

20 Nov 2020 14:55:57
Know many Lazio fans coop? 🤣.

20 Nov 2020 16:01:40
If you read and know your football, you would know what lazio fans said and thought about gazza mate 👍 Hope that answers your sarcastic question Broxi Bear 🐻😁.

20 Nov 2020 17:31:40
DavieCooper, Ian Durrant, Gazza, laudo.

21 Nov 2020 09:26:34
For me it's gazza Laudrup cooper.

Sad to hear about the disgusting abuse young Mebuda was getting from so called rangers fans while playing an online football game. If it was indeed from so called rangers supporters, then we don't want them associated with our club. Root them out and barr them for life.

20 Nov 2020 09:51:32
Totally f*****g bang out of order by these morons who subjected the young man and his family to this racial abuse! There's no place for these knuckledraggers at ibrox or associated in any way with our club.
My strong message to them is we don't want you so do one and GTF! 🖕.

20 Nov 2020 09:58:34
Absolutely disgusting.

20 Nov 2020 10:00:21
It could have been the same Rangers fans that firebombed griffiths house.

20 Nov 2020 10:23:17
Disgusting towards mebude but justified towards Griffiths. Hypocrisy at its finest👀👍.

20 Nov 2020 10:51:52
Unfortunately society in general has morons all over the world! Absolutely disgraceful.

20 Nov 2020 14:33:03
When did griffiths get racially abused coldo must have missed it 🤷‍♂️.

20 Nov 2020 16:11:10
I never said he got racially abused. Just general abuse online. Doesn't matter what kind of abuse it is, racial, sectarian etc. Can't be disgusting towards one but justified to another to suit an agenda. You would miss what you wanted to miss👍.

20 Nov 2020 17:39:14
Griffiths hasn't had abuse👍
*called a ned - true √
*poor excuse for a father / partner - justified √
*junkie / gambling issues - true √
*guilty of dishing out abuse to Skacel - true √
*thief - true √
*disgusting towards Lafferty- true √
So where is the correlation between Mebuda and The Thumb?
