They're leaving Russia on Wednesday morning so we'll know middle of tomorrow I'd reckon.

I'm still pretty positive it's a non story, the game will almost certainly happen as much as I'd love the bye so we can get a rest before the old firm game.

Someone at the club has said the British media have misunderstood or misinterpreted what was originally said and that there is no issue at all. Although you'd expect them to deny any potential problems. My money is on the games going ahead as normal.

I think it's the fact he takes too many touches before releasing the ball that annoys most fans. Slows it down too much. And whether it matters or not socks rolled down posing has bad connotations. Pull your socks up and get stuck in.

BearMode, For some reason the Gers support including myself never took to Windass. I was glad to see him leave and do believe he wasn’t good enough for Glasgow Rangers! I always felt he went missing in games and also had a chip on his shoulder and I do believe his career will stall. Stevie G never tried that hard to keep him🇬🇧🌈.

I totally agree with you yately 1 regarding windass! He was the invisible man in many games for us and simply like you stated, not good enough to play for glasgow rangers!

It is all about opinions at the end of the day.

If he is good enough for Gerrard he is good enough for Rangers. I think he is a tidy football player and is still learning the game.

I refuse to believe that he is good enough to sign a 4 year extension at Liverpool but he is not good enough for Rangers.

I’m just having a laugh with the Windass thing anyways, only reason I brought him up Is because to be fair he was the whipping boy of last year 😂 Ejaria is taking a fair whack on here yesterday and today.

I just feel folk are too quick to jump on young players backs, we are unbeaten to far and young Ejaria has been a big part of the team since Gerrard came in. We should put trust in his process and get behind the young man.

As for taking too many touches I think he plays acute little one twos when there is an opportunity to exploit of turn a man. As I said above Halliday played well so the ignorants need someone else to bash, enter Ejaria.

Parky happy to dispute and have a discussion on players but i would go as far as to say Ejarias performance against Killie was outstanding. In other games he has maybe been less impressive but to slate his performance against Killie I feel is wrong.

Want to know how good Ejaria is? Want to know why he's in the team? Record a game and follow him. Watch his movement his running his passing. His work ethic is massive always trying to stop the opponent from progressing up the park. Someone said he constantly gives the ball away. Naw he constantly keeps it. A Graeme Souness type and quite obviously a Gerrard type. Ryan Jack have the ball away more often in Maribor. Scott Arfield gave it away more at Killie. Gerrard has given him a role to play and he is doing it to the letter.

Ejaria is technically very good. Great workrate and always looking to pass forward. Once he gets up to full speed and cuts out the silly mistakes he’ll be first class. I doubted him early on but did say he needs 12 games to properly bed in in our league. SG clearly thinks the same and that's what matters.

I thought he did fine Sunday and he still gets pelters. Some of our fans have a habit of writing players off too quick. It was only a few weeks back loads of folk were wanting rid of morelos.

Some thoughts on the Europa League tie against FC Ufa (assuming the visa issue is resolved) . If we get a decent first leg lead, say 3-0, should we rest the likes of McGregor, Jack, Arfield, Morelos and Tavernier for the second leg in view of the manky mob game on the Sunday? Should we also rest Goldson and play McCrorie at the back? What do you think Bears?

Think gerrard will manage the squad well. If and its a big If we take a big lead to Russia i'm sure some players could be rested. However I think we will probs still have a big task to do in Russia and in that case play full strength. The players will have the day off on Friday and will probably on train very light on Saturday so more than enough time to recover for sunday.

Another positive performance against a team we struggled against last season. Plenty of different options with Gerrard definitely getting an improvement out of certain players.

The Buffalo is absolutely flying at the minute. But wouldn’t mind the Ulster Gazelle or A.N. Other being brought in to help him out.
Onwards and upwards. Long way to go but signs are looking good for the season ahead.

Need to laugh at some folk honestly, Some comedians on here.

Ejaria isn't in the team to be smashing people and winning the ball. He's a composed link up players who adds a perfect balance to the side. Rather than watching the ball watch Ejaria and don't take your eyes off him.

His movement to create space for other players when he's not on the ball is class. He will take the ball anywhere on the park with any amount of opposition around him.

If anybody honestly can't see what a player this young lad is then you have no real football knowledge. 9 games unbeaten and flying.

We could do the treble and there would still be fans on here going mental and slagging players.

I like Ejaria. He is a clever player and once he gets to grips with the hurly burly brand of football up here he will get even better. I remember Ray Wilkins saying it does take a bit of getting used to. But yes, Der goalie, I agree the boy is class.

My problem with him is his stupid wee turns on the spot and daft wee flicks in defensive midfield area. he's been caught on the ball there far too many times already and its stupid little mistakes like that which will cost us. He has been lucky we have been playing average opposition but won't get away with it vs celtic or the EL groups if we make it. He is a luxury player that isn't suited to this league.

Jury is still out on him for me. Think he shows glimpsies of quality and is always looking for space and the ball. However I think he is still a bit raw and his decision making at times is poor. That will come with experience. For me when everyone is fully fit he comes out of the side however I think he is a valuable member of the squad.

Nobody is denying he's a player but he can't be getting caught on the ball every game (which he has so far) if he does it again st celtic and costs us a goal he will get crucified on here, only reason not much is getting made of it the now is because luckily it's not cost us a goal yet. If he learns to do it at the right times he will be fine just needs to cut outd trying it so close to our owe goal.

Ejaria has great workrate and is technically very good. Once he is fully up to speed with our game and he keeps it simple he will be a huge asset. I’m sure SG and all the coaching staff agree. I 100% agree far to many on here have absolutely NO clue about coaching or identityfying talent but they are entitled to an opinion wherher we agree with them or not.

The boy has talent but he’s a weak link in our team and setup, he should be behind the striker not coming from deep. I would swap him with Arfield looks better to me. However SG is the man and we are playing well.

Still feel we need a more creative CM.

just a thought here guys would anyone else like to see all the loanees we have be signed full time.

as for me I would love it, means the team gels and profitable money in all the loanees. no disruption in them leaving after a year. ( although we could sign them and done one wants to buy them) but it's not even half way into the season and we look solid.

Not been taken with ejaria if I'm being honest. Hope he doesn't have a clause that means he must play as I think we have better options in there when everyone is fit.

Coulibaly yes, the verdict is still out on Kent, Ejaria looks technically good but he gives the ball away far too cheaply in dangerous areas and puts our defenders under pressure. Yesterday was the best I’ve seen him however. I do think there is a clause that has him playing a certain number of games and that’s why he’s been in the team non stop. Maybe we won’t see him as much later in the season and it’ll be Jack, Coulibaly and Arfield as the midfield three.

UFA fc have begun selling tickets on their official website for the home game v the bears.

Personally, I think this is just another made up story, where perhaps one or two players or officials were maybe awaiting one, and they’ve run with the whole team.

We might not have the squad for a long run in both Europe and the SPL, but I’m enjoying supporting the bears in Europe once again.
