The post about Berra joining Blackpool and it being on there main site, what a load of rubbish! Where are you getting your info from? My cousin is a season ticket holder and has checked everything about berra joing and can't find or get any info on this! But he was supposed to be joining charlton just yesterday? Look truth is he wants to be a rangers player and though this could happen I doubt it cause when a player has to say through his agent come get me then I hae my doubts as if the gers hadn't already spoken to him before this then surely they can't be interested W. A. T. P.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

There is nothing on any media site to say BERRA is linked with CHARLTON OR BLACKPOOL

You are all wrong he's just signed for Ipswich.

Yes mate if you read my post again you will see what your saying is basically what I have wrote and it was on rangers rumours that said berra was going to blackpool which is not true and it also had up the day before that, that he was having a medical and charlton again not true! Look at the players we have signed so far and you will see not one agent of that players were in every paper saying come get my player! So my point is if Rangers hadn't spoken to berra or his agent before his agent basically started begging ally then surely Rangers couldn't of been interested in him or have someone else in mind. W. Nacho at Murray Park today training with the team.

Understand it is only t keep up his fitness until he finds a new club : (

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Lets hope so!no place for him now had his day!

Agree0 Disagree0

He will be another one ally takes under his wing and finds a wee job for.

Agree0 Disagree0

Nacho has had his day and apparently with redundancies of 'ordinary' workers on the cards at Ibrox we don't need him on a wage.

News website says goian left gers with £400+k as settlement for the last year of his contract. What is the logic in paying a man his full years salary in order to free up his wages?. He only had 1 year left on his deal so surely this is the same as paying him to play out the last year of his deal?!. Surely someone has their wires crossed here as this is the most ludicrous business deal that the club could have let materialise. If this is true then to say I am perplexed is an understatement. This is like giving a player away for the season when to say we are limited is an understatement.

If these guys are lifting £300k a year to organise deals like this then there is hope for me yet. We are being mugged here. Open your eyes Gers

Believable0 Unbelievable0

To be fair I would guess the figure reported is his basic wage so at least Rangers will save on win bonuses and probably a pretty hefty bonus for winning the league but it still doesn't seem like very good business.

And while I'm on the subject I read today in the Herald that Rangers have only around 8 Million left from the 22 Million raised by the Share Issue. Can anybody tell me where the other 14 Million has gone?

Agree0 Disagree0

There would also be a saving on NI and private medical insurance and possibly appearance money. Another pointer to just how bad things are.

Rangers have sold in excess of 28500 season tickets so far this summer, so let's go and smash 40,000 mark my fellow bears. Stage 2, with new better players, let's not forget the pain of recent years, but let's look ahead all together. WATP

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Nicely put my man. Al be down the ticket office on Monday to get ma book. Looking forward to the new season. Aww the best my fellow bears. Watp

Am I the only one who noticed Brazil stars cheated their way to the win?

Their biggest stars, whilst being good players, dived, feigned injuries that clearly did NOT happen and frequently barged the Spanish players while the ref lost the plot. They WERE the best team but players like Neymar don't need to be " oscar actors " too.

It spoiled the game for me!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Neymer really strikes me as a pretty vile individual. Remember he accused Scots fans of being racist because a banana was thrown at him during the Scotland v Brazil friendly.

And when it turned out the banana was thrown by a German in the crowd he still refused to apologise.

Agree0 Disagree0

Didn t see it, but good to see the Spanish getting their comeuppance. They were getting a little arrogant.

Agree0 Disagree0

Jesus Navas went down like the washington sniper had took him out for Spains penalty. Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba and Pedro do it on a weekly basis in la liga aswell. I thought it was hilarious watching the tables turn. Brilliant watching Spain getting there ars*s felt 3-0 in a final. Won't forget that in a hurry.

As for Neymar, hard to defend his antics but not once did he go down without there being contact on him and what people constantly forget is the boy is 8 and a half stone playing against far bigger players, most of the time trying to slow him down. Its a self defence mechanism that's went too far. Can't argue the boy is a superstar though. Sensational player. His goals and assists were amazing throughout the confederations cup. I admire the fact he can defend himself on the pitch aswell for someone so small in comparison to his opponents. He has a right wee nasty streak in him which has no doubt come from being kicked from pillar to post. that's probably were the overacting to get players booked comes from. To stop them being able to kick him again or face being sent off. Its logical but it is of course the ugly side of the game nowadays.

Agree0 Disagree0

Neymar did apologise after the racism accusation. He was pictured in the paper wearing a see you jimmy hat and had a kilt towel wrapped round him. He apoligised in that interview.

4. Cheers, must have missed that but iniitially he did refuse to apologise.

I see the press reporting that Goian paid off in full for year remaining in contract. £500K. so much for those thinking they had saved 2Million from the wage bill. nothing saved on Goian at all. infact worse of by spending it all now instead of spreading it over 12 months and if wage bill was 7M a year. who is getting all the money!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why give him the money up front? Surely we should have kept him and tried to loan him out or make him available for a free transfer. More money unnecessary wasted. Seems as though nothing gets learned from past mistakes

Agree0 Disagree0

For those bears who continually say there is no financial worries at Ibrox the Romanian's pay off is 1, 670 season tickets at £300 each. Presumably Bochanegra will get a similar farewell pay off. 25,000 season tickets will not go far at this rate. Still no published audited accounts- why? I think deep down we all know why

Agree0 Disagree0

We don't do walking away but give us a barrow load of cash and we'll consider it, they and their agents are as bad as the rest Rangers, it is just a cash cow that they can milk for the hardworking fans money.

Agree0 Disagree0

You think this is bad, wait until sandaza wins his case, 4 year contract at 7k a week.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would we not keep him and play him if he's getting full wages can't believe this is true no logic

Well it's hard for some to comprehend such blatant flaunting and deliberate bending of the rules, when it suites, indeed for many of the Rangers faithful an extremely bitter pill to swallow.

I have to say off the bat, hats off to him all the best Danny Wilson, and all credit to him for talking a pay cut and sticking it out, however me thinks the lad knows what he's doing, if he's to have a chance of re-launching his carrier then has he made the correct decision! Time will tell.

As for the shambolic decision to allow his transfer to go through given the clubs transfer embargo is nothing short of a disgrace, but then again coming from the persons that run our wonderful game is it not a surprise that they have found a way round there own rules, and a part of me believes that Mr. jungle jim, Lawwell led SPL has some hand in matters, well who knows! What I do know is that it dose seem as though there is a deliberate attempt to severely piss off the Rangers faithful.

No one has asked me, and why should they, but come on what are we doing lurking and sniffing around Craig Gordon, his knees are shot, he doesn't command respect nor dose he exude confidence, all we should be giving him is a wide berth me thinks.

Well my bonny blue nosed lads, until next we indulge each other, take it from one who knows, we are the people.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

And the SFA also gave rangers a chance to sign players before the transfer ban kicked in. What a load of blinkered nonsense.

Agree0 Disagree0

The STUPID FOOTBALL ASS also had to create a new rule to punish Rangers. Good luck to Hearts and the lad. I would not wish anything on them like we have been put through.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hearts transfer embargo is for players aged over 21, Danny Wilson is 21 just now and that is probably the reason they have been allowed to sign him. I do think its a complete joke that we were given an embargo for players over 18, they 3 years experience in football can be vital, maybe we would've signed some more players last year

Agree0 Disagree0

No they signed him on a pre contract before the embargo, that's why its allowed to go through.

fauldsrfc

Agree0 Disagree0

Precontracts mean nothing. His registration has been "continued" so that's there way round it. Fair play to them using loopholes in the rules

Agree0 Disagree0

Transfer embargos are nothing new. Hearts got one in the early 80's when they couldn't pay Dundee United the transfer instalments for Willie Pettigrew and Derek Addison.

If there's any justice in the world hearts are for the drop next season. Hopefully a decent start for thistle. We'll keep them there the season after next. The "spfl" stinks to high heaven before we've even started.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why? they are only in administration, have not been liquidated yet and their fans are bailing them out.

I'll post this here & now, I predict rangers new strikeforce will score easily 45 goals between them, I'm really looking forward to seeing big jon daly & nicky clark together, I think they'll hit it off and be a terrific partnership, what do you's guy's think?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I think you could be right can't wait

Agree0 Disagree0

Don't forget andy little he will also score a few goals this season.

Agree0 Disagree0

That's if ally plays 2 upfront.

Agree0 Disagree0

Really looking forward to seeing them aswell mate don't forget Andy Little was the only one who looked interested in a lot of those away grounds last year & at ibrox a few times when Temps was out so we should be loyal to him like he has us & give him his chance to fight for the role as our leading striker.

Larky Bear

Agree0 Disagree0

The competition will be stiffer this year, they got away with half-hearted kickabouts last season, but teams like Dunfermline are going to be very angry this year, and although we 'expect' to win, it's still going to take guts and determination from this new squad.

Fingers crossed they gel quickly.

Agree0 Disagree0

O. p. what are you saying here.
nicky clark played in that league last season and scored 41 goals himself. and that was without the help of a team of spl players. so are you saying that you are going to make him a worse player.

i'll post this here and now. you must have a degree in, stating the bleeding obvious { honours}. shammy
