@2 mate the pen for the gers should have been a free kick but come on that's twice collum has given celtic two soft pens at tynecastle now think back to the league game the pen he refused hearts was exactly the same situation that he awarded the pen for today in my eyes that's quite a few time now that he's blatantly favoured celtic

Collum is a poor referee, I would think fans of just about every team would agree on that and that was never a penalty to me.
But to hint that he's deliberately giving Celtic decisions when they were already 5 up is plain bizarre.

@ naz exactly the point why give such a soft penalty when they wer already winning 5-0 also very nearly identical to the won he refused hearts in the league game a few month ago

ED039 I see most fans agree about the person who threw flare should be punished. Celtic have same trouble with some mindless clowns also with flares and smokebombs. If a fan standing next to these people has lung problems etc. it could prove serious health wise.
But my gripe is with police and stewards, how do they get these incenderies past the police search?
I take 2 teenage girls to Celtic Park and I remember over the years being pulled up for the girls having cans of coke etc, so if they are that thorough with us ordinary fans why can't they be just as thorough with the persons. Timalloy

OP I would agree with you up to a point. The amount of damage these things do would suggest they must be fairly substantial and obvious. But sadly if these clowns are determined enough and personic enough to take them into the ground it can't be easy for the authorities especially with decent fans keen to get into the ground as quickly as possible.

Tim, you get pulled up for cans of coke on way in as its on show in yer hand usually, a smoke flare would be hidden on your person and if you think the cops have time to search 40k fans on their way into ground you are sadly mistaken, the fans would need to start queuing up at 6am! L1888

Op I think the only way to stop dafties taking flares ie to games anybody caught trying to enter ground should be sindied from every stadium life ban if that doesn't stop them nothing will
