I was a speedy winger back in the day and loved playing against left backs that were right footed. they didn't have a clue how to tackle with their left peg. seems obvious me that Flanagan can't tackle with his lefty.

I bet Flanagan would love to play in his natural position as right back. It's complicated when the team captain who's not a natural defender has that spot. Full credit to Flanagan for fitting in where he's asked and doing a great defensive job out of position.

I think defensively we'd benefit hugely from playing a back 3/ 5 And Flanagan could be one of the outside centre backs in the style of azpilicueta. It would free up tav and John to get forward and relieve them of some defensive responsibility where they struggle. The problem is that playing that system against lesser teams seems a bit unnecessarily defensive and would mean sacrificing a more forward thinking player. It's definitely an option for some games for me.

Really hope we don't sign Lafferty. We had 3 mill to sign the boy cooper from millwall. If we can't get cooper then I would rather spend the money on a proper striker not a 30 year old who was seeing his career out with Hearts.

352 does not suit our squad. Playing TAV and John as WB leaves Murphy, Candeas, Kent and Middleton on the bench as NONE of them can play in the 3. Never going to happen.

It's amazing how fickle us as fans can be. We should all take a step back and realise how far we have come in such a short space of time. The morelos haters need mirrors in their houses. He is easily the best striker we've had at Ibrox since jelavic. (not that I'm comparing the two. jelavic was much better) he out scored dembelle and the thumb last season yet still gets criticism. We need to get behind him and the team. He's still young and will come good this season. Rome wasnt built in a day. I think (without trying to be over confident) we are in for a good season this year. The mhanky mob aren't all their cracked up to be as Europe has proved. They've had it too easy for too long. Let's set about them and show them what rangers are and means. # #letsgo.

Seriously? Well who would u like us to sign then STYAB? Aguero? Lukaku? Neymar? If we have learnt anything over the last decade is that we have to live within our means. we can't compete with down south anymore and that's just the way of it. Morelos was a steal for 1 Mil and you should support him and the team. He got the goal away to osijek. What more do u want?

Dunoon, I also hope Morelos comes good and I am glad his attitude seems to have changed for the better! Fair enough he was managed last season by two guys who should never have been near Ibrox but he now has to deliver?
Will he ever be a quality player only time will tell and he is playing for a great club who will make plenty of chances for him! 🇬🇧.

I never said anything about FACTS. I'm just being realistic. How can you criticize a player who outscored two players who are apparently worth over £30 Mil dembelle dollars, after two or three competitive games of the season?

I can't believe how a player can go from 250k-500k to 7-8mil with in the small space of a year we need to rethink our selling skills to make more money on our talent.

I wish we had looked at taking barrie MacKay back before he went to swansea for 500K i for one hopes the lad does well there and as he is a talent waiting to break out.

I also think we should put a bid in for ryan gault as he would be amazing and score goals.

It's nothing to do with the player it's their inflated transfer fee's i wish people would realize this! to receive 7-8 mil for a player from our league they would need to be top drawer but down there it's your average Joe because they know they can get it. Ipswich are probably sitting down there now going "i can't believe they're bloody paying that! "

Waggy I loved the guy in the lower leagues but just didn’t cut it at all when we stepped up. Might have been his injury cause he never showed firm after it . Maybe he has just kicked on again and settled back into form but we were not to kn that would happen. Well don Mark Allen if it were you who negotiated sell on clause.

Feel like we need at least 1 center back but would like 2, suspension or injury could really hurt us in this area. Look at last season we had Russell, Bruno, batsey, cardroso, that's four whom all suffered injury and suspension. If we are to challenge we need reinforcements. It would seem that Bradley has overtaken Wilson in pecking order for the youths but I'd say he needs a bit of time to develop still maybe on loan where he play's every week.

I like Wilson and feel he would be number four. the lad Bradley had a mare in first half before subbed but that's fine in my eyes, he needs to learn from his mistakes.
If he did that regular in league we would concede goals.

Curtis Tilt at Blackpool has handed in a transfer request due to interest from Ipswich so don't know if nows a good time to jump in for him? Heard about the boy from the MLS as well so if we've only got 2 proper Centre halves with McCrorie as crisis cover then I say (finances allowing) we should either get them both or Cedric Kipre. I know he can be a bombscare and could easily get sent off any minute but he's never going to dislodge Goldson and Katic on this form.
