Katic has scored mostly this season from corners but he doesn’t seem to feature now for whatever reason but he was our main ariel threat at set pieces until he was dropped for Worral 🔵⚪️🔴.

We do just seem to try the same ball in to the same area at corners, mixing it up with a few new tactics from them might help. I almost expect every corner to go straight to the opposing goalie now, surely the coaching staff can see this?

Don't threaten what about Gareth miss from 4 feet. He got a slight touch on it but a bit more and it's a goal then it's 3 points. That's the game play well and drop points, play terrible get a break a pick up 3 points.

Grezda was very good tonight and if u think otherwise u really are unrealistic, he was rangers TV motm on Sunday and again tonight him and barisic are looking good together, support the team. He was out since March and is starting to cause teams issues.

I actually like Grezda but I don't see a 25 yarder coming from him. He is constantly looking for balls to be played into open areas and it sometimes looks as if he is 2 passes ahead of his team mates. Need some quick footed players with goal hungry attitudes.

Cannot remember dominating a game at Easter Road as much as that. Its obvious taking the chances we create is our problem. Alfredo needs a quality striking partner to share the responsibility of scoring the goals. The midfield should be chipping in with goals, apart from set pieces they are reluctant to shoot from outside the box.

Our midfield seem to hesitate just outside the box in almost every attacking situation. I wwas at the Hamilton game and that was exactly what happened because they had no Morelos to give the ball to. Urgently need another physical striker.

There really is no pleasing some folk on here.
We completely dominated a team the on Sunday pumped Celtic and who are full of confidence. We hammered them tonight and gave them the runaround both with and without the ball.
In another day that result would be a complete annihilation.
We are still trying to find our feet as a team and only half way through the season.
This is the best position we’ve been in for years. Just enjoy it.

On another night we would have given hibs an absolute beating, with the glut full of chances, we had tonight. Morelos could and should have had at least a hat-trick tonight! We played terrifically well and totally dominated hibs for the majority of the game!
Still hard to believe, we never won that game tonight. We totally dominated the midfield and ryan jack was absolutely immense and easily MOTM! To have went to easter road and had something like 16 shots on target, tells you all you need to know! We're making chances and that's definitely a big plus point. Also thought morelos had a terrific game all round and had ambrose on toast! Like i said earlier, on another night alfredo would have bagged at least 3!

Fact is we didn’t score and blew our chance to stay top. Only 2 goals in our last 5 games. You can paint it anyway you want supercooper but it’s not good enough and we won’t win the league only winning 3 away games all season is poor.

Thought it was one of our best performances this season, just couldn't score. Outplayed them in all departments. Jack, Morelos, Goldson, Tav, Barasic, Candyman, in fact all players played well.

Performance was best of the season. How we didn't win is beyond me. Stonewall penalty and a red card all day long. If we play as well as this for the rest of the season we'll not be far away.

I thought Rangers were excellent tonight. That was a 0-0 doing. Ryan Jack was excellent. Stonewall penalty and Porteous should have seen red. No doubt a few will be on here slaughtering the team but sometimes these things happen. Sometimes you have games like this.

Well on another day you win that game by 3 or 4 goals, plenty of really good chances and didn't take them. The frustrating thing is that I thought we played really well to a man but if you don't score you don't win obviously, we really needed a win. Thought Grezda played reasonably well and Coulibaly had a much better game than he has done recently, Morelos was really good but how many chances do you need.

Wow, I thought we played exceptionally well against Hibs and god alone knows how we didn't win. I thought every player was up for it and we bossed the game, created lotta chances and won every 50-50 ball. If we keep playing like this we are at the races. C'mon the Gers!

Granted we wasted a few but their keeper made 2 good saves from Morelos, we had one cleared off the line, Ambrose basically cleared Candeias shot off the line, Tav had a cracking shot blocked also. On the other hand, McCauley should have stuck one away, Tav should have scored, Morelos could have had a hat trick and we were denied a stone wall penalty.

Tav’s first half in summary - 3 mins in nearly costs us a goal with a stupid pass in his own half, 33rd minute inexplicably just falls over when Hibs counter attack, 38th minute, insists on hitting a free kick despite it clearly being in a better position for a left footer (Barisic) and hits the wall. Can people on here now please just accept he is mince and we need shot of him ASAP?

What ED001 is saying is not bunkum, don’t know if it was 50k or 40 K or what but it was high, I’m a Chelsea fan and I remember reading about Solanke wanting a massive wage increase or he wouldn’t sign a new contract, Chelsea ( says no ) and he moved on. This Solanke wages story doesn’t mean much to Rangers anyway because Rangers won’t be paying them, let’s move on.

Not about the market but the Money players from these market bring, one player over there and your selling crazy amount of tops etc visitors to the stadium we have the global named manager too match, plus they have improved dramatically on the football front. If they can do a job and bring more money and value to the club it makes sense.

Leaving aside our loathing for the sheep, they seem to have found a run of form. The unwashed go to Pittodrie on Boxing Day and then they come to Ibrox on 29th. The league could make very interesting viewing by the end of the year. Meantime, Kilmarnock have an easier run of games on paper so I wouldn't write them off.

Just a quick note, there was a discussion on this site about wages of youngsters in English football, when I pointed out Solanke was on a large wage. I have double checked and now triple checked last night, all say the same thing. Dominic Solanke's dad, who represented him, refused to sign a contract with Chelsea unless he was given a salary of 50k a week. Liverpool found out and Klopp tapped him up, agreeing to the ridiculous demands. Chelsea found out about the tapping up and LFC paid a much larger fee than they wanted, to avoid it going to tribunal over the tapping up. But Solanke got his wage demands met, so he is earning 50k a week, the only question is what method was used to make up that salary to the 50k. How much is via the signing on fee paid throughout his contract etc, and how much is straightforward salary. Oh and one of the issues he had with Chelsea was he refused to go out on loan.
I couldn't say if the lad would now be open to a loan more or not, but it might be a difficult deal for Rangers to make, unless LFC are willing to subsidise his salary to a substantial degree.

Saw on bbc sport this morning crystal palace are looking to sign solanke on loan in January but if he did come threes no way he would come as a back up so do we drop or sell Fredo I think or hope not! or do we go 442 or poss 451 and use him as mid to front link to accommodate him in team what would be the point in the boy coming up here to sit on the bench makes no sense.

The problem SG has with going 442 is he only has one striker that he has confidence in to put the ball in the back of the net. I think with a player like Solanke you would have 2 upfront. We have to be honest with ourselves though. Solanke is ready for first team football at EPL level and that is where the money is and where he will want to be. From EPL us, them and others in the SPL are looking at young talents who aren't quite ready or players teams are looking to get rid of. Bar Kent the players SG has purchased are far better than the loans we have brought in, so shouldn't we be looking at buying players rather than more loans?
