Quick question and excuse the ignorance if the squad are able to train in Hummel gear and training ground has been renamed. Why has the new strips been revealed and available by now? . Because if it was all to do with the previous deal then we wouldn't be wearing the new gear? . Again apologies if I am missing something. I think it’s to do with the sports direct deal running out on 31st July. i'm assuming we will see the new kit on the 6th against Bury but can’t buy it until the 1st August. that's my understanding of it anyway.

The 3 names being linked with us are Sturridge, Ings and Berahino.
The rumour is it will be one of those.
Sturridge would be a season loan as would Ings.
Berahino would be a permanent deal as Stoke are wanting rid.
Personally I’d want it to be Ings as I think he’d be more suited to us and our league. Sturridge is too injury prone and I just think he is a luxury player, not the type to get stuck in when needed.
Berahino just doesn’t do it for me. he's been out in the wilderness for too long but then again might see it as a fresh challenge to kick start his career.
Time will tell.

After listening to the latest Stevie Gerrard interview I'm not too sure that Morelos will stay . Also If what I've read today about Tav possibly moving on for around £3m is true-well then I think we have a decision to make. £11m for Tav and Morelos would give us a real punt in the transfer market, admittedly with the problem of replacing both. But come on lads, we could spend £11m on 2 or 3 strikers.

I know Tav splits opinion like no other Rangers player But You don't move forward as a team by selling your best players. There is a reason other clubs want to buy Tav and Morelos pity our own fans don't see it. Marriott is a decent striker they want £5 mil for him Morelos is far better stronger younger faster. We have to keep our best players young ones for sure unless we see silly money like the rumoured £11mil in January.

Utter disgrace if reports are true from indicating the Rangers team were not fit enough last season. Perhaps the leaks at the beginning of last season from players that Pedros training wasn't intensive enough were true after all. Looking at the pics on the website in Spain the boys will be wishing Pedro was back! The coaching staff all in black, looks like an episode of SAS are you tough enough. Could you imagine Pena at the Spain camp wouldn't last 2 minutes, unless the hotel had a fountain that is.

I think any talk of team non fitness a bit over spun. The team in general was light and easy to run over. I think Murty also played light squads although TBH he didn't have much to play with plus additions made by Murty in midfield light.

Birdswing99, look at the full picture, regarding jason cummings loan spell at rangers mate! He hardly got a start and most certainly isn't suited to playing up front on his own. I still think cummings is a very good finisher and would be productive for us, playing in a partnership up top! If gerrard wants to sign jason cummings permanently,
then that'll do for me. I'll tell you one thing, cummings is a natural finisher and will only get better and better. In a 2 up front partnership, he'll be very good for us imo! I also think given time, he will learn the trait of being able to play through the middle himself! He's still relatively young Into the bargain. Give the guy a chance! You're calling himself useless without looking at all these contributing factors!

Cummings is a top class striker in my opinion and played upfront with a striking partner that’s where you get the benefits out of him! He’s still young and learning as well and didn’t get a fair crack of the whip last season.

Have any you guys seen the pics from the Spain trip? Nikola Katic looks enormous. Two imposing centre backs are a treat to see. let's hope the can play and get stuck right in. Although we have centre mids in abundance, I don't think we have a solid, hard as nails player in there. I hope we sort that and bully every team we play next season. Early signs certainly are positive and don't let any of the clampits tell us otherwise!

Wanted to know what my fellow Bears think about Paddy McNair. Rumour is Middlesburgh have had a £5m bid accepted. Not sure we have this cash to spend on one player but I think he would be a great addition. My mate who is a Sunderland fan says towards the end of the season after an injury ravaged season he was the only thing worth going to the Stadium of Light to watch. given he is a known Rangers fan and seems a very versatile player I would love if we could sneak in here and steal him.
Also happy to see the new manager talking up Morelas. I believe after a break and a full pre-season we will see this boy back to his best and then push on.

Scouting agencies (different from players' agents) from all over the planet will be there, and I'm quite sure our club will call on the services of at least one of them. It would be unusual to send a single scout to a World Cup unless you're Barcelona or somebody, as they could never cover all the games. They would have to have a specific target list to watch.

Bring up the old chestnut. I still think we should have another look at v weiss currently injured at the mom but in last year of his contract so maybe not this window but in jan window. His stats are brill for a winger in 2 seasons he has played 81 scored 37 with 20 assits and only 28 current market value is 2.5 mill. However in jan that would drop to about a mill.
Think the issue would be wages but this guy is one player i think if your team where struggling could single handly win you the game and players like that are hard to come by within oùr budget. Thoughts guys.
