Is it just me or are other gers fans geyyin pissed off the club is being made a laughing stock over jelavic? surely their are other players?

Listen, i posted this on the celtic banter page and i am a celtic fan but i want to know what yous think about this

Ok, so i admit celtic and rangers are definatly not what they used to be. That has been proved by the fact that celtic have lost out on players to newcastle, cardiff and bristol city this transfer window. So i think the only way forward is to become a team like benfica or santos who are known for bringing up players and selling them on for huge transfer fee`s. Take benfica for example ramires, fabio contraeo(spelling), angel di maria and david luiz these players where bought for peanuts and now are all rated at around the 20million mark. Then there is santos who`s upbringing up players speaks for itself. Dermot Desmond needs to get his hand in his pocket and invest in better scouts in countrys all over the world and buy them before they are 18 so they will probally stay under the radar of big teams.

It is the way forward unless we moved to england but that's not going to happen. We have made 14 million off of hutton and wilson which is good for the SPL and celtic have somehow got 9.5 for mcgeady which is also good.

Just found an interesting thing on an Austrian sporting website - quotes from Jelavic's adviser Velibor Momcilovic saying that "Nikica to Rangers, immediately. Everything was discussed, then Rapid started backing down. Nikica is very disappointed. How can he play for Rapid wholeheartedly against Aston Villa"? Especially since now an internal conflict threatens: If "Jela" shoots rapid into the group phase, then he'd be cup-tied for Rangers' European Campaign. Momcilovic: "Nikica dreams of the Champions League with Rangers. His heart is in Glasgow. He has done a lot for Rapid".

The player is now in an impossible position now, score against villa and put himself out of champs league and possible transfer. Rangers should walk away from deal and sign him in Jan on a pre contract agreement and get him for nothing next summer. Stuff the Austrians, we get the player and they get f all

Why move the Rangers to a separate forum ?

We all know most of the Rangers rumours put up on this site are from Septic fans trying to stir it.


It is that lot from across the City that have delusions about who wants to sign for them, not us.
