18 Apr 2016 20:30:47
Just watched the Review video on Rangers YouTube page. Absolutely amazing!

Couldn't breath for 125mims yesterday watching but I am smiling ear to ear, so proud of the team and I am looking forward to the final against the Hobos.

My kids even came home from school saying the boys at school were talking about Rangers! We're in England so it isn't normal for a primary, lol.

18 Apr 2016 20:30:04
Any one else think Jason holt could have stopped celtics first goal. I think he could have jumped about a foot higher if he didn't have Scott Brown in his back pocket.

18 Apr 2016 20:50:32
Brilliant.

18 Apr 2016 21:52:06
Haha brilliant cb. Read the first line and I thought someone was being critical already!

19 Apr 2016 07:08:51
Craigton bear, Definitely comment of the moment.

18 Apr 2016 19:41:42
Was at the match yesterday, so many positives. Came home, watched the full SKY coverage again and watch the shoot out again this morning before work. Loved it.

I think we know now that Clark, Shiels and Law will be on their way to be replaced with. Water quality. So much to speculate on but whoever comes and goes, I have full faith in our management team who have done an exceptional job. I'll not get carried away but cast your mind back to April and May 2015. Look where we are now and we are only going in one direction. The team I love are being led by people who also love it. Well done to the Board for having the vision to bring in the relatively unknown MW and for investing in a group of players most hadn't ever heard of. This is our way forward and I can't wait for the last few games, a cup final and a transfer window which we won't be watching through our fingers in fear.

Hope every bear, irrespective of stance on King, formation and whatever had a brilliant day. I know I'm still buzzing.

We should add Yazz to the Ibrox playlist for next season. The Only Way is Up!
πŸ˜œπŸŽ©πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§.

18 Apr 2016 19:51:43
Sorry for the typo - *better quality* Water quality only applies to beer 😜.

18 Apr 2016 18:49:46
Really hope we look at Bradley dack from league 1. Just won player of the year and seems to tick all boxes for a warburton player. Would definitely strength the team.

18 Apr 2016 20:49:48
would take Dack in a heartbeat. Two good feet, got that little bit of something different, creative but also has drive and determination, and is a huge goal threat.

18 Apr 2016 17:08:09
different subject ---the half time guests. think wee mo was on the bucky sat night COMPARED US TO BARCELONA LOL. ----i know ill take stick but lemmon was very calm and in control and paid us some compliments----really must want the tic job---.

18 Apr 2016 19:22:12
Mo looked as if he was out on the ran dan the night before. That was a rough hangover he had by the looks of him. Well Lenny speaks sense. I quite like him as he tells it how it is. He's a fiery wee so and so, but he will give you an honest no bs answer. Not whilst he was the Celtic manager of course.

18 Apr 2016 16:50:32
Just watched the gaffers press conference and just to let people know big rob k isn't injured, he went off with cramp yesterday, it just shows us he gave his all.

18 Apr 2016 19:29:34
I think all the players gave their all yesterday. I have been critical of a few of the players this season however their effort was first class yesterday. Also like to mention Law who I have accused of hiding in many games with Rangers however credit to him for taking a penalty and slotting it away.

19 Apr 2016 10:42:11
Agreed biffo 1 to 14 were outstanding and gave their all.

18 Apr 2016 15:52:05
Ive just watched the gaffer (mw) doing todays interview on the dtbs, the guy is amazing with these interviews, no matter how the press try to badger him he is very clever, i always said souness was the best thing that happened to our club but now I've changed my mind, i really hope mw sticks around for a very long time, worth the watch on other site.

18 Apr 2016 13:53:50
There only 2 van vossen 2 van vossen stand up Patrick Roberts take a bow lol.

18 Apr 2016 13:44:24
Just thinking about the hibs game on wed night, I wonder what team the gaffer will play after yesterday's effort, the players put one hell of a shift into that game so I'm just wondering with big rob going off injured and the squad down to the minimum will he rest some players.

18 Apr 2016 13:57:22
I think a few can be rested but our squad isn't that big to rest a lot a could see King and ohalloran starting meaning a rest for maybe Miller n McKay.

18 Apr 2016 14:27:16
Foderingham
Tav ball Wilson Wallace
Shiels halliday holt
King Clark ogalloran.

18 Apr 2016 14:33:59
That's a good shout the players deserve a rest plus the leagues won, I'd rest the boys for sat at ibrox but the gaffer likes to play the same team most games, so it could be a gamble regarding injuries.

18 Apr 2016 15:21:37
Rest no one we want to make it as hard as possible for Stubbs to get his team up.

18 Apr 2016 15:25:28
Delboy

We have to play as strong a team as possible on Wednesday. Need to get them to play as many games as possible in the run up to the final and hopefully if they do get to the play off final these games will be either side of the final. Rest players for every other game left but full strength against Hibs and let's keep them in 3rd place.

18 Apr 2016 16:25:53
We need to play our strongest team against Hibs out of respect to Falkirk - IMO.

18 Apr 2016 20:34:05
I agree Blackisler, anyone with a knock should be rested, but if fit they should play. Bring in a couple of youngsters at the week-end and rest players then.

18 Apr 2016 13:36:28
The winner of the Scottish Cup Final will enter the Europa League at the second qualifying round. Legs to be played 14 and 21 July. The runners up and the third placed in the Premiership will enter in the first qualifying round. I really hope that we win the cup.

18 Apr 2016 13:48:34
Yes mate it would be great to get euro football 1st year back into premier league big incentive for the players to beat hibs another medal and 1st chance of euro football in there careers.

18 Apr 2016 14:02:53
Definately want 2nd round give some of the new players time to bed in, great now being able to sell that to players coming in now though, definately have to bulk up the squad though just with slight rotation to make sure we can walk before running and it doesn't end up too much, european nights are back dam ill take that any day of the week, amazing achievements by all people involved and i must say after 4 years of craziness its seems the best support in the world might get what we deserve after yesterday its onwards and upwards.

18 Apr 2016 14:09:55
There not back yet smokey still 1 game to go and it won't be easy it's a cup final and hibs do have a few good players take nothing for granted.

18 Apr 2016 14:23:16
Im trying not to mate and i know hibs will be up for it but it seems our players can handle the big occasion after watching part of the other semi, if our team plays the way it has then it should be a no brainer take nothing away from the fact that ill be wearing a nappy theough the final mate though makes a difference from about 4 yesterday.

18 Apr 2016 14:27:17
Also misread the comment i thought runners up ie cup losers dam this man flu is killin me, yeah ill take it back the now.

18 Apr 2016 13:29:48
by the way, what's the script with the half naked tits hangin out all over this site? they wernt always there were they?

{Ed001's Note - we changed advertisers but I think we will have to change them again, just so the missus will stop nagging at me about the pics.}

18 Apr 2016 13:34:56
mines is the same, which prompted me to ask lolol just seems silly because i now have to keep a look out over the shoulder when i want to check in to the site to make sure my wee kids ain't looking lol.

{Ed001's Note - exactly mate, they aren't supposed to be like that. We edit the posts before they go up to keep it kid-friendly and those advertisers are ruining it! We work with an agency that deals with them and our account was handed over to someone new, so we just have to work with them to explain the situation. I never noticed it was so bad as I only see edit pages, which have no advertising or much of anything on them. It was only because the fiancee was having a moan after checking out the sites that I went and had a look.}

18 Apr 2016 13:56:47
Not only that the links are pretty poor I've checked every one of them and its not up to standard obviously for advertising purposes
πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Do agree though bit dodgy when i'm hiding my phone from the mrs and kids its usually only the green site that's got tons of tits aswell
πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

{Ed001's Note - now I know they have been fully researched by yourself, I am certain they need to be changed! They do seem to be worse on mobile as well for some reason.}

18 Apr 2016 13:59:32
Good stuff i'm glad your attention was pointed towards it, i'm actually surprised it hasn't been mentioned til now, or has it? Not sure, i just feel dead guilty when i'm browsing on here and either the mrs or the kids appear and have a peek, i'm like look its the rangers page hahaha.

{Ed001's Note - nobody else had mentioned it or I would have done something sooner. It has been on my to do list but just not got round to dealing with it until you reminded me.}

18 Apr 2016 15:04:37
There was a few saggy tits about yesterday as well. Most with long faces and green and white
Wrapped around there neck's
What a day YOUR ONLY HERE TO SEE THE RANGERS.

18 Apr 2016 19:46:53
Aye very goodπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

18 Apr 2016 12:53:59
Can honestly say I've never been more proud of my team than I am today. My cheeks are sore from smiling.
What a performance from the whole team. Even with all the world class players in the Advocaat era the team never controlled the ball like that. Old Firms have always been frantic, yesterday's was intense but the way we kept taking the sting out if It with our passing pleases me as much as the result.
MW got slated for saying we would treat it like another game and play our Football the right way and we did that start to finish.
A wish the game had been on BT so I could have seen that big eejit Suttons face. He's had plenty to say about our team and manager, none of it actually true though.
Now it's a case of trying to control my excitement about next year, because make no mistake we are on the up, they are on the down.

18 Apr 2016 12:47:33
This made me chuckle: With Ronny Deila certain to be ditched as Celtic manager after their Scottish Cup semi-final defeat by Rangers, David Moyes has again been connected with the club for whom he played, but the former Real Sociedad coach would want certain guarantees, principally over recruitment.

Seems a straight swap to me.

18 Apr 2016 12:59:31
One loser for another.

18 Apr 2016 14:27:23
Rafbob, i was watching the news just now and it seems yessterdays result makes no diffrence to the delia job, he won't be sacked, yee ha, i hope this news report is correct, well i hope its more correct than tbere weather reports.

18 Apr 2016 17:49:49
I think he will go at end of the season.

18 Apr 2016 17:52:12
Bigjoh85, what do they use as the catch line for job candidates?

"Want to win one thing and nothing else then you've come to the right place.

Oh wait maybe win one thing next year?! Anyhow yer in the right place. Our expectations as a board you ask?

No moaning when we hand you to the fans for failing to win anything is all we require. "

18 Apr 2016 18:33:44
Fafbob i think the catch line for the job is fairly simple matt, its mr lawell picks the team the applicant is told to jump about the touch line kiddin on he knows what he is doing. lol.

18 Apr 2016 19:48:14
Catch line will be come and play second fiddle to the magic hat.

18 Apr 2016 12:10:14
Nice to know that after all those years Peter Van Vossen can finally step aside and admire the "more skilful" miss of a lifetime supplied by Roberts!

19 Apr 2016 00:18:30
Watch the Spurs highlights. Roberts miss isn't even the worst of the weekend!

18 Apr 2016 11:20:50
I think the style of brilliant passing play by Rangers yesterday will suit us perfectly if we get into Europe next season. The team always tried to build from the back and Wilson and Kiernan looked very comfortable. Given that Waghorn, O'Halloran, King and Forester were all absent yesterday, plus our youngsters Hardie, Walsh and Murdoch hopefully coming back, the future looks bright.

18 Apr 2016 12:18:13
Yes making of a good young squad I would like us to try n get billy King in I think he's done well when been giving game time.

18 Apr 2016 11:19:09
6 fixtures vs Hibs this season! Does anyone know when the dates for the play off fixtures are?

I think if and when we beat them this week that should secure their 3rd place finish. Then they have either 2, 4 or 6 play off games to think about in a short space of time to try and achieve promotion before the cup final. Best case scenario for me is that they play 6 and bottle it in the play off final.

3 weeks of rest too for our team, by which time Waggy and Harry should be up to speed and ready for action. Although I trust in Warbs that everyone will be kept nice and fit and well prepared during that time.

18 Apr 2016 13:25:51
If hibs finish third they will play the fourth placed team home and away before the cup final with the remaining games to get played after the cup if they don't bottle it in the first playoff πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

18 Apr 2016 14:06:51
ah was half hoping theyd all be crammed in before the cup final to knacker them!
Oh well, hopefully Raith and Ryan Hardie will do a job on them in the first play off :) :) :)

18 Apr 2016 11:06:26
Over the moon with the result yesterday but gutted for Dominic Ball now having to miss the final.

18 Apr 2016 12:14:47
I didn't realise that's a shame for the big man he's been a good player for us hopefully get him back up next year again if Spurs don't have other plans for him.

18 Apr 2016 11:03:27
If we achieved football in Europe next season. would anyone like to see Steven Davis back at the club next season. has a year left on his contract, type of experience we need. People will say he left and no old players, but Davis was a quality and played for the badge.

18 Apr 2016 11:27:07
I have little issues with what past players have done. Things could have went differently with how they left but what's done is done.

However, I don't really want many, if any, past players coming back to us. I'm excited to see what Warbs and McParland can uncover from the UK and even further afield. The team they've brought in during the summer cost what? Tav and Waggy a couple hundred thousand? Holt 65k. And a handful of free transfers. Can't wait to see what they can get when they have a few million to spend! Yesterdays game is a big advertisement to join our club as well as possible European football once we beat Hibs? Don't think anyones going to take much convincing to join us :)

18 Apr 2016 12:01:48
Hibs will be another tough tie for us but if we turn up and play at our best we should be to much for them and would be nice to get some European football back to the club and also to get another 1 over Stubbs for some of the nonsense he spouted this past year! fingers crossed for another trophy πŸ†πŸ‘πŸ».

18 Apr 2016 12:03:07
Davis left on good terms and we got some Β£s for him so I would have no problem.

18 Apr 2016 12:16:43
Would be great but he's a regular for Southampton week in week out and even captained the side that other week I think they will be keen to keep him plus wages would be a issue too but if it was to happen I would be delighted to get him cracking player.

18 Apr 2016 14:33:12
Ryan if we win the cup final thus qualifying for europa league this might persued davis back up the road, he loved his time at our club, and left on good terms.

18 Apr 2016 11:33:50
i would welcome him back with open arms he made sure rangers received Β£800000 from southampton in fees when he left not like some of the shysters.

18 Apr 2016 07:41:55
Said since we went down years ago the gap between Rangers and Celtic wasn't too big Celtic would struggle to stay in the English championship just a pity it took us to beat them to realise. bazza ran the show that pass for Miller in first half was world class. Thought the full team were brilliant from start to finish hailiday, Dom ball, kerinan, holty etc. Played them off that park.

18 Apr 2016 00:07:52
Warbs said he would have to look at adding maybe a couple more players if we win the cup and get into Europe.

18 Apr 2016 10:13:21
I just sat and read 3 pages of posts, so good to hear the views of all, and especially the Selik Fan PoieticP.

Hats off, a Selik fan that can give credit when it was due, and fair do Selik had good changes but it was always going to be our day from the min Roberts missed open goal.

18 Apr 2016 09:53:03
After those years of hurt and longing for decent football i for one was not expecting a chance of a double this season, never mind a treble, but now, a treble? Fudge yes! My god that deila must be spewing and having no sleep at all, i would love that mob to keep him, but then again i don't want the league to be too easy now lol i'm still buzzing and to be honest i don't see it ending anytime soon, can't wait for this final now and onto the summer to see what other players come in and make our beloved team even stronger, and i can 100% garuntee timmy will spend millions trying to toughen up, how much was our total value on that park again? 1.765million if i'm not mistaken lol wow! Warburton truly is a magician.

18 Apr 2016 10:40:27
My only worry is being able to hold onto our manager as the job he and his management team have done in close to their first full year in charge has been outstanding, warbs is a very honourable gentleman and I still think he'll see his 3 year contract out well at least I hope so, in saying that it would be foolish of me or any other bear to think that bigger english clubs are not looking to warburton and what he's built at rangers in a remarkable short space of time on a very modest budget.

I would love 'the magic hat' to stay as rangers manager for a very long period of time because he is special but I know he'll get offers of big jobs in england without any shadow of a doubt. that's why I'll certainly enjoy him while he's here, thanks warbs for rebuilding the club I love, you're the man, our style of football is a thing of beauty, very pleasing on the eye!

18 Apr 2016 10:57:32
Well his job here isn't finished and to me he seems the type that won't go anywhere until it is done, plus with the prospect of getting european football next season i think that'll sway him into staying for now, it would need to be an arsenal or the likes to get him to leave if he already is in europe up here, hope i'm right but you never know, the prospect of a big budget and being able to choose who he wants could be enough to sway him, but i think he'll be here until at least the end of his current deal.

18 Apr 2016 12:41:04
We just need to hope Pochetino stays at Spurs because that's the one job he couldn't turn down. And I'm sure they would be in for him.
If and when he does move on I would hope big Davie the legend Weir would take control and carry on the job MW started anyway. I also want Niel Mccan brought into the fold at some point, he talks the most sense out of any pundit and is also a legend!

18 Apr 2016 09:00:06
People saying we should sign this guy n that guy. I'd say get Warburton signed on a longer contract. Lol.

18 Apr 2016 09:58:18
have to agree an quite sure warburton l be linked to a few clubs down south who would have no problem shelling out
for compensation.

18 Apr 2016 10:43:24
Totally agree, get him signed up for the long haul! he has brought a great brand of football here and long may it continue, those green and white diddys were chasing shadows yesterday in the 1st half with the passing and moving game we play.! πŸ”΄βšͺοΈπŸ”΅.

18 Apr 2016 08:22:33
A fabulous performance but if you watched BBC Sportscene last night you'd think Celtic were all over Rangers from the highlights they showed. What a disgrace. We should continue the ban on them interviewing our people. Even Pat Bonnar reluctantly admitted Rangers were by far the better team. I thought Barrie Mackay was magnificent again and so too were Holt, Halliday and Wallace. The centre backs played well and Ball looks a great prospect if we could get hold of him permanently. I thought Laws was off the pace and Shiels anonymous. Brilliant show and now for the treble (Celtic - that's how it's done! )

18 Apr 2016 08:49:22
Totally correct Doiger, Barry Mackay was the pick of our great players yesterday and it just shows the magic of MW.
On the Sportscene programme, the highlights were a disgrace, the opinions were iffy, but the most incredulous part was the build-up to the game where they showed a celtic fan washing his face.

18 Apr 2016 08:57:08
Doiger you beatt me to it mate, lol, i was going to post the same thing last night, the only guy tthat gave us true credit was stevie thomppson when he went to the big screen. but ide imaagine that other lot will put that down to him being an ex bear. lol.

18 Apr 2016 09:27:55
It was the best I've seen McKay they couldn't get near him!

18 Apr 2016 09:46:11
Just home now, what a day, what a team, and what great fans, still on cloud nine, wee NcKay was immense what a prospect, in the words of Rudyard kippling, ("which more you'll be a man my son") Barrie the boy became a man out there yesterday. Just so proud of where we have come from, credit to king the three bears and others who've steadied the ship and a big thanks to MY and DW fantastic job, onwards and upwards.

18 Apr 2016 09:48:12
Said it yesterday. Sky has a completely balanced approach when it comes to reporting on the OF. BBC defo have an agenda against us. Last night's programme confirmed it (apart from big Thommo) .
On another note did you see the nick of the Hibs goalie? Hadn't seen any of the footage from Saturday. Wondered what was causing the tremors under my feet when i was out in the garden. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

18 Apr 2016 10:17:58
Obviously my post was meant to be Mckay and MW but surely you can forgive a Bear with a very sore headπŸ˜ƒπŸΊπŸΈπŸ·πŸ΄.

18 Apr 2016 10:26:36
Hopefully the 1s that go on about McKay not been good enough and there has been plenty on here over the season might think again the wee man was outstanding yesterday as he has been all year well played young manπŸ‘πŸ».

18 Apr 2016 07:35:02
Having watched yesterday's game a couple of times now I can't see us holding on to any of the players running out of contract. I like Law and Sheils and would have previously supported them staying but when the chips were down they were Ok ancient plugged a gap but not a step up like the rest of our team.
They have helped us on our way and I wish them every success but it's time to see what else the hat has up his sleeve!

18 Apr 2016 08:42:53
Law was off the pace but was playing out of position and tried to adapt and Shiels was ok, but the main point is our workrate and passing was supberb.
Interesting to see what players are offered new contracts by Warbs.

18 Apr 2016 10:00:04
I like Dean Shiels but felt the game passed hom by a bit. Maybe a lack of playing time was taking its toll. Thought Law was at fault for allowing Tierney to pass him so easily for their 2nd goal. On the plus side the back four I thought were very good and Miller again ran about like a whippet and was unlucky not to get a couple. Andy Halliday and Dom Ball were fantastic but wee Barrie was absolutely brilliant! And what a fantastic strike. No goalie in the world could have got near it.
Special mention to the boss. What he and Davie have achieved over such a short spell is phenomenal! Was speaking to a Celtic supporting pal this morning and he couldn't praise our manager's attitude and ability enough. He said it was unbelievable how well we played given the lean, tight squad we have. Every one of our players were playing for their manager. He doubted that this was the case with his club.
Good times ahead and boy do we deserve them.

18 Apr 2016 00:38:32
Cannot sleep i am still buzzing, Not just the fact that we won, But the way we outplayed the so called Champions.

18 Apr 2016 00:12:10
What a performance. Been a reader of this site for a number of months, but today has been incredible. 4 years of being away and we are back where we belling the worlds most successful club are back and we won't be mastered. Mark warburton we salute you!
