Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

After our agm on thursday with the outcome now cut & dried we have to try to move forward as a football club, I most definitely trust & rate our ceo to take our great club forward, there isn't a shread of doubt that graham wallace is the real deal, I'm very confident that wallace will find fresh investment for rangers and will spend money on our scouting network to unearth young talent because this is the correct way to go and him & mccoist have said as much, I've also been told that dave king will definitely be investing into rangers again, he was just waiting to see who won the boardroom power struggle at our agm, dave king & both james & sandy easdale have been in constant dialogue over fresh investment & fresh ideas to take rangers forward, I can guarantee this, king & the easdales have become quite close over the last few months, BIG BOYDY9!

Right Mr Irvine how the hell did you manage to hack this log in

Agree0 Disagree0

Op let's wait and see what happens on thursday I see the source of this megga leak has now been removed I wonder why I don't believe any of the shyte bbc have mentioned from begining till now I wonder where toxic jack comes into this story cause no doubt he will be hiding lurking in there some where

Agree0 Disagree0

The only way ahead now is for fans to boycott season tickets next year, don't support this board

Agree0 Disagree0

@3 it pains me to say it but its the only thing that will get rid of this dirt.

The current Rangers board has won enough support to remain in place, BBC Scotland has learned.
Figures of proxy votes cast on behalf of shareholders indicate chairman David Somers, chief executive Graham Wallace and three directors will be re-elected.
And nominees including former chairman Malcolm Murray do not have enough votes to join the board.

Can someone please explain why the bbc can report the outcome of vote 2 days in advance. if this is true its just another dark day.

Even Stockbridge getting enough votes wow

Bye Bye Ally! your either with the 1p share gang or if not your out.

shares will be diluted now motion 9/10 selected investors will be given 6.6mil shares for a £66,000 loan (yip loan)

I Wonder who the select few could be?

Agree0 Disagree0

Ho would ra bbc know about this before agm even if they new something that no one else knows ime preety sure anybody making claims like this would be breaking the law

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 maybe you should read what resolution 9 & 10 actually say, not what you think they say,

you do realise that RIFC shares are 1p ordinary shares, so 6, 600,000 shares have a nominal value of 66,000 quid, they won't be sold or loaned for that value, jeezuz

JG-It was Rangers investor Kieron Prior that pointed out what he calls the controversial
9/10 resolution, which he says
ultimately allows directors to approach anyone of their choosing, without the backing of existing shareholders, and look for loans that can be converted to penny shares.

he then goes on to say the whole concept is disgusting and totally unfair.

Agree0 Disagree0

Jeezuz JG no reply maybe its you that should read the resolution.
Kieron Prior, and now ex gers chief A Johnston raises his concerns over resolution 9/10.
he echoes Priors fears saying " it could amount to a get rich quick scheme for individuals, selected by the board, who could snap up millions of shares at a penny a time - and then offload them at the full market value"

a deal which could see cash sums multiplied overnight, earning investors profits of around 3500per cent.

nice way to buy votes required for the majority.

suppose these guys will be wrong as well JG Jeezuz.

Bluebeard, I bow to the superior business acumen of prior mate, just as I did when he told us the accounts were not too bad!,.
You have the advantage of being able to read that great institution of journalism that is the daily record, I don't (fortunately) how is prior voting then?

JG

Agree0 Disagree0

JG-He says he`s going to abstain! yip your right about DR, obviously to much time on my hands, or the need for a daily intellectual read.

bluebeard

Agree0 Disagree0

N8 he said he would be voting against current board and abstaining regarding wallace only

Looks like it was all in vain. Current board to be re- elected. None of the requisitioners to be invited on board. Definitely missed the board by putting back agm, could have forced the egm. Oh well.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Missed the boat even.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ab if the shareholders ain't going to vote them on to the board at the AGM, what makes you think the shareholders would have voted them on at an EGM?

I don't get it mate!

JG

Agree0 Disagree0

JG,

Just the timing mate. I think there were only 2 on the board at one stage. The board was in disarray and it was probably the best chance of a positive outcome. The last month or so there seems to be far more cohesion.

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 at the time there were only two directors and the board were in a bit of dissaray. There is no doubt they have since re-grouped with the ex Manchester City chief executive a strong appointment and we are where we are.
A quiet word to Jim McColl and Paul Murray guys you have tried a couple of times and it has come to nothing. By all means try again just do not tell anybody your trying. The disappointment we can deal with it's the bloody hope that is the killer

Agree0 Disagree0

@3 and 4, yes at that time was greater opportunity, and also greater opportunity to buy shares to help the case but as usual no willingness to do so from gang of four.

Read the article quoting Graham Wallace today and I have to say that I reckon he's the real deal and that his philosophy on youth development is spot on.

Now I know this will stir a lot of people up but perhaps the meeting on Thursday has to reach a middle point and a compromise agreed which the investors and the fans will feel fair all round. I think we might wake up on Friday and say, yeah, the nightmare's over and what we've got looks pretty good.

I just want to say you as fan are the football club. Not anyone involved in Thursdays vote. As a collective we have the power to force change for the better. Thursday looks like a sore battle. But we will rise on Friday knowing we will win the war.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Lets just wait until we know the outcome before we go saying anything
