Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

17 Apr 2016 19:47:33
over the moon, i came on here and criticised the hat earlier in the season, was still hurting from 4 seasons of hurt, sorry big man, took me back to the good old days today, were back.

17 Apr 2016 22:11:00
Mckay, Halliday, Holt and Wallace proved they were a cut above today (the fact they are not in the Scotland team shows a lack of knowledge from Strachan) . As did the rest of the team.
This wasn't about individual performances today though, we were so far in front it made a mockery of the people who were saying the SPFL was too big a step up for us. Every player in our team proved they are at that level. Imagine what we would have done to them with Waggy, MOH, KIng and Forrester. Could have been a rugby score.
I hope the Celtic fans who have been creeping about here since the draw was made make an appearance but I don't hold my breath. Who cares though this is the best ever Old Firm or me. Bring on next year!

18 Apr 2016 07:24:10
Reckon I love your enthusiasm and would also have loved to have seen For rester or Waggy in there but to say it would have been a rugby score is a bit far off. I'm putting it down to excitement which is fair enough.
That game was close and we really rode our luck. Roberts missed a sitter (still sweating when I see it) . They hit the bar and it nearly went in off foders.
Having said that we deserved it but it's clear we have the basis to move forward and with the right recruits will look even better next season.

18 Apr 2016 10:05:02
Aye it's prudent to point out that we could easily have lost (although we didn't deserve to) . We have to live with the fact that this is the way MW likes his team to play football. Possession based attractive flowing football is all very well but it does leave you open at the back. Given a straight choice of a war of attrition or having Mo Johnston compare you to Barcelona - I know which I'd rather have!

17 Apr 2016 22:02:15
oh to beat the TIMS anyhow anyplace anywhere. but I still think there goals showed we need a cb.

17 Apr 2016 21:15:52
Scott peanut head brown has been a shoe in for Scotland for years well after today I hope wee Chesney realises that Holt and halliday are by far the better option and the world class left back that they said they had where was he not a patch on our captain and while we are talking about young dynamic players with a big future well look no further than our own barrie Mackay the kid was outstanding, then Gordon ask yourself how did Scotland not qualify for the euros well you have your answer total blind arrogance that you were not going to consider players from rangers well those boys have certainly made people take notice will Chesney admit that he should have used these players.

18 Apr 2016 00:16:30
Agree with most of that but their left back was their best player strong in the tackle rarely missed a challenge and set up a goal, the boy has a big future! As for our heroes well I can't even describe how proud I am of every one of them including the management team and background staff, that was a long time coming and ill look forward to a Monday morning in work for the first time in a long time.

18 Apr 2016 07:03:50
Totally agree the wee guy was their best player but he isn't good enough that you wouldn't consider Wallace and he wasn't as good as our best players.

18 Apr 2016 10:08:36
much prefer our players do not play international football
less chance of injury if we play in Europe again as seems
likely now
would be surprised to see English clubs come sniff round
mackay Wallace holt and halliday and ball want struggle
to get a club hope to get him back on loan.

17 Apr 2016 21:08:35
Craig Gordon it's behind you yeeha.

17 Apr 2016 21:06:40
What about zelalem rolling a fag before he hit the penalty cool as yi like haha.

17 Apr 2016 21:04:46
Scott brown couldn't handle
It the day he's decided to start eating waggy wheels as he so depressed and he should go on his hallidays hahahahhahahahahaha.

17 Apr 2016 20:36:47
Special mention to Gedion Zelalem. He has been on the periphery through injury etc over the past few weeks. Tbh when I saw him coming on I kind of groaned as I thought he might be out muscled in the midfield. How wrong was I? I thought he showed his undoubted class today and it was great to see not only him slotting away the penalty like a veteran, but display sheer joy and relief when Rogic missed. Clearly he has strong feelings for the club like fellow loanee Dom Ball along with yhe likes of Harry, Waggy and Tav. Would love to see both Gedion and Dom back here next season.

17 Apr 2016 21:03:35
There's no doubting zelalem is a very good technical player seeker, Scottish football just doesn't play to that, our game is more suited to the more physical player, I think zelalem will go to a championship team in England next year and show his true potential. It seems only truly exceptional technical players flourish in Scotland, Laudrup, gazza, van brink Hurst, even moravcik, most just can't get to grips with the physicality and rush tactics in our game.

17 Apr 2016 21:25:37
Zelalem looked composed and worked tirelessly like the rest of the team, and as you say what a penalty kick for a player so young.

17 Apr 2016 23:14:19
Wee ma proved this whole forum wrong wae that substitute performance, best player after McKay.

17 Apr 2016 20:15:07
Roberto Carlos not so super today, the blue Cafu and Barrie too much for him.

17 Apr 2016 21:09:49
Disagree mate. I would only have gave the young lad and the centre half who scored pass marks for celtic. He hardly missed a tackle and set up the second goal for them.

17 Apr 2016 22:20:59
McKay was poor are you serious? Who was man of the match then? Tav wasn't great but was on of the best out there. If you slate anyone make it people who were genuinely rubbish not players you don't like eg Danny Wilson and Nicky Law.

17 Apr 2016 22:55:52
I never said barrie was poor, not a single rangers player was poor today. I only said I thought the young lad from celtic played well and he would have got pass marks.

17 Apr 2016 23:08:28
I think uve read that post wrong mate.

17 Apr 2016 23:16:44
Who said McKay was poor?

{Ed033's Note - Tjrfc said it, its the first 3 words in his post :)

17 Apr 2016 23:18:03
Lance: Was meaning more he didn't get up the pitch much due to Tav and McKay.

18 Apr 2016 03:31:53
My bad totally misread it.

17 Apr 2016 19:49:48
What a great site this is when we r 100% behind the team guys, hats off to all the congratulatory posts!

Enjoy folks, here's to many more, I'm now away to smoke that Cuban cigar I've been holding back for such an occasion

Mon the gers!

17 Apr 2016 19:43:24
Where's your Ronny roar, Where's your Ronnyy roar?

17 Apr 2016 20:51:48
Meow πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

17 Apr 2016 19:15:09
Sad to say that our Scotland Captain spent his afternoon looking for the ball like a wee boy looking for Santa at Easter. That said, let's not gloat. We were simply a much better team in every area of the pitch.

17 Apr 2016 20:12:19
To be fair there was an announcement on the seven oclock news they eventually found him hiding in hallidays back pocket crying like a baby.

17 Apr 2016 19:12:48
Well guys, terrific result today and a performance that showed we r not ready to be named as also rans next season, also hope mckay proved hi's true worth today, I thought he was terrific! A great outlet to have in our team.

miller and Wallace also showed the celtic team what it is to be truly fit! Wallace is a machine, if he was in the English premier league we would be talking about a 10m pound player easy, Strachan is really making himself look like a tit for continually ignoring him, although I do think that teirney was the pretty much the only celtic player to get get pass marks

Wilson is still suspect tho, not dominant at all.

17 Apr 2016 21:16:11
Sorry no failures today.

17 Apr 2016 21:49:43
Scotty, Wilson was class today, never put a foot wrong.

17 Apr 2016 22:03:24
I meant in general Dunbar, was easily beaten in the air for their first goal, would like to c someone more commanding next to keirnan a proper out and out defender, the boy looked a class when pared with weir but isn't a dominant cb in his own right.

17 Apr 2016 19:49:48
Disagree about WIlson not his greatest fan but thought he had a good game today.

17 Apr 2016 19:04:00
What a fantastic game today and spectacle for Scottish football. We played them off the park and was described by Mo Johnson as like watching Barcelona. I have given defence pesters over recent weeks however hats off to everyone of them today in back 5 and ball as they looked solid. Andy Haliday played his best game in the famous blue shirt and he had Brown in his pocket all day. was good to see King at the game so he could see what we have and also what we need or: only 5 subs. Europe beckons so let's open the coffers and get us back where we belong.

17 Apr 2016 19:20:49
Blue nose, couldn't agree more and what a fitting sight to c brown with a bust nose, karma is a bitchance!

Great team performance, missing some key players too! Waggy and forrester, was really happy with miller and mckay, what an absolute professional miller is, not the most technically gift but u can never question his work rate and commitment

Great day fellows, a few good signings away from being back on top methinks

WTP.

17 Apr 2016 19:01:04
Dom Ball

English men are welcome in Scotland!

Follow (King) Richard Gough from Spurs and become an "Idol" at Ibrox as well - Spurs are history for you!

17 Apr 2016 19:32:06
Does he miss the final, if so a shame played well .

17 Apr 2016 20:08:23
Yes he will, this happened to a Caley player last year, an archaic rule that needs altered and I have always said that.

17 Apr 2016 21:06:22
Even 3 bookings, fair enough, but 2 is harsh.

17 apr 2016 18:53:32
o what a wonderful day. . πŸ‘been watch it over and over again and as mo johnstone said it really was like watching barcelona we were brilliant and i have to say our defence was bang on in fact the hole team and backroom team king and co it's onwords and upwards for the rangers πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ˜†.

17 Apr 2016 19:25:01
I think ball showed his worth defensively, we need to fill that position as a priority, halliday and holt are our best option in the more advanced roles in midfield, I think halliday is stifled by his the defensive duty placed upon him, although he's done it without complaint, true rangers man who would play in goal just to wear the jersey.

17 Apr 2016 17:30:09
Today disproved that there is only one Andy Haliday- he was so good it looked like there were two of him out there.

To a man it was an excellent performance. Best since winning league at parkhead.

I know a lot of gers fans where confident about winning but the manner in which we dominated them Was stunning.

Ps to those who gave me pelters-I predicted the starting line up correctly. Was a bit out on the Clark winner theory though but quite happy about that. Enjoy😁.

17 Apr 2016 17:56:31
We are tactically much more aware, our passing was better, we were quicker and we had more fight.

Halliday v Brown? Only one winner.

Well done MW and DW.

17 Apr 2016 19:29:01
Luigi,

Great to c a good positive post, your bang on with your post there.

Mon the bears! It's great to be a person! Delia to go yet? Along with our man Roberts! Pmsl! Van vossen2.

17 Apr 2016 19:46:34
Don't know what happened above! Meant to post "it's great to be a hun" the future is bright, the future is orange!

17 Apr 2016 17:41:31
hi fellow bears well isn't life great sometimes! poetic patient we now have poetic justice in my opinion. only have this to say "IN WARBS, WEIR AND KING WE TRUST! "
! and just for you poetic what was it babe ruth said? "You just can't beat the person who won't give up. ".

17 Apr 2016 17:50:20
Nice one Brian.

17 Apr 2016 18:08:26
Brian-

I'm not quite sure what any of that has got to do with me, other than you wanting to mention poetic justice? (which I don't even get either- although I'm sure you'll enlighten me)

If it was to point score, it ain't going to work cos' not only did I say to a few of your fellow bears that I would be here after the game (win lose or draw) and perfectly willing to admit if we were outplayed, I have already done just that on the Celtic page when I said (to paraphrase) that we were chasing shadows in the first half.

Mentioning the Bambino though, that's a low blow. I'm a Red Sox fan so that's probably more cutting that the rest ;)

17 Apr 2016 18:43:51
your an intelligent person poetic i'm sure you can take a bit of banter to enlighten you in what the poetic justice in my opinion is we are back and not all are going to like it but we are back and for me that is poetic justice . don't take it personally it is certainly not directed at you didn't know your were a red sox fan but i think his comment fits the occasion don't you? hopefully now sooner rather than later scottish football can get off its
knees, see our champions go back into the champions league an second place go into the qualifiers and overall sponsorship and interest rise in scottish football as a whole!

17 Apr 2016 19:08:03
You guys had more fight, more desire, no doubt. We got what we deserved. In all honesty Brian, despite how well you played (and how poor we were) , we could have (and should have) won it - but if we had, it would have been criminal. We were abject today and you guys thoroughly deserved the win.

So, for what it's worth, banter aside, I congratulate you all.

17 Apr 2016 19:39:00
Poetic,

I actually agree with the majority of your points, u have an open mind which I wish I had the ability to possess, if only our smeegal (precious ) had the same ability.

We have had our day in the sun today, we had a lot to prove, I think the celtic team expected to coast it, a lot of passengers with the exception of sviatchenko (think that's right) teirney and Griffiths, I'll never understand delias point on not playing commons, a match winner on his own and may prove to be the final nail in his long overdue coffin (hope not)

Anyway it's good to have an outside view on things poetic.

We will savour that result above most other old firm results, as fans we haven't had a lot to be proud about over the last 4 years, this year has been a revelation under warbs and weir.

17 Apr 2016 19:58:39
Nice one pp credit where it's due. Thanks.

17 Apr 2016 20:16:48
I think you are being unfair Poetic. On the evidence of your club's form this season that was probably as good a performance as I've seen from them. For really poor performances ref Dundee, Hamilton, Motherwell, Partick, Killie, Ross Co, Caley etc etc.

17 Apr 2016 20:51:52
Maybe a tad harsh seeker, we have had a number of questionable performances ourselves, it's inevitable over the course of a season that a team has off days, that's football, the really good teams still manage to grind out a result in these circumstances tho.

17 Apr 2016 21:39:26
TPP, glad you are back on here. We need more intelligent opposition support making comments.

I have to disagree about your team being abject though, you just have to look at their faces to see the pride.

Eg. That young boy Roberts, he looked like he was going to cry!

There was effort and passion from your side but the deciding factor was simply that we wanted it more.

17 Apr 2016 22:07:59
I reckon the only reason Roberts didn't get the hook was to try and redeem himself after that howler.

17 Apr 2016 17:30:53
Canny get that game out my head that was astounding! Is it just me or do you think that result would have boosted signing target possibilities for the summer? And when we win the cup outright and land a place in europe, itll be even better for attracting players, back to today though, that performance was amazing, i initially had little faith when i saw shiels in the starting 11, but he coped well, every man involved showed what being a ranger is all about, just imagine we had forrester and waggy on too, we would have done them in the 90, anyway, all fellow bears, we are finally back and the feel good factor is well and truly back, the butterflies are still alive in my stomach! Warburton is the man.

17 Apr 2016 17:52:41
I was thinking the same. It can only help attract the right calibre of player. I'd also like to thank Sky for their balanced view of our club. Wish I could say the same for the BBC. Much gnashing of teeth coming from Pacific Quay methinks.

17 Apr 2016 18:19:04
Too true mate, that Lemon and his honesty blew me away too lmao he must have been fuming having to admit we are the number one team.

17 Apr 2016 18:36:02
He's after a job though dazrfc86. Honesty comes from shady characters when it suits.

Bossed the possession today, ran the game all first half and didn't drop off in the second and the rest is history!

Outstanding determination from all those players in blue.

Hopefully everyone gets home safe and the dafties put their bottles in the bins.

17 Apr 2016 17:16:49
Hammered the champions of Scotland, well deserved! McKay and halliday a special well done! The only way is up!

17 Apr 2016 19:40:38
Can't wait to do hibs and more specifically that tool stubbs in the final! Poetic justice guys.

17 Apr 2016 17:03:52
Brilliant performance from rangers today, as a neutral got to say game was 1St class and good to see commitment without any ill feeling. Only consolation I could say for celtic fans is you won't have to watch the manager destroy not only a decent team but decent players with no real system or shape. Mark warburton now has to be named manager of the year just ahead of stubbs who has also done a tremendous job, 2 cup finals and still a chance of being promoted.

17 Apr 2016 19:43:05
Have to say if I was a neutral that woulda been a good spectacle for Scottish football today, no stupid nonsense on either side from what I could tell, well until the media find a story about a fan shaggin someones dog or something.

Players conducted themselves like professionals, well done.

17 Apr 2016 16:54:35
Are we in heaven?

Great result - 21 May more than 10 days away!

Waghorn will be back to help out let's hope Forester is too!

On to Wednesday - let's make it tougher for Hibs - no foot off the pedal - O'Halloran and King back with "fresh legs" for us!

17 Apr 2016 16:42:14
Oh there's not a team like the GLASGOW RANGERS.

17 Apr 2016 16:35:33
I'm so proud of every rangers players and staff member today, I only wanted to give them a game today as I thought this game may have been 6 months early but I must say without our new board this result wouldn't have happened so thanks mr King mr Murray mr Gilligan because without use warbs and weir wouldn't be here,4 yrs of hurt disappeared when rogic missed that pen,

17 Apr 2016 16:07:22
Bears at home, bruised bear! Congratulations where congratulations are due . Better team won on the day . You's looked hungrier, tactically more aware and dare I say it? Fitter ( the one thing Ronnie was supposedly installing into us? ) hopefully this will give our board the kick up the backside they need and rid us of this excuse of a manager . Well done guys . This result shows the genuine threat you will pose that most are in denial about.

17 Apr 2016 16:51:50
Thanks Delbhoy from my view it was an awesome afternoon. Been hearing your looking at Davie Moyes. Can we ask that you keep Ronnie, he's a fantastic manager/ coach ( for us that is) ' thanks again DB.

17 Apr 2016 17:13:11
Cheers. Was a bit disappointed when Deila refused to congratulate us in his post match interview. It was all about how we didn't do this or that. I'm sure MW would have said a quick congrats to Celtic if it had finished the other way. Just saying. Must have been sickening for him tbh. I reckon there will be a clear out across the city during the close season and it promises to be a right good battle next season. Bring it on!
Wonder what has happened to old mouthy (Tommy) . Cat got yer tongue?

17 Apr 2016 17:13:35
Fair one Del. Rangers carried a wee bit of luck (sitter and free kick in 90th minute) but you are right, the best team won.

Any apprehension about next season has been blown out of the water. Rangers are there on merit and on that showing today have got what it takes to challenge for the title.

Makes for a cracker next season.

17 Apr 2016 17:19:25
Nir bitton and lustig 2 of the worst Celtic players I have seen in 10 years.

17 Apr 2016 17:46:36
thanks delbhoy 1888 well said!

17 Apr 2016 15:47:44
Couldn't watch the game today.

Anywhere I can see our club's remarkable victory.

Will it be replayed on Sky Sports?

Probably obvious it will be. Just still in awe of that victory. Needing to see every second because of the performance that has been praised by everyone and the performance of the fans. Well played fellow Gers fans!

17 Apr 2016 16:47:30
It's on skysports tonight haf 7 I think, but it's definitely on mate.

17 Apr 2016 17:21:53
It is being played on continual loop in my head and will be until further notice.

17 Apr 2016 18:18:28
Thorn76 itss a game you must watch mate, though personally i don't like known the result, but yes mate enjoy.

18 Apr 2016 04:30:26
Football orgin dot net. You can watch the full game back on their pal.

17 Apr 2016 16:04:05
I wonder if the other mob will add 'haddies' to the list of tradesmen we have been playing regularly this season. Would need a dirty bomb to remove the smile from my coupon!

17 Apr 2016 16:16:27
Likewise after reading your hilarious post!

17 Apr 2016 16:22:34
Seeker I've got to say i, m still emotional, tears streaming down my face with pride, proud proud man.

17 Apr 2016 18:20:42
The seeker, i don't even think a dirt bomb would wipe the smile off my face, lol,

17 Apr 2016 15:59:49
What a goal from McKay. Great performance from the whole team and staff. The gaffer made the subs at the correct time. Great day! Great performance! Absolutely buzzing for the final.

17 Apr 2016 15:49:53
All the talk was what they were going to do too as! Chris Sutton and John hartson thanks look forward to your kind words tomorrow hahaha dave king and Co thanks a million my club are getting back to the top onwords and upwards taxi for ronny.

17 Apr 2016 16:26:21
Both will attack Delia and some of the players will doubt they will give our team any credit. Their hatred for us shines through every article.

17 Apr 2016 17:18:00
They keep losing semis, 3 in 2 seasons, we're starting to like Hampden, area gnome from gnome.

17 apr 2016 15:40:54
5 words=======simply the best.

17 Apr 2016 17:03:22
That's 3. But your right- simply the best old firm performance since Neil mccanns goals that won title at Celtic park.

17 Apr 2016 15:38:18
Congratulations you were the hungrier team and got what you deserved. Enjoy your night.

17 Apr 2016 16:13:12
Nice post mate, i was going to post on the celtic site but thought otherwise i'm sitting with 10 mates split down the middle half crying our half laughing at them crying all in good banter though,

17 Apr 2016 16:15:42
Cheers new bhoy, very dignified of you.

17 Apr 2016 16:17:58
Cheers nb.

17 Apr 2016 16:23:06
Well new bhoy refreshing to hear good game.

17 Apr 2016 15:35:26
That puts to bed the gap argument we passed them off the park at times and were the better team. more strength and depth we will be really strong next season. well done lads great performance from everyone but for me Barry McKay was incredible tracked back awesome going forward and motm Gordon Strachan are you watching.

17 Apr 2016 16:27:56
Have to admit was concerned he wouldn't be physical enough for game however he was outstanding. Play like that regular and even Strachan can't ignore him.

17 Apr 2016 15:32:59
warbs said it was just another game
he celebrated as if he was born a bear
they were shell shocked the way we played it will delia stays
anway tonite let the party begin
again.

17 apr 2016 15:25:21
o what a wonderful day o what a wonderful day we were first class today all the boys stepped up too the mark so proud of everyone at glasgow rangers onwords and upwards.

17 Apr 2016 15:24:58
What a day! Brilliant game, excellent play from every player In Blue.

The gap seemed to be a lot smaller than some were expecting.

So proud of that team, looking forward to the final and the third trophy!

17 Apr 2016 15:20:38
A win against hibs in may and we are back in Europe I can't wait, when lennon is saying that the tide has turned and we are now the better team shows how far we have come. Wtp.

17 Apr 2016 15:38:51
Barry Mckay! Legend in the making.

17 Apr 2016 16:12:45
Revenge for 89 and that throw in then!
πŸ˜‚.

17 Apr 2016 15:20:25
Europa league if we win Scottish cup?

17 Apr 2016 15:37:22
Only if 3 years of accounts have been published.

17 Apr 2016 15:18:14
Very proud. To a man and to a bear, we fought and deserved that. Delighted for the players and the management. A great marker even without the missing players. No time for any negatives today, that was a battle and we won it. Hope all the bears on here have a brilliant night and get home safe. What an atmosphere πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸŽ©πŸΎ.

17 Apr 2016 15:40:57
Exactly LifelongGer, I have been very quiet in the last few days, because I feared the worst. I should never have doubted our team and I am so, so glad that we can now put all the negativity of the last few years, behind us. A couple of shandies to-night and a few " And now you better believe us", then I'll go to bed -- one delighted auld bluenose.

17 Apr 2016 15:55:23
SΓ³ proud of our whole team, manager, coaches, players . The team was phenomenal, played them off the park from start to finish. When Mo said at half time he though he was watching Barcelona, how good was that. Dominic Ball is a arrangers man and we should pull out all the stops to get him . As for all you guys in here that have been doubting the boy, Zelalem IS CLASS and we are lucky to have him. Barry McKay, total class, Kenny Miller our best player by a mile all season, and all you guys that were doubting him, you know who you are! Only downside was half of Dunbar half of Dunbarc had a ticket and Dunbar Blue, season ticket holder and share holder had none! Still had a great time though. Different class the Rangers.

17 Apr 2016 16:00:50
Oh, and by the way, how Wallace was left out for Teirnan! You are having a laugh.

I have to say i'm not zelalems biggest fan but I thought he was brilliant when he came on so calm on the ball and the penalty! Calmness personified.

17 Apr 2016 15:15:07
So proud of my team. They all turned up, to a man. Special shout to Halliday and McKay who I felt was Mom. Even the defence were magnificent.

17 Apr 2016 15:34:49
Struggling to remember a better old firm performance. McKay was immense and seemed like there were two hallidays.

17 Apr 2016 15:11:54
So so proud to the team and staff! I was on the edge of my seat all game. What a game. Even better result!

17 Apr 2016 15:10:14
In all my years of supporting Rangers, including winning trebles and reaching UEFA cup final, I've never been happier after a victory. can't thank the manager and players enough, absolutely over the moon. And I know this won't go down well with certain fans on here, but I would also like to thank Dave King and the other directors for making it possible, 18 months ago I genuinely thought I wasnt going to have a team to support for much longer. can't wait for the final now, pity Ball, who was my man of the match today, can't play. i'm off to get drunk now.

17 apr 2016 15:28:37
got too agree mate i'm a 56 year old grandad i have never felt like this after a football match in my life i have said it many times but today i can say for certain with a tear in my eye
we are the people.

17 Apr 2016 16:11:43
Janesaddiction, Today we are totally united, so we will have no disagreements on anything. Like yourself, I had serious doubts about our return, a couple of years, but I can honestly say I had a tear in my eye, as I was so proud of our players and, of course, our wonderful support.

17 Apr 2016 15:08:21
Absolutly Buzzing Each 1 of them worked their a$$es off for the jersey, Outplayed them with a weakend team, Even if we had lost on pens i would still feel the same, Strengthen in summer and try keep Ball (who was outstanding imo) . Wonder if we will see the Celtic trollers coming on to our forum, It is all about the RANGERS!

17 Apr 2016 15:22:08
They will be wading through vomit as we speak. Even our negative posters will be a bit shellshocked by that performane. We'll see what kind of negative spin they will put on this.
Brilliant day! Well done to everybody connected to the club. Thought the fans were outstanding and so pleased the players delivered.

17 Apr 2016 15:05:36
Well done to all at Glasgow rangers let's totally enjoy this for as long as we can for the pain for the last few years πŸ˜† so much for chris Sutton and John hartson all I can say order that taxi for ronny onwards and upwards glasgow rangers πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ”΄βšͺπŸ”΅πŸ”΄βšͺπŸ”΅the future is bright the future is red white and blue πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†am so happpppy.

17 Apr 2016 15:03:05

17 Apr 2016 15:02:51
I've said it all along. We are the best team in Scotland. And that's without 4 first pick attackers. Thought wee Barrie was absolutely immense but really every last one of you guys - superb! Brilliant! Breathtaking! Bet you big Sutton feels like a right bellend right now! You could argue we carried some luck but hey ho it usually goes against us. A very proud bear today. Mark and Davie I salute you!

17 Apr 2016 14:56:11
ohhh warburton is Magic
He wears a magic hat
He could have stayed in England
But he said no to that
Sir davie his assistant
He's rangers till he dies
And when we get promoted
We're going for 55.

17 Apr 2016 15:01:51
The Journey is Over.

17 Apr 2016 14:49:33
Well what a game, i must admit at one point i thought the weak bench was going to be a problem. can't wait till ohal and waggy forrester get on next game but hat off to the boys. what a team performance, ran there socks off and what a game. 2 hours of craziness and excitement .
So stubbsy, about that treble you were talking about?

16 Apr 2016 20:47:46
As usual I'll be present in the west stand (rangers end) tomorrow for our scottish cup semi-final against the eastenders. I would just like to say let's all us bears show the listening media that we're the greatest fans in the world and support our team from start to finish which I know we'll do anyway.

we are the only show in town and the biggest supported football club in scotland which has been proven yet again this season. the others couldn't lace our boots and that's fact! stay safe bears and let's be on our best behaviour. we are the premier football club in scotland and always will be!

Our team will give it their all and I just have a wee sneaking feeling that we'll beat them because hand on heart we've nothing to be afraid of, we are the underdogs but that means nowt, the pressure is all on them, rangers 3, celtic 2, that's my prediction.

17 Apr 2016 14:55:35
What a team - what a performance. Absolutely brilliant, well done to everyone concerned at the club.

17 Apr 2016 11:07:39
Just seen the start of sky sports and the teams arriving, our players all smart shirt &a ties, the manc mob in trainers, tee shirts and hoodies, straight fro the Forge or the Barras

So what does this proves? It sends a message to everyone that we a disciplined, professional and respectable team.

17 Apr 2016 13:36:13
That's how we turn up for every game, home and away, it's about discipline and professional attitude.

17 Apr 2016 10:56:35
would just like to say 'Mon the Gers! '
let's get tore right into them today lads and leave everything out on that park. Will be the best Old Firm ever if we win today!
Miller to score the winner!

17 Apr 2016 11:11:47
Don't usual bet but have 2-1 to us with Miller 1st to score.

17 Apr 2016 11:33:02
I have the same score at 16:1 ibrox4ever! Wife put Miller first to score as well.

17 Apr 2016 11:43:07
Av got holt to score first 3-2.

17 Apr 2016 11:58:21
I took halliday or wallace at anytime and 2 1 come on tbh couldn't care if broxi made an appearance and scored.

17 Apr 2016 12:58:50

17 Apr 2016 08:43:35
Seen Warbs in petrol station this morning, when he went to pay I notice papers on his passenger seat, so i had a quick peek it
was today's line up with a big surprise, here it is guys

Wes

Ball Kiernan Wilson Waldorf

Tav holt Halliday

McKay miller Liam burch.

17 Apr 2016 10:33:18
Dont believe your story for one minute but saying that throwing in Liam Burt could be a good move, he's definetly talented and wouldn't have any fear, he could be our secret weapon.

17 Apr 2016 10:48:05
You can't throw the young boy into a game like that. He might make the bench but only because we are struggling for numbers. I would however give him a start in a couple of the league games.

17 Apr 2016 11:34:01
Five named on the bench again. Mon the gers!

17 Apr 2016 08:23:47
Morning fellow bears does anyone else think there will be a surprise inclusion in our starting 11 I definitely think there will be.

17 Apr 2016 08:25:34
Hope it's Laudrup.

17 Apr 2016 08:32:58
Lol wouldn't mind if he was there today haha no being serious though who do we think could be there.

17 Apr 2016 08:42:31
Think the only change will be either Shiels or Law for Forrester. Think we are struggling to fill bench and will possibly see a couple of youngsters on their to make up the numbers.

17 Apr 2016 10:19:08
Ive been hearin because were that good were no replacin forrester, were just going out with 10 men today.

17 Apr 2016 05:26:20
2 players highly douts for the celtic game will be a surprise from magic hat himself can't see these two starting but near sure they'll play some part.

17 Apr 2016 08:29:37
What?

17 Apr 2016 09:04:13
By the quality of that post sounds like you are talking ulster white?

17 Apr 2016 11:03:00
Get templeton on the day.

16 Apr 2016 21:05:25
Watching the live from "murray" park on sky news the other day got me thinking whatever happened to the training centre being renamed to something like the Davie Cooper training centre or something similar even something pretty straight forward like The Rangers Training centre (home of the world's most successful team)

17 Apr 2016 08:30:44
Really surprised the training ground not been renamed yet. Think naming it after Davie Cooper would be a fitting tribute to a club legend.

17 Apr 2016 00:03:02
Don't understand why we let mcgregor go he could've been the lynchpin in our defence this season because he was our best player last year and at very least if we were willing to let him go for free why didn't we use him as a make weight when we were trying to get allan we could've offered the amount we did and threw mcgregor in as part of the deal as we let him go to them for free anyway.

17 Apr 2016 08:25:43
Was surprised with that one myself. Decent enough centre back who could fill in at right back in an emergency. No worse than Wilson or Kiernan and a bit more versatile.

17 Apr 2016 08:35:38
That's a good shout zeus. Maybe MW thought the two we have now would've turned out better and therefore no need to keep a hold of him. As you say too, could of acted as a make weight for the Allan dea .
On a side note, still the funniest line all year has got to have been Stubbs telling the world he wouldn't sell to a rival. Turns out it's Falkirk he should have been fearing! Also he effectively ruined the boys career, him and Delia.

17 Apr 2016 09:02:52
He was way too below average, couldn't header, couldn't stay goalside, he was only decent going forward. Still to this day have no idea what he was doing for celtics first goal last year.

17 Apr 2016 09:03:36
Pieandbovril

Totally agree there was no chance he would have broken into that team and I think they only came in for him to make sure he never signed for us. Won't be the first player to think of money before football and it's likely he will be loaned out or sold next season. Unfortunately for him having played so little football I'm not sure what kind of teams will go for him.

17 Apr 2016 00:00:12
Wouldn't touch mcginn or cummings not good enough for our squad and Hibs wouldn't sell to us anyway even if the gaffer was interested in any of them too much baggage with cummings and he'd disrupt and be a bad influence in the squad and sorry but the guys from dundee utd I would give them a single bean let them struggle couldn't care less if they went out of business because it's all about rangers for me always has been always will be.

17 Apr 2016 08:27:51
Don't agree with either of your comments both players are better than some of the players we have. Your not saying Cummings isn't a better player than Clark or McGinn isn't better than Shiels or Law?

17 Apr 2016 09:03:38
I would rather have vaulks than mcginn.

16 Apr 2016 22:38:33
Imo this is the most important and meaningful old firm game ever now I know il be laughed at but please hear me out. I'm a teddy bear and follower of 43 years experience and I've had the lows of the pre souness era til the euphoric highs of the advocat era when for one brief moment I really believed my team could beat the best. But after everything that's been and gone and the stuff we've all had to endure, I think that this is our chance to stick one to everyone who has a thing about us and I believe for the 1st time in a long time we can do it! . Follow on!

17 Apr 2016 08:38:05
That's the spirit born blue. Needless to say I'm up early in anticipation. Soooo excited!
Mon The Bears.

16 Apr 2016 21:01:16
Could it be written In the stars the we are destined to beat them accross the city and meet stubbs mob in the final fitting way to end the season as we started with a 6-2 drubbing of that lot from leith looks like everything is just falling into place for us now we're back in the SPL we've broken our challenge cup bad luck and could still make Europe as we were hoping when we were put into the fourth teir 3 years and then we should be back in Europe we all thought back then and it would make it all the sweeter if we made the final and sent stubbs home with nothing as someone said a few days ago porr wee souls if Hibs make the final those playoff games won't do them any good lol.

16 Apr 2016 20:54:36
Alright lads tomorrow at 12 the time will have arrived when every last one of the guys who are picked in the squad need to show their mettle let's have no regrets don't leave anything out there step up and play your hearts out lads don't be intimidated it's 11 against 11 we are Rangers then now forever.

{Ed033's Note - Good luck Rangers, hopefully it won't be a 4-0 defeat.

17 Apr 2016 08:42:57
3 disagrees? Trolls are out in force today. Had a wee chuckle this morning when i read that even the Lurgan leper says we are the same club. That must have gone down well with you guys! Set your hate campaign back a tad, eh? Time to regroup and restrategize.
