Apparently Rangers are not included in the FIFA 2016 video game, statement was issued indicating that the makers of the game could not agree on a licensing deal with the Gers for the 2016 version of the game. Does Ashley own the licensing rights to the Rangers name?.

17 Sep 2015 09:27:25
Just had a look at the teams for fifa 16 no ranger's in the rest of the world team list

17 Sep 2015 09:44:37
He got the rights to the crest so yes i would imagine the name

17 Sep 2015 13:03:52
No he's got security of the crest and licensing rights he doesn't own them so doubt he could stop this

17 Sep 2015 02:33:39
It seems so, probably has the trademark & not one journalist asks DK on retail that the corpulent one has all but sewn up!

18 Sep 2015 12:29:26
The bear82. I doubt Ashley has a say on this matter, as if he did he would have allowed it, cause he would have made money from it, IMO there's a lot more ready to come out in the wash lads.lets get this court case out of the way then we can really turn our attention on 'Liparous' Mike.

18 Sep 2015 18:11:35
No licence due to Mr Ashley owning the Trademark & no deal was done. That's the price of selling your soul. Remember The Devil is in the Retail.

18 Sep 2015 23:45:39
Hearts are in it with the other 11 AUTHENTIC clubs! A direct quote from EA Sports & your not in the game! Lol

19 Sep 2015 00:54:03
Steffantos completely wrong again, Ashley only loaned us money, but straight away gave us back the use of our lot, for free, he only wants his 5 million back, maybe you should do a bit of research before posting these phantom stories of yours, it could save you a lot of embaressment, ohh and I am willing to wager whatever you choose to prove I me in the right, and your wrong again and again, cause most of the things you post on here are wrong, legally wrong.

19 Sep 2015 01:04:25
Steffanos I must amend my last type, Ashley sold the rights to the club badge back to ranger, right away, look around before you suggest stupid typos.

19 Sep 2015 11:38:26
Steff Ashley sold the rights to the badge back to the club when he bought them, looking around before you type such fantasies.

16 Sep 2015 13:24:20
So the great unwashed statement is true after all. Lol

Celtic tell fans to wash before going to games

16 Sep 2015 20:27:16
It's not only the football that stinks under Deila, the fans are in on it also.

16 Sep 2015 21:15:16
It's a conspiracy so it is - I think it stinks!!

16 Sep 2015 22:59:11
Typical media not investigating Facts. You will find it's done the rounds all down south taking the Michael out of Dif clubs, fans passing it on & naming the club that has had a complaint Yet typical Banter is taken as the truth pmsl

17 Sep 2015 08:55:34
Celtic have comfirmed it they sent letters out!so it's not banter it's true. Pmsl

17 Sep 2015 14:55:41
Ajax to wipe them clean tonight

17 Sep 2015 20:09:21
Hooly you're another that believes the 'Guff' that pathetic journalists that print just for a reaction to try and punt their papers.

18 Sep 2015 14:55:19
They would be better checking when we are getting back on exchange etc far more interest in that, than a few smelly people.

18 Sep 2015 17:22:41
This is not banter or jokes or an advertising gimmick but FACT.

Ask anyone.

18 Sep 2015 23:54:46
Steffantos my daughters man his brother and father also got them, now in there defence I can say they are a well to do wealth family, house in Lennie bought and paid for years ago, they are immaculate, apart from that i would not allow there relationship if he was bogging, and neither would my daughter, she is a civil servant, that earnes a lot of money, so though I couldn't prevent there relationship, she choose well, they are well matched.

19 Sep 2015 00:55:30
Maybe they wash with vanish, thus we can never see them at there games, only a suggestion, lol.

19 Sep 2015 16:03:43
Steffantos if I was you I would use the word guff as seldome as I ever needed to, unless you have a different meaning for the word 'guff' than most people, ie most of you are 'guffing' according you your club.

16 Sep 2015 13:24:20

Can anyone tell me the areas Rangers need to strengthen?

Honestly. Been to every home game this season. Where are the weaknesses?

A season with Wilson and Kiernan at the centre of defence together will bring out the best of both players. The fullbacks Tavernier and Wallace speak for themselves and Foderingham has put in some great stops, the few times he's been required.

Halliday has been amazing and is secure in his position. Holt has been great and put in good performances. McKay has been one of the stand out players and Waghorn has been scoring regularly and his movement is great.

I get we have loan players in Zelalem and Oduwa but that is two out of eleven we have to find for next season.

So a centre midfielder and a winger. Anyone think we could get Gnarby and Winks in on loan next season?

16 Sep 2015 18:58:15
Tav is great a going forward
But defence he was only tested
Against st mirren and gave away
the pen we need a number 9 to lead the line not waghorn will eustace
Ever play this seems to be a weak ness that MW must think
We need to.strenthen

16 Sep 2015 21:35:45
There grip on reality 😉

17 Sep 2015 08:44:29
Waghorn is not good enough to lead the line, slow and not deadly enough. Better on the right. Next season will be interesting to see what happens with Miller and Clark, Waghorn perhaps out wide with a new striker coming in

17 Sep 2015 09:48:07
If 1 of our fullbacks got injured with a suspension to waghorn and mackay let's say at same time our team would be slack.we don't have real depth in our team.for spfl i think we need good 8 players with maybe 1 leaving

16 Sep 2015 13:17:31
Glory, think you're on the wrong forum. Tried to sign one of your players, big fuss, you sign our player of the year and he goes with our best wishes.

We are simply a class above.

Don't really like talking about other teams but who would prefer Aberdeen to pull off winning the premier league title rather that Celtic as this would mean it would be all square when we go up next season and the Celtic fans would still rub it in our faces if they were to manage to win 9 or 10 in a row even though about 5 of them would have been won without rangers in the top league to challenge but tbh I would rather anyone other that Celtic, Aberdeen, Dundee United or Hibs won anything as although everyone seems to have had an axe to grind since we had Don't really like talking about other teams but who would prefer Aberdeen to pull off winning the premier league title rather that Celtic as this would mean it would be all square when we go up next season and the Celtic fans would still rub it in our faces if they were to manage to win 9 or 10 in a row even though about 5 of them would have been won without rangers in the top league to challenge but tbh I would rather anyone other that Celtic, Aberdeen, Dundee United or Hibs won anything as although everyone seems to have had an axe to grind since we had our troubles in 2012 those 4 have shown particular hatred toward our club but they'll be pretending their not worried but I'll bet their all looking over their shoulders now because the Big Bad Teddy Bears are on their way back and doing it with style and pinache.

Ps.... can't wait until next Tuesday to play St Johnstone to see how far along we are compared to a premiership team.

16 Sep 2015 13:37:04
A St. Johnstone team who just won 4-1 I think it will be a very good, close and attacking game. I believe we will edge it but we should learn a lot more about where we actually are, rather than me guessing lol. Can't wait.

16 Sep 2015 14:49:47
At the risk of repeating yourself. No

16 Sep 2015 18:28:32
I think we will beat St Johnstone comfortably

18 Sep 2015 17:33:28
Don't know if I have entered a different dimension or not, but have you seriously asked Rangers fans if they would prefer Aberdeen to win the league rather than Ce%*ic.

Maybe there is a bigger gap between the clubs than first thought. I just presumed that we all wanted to see them win nothing. Ever.

Personally, I hope that the Scottish League make an enormous administrative error and the season is declared null and void and no-one wins.

It could happen.
