I thought the interview of our former legendary captain barry ferguson,
regarding what the old firm game meant to him, in his daily record column this morning epitomises what it means and should mean when rangers players face that lot! Baz never hid and mostly always played well against 'the enemy', he rightly calls them👍.

understand this talk about dropping hagi for. jones/ barker but i don't agree with it, hagi is top assists so far this season and more than double the amount of goal scoring opportunities created per 90 mins than the next closest person in the league (turnbull) hagi has proven he is a big game player last season against braga and jones or barker are more suited to impacting game off the bench than hagi is.

Great to see someone else know their stuff about Hagi Gunnar54. I knew the assists stat but not the chances created. That doesn't surprise me. I am still surprised how some don't see how good he is.

moc I've said since day one he's a completely different player to anything we've seen in this country for years, think some of our fans get annoyed to easy when he loses the ball because tbf it does happen a lot but its only because he's trying the killer pass whenever he can instead of going backwards or sideways like near enough everyone else in our squad, i'm thinking 3-1 morelos kent and tav to score, think tavs will be a penalty conceded by duffy on alfredo.

kja9 kamara is a good player and has done well in these games in the past i just feel that he slows the game down far too much and against this mob tomorrow we need to take the game to them, i'd like to see arfield n jack as the legs in midfield and davis to ping passes into the front 3, kamara would be good coming off the bench if we are leading mid way through second half and trying to see the game out.

Tough game tomorrow I just hope our coaching team has kept their feet on yhe ground Last week, it felt like Rangers had the ascendancy as there were a few Celtic players missing for the first derby

Now it appears that some of those players are making it back I looked at the lineup and the Celtic team still looks very strong!

Rangers will have to be at their best to beat this team at Celtic Park.

Defo kaz, looks like christie is going to make it, eduoard will prob make the bench. Elhamed and Bitton are subs normally. They’re pretty much at full strength. We have more injuries than them tbh Helander and Aribo are starters. Roofe, Katic good back up. and poss Mcgregor. They’re only missing Forrest, Elhamed and Bitton. With Edouard on the bench. I’d say we’re worse off than them. Still think we’ll win, 3-1.

Got to laugh at Christie might make it, absolute farce if he does, if I had to quarantine for 14 days from work (without pay) would I get to go back 3 days early? no I wouldn’t, should be the same rules for everybody whether it be footballers, welders, joiners etc.

Is Christie going to make it? How are we meant to follow Government guidelines If football clubs are given special dispensation so that they can function over everyone else who have to adhere to them? It would appear that football clubs think they are above the law when it comes to this while everyone else has to suffer. Rules are rules regardless of how draconian they may appear to some!

No chance christie will get permission to play. Opens up a whole can of worms if he is allowed to play, will be workplaces everywhere querying isolation. I've saw he's returned 2 negative this week according to celtic, who is testing him if he's in isolation? Would be my next question.

U can take test yourself herewego I’ve done it, but totally agree rules are rule n am naw being biased by saying so. I think Celtic are clinging to hope if Tierney gets dispensation then so should Christie. Time will tell I suppose.

Ingerrsrd yeah, but it's an independent body who does tests. Surely there would be no way of them confirming who actually took the test if he's in isolation.

Fair enough herewego, but I think if Christie possibly has C.V. he would want to take the test himself. Need to be realistic mate I don’t see Celtic or Christie endangering other people just to get him a game. It would could also affect his own team mates.

Do you not? They're trying to get the rules broken now. Does that mean st mirrens players who are isolating get to come back as well? Killie just had to forfeit a cup tie due to players isolating, why didn't they permission to play before the 2 week isolation was up?

I think the rule should stand, both him and Tierney and whoever in past or future is affected should face the same standard rule across the board, what I’m saying though as you think Celtic and Christie would get someone else to take a test so he can play potential infecting his whole squad management and that of rangers, is a bit preposterous mate. Think about it reasonably.
