Not sure now about our evidence. Think it was all sabre rattling in our department TBH. Celtic shouldn't be handed the title yet, but lower leagues can be terminated. FIFA rules aren't clear. Lookin at Spanish press, they want nothing finished unless all games can be played. Italian FA say the same. Closed door games every 2-3 days may be the only solution. Say more when I know.

Another bear, exactly mate, we would all call them out but unlike gerrard we don't ever have the chance to call them out, so we have got to do our bit, boycott away grounds, we have all seen ho much we are needed to keep scottish football alive, loads of teams will go under wither we boycott or not, so now is the ideal time to find a league that will respect us, and treat us like all others in our new league.

Paulellen. not to burst your bubble but for the 4 years that rangers and the blue pound were not available to these diddy clubs although some did struggle. I would ask how many went to the wall/ administration or even incurred massive debt It seems they just cut their cloth to suit and managed to carry on regardless and I feel this is why the threat of boycotts and refusing tickets now fall on deaf ears.

Just got a letter from asda car park back of broomloan from 2018. baliffs this time though from england. Can only presume with this virus and lack of fines coming in they have decided to chase up old ones. Wondering if anybody else has had one through?

If its an Asda private car park and not a council car park then then you have not committed an offence. If it was council or Police (double yellow on a road) then you would have to pay or face criminal proceedings. However as Asda is neither you have not broken any law just not keep up with part of the contract you agree to fulfill when you enter a private car park. This is civil law not criminal law and is not a police matter.

The car park owner/ operator will chase you for the fine at first and offer a reduction if payed within 14 days, if that fails they pass to a debt recovery company who will turn up the heat, implying they will do this and that but have no power at all and can only go back to the owner/ operator and advise they couldn't recover the breech of contract.

It would then be up to the owner/ operator to take you to civil court where you would have to show why your not paying the breach of contract fee, unless you have a valid reason, it would go against you with probably a hefty fine levy by the court. They have taken folks to court before as an example and usually the debt recovery firm will fly this flag to scare you with an example but it is highly unlikely court will ever happen.

If you keep ignoring nothing will happen unless as I said they take you to court. This only applies in Scotland. FYI there is a bill going through SCO GOV to regulate this industry to stop this type of thing. Hope that helps. PS valid reason means valid reason not it wasn't me gov. If the signs were poor or obscured this would be a valid reason.

Get them in ayr all the time when I leave the car in fat Mike's sports direct car park. Wipe your arse with it mate had at least a dozen in last couple of years, would cost them more than the fines worth to go to civil court, the letters only go out as it would amaze you the amount of people who get scared into paying. It's an absolute racket mate.

Herwego55, the way it works is they threating the car owner with court costs, and some do pay there daft fines, but these car park companies think to themselfs . if we can't get a score of these drivers what chance have we got of getting court case money from them? if any of these companies where daft enough to take anybody to court, the defendent would offer to pay the court money at fifty pence a week, as that's all you can afford, that's like 26 pound a year, how many years would it take to pay the debt, ', achccce just forget it, lol, that's about the just of it mate, take it from this auld heed, blank the fine, paul.

Now that the final vote has been decided and the spfl have got the answer and decision they wanted its time for Rangers to act. The spfl won't grant an external investigation and their internal one will find that everything is fine. nothing to see here. So Rangers must publish or declare what they know or take it through the civil courts. Who is Neil who is Peter. Liewell gets what he wants and Celtic they really are a club like no other. Shameful.

I know Bill Shankly once said (to paraphrase) 'football is not a matter of life and death, it is more important than that' but of course it isn't! All this scrambling about by clubs just to ensure they get what they want out of this season really is sad. All the Scottish leagues should have been declared null and void. There is no prospect of the lockdown being eased for some weeks, let alone football returning. The corrupt SPFL and SFA will do anything it seems to give Celtic the SPL title. If it is that important to them, give them it. I for one don't care.

We have over 13,000 people dead due to this horrible virus and people are desperately trying to ensure they 'win' their league titles. Football may well never be the same again, nor will our lives. I'm spending most of my days looking after my wife who had a stroke just before Christmas and ensuring an elderly couple who are our friends get shopping as they can't go out. To hell with football right now!
