Looks like Jelevic is off to man utd indeed, just read his comments regarding his agent being in talks with man utd, gutted, yes its an excellent return on our original 4m investment, but how many more Jelevic's can we unearth? Im realistic, in that he is too good for spl, he's a class act, I just hope we can find a few more like him for next season

As we are in need of a new central midfielder more defensive minded although I think Vaughan would be great and edu's got better I think we should target hitzelsperger. West ham are relegated and he would cost 2-3 mil I reckon but he is class and tbh I was suprised he joined a weaker team like west ham thought he was more everton/ Aston villa standard. But if no one comes in for him he would complete are midfield. And btw don't post him on every "rangers are gonna sign 100%. ." like people did when I mentioned belhadj a while back.

£750 000 for Templeton? You must be having a bubble.Jeffries has said he is worth 14 million.Look it up if you do not believe me.Even if he was joking, its still a crazy thing to say.Terry Butcher said he is the new Cooper.Said players like him only come along once every 12 years.High praise when Cooper was a legend.

Agree0 Disagree0

His full name is david cooper templeton his dad named him that but when he left he was raised by his mothers family who raised him as a smeltic fan
personally i don't think it matters as im sure he said earlier in the season that he would love to play for either of the old firm

I have to say I admire athiest and bhrydo bhoy for coming on this sight and actually congratulating us not sure I could have done the same. However I've been through he'll these last couple of days not sleeping, shaking with nerves lol but when you see lafferty score the first goal you know how much they want this and am ashamed I ever doubted them winning the league especially after we lost to Dundee. Celtic also deserve credit for getting the better of us in most old firms this season although we were too defensive. But it's never felt so sweet to be champions.

Monk ( they just can't handle us, they just can't handle us)

Believable4 Unbelievable0

No sympathy for celtic whatsoever. make no mistake if they had have won the league.they wud have ripped the piss clean out of us. and the big ulster man will be a loyal servant to the rangers for many a year to come. make no mistake

Disappointed in Lennon's comments after the game, No doubt it's terrible what's happened to him this year, but a wiser head wouldn't have said it. Sounds like pandering to the fans for his job. It's a pity cos it was a close race and he's made some good signings, maybe he'll learn with experience. Great sendoff for Walter. . .i'm still harbouring some tiny hope that he'll be involved next year. Conway looks a deffo, not sure about Goodwillie but i'd like Wallace, altho if Birmingham get relegated, Papac might have a change of heart. Bazbear. PS congrats to all the Celts who passed on their best wishes to the champs, the way forward is a healthy rivalry surely

Glasgow Rangers Champions for the 54th time. Neil Lennon not gracious in defeat but I never expected he would be. It is he and Celtic who need to have a good look in the mirror. The better team won and so it is time to say congratulations to the Champions and Walter Smith. The wily old fox outsmarts Lennon, without money. Commiserations to all the decent Celtic fans out there. The march to 4 in a row starts here.

Neil lennon will never congratulate the rangers.

Agree2 Disagree0

Of course he won't because he is an arrogant, aggressive, unprofessional wee man.

Agree4 Disagree0

A bitter loser who wants to grow up, i rekon he was bullied at school

Haha, just saw an interview where he does congratulate them, so insincere and bitter. The theory about him being bullied at school is a good one. Probably the sort of guy who bullied primary ones when he was in primary 7.

A couple players Rangers should reget let go

Arteta
Gattouso
Adam

Any that u can think of Ed or others {Ed001's Note - Wilson, he would have saved the club some money in the summer.}

Believable2 Unbelievable0

The problem with Adam was he was the crowds whipping boy, and played as a left winger which considering he has no pace was a stupid idea. Arteta wanted to leave, back then he was like a spoiled child, he went in a huff and virtually demanded to go.

Hats off to Walter Smith and the Rangers team. An impressive league win in the circumstances.

Very disappointing for me but I'll get over it. Rangers greatest adversity, however, may still be ahead of them if HMRC get their way. If that happens I don't think you'll get over it quite so easily.

I'm already looking forward to next season. G'on yersel Lizzie. I'm right beside you. . and Neil Lennon of course.

Atheist

Believable0 Unbelievable4

Whyte is a billionear. The HMRC is small change, to what he has.So nobody is worried, even if the case is lost. And there is every chance it will be won.If this is the only dirt Celtic fans have to throw. We have heard it all before.

Rangers to sign
conway 500 k dufc
tempelton 750 k hearts
johnny evans 5 m mufc
gattuso 2m ac
OUT
bougherra 5 m
mcgregor 6m
papac 1m

Why would we sign Conway for 500k when he's out of contract in the summer and we could get him for free,
Ally wouldn't spend 5m on one player he would rather bring in a bunch of decent players with 5m, and Ally also wouldn't spend 2m on a player that's pretty much passed it when we have mcculloch, edu and davis in midfield, there is no need to sell mcgregor, he wants a new contract and we don't need to sell to raise money anymore so take your p*sh rumours elsewhere

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Walter spent £4m on one player - and what a player he signed! Quality beats quantity every time, on the pitch; look no further than the situation between the Old Firm.

Congrats on winning your title , well done but really lads the standard of ftbl is rubbish , relegation in the prem for you and celtic if you came down to a real league

Believable1 Unbelievable7

It is not over yet, we haven't won the league unless we we beat Kilmarnock. If Rangers and Celtic moved to the Premiership I think the first season would be difficult but considering you get £30 million a season from TV rights I don't think it would be long before the OF were competing up the top end of the league. Considering they are bigger clubs than most in England, excluding Man Utd and Liverpoll. Having said that we have a better squad than Blackpool and at the moment a better manager than anyone in the bottom half.

There Is No Point In Posting Crap, Rangers Are Only Monitoring A Small Group Of Players And By Small Group I Mean 2-3 Players If Your Lucky, Craig Whyte Has Yet To Even Speak To Ally About TargetsOr Budgets. So I Dont See The Point In Listing All Kinds Of Players When Rangers Themselves Dont Even Know Who They Are Going After

It would be pretty insane to think Ally only had 2-3 players in mind, he will surely have a long list of players he is interested in. I would think that once he's held talks with Whyte to determine how much money is available he will then be able to make moves on some of these players. The current squad we have could be down by between 4-8 players. I seriously think we'll see between 8-10 new faces at Ibrox for next season, it's a case of having to really.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Just hope that they don't forget what the youth set up has provided in the last few seasons for us, need to keep bringing them through rather than running out and buying lots of players to bulk up the squad.
