Aye and another one who was a boyhood rangers supporter. They seem to be more bitter towards us! John greig rejected the chance to sign davie provan from kilmarnock in the late 70's early 80's, that's probably why he's so bitter and negative towards us now.

The latest on 5 testing positive at Valencia for corona simultaneously must be huge indicator of possible/ probable effect of men playing football together. I realise Italy seems hit hardest in Europe but a drop in world football. If EUFA take World view which is inevitable football will close worldwide and Scotland will be footnote. What surprises me is so far everyone has spoken at club and league level and not at player level who do have right to withhold services. Because if players organise and withhold services world football will die very quickly.

Keep hearing Celtic are miles ahead financially so we can’t win? , yet our 3 best players (performance wise ) over the course of our season weren’t the most expensive? Morelos, Barisic and Jack all had purple patches yet were actually 3 of our cheapest signings and you could even argue that Edmundson has been every bit as good if not better in my opinion than the other 3 more costly centre backs huh 🤔.

Point I’m making is that good scouting is all it takes, keeping team morale and good training and ‘management ‘ can all bridge any financial difference, Claudio Ranieri won the EPL with Leicester because his character, and belief coupled with vast managerial experience and great value for money in the market in comparison the the bigger financial clubs in the league.

I think Klopp is the same gets best out players due to his character and belief, managerial experience and great scouting, he took in Robertson and Salah when nobody would think they were Euro beaters at the time, now people would argue they are euros top players in their positions 🤔 Klopp brought in players to suit his tactics and formation 🤔we need to sign players with drive, young enough to want to give everything instead of winding down to retirement.

I think Hagi will give n give but we have to surround these players with likewise players to keep up the morale, Davis, Kamara and Arfield haven’t got it, I remember how bad Arfield was for months n months Aribo doesn’t either not often enough , glen docherty has more drive than Aribo more regular, Ross Mcrorie has more drive than Kamara.

Tavernier used to have the most drive but seems to have relaxed since been surrounded by a better team, like he was like oh I can finally stop being the main provider, it doesn’t help Tav we don’t have any protection in front of him like the candy man did or the same link up play like the candy man did, Jordan Jones can also drive and should be on the left with Kent in front of Tav and hagi in the middle.

hagi ain’t blessed with enough pace for wing play! but he is blessed with amazing passing skills and vision, can hit a mean shot too and should be utilised in the middle so he can pass allover, get in scoring positions like Cavani or Modric or Gazza even like any other player with great skill and vision without great pace.

I doubt gazza would’ve been great in laudrups position? Gerrard needs to start getting a formation that suits the players, or bring in players that suits his stubborn formation, when I was a baby I could put the square shape into the square gap.

Gerrard seems to be trying to squeeze the square into the circle ⭕️ 🤔 who in our 3 man midfield of Davis, Kamara and Arfield has pace? Who is our Sado Mane? None of them, who runs n drives as much as Jordan Henderson, playing forward, covering back as much?

None of them, only Ryan jack was getting there to be our Henderson and should be captain like Henderson, and the only one left out of Davis, Kamara, Arfield and Jack for next season . 4-2-3-1, Barasic, Edmundson, new signing, new signing, Jack, new signing, Jones, hagi, Kent, Morelos, bench : Aribo or Docherty (as hagis replacement centrally ) Mcrorie ( as jacks or the new signings replacement ) Goldson ( A’s reserve like at Brighton ) and Defoe or Kamberi as sub ) plus a new either reserve keeper or main keeper with mcgregor on bench.

that’s how I would start next season, the formation with 3 signings to suit it and a new keeper, rest for sale, or in development squad for back up, I’d also bring back Murphy for back up to Jones and Kent . But if gerrard wants to keep his formation I suggest, don’t buy hagi, he won’t fit into it and be ruined.

3 man midfield then just keep jack and get 2 others than can backtrack and go forward, with great engines cause Kamara, Davis and Aribo and Arfield can’t play in that 3 man midfield either they haven’t got enough to run a formation like that week in week out 🤔.

See if they award celtic the title then so be it, there are far more important matters and consequences of coronavirus than football and they won’t have won the league, they’ll have been awarded the league. They can’t win either way though, if it’s unfair to relegate hearts, it’s also unfair not to promote from Dundee Utd for example. There’s only 2 points I’d like to set as a comparison in this, I play golf and if I was 3 holes up with 6 to play and it got cancelled due to thunder, I wouldn’t win the trophy! Also, I hear all this about Celtic are 13 clear etc etc (which I’d also be saying if we were 13 clear) however. what if Celtic were 8 points clear and we had 3 games in hand? How would they sort that one I wonder. It’s not easy and as I say the authorities can’t win either way. More importantly though, whatever side you’re on, keep safe and look out for each other!

Steven Gerrard at rangers has done, in general a brilliant job. The club was broken, as he said at the start. It's now much better. (But after 20 million investment, could any half decent manager have done just the same? )

We've done the unthinkable and qualified for the EL twice from the crap stages. New record set. We've made lots of cash from that, BUT! Mistakes are far too common. Tav, goldson constantly make mistakes. Kent has been off the boil for weeks.

Polster doesn't commit a foul for a yellow and is chucked under the bus. Gerrard's problem is that he can't say, captain tav you've made fatal mistakes in massive matches far too often. yer benched. goldson, yer given the ball away far too much and let them score (e.g hamilton) yer benched.

No, it's Niko, you've played well in most games, but two crap performances and your out. Polster you filled in well when tav was out and we conceded no goals, but tavs back, you are out. We lose. I don't understand how people can't say what they have to. I'm scared I might offend you.

Is teeth at p. park being nice to his players. No, He kicks them in training and makes them play till the last second. That's what we're missing. That and some sketchy refereeing decisions. That's another story.

Individual errors. Every time a player makes an error SG hangs them out to dry publicly.

Poor performances. SG plays the same formation and players and the same formation. expecting the outcome to be different.

Gerrard has done great in Europe no doubt. but that's our campaign over.

Reality is we've won nothing again. Europe is a smoke screen. its time for you to wake up.

There is only one man to blame. The players won't get sacked. We can't sack our manager either as we made a crazy decision to give him a new contract.

Kent, Aribo, Kamara, Davis, Barisic, Defoe, Arfield and McGregor have all been a vast improvement on anything Super Ally, Warburton and Pedro signed.
And whether you rate Goldson, Katic, Edmundson and Helander or not, we have conceded less goals in the top flight under Gerrard than under Pedro and Warburton.
Yes some of the loan signings have been disappointing.
But you are only judging the season since the winter break. That's your prerogative.
Rome wasn't built in a day. Gerrard will get a 3rd season whether you like it or not.

I would like to think Windass would score more than McGregor (GK) , Barisic (LB) and Kamara, Davis and Arfield who are all MF's!
But his stats of 13 league goals in 50+ league games are sensational!
Kent's already equalled it in less games👍
And Aribo who's played in a variety of positions has 3 goals!

Lot of guesswork and suggestions going around how football should handle situation but in reality no one knows how long games will be postponed for weeks, months who knows?

Leave it with the medical experts and see how it pans out.
For what its worth, i have feeling they may void this season so celtic still on 8 😂😂
