Good to see Tom Walsh in the starting 11 v Livingston and Andy Murdoch has featured recently, but Calum Gallacher is due a chance as he is scoring for the u20s and whilst on loan at Cowdenbeath he scored a few goals.
Also do we have anyone in the reserves or u20s to solve our defensive problems?

Browns an idiot of a guy marty always pandering to the less fortunate human beings aka halfwits like himself. Talented footballer right enough.

15 Mar 2015 19:32:18
is there a sequel surely not twice in one week mind u his ugly mug is instantly recognisable maes me look like robert redford

Agree2 Disagree1

15 Mar 2015 21:25:23
Yeah he is a class act. A leader on the pitch. Deserves to lift more trophies. He made right choice coming to us. Where is his friend Thompson now. Dundee is it. Still it could be worse he could be messing about in the lower league's.

Agree1 Disagree1

15 Mar 2015 22:03:16
Martyboy its because he came to yous he's not lifted many trophies, obviously he should will win a couple when your biggest rival has been handicaped ie put put the top league, but not to worry we will be back stronger than ever.

Agree2 Disagree2

15 Mar 2015 22:14:26
I don't think you will be back. You were to blame for your own downfall. No handicap there. Your doing. No one else's. Scottish football has moved on without you. A lot of clubs are debt free now and have their houses in order. Streets ahead of you lot.

Agree2 Disagree1

15 Mar 2015 22:23:29
And might I add he has lifted more trophies than your club has.

Agree2 Disagree1

15 Mar 2015 22:49:00
Martyboy no he has not, our downfall is down to one guy not paying the paye tax and he will be in court for that shortly.yous needed us out the road in an attemp to try catching up in with our ttophy haul and yous have no chance of doing it in fact there more chance of you ppersonally hitting the sun with a snowball .

Agree2 Disagree1

15 Mar 2015 23:01:31
No your downfall was spending imaginary money. Nothing to do with tax. Arrogant owner. Arrogant fans. Arrogant club. Get rid of arrogance and you will get somewhere. You are no longer a big fish

Agree2 Disagree1

16 Mar 2015 01:49:11
You seem bitter and frustrated my monomaniacal Marty .
I think that, by the means of comprehension, you one day will hopefully understand that the temporary downfall of Rangers was due to a very select number of individuals.
And I must disagree with your claim Scottish football is in a healthier state. I will put that down to delusion. Teams getting embarrassed in Europe, dwindling attendances, hopeless governing body, discount sponsorship/TV revenues etc
PS Brown is every thing but a 'class act'.

Agree0 Disagree0

16 Mar 2015 02:13:34
Martybhoy 1000% they are a bunch of spoilt wean and if they don't get there own way they shame scottish football ( plg bazza and that keepers whos misses is a shop lifter fae ek lol ) well I hope to god they make it bk scottish football IS the old firm and its not that we all need them scottish football needs celtic and rangers end of . Plus it wojld be good to nave them there for 10 IN A ROW ( swings and rou d abouts ) ;)

Agree0 Disagree2

16 Mar 2015 02:35:12
Martybhoy what do you know about big fish, surely to feck you don't work in the fish market.there are no big fish in scottish waters, your kidding yourself on if you think yous are a bigger club than rangers, and the good thing is you know it.yous will never be bigger than us fact, and I will give you a word to rememder, maybe you could get a hold of a dictionary, that word is hindsight.

Agree1 Disagree1

16 Mar 2015 09:35:41
Marty you know what type of a person someone is when they like Scott Brown. Bet you fly a tricolour and celebrate when Brown gets sent off eh? he's an animal and one day he will get his just deserts. Congratulations on winning the league cup final you must be so proud. still long way to go if you want to be classed as the greatest Scottish club of all time because the rangers are ahead and we will be back.

16 Mar 2015 12:03:46
Hmmmm so many people ready to tell lies for the sake of oneupmanship!

Firstly, as much as I dislike the player and his antics on the pitch anyone who has met Scott Brown as often as I have will tell you he is one of the nicest guys out! (Annoyingly)In my line of work I have met loads of footballers and celeb types and he is one of the most unassuming.
Martybhoy however saying that Scott Brown has won more trophies than Rangers? Eh no. Stupid statement. NO-ONE has!
Coming on her giving it large because you won a trophy! Congratulations. i'm a little puzzled though. If my team won I'd be to busy out celebrating with friends and fellow fans. Makes me wonder if you: A) have friends? B) were there?

Agree2 Disagree0

16 Mar 2015 22:39:18
Martybhoy how did you get on with the raffle ticket you bought, remember the ticket for scott browns shorts the ones he wore in the final unwashed, a silly prize if you ask me but hey wharever floatd your boat, each to his own I suppose.lol

Once again Peanut Heid gets away with a tackle, had it been on a Sellik player, would have had them screaming for a penalty. no matter, the way Fecknamara's got them playing, it'll still be 3/4 nil to the Kerrydale Neds.

Last time I looked that "Mickey Mouse" cup was happily included in your record haul of trophies, should we now dismiss all those victories from that total? I appreciate the Ramsden/Petrofac Training Cup is seeming like the pinnacle of your achievements these days, well perhaps next year anyway but as far as I recall a good number of Rangers fans have celebrated a League Cup Final victory before, I should know I was in the opposite end several times, changed days eh? Oh and for the record I'm writing this at 5.45pm, long after the final whistle.

Gaz I

Agree3 Disagree3

15 Mar 2015 18:07:21
Let's be honest, the way United were set out, you could have written it at 2.45.a trophy is indeed a trophy. one less for you to go in catching us up, only 15 or so to before you get anywhere near the most successful domestic record in Scotland, or if like many Luddite buoys, you think we are a new team, you've still got 15 or so to go blah blah.

Agree3 Disagree3

15 Mar 2015 18:16:32
Nope still the same Rangers for me LANI, said it many times in here. :) Just odd to find some of your comrades thoughts on it so clearly self-damaging.

15 Mar 2015 18:59:32
Fairly new poster, so hadn't seen your previous posts. refreshing indeed to hear that view, when a fair few of your bhrothers say otherwise. Scotland is where both of us play, and neither of us have any chance of playing anywhere else, so winning a trophy here should be treated with the gravitas it deserves. I would never denigrate any of our competitions. they're all we have

Agree1 Disagree1

15 Mar 2015 19:21:05
Whytf did so many of you Bears bother watching that mob today?Maybe its just me I don't know, but I watch them when they play us and that's it.

15 Mar 2015 21:57:16

I'm the same. Don't know why any bear would want to watch them especially when games in England are being played. Really not interested in anything they do. In fact I have never even seen a Premier League game since we were wrongly sent to the bottom league.

15 Mar 2015 22:17:20

Martybhoy it must be funny other top league teams now saying never defeated always cheated, and that's a fact, brown should have been off for the blatent foul that should have resulted in a penalty, unt are right to think not defeated but cheated.

15 Mar 2015 14:30:17
Cee Hutton was rubbish yesterday my 10 year old son tackles Harding than him honestly

Believable1 Unbelievable0

15 Mar 2015 16:43:21
Atkeast he attempted a tackle law Wallace faure cyclic the yet to make one this season lol

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 16:50:25
Hutton has been crap since the day he started, he seems to get a new contract every year, he, s still regarded as "one for the future" ally gave him a contract when he had his pick of just about every midfielder in the 3 divs outside the joke prem, don't be surprised if Hutton ends up with a testimonial game,! Obviously one of the lads,!

Agree3 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 22:00:21
Tommy - I reckon I could beat Hutton in a sprint and I'm nearly sixty! Modern players need to be fitter and quicker. Livingston played rings round us at times yesterday and they are adrift at the bottom of the league

Agree2 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 13:51:41
as if it wasn't bad enough, now Vuckic and Faure ( 2 of our better players ) are going to be out injured for a few weeks and McCall has already hinted that the other 4 Newcastle lads may never kick a ball for us! I wonder if we are permitted to request the return of loanees Gasparotto and McKay!
I also wonder if McCulloch was given some kind of contract when he was included into our " coaching staff"when Durrant was demoted?? is that the reason he's reported to be on 72k per month? I say get him off the payroll in May and save us some cash, it's no wonder we are in financial diffs with the salaries that have been dished out to "club legends"

Believable4 Unbelievable0

15 Mar 2015 15:21:51
There's a piece about his contract on that Ibrox Noise site wee bill.According to the guy that writes it he has to play every game when fit as 'reward' for TUPEing over.Wallace and Alexander, before he left, have the same deal.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 16:03:21
Gkk I read that as well mate, and for a wee change ime find it hard to believe lol, ime always going on about the players fittness, and I would like to see our over 25s trying to run a falf marathon, or I would take a wager that none of them could run a mile in lass than 6 miutes, people might not get my point, but point being, once any player turns profesional fitness should be top priority, cause they are all alegedly good enought to turn pro and won't learn any new stuff with a ball, so training should be about running, mainly, and defending set peices, and trying to score from set peices, imho.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 16:45:42
Can't run half the pitch mate, never mind a half marathon. Vukic stands out because he's been fitness trained at a different club. would even hazard a guess that the other Newcastle boys will show up rest as well if they eventually play.

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 22:08:38
So McCulloch and Wallace have to be in the side if they are fit? You would hardly credit it! Who the J.K. Rowling came up with that one? Must admit I was a fan of Wallace. Just now it looks as though he hasn't the stomach for the fight. Can't get my head round it. These players should be more than capable of winning this league. Always comes back to the same thing, in my opinion at least. These players are just not fit enough. Sad!

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 13:31:13
i just watched game this morning there are one or two pluses, walsh played well on either side. vulchik, nicky clark run all game. faure was ok till injured.

robinson was ok quick distribution (when someone was available). macgregor gives his all. lee wallace played well with walsh. nick law good in patches but what can you say about rest. the biggest problems are they don't press or shut down other team defend to deep to suit macullochs pace and are not fit.

i would like to see nicky clark get 2or 3 games aside boyd (who should be training 7 days a week to get fit) but I am sure s. macall will make them into some sort of shape for the rest of season (and hopefully play offs) but after that, for some, the axe should swing.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

15 Mar 2015 13:34:13
Lee Wallace was average going forward and dismal at the back as per usual, he needs to remember to tackle

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 13:55:41
Big wull, I can't believe you said nicky law was good in patches, law yet again was an empty shirt my friend, I was at the game and everyone in the copland road was saying the same thing regarding nicky law, honestly mate what game were you watching? The only decent contribution law made was his pass to vuckic for our goal!

Agree2 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 15:53:58
dont agree in patches he was all right but I don't think that's the best place to play him in he is better further forward and as u say he set up goal jr its not what everyone in copland saying its what u think urself there were far worse players on field than law and wallace our captain for one

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 16:04:51
Bigwull the biggest plus is you have got a remote control at hand to turn it off

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 16:57:12
U do realise livingston have won 2 games in 25? According to you some of our " players " were OK?? They were awful, and god knows how u think law should ever be a Rangers midfielder? He is a coward, who deliberately disappears from the game every single week,! Are u saying u don't see that

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 21:58:12
Here, here tommy 51, I honestly don't know what rangers game BIGWULL is watching mate, if he can't see that nicky law is an empty jersey and has been for some time now, he's taking an interest in the wrong sport, nicky law would win the hide & seek competition at ibrox hands down, he's known where I sit at ibrox as the invisible man!

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 12:39:35
Stuart mccall will need time to sift through this shambles of a squad so that he can mould a team from them, rome wasn't built in a day, I hope mccall gets both david templeton & dean shiels into the starting 11 and gives them at least a run of 5 games to get up to match fitness, both are good footballers and at their best would undoubtedly enhance greatly our chances of promotion, I would also hope slider drops jig from his centre half role and if he's going to play him at all play him in the defensive midfield holding role, I would play deano behind the 2 strikers ie.the no.10 role and give temps a free role, I'd then play nicky clark & kris boyd together for again a good run of at least 5 games, its so unfortunate the seb faure got injured as I would definitely play him in the centre half position beside darren mcgregor

Believable3 Unbelievable0

15 Mar 2015 16:19:24
Jr cammy bell should be back next game I would use temps sheild clark, vuchit

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 16:56:57
Got cut off typin above, I would have bell, temps, sheilds, and the rest would come from the youngsters, let's face it our chances of going up are slim, so let's get the yoyoungsters blooded for next season, if mccall knows what he is doing he will go down that route, imo.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 17:02:59
Jr, by the time we play those changers in " 5 games in a row " the league will be over and Rangers will be 5th, yesterday had to be won, fxxks sake they have 12 pts all season, yet they were totally confident coming to Ibrox, so is everyone else, they must all go, and that's going to cost DK and co money, but they've said they can cover it, I think they have something major in the pipeline, I hope so,

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2015 18:30:02
Tommy 51, with the changes I stated in my post above, it doesn't mean it would take 5 games for any of them to play well, in football terms it USUALLY takes around 5 games to get up to match speed if you've not been playing regularly mate, for god's sake what do you want mccall to do, change nothing! He has to make changes as this lot have had plenty of chances and are doing nothing, changes and hungry players can sometimes produce the spark that we're badly needing, at least try & understand what I'm saying, if you understand football you'll know what I'm meaning

15 Mar 2015 00:53:55
Promotion or not, all we can hope for is a mass clear-out this summer. McCulloch, Mohsni, Zaliukas, Foster, Smith, Black, Hutton, Aird, Miller, Boyd, Daly and a few others can all pack their bags. I know we don't have the money to sign new players, so I'd much rather promote a batch of youngsters and watch them every week than these lot!

Believable4 Unbelievable1

15 Mar 2015 00:42:06
Our strikers aren't producing. Not Boyd, Not Miller, Not Daly, Not Clark. Danny Stoney grabbed a hatrick midweek and has been impressing all season with the youths. Get the underperforms out, and give the young man a well deserved chance. I would understand not giving him a go if one or two of our strikers were producing, but they aren't and he is, albeit for the youths. Well done Walsh today. will get better

Believable0 Unbelievable5

15 Mar 2015 03:14:01
what are you talking about? do you know the man personally? I was at Kemnnys first ever game for Rangers, admittedly he was sent off but that was because he loved the club and the team he was in were almost as bad as this one, anyway, what do you mean you have no time for him,? he isn't the manager, he is the managers assistant, who has a great record of working with the manager?, making these sort of silly statements show you up m8

Agree5 Disagree1

15 Mar 2015 07:57:27
