so how do all the people that have renewed there season tickets feel waking up to news of charles green seeking financial support to launch a new bid to take control of our club green has always been involved in the background without a doubt and this proves it for me would u have renewed noing green plans to come back MR KING time to step up before club gets sold to more chancers

No time for green but at least he's trying to raise money to buy board out and take control unlike the so called big Rangers fans who want the board to roll over & hand them the keys ,all the protesting & withholding ST money ain't going to work only cash will do to get rid or face no club or return of green & others like him

Tmwnn just trying to get the point across that these people are going nowhere no matter how many boycotts or protests and people like Dave king & other Rangers minded people with cash have to realise this & buy them out or face the prospect of life without the Rangers and that thought breaks my heart

Rf how can he try to get board out he own the board and now that they need money he reappears when more money is needed why won't can't the board raise the money themselfs after all that's what they are employed to do but they won't need to put money in when they have got suppoters like you willing to put your money into there retiring fund ffs waken up they can't get to sleep at night for laughing at out vunreble support
Ed I would say this smells of double dealing on a grand scale unless I am wrong green is attempting to buy himself out? and put more money in pockets but surely if this is the case does it not leave an opening for king and co but that would mean him putting his hand into his own pocket which I don't think was in his master plan

If green is there or not I just don't believe trying to starve the board of cash to get them out is going to work they will only go if they are bought out and u know what our fears over Ibrox could happen cause eventually these people will sell Ibrox lease it back & say they had to sell to keep the club going

We can complain al we want, but the bottom line is if somebody, whoever it may be, puts a bid into buy club it’s their money and they can do what they want with it. one thing for sure if Dave King wants the club he will have to part with Cash, he is not going to get it for free. Time to stand up or step away.
Green allegedly had an agreement to sell AE his shares but it didn't happen (not entirely anyway). Green had over 5 mnillion shares. Sandy Easdale has only half that number. Laxey Partners, I believe, hoovered up the rest of the shares held in Green's name.
Of course, that does not preclude him having an interest in the BP/MH holdings
At what point does the SFA step in and ask what the hell is going on? They supposedly have all these rules and regulations regarding fit and proper persons. Seems to me they are consistently living up to their initials by doing Sweet FA

Shareholders must be named?
Regardless of any shareholder entity name owning the shares, ultimately the members of that entity must be named?
If I'm wrong and they don't have to be named then this club may be owned by, Hamas, Al Quaeda, Bokra Harem etc. as a group entity?
Someone, somewhere must know the main shareholders of the club, who owns what assets etc. Is this not a requirement by FIFA, EUFA, SFA, SFL and SPL?
How can this be such a secret?
Looking forward to the explanations as I am totally confused by what, to me anyway, seems a simple logical process.
@16. The problem with that is that many of the shares are owned by organisations, which are the legal entities 'named'. (A limited company is a 'person' under law). For a UK owned company, that is just an extra layer to look through to discover who owns or controls the business in question.
However, when you have a company incorporated in, e. g. British Virgin Islands, then that detail is NOT publically available. The information, then, becomes difficult, or impossible, to obtain. That obscurity is why BVI and other countries are such popular bases for 'dodgy' businessmen to incorporate companies.

Can't say I want Green back but King could learn something from him. If you want own Rangers the put up the cash!
Charliboy and his millionaires do this for a living the board no doubt knew charliboy was going to reappear I wonder why we were not told about this reappearence three month ago ahh that's it I neerly forgot this is how they work this scheme
