Hello bears n bearettes. Not been on in a while. So all the best to all for the coming year.
Just a quick point. I see murph is heading to burton albion. I wish him all the best there he's had a hard time of it since his move to us.
And this is what got me thinking. Its bloody hard to play for rangers. It takes so much to deserve that jersey. So i just want to give a massive thanks and well done to the boys that are on the park making us great again. Its a huge job and they are doing us proud and the great thing is that the players who find the royal blue a bit heavy are being coached properly and coming good or found out and shown the door.
The way it always was at ibrox.
So just a huge thanks to ALL the staff at ibrox for theIr hard work to get things put right.
I must mention the manager before i go. I know he hasn't won a thing yet. but he will. He won't leave until he does. Trust me. Even if liverpool come knocking.
He won't leave untill he's fulfilled that goal. He knows Liverpool will always be there.
For him leaving rangers without lifting the league is a failure. So #55 is near.

Looking for some honesty here. In terms if getting maximum value from transfers, who is better rangers or celtic? Your thought please?

Celtic clearly are better at getting max value in transfers. And this is due to last 8 years in champions league, europa and winning trophies every year. Only now with us competing again will valuations start to rise. Now we just need to start winning things.

We have played the better football this season.
In terms of experience and things for sale value then that has to goto Celtic. Champions season after season ( yes that's down to us being put to the lower leagues ) but them playing in the champions League and their team getting that big stage experience means some of those players value dose do up. As some of their players have scored in big games and win games in the champions League.
Then this year both in the Europa League and into the last 32 shows we have came a long way. Yes some of our players have scored goals in wins in the group stage. But it's the knock out stage that counts now if some of our player play their hearts out and we get through to the last 16 then more value goes on to our players.
But to answer the question i'd say Celtic at the moment. Sorry for rambling on guys haha!

See a few posts debating Barisic value as well as questioning our boards valuation of our players. If we value a player at say 5 million then we need to pay the player accordingly, agents make sure of this especially if there is interest in the player. But when teams want to make offers we can turn them down and hold out for more probably have the agent wanting a pay rise for the player. at the end of the day a player is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay.

That post makes no sense. Hearts got £9m for Craig Gordon, do you think they were paying him like a £9m player? We value Morelos at £20m plus, do you think we’re paying him even what Oli McBurnie is on? These boys have contracts based on what they were worth when we signed them. We might raise that a bit due to performance but it will be up to the club that pays £20m for them to pay them accordingly.

If the club have put valuation on Borna which I doubt means nothing. If Rangers start bidding at 10m it's eventual highest bidder gets him which could be 40m. The cards in Rangers hands.
