For goodness sake fellow bears! I've read a few threads today that, for want of a better word, went on a bit and were a bit drawn out. But more importantly, were possibly verging on abusive and derogatory to other supposed fellow supporters. We should be supporting each other and taking the 'rumours' as such, not slagging each other or being snide with one another. We are all after the same cause afterall.... The love of our team. Let's be positive guys. Be respectful towards one another and accept the site for what it is.... Rumours and banter! Ed is doing a steller job. So let's not lower ourselves to other certain teams levels eh? Believe as big Marv would day! Lol positive thinking guys!

To all fellow bears on this site, i know we r all dying to find out what super ally has to spend but on a note of caution why show your hand to other clubs i am more than happy if super ally brings in hemed or danns on bosmans, i have seen danns play a few times and he is a quality player also hemed has been scouted by he's blue he's white he's f***in dynamite ian durrant now he knows a player when he see's 1, now if we got another couple in on bosmans or on loan it lets super ally bring in a couple of quality players with whatever money he is given without having to burst the bank i think personally we r now in good hands and mr whyte will run a prudent ship and not take us back to mr murrays chasing the dream days although i did enjoy those days, remember the last 3 years we have pumped the manky mob and done well in europe and the year we got to uefa final we were cheated out of the league title we done all this without alot of cash to spend the difference this year is walter is not hear but i am more than confident super ally has the beating of the manky mob this season again so lets step up and play FOR THE CHAMPIONS

Not saying the last mob were angels. my big problem is why is Ellis still there with a 25% shareholding ? this is the same guy who fronted a bid for some Russian billionaire. Lee bowyer is sh*t where going in for neil danns and we have got lee mcculloch and jamie ness its a left winger we need and 3 defenders

Still done the business for Brum, good player and experienced, would be a good influence on the younger players. I think we would get a decent year out of him. worth a punt if free.

This prob wont get posted but hey I will try, Hate it when rangers and celtic fans go on about bigger players coming for Champs league football, You have to qualify this year and theres no seeding you have no hope of getting in and the players know this so wont sign to play a CL qualifier, Im a hearts fan and certainly dont think players will join us for Euro cup cause we simply wont get in. Our league is mince and the only way David Bently would join is because you offer him more than any1 else and that simply wont happen

Rangers are seeded for both qualifiers and will miss out the "big teams". in saying that as you know being an Edinburgh Kaunas fan that doesnt mean we are definetly in. it does however mean players have more chance to play in the champions league than say mid/low level prem/championship/italian/german or dutch teams

There is seeding and both rangers and celtic ARE seeded in their respected competitions so do yer home-work an worry about that sh*te you call a team!!!!

so confused on where vladimir weiss will be playing football next year as heard that he could be going to spain then they rumours were snubbed also he was meant to be going to play for his dads team not sure who, but i thought that mancini has snubbed the chance of weiss apearing back in the spl as wasnt high enough quality but now hearing news that weiss is on his way back. any news anyone.HOPE HE DOES SIGN FOR GERS

Basically Mr.whyte is using the same method as newcastle and leeds (borrowing money to buy players and use the ticket money to pay the loan). This method has put newcastle and leeds in financial difficulty so its quite risky .

i feel that rangers are being hard done by as if henderson of liverpool is selling for 14m (not sure excatly) well then shouldnt charlie adam be about the same price or more, not 9m. Adam should have a price tag of around 15m.

am will not resign for Rangers, where on earth did it emerge that he would?
Hemed and Danns will be signed very soon.Cuellar, Bartley and Goodwillie will also sign.
If either Bentley or Larsson sign, the other will not follow suit, and in any case it is very wishful thinking to think that a player would be willing to take a 50+ percent paycut.
Of course it would be phenomenal if Krancjar signed but, again, matters of wages, and Man Utd are said to be expressing an interest.

selling the rights to season ticket sales is a way to raise cash up front and providing the number of tickets is not over estimated then there shouldnt be any problems.

Why do people inist on reading the daily record as if its gospel. These guys are sensationalists. Lets wait and see what happens.

If you are an avid reader of the Daily Record then you have severe intelligence problems.

Look at it logically, if Mr Whyte was going to do the exact same thing as Leeds and Newcastle, where it failed on both occasions, then why would he bother.

Payin off �£18m in debt just for it to go under doesnt sound like a great business move to me.

Also, the document which was noted, the MGI50 or whatever it calls itseld, is a very vague document name, not only is it vague it is ambiguous. It could mean anything, as far as i know.

Do not panic off the back of a ragtop.

The dhims will be desparate to peddle this myth and the "journos" get papers shifted.

Just dont see why Whyte would risk all that money.

Tomer Hemed flying into glasgow on wedensday for medical and contract signing. would like to see what he and jelavic could produce playing together however i do think lafferty and jelavic looked top class the last 6/7 games of the season and think it would be stupid not to give the partnership a chance to pick up where they left off..... either way its always good to have options. Lets hope Super Ally can make us a force in europe.

lafferty always plays well near end of season, not consistent enough, would sell him, bougy not kicked a ball for a while, edu enough said, money wise makes sense to give big weir a years contract i know hes slow but can be used speradically through out the season and would be good for back bone of team still to be there ie weir, macgregor, mculloch, davis, weve not got a lot to spend espicially in todays tranfer market so it has to be spent wisely and sell wisely, we also have to look at ibrox been sorted out the place is embarrasing, at mid week games we were running out of pies, burgers, juice before half time (copland front), it defo needs a lick of paint and work out if were keeping the screens or not, if not get rid and put seats in there

We need to start being realistic on here. Looking more and more like we only have around �£5m to spend which will be swallowed up by our two main signings of Carlos Cuellar and David Goodwillie.
The rest will be bosman's and loan deals and these are likely to include some of the players most frequently mentioned like Tomer Hemed, Neil Danns, Craig Conway, Danny Wilson, Kyle Bartley and possibly even Derek Riordan.
The one reassurance is that if any players are sold the money will be reinvested in the squad. This hopefully will only be Bougherra, who has made clear his intention to leave.

I know I'ts a terrible time of year for rumours but I saw on the daily mail website that we are starting talks with Tomer Hemed. Apparently he has turned down a deal to go to spain. Hope so, there is a you tube video of his goals, looks decent.

Word is Whyte hasnt had any meetings with mccoist regarding new signings!
Ally has been away scouting overseas players , there has been no meeting regarding goodwullie , or any other signings!
Things are not looking good , paul murray , johnston , mcclelland might be right after all.......
The daily record a week ago [ jim traynor] said we had 25m warchest over 5 years so where did he get this information? Tomorrows story says different.....

tomorrows daily record has a "negative" rangers story which says there is still a cash crisis at ibrox and that whyte is following a financial program that ruined leeds utd. says ally still does not know how much he has to spend. typical record, we have had some positive stories lately so they had to come up with something negative.

It may be negative so dont report it because you dont like it?whyte has got a dodgy past and his intentions have been questioned by true rangers men like greig, the laptop loyal seem very unconcerned by this.how much hard cash(not assets) does whyte have?anybody?speak up craig!

the made up story below about weiss is alot of nonsence im afraid, he stated himself last week he is sad he will not be going back to rangers but hopes to return at one point in the future, and his father wants him to play in spain....please stop posting rubbish!!!!!


Goodwillie will only sign if courtcase dropped...to be honest we shud be looking elsewhere cannot dwell on signings because of this...

I think Neil Danns would be a poor and needless signing, hes 28 and plays in the championship for a reason, i think this is where we miss walter smith...., and rangers need to broaden there horizens a bit, there must be better players from sweden, holland, germany, spain and england we can look at, and i think Seb Larsson would be a fantastic signing, if whyte is really true to his promises we could get him signed on 30k a week! but again he got rid of martin bain he negotiated all the contracts and fee's.....and he did a great job...whos going to do it now?????


Sorry post seems negative but i actually have small doubts about whyte n co!!!! but i mite and probably will be totally wrong!!!!
