wow, McCoist does it again, does he really think that he is getting stick and booed because of the hearts result? he is a useless tactician, he just stands with his arms folded and his hand on his chin and stairs into space, sadly I think money talks with him, he knows we cannot afford to sack him and we all know he will NEVER walk away, when does his contract officially end ED? I don't get what a rolling contract actually means lol, either way I want him gone asap. with Derek McInnes replacing him and maybe have someone like Arthur Numan as his number 2, anyone agree or what?

{Ed039's Note - There is no official end to his contract, he has a 1 year rolling contract which means he would either have to be given 1 years notice of termination or paid a years salary to get rid immediately, unless a mutual consent deal could be thrashed out)

Right c'mon here! Give the guy a break, I do agree with most posts, but at the end of the day, if we had win on Tuesday and Sunday, we wouldn't b on here shouting for his head, we where the better team on Sunday, it just wasn't to b, I'd a took winning on Tuesday and getting bet on Sunday any day of the week; the leagues a marathon not a sprint, these things happen, there's 4 cups up for grabs, so let's get behind the team as we have always done, and hopefully they'll put on a good show tomorrow night!!

Just gets better doesn't it, I hope to god he leaves, he just isn't a manager.

I think Ally should have been offered a monthly rolling contract, what do you think Bears?

Daily rolling contract?

Wee Cubby, money has always been No 1 with Ally, he signed for Sunderland for bigger wages (tho at 18/19 I can't blame him for that) & the time he was desperate to get on for the last 2 mins v Anorthosis because he would have got £12K when we Qualified for the CL (heady Days, sighhh)so there is no way he will leave without a pay-off. Mr Macdonald I thought you were beginning to see the light re our "manager" but does blaming Charles Green for Sunday not have you really questioning his ability? KelpieBearOz, In my opinion Ally's managerial ability has been in doubt since 2008/09 when he was in charge of cup ties and we struggled to beat anyone back then with far better players, so in an ideal world he would not have been offered the managers job in the first place.

Hourly rolling contract

He has not improved one bit in 3 years, he was useless then, now he's useless and rich, but he will be shown up as the rank amateur he is this season against pro's, but whether that will be enough to finally get rid of him remains to be seen, maybe mid table mediocrity will change a few peoples minds.

I'd like nothing more than to have faith in the manager and tackle the anti Ally brigade but fact is they have a point.

Barry McKay looked the part in pre season but nowhere to be seen now, Aird dropped, Gasparotto good enough for Canada but not us, Andy Mitchell three games a year ago and I think two man of the match out of them and then dropped and left to leave

Ally will stick with the captain at 36, Black and Law in the engine room of midfield and we're left slow and little flair or width to provide for Miller and Boyd. As much as I admire DJ's comments in the Evening Times I think some of the criticism of the manager is justified by the fans.

@1

Do you honestly believe we will win either the league or scottish cup? Have you seen an improvement in the team since we went to the 3rd division? Do you think Black, Foster and Hutton are good enough? Ally makes it easy for fans to criticise and still he just doesn't learn. The team is crying out for a creative midfielder but apparently Ally is happy with Law and Black

mccoist thinks deploying mccloed on the right benefits the team better just now saying he plays as a tight 3 and is looking for width down left side from temps or aird what bout mackay our manager is so deluded if he thinks this

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The manager is deluded, he has delusions of adequacy.

although I can't see any change coming, if I was to pick out targets to take over from Ally, I would look no further than Mcleish, Brian Laudrup or Ronald de Boer.

with Barry Ferguson as number two.

And NO I'M NOT DRUNK!!!

Tony pulis??

JG

JG - why not? he is a tough taskmaster but could we afford him?

0 0

Pullis would be cheaper than McCoist!

Why do we have to buy players? Why can't we produce our own? We have great scientists, doctors, surgeons, joiners, engineers, electricians etc.

"Dad I want to be a joiner". "Ok son. There's a hammer, saw, wood and nails. Right. Chuck that hammer, ditch those nails, get rid o that saw etc", and 4 years later tell them to go build a house.

That is not what we do, but we tell our kids to kick the only tool they have (ball) as far away as they can, then at 20-24 expect them to be a Messi or Souness. When will we learn we are doing it wrong!!

If we can't do it then get the people here who can and get them to teach us how. Don't buy has been players - get decent youth/kid coaches from Spain or Holland here for 5 years. Don't do the 2 week holiday jaunt then come back here and then go "it won't work here".

Somebody take the lead. This is the only five year plan we need. Teach our own to the same standards as others!

Just seen mccoist quoted saying that "foster and Ian black will be missed unfortunately but the rest of the boys are in fine form" really mate? A nearly fell off ma proverbial chair. Let's hope he knows something we don't and the squad give falkirk a pounding, just can't see it though.

I think you'll find when he's talking about injuries then follows it by saying the rest are in fine form he means they are fit & ready to play, again people looking for excuses to have a pop cause its ally who said it .
