13 Nov 2020 23:18:28
Booked up for London the day heading down the 17th back on the Sunday can’t wait to do the English on there own patch 🤥.

13 Nov 2020 23:57:30
That the winnings gone then?

14 Nov 2020 07:10:11
Yes I would expect Davis to retire from international football. If so I feel that would enhance his chances off another year at rangers ingerrard.

14 Nov 2020 08:40:24
TT I have hardly spent a bean as am still stuck in the house till Wednesday.

The good news is my hotel is free.
My mate works all over England and builds up points and he has used them for our hotel.

13 Nov 2020 21:22:29
Zungu scores for SA.

13 Nov 2020 21:49:25
Dont see it.

13 Nov 2020 22:15:49
He scored in last minute, came on as a sub.

13 Nov 2020 23:17:14
TJBB must not have happened then he score a header in the 90th min.

14 Nov 2020 00:40:50
I wonder if he will get he’s first start against Aberdeen, also wonder if Davis will retire from international duties after this break. It’s the logical choice.

14 Nov 2020 06:00:47
No chance do you start zungu v aberdeen.

14 Nov 2020 08:40:47
Correct Paul.

14 Nov 2020 10:32:56
All depends on the players who’ve been away on international duties fitness levels who starts mate he’s been a part of the squad for a decent amount of time now he’s going to need to start sometime. Looks comfortable on the ball and fitted in effortlessly. I do get your point though mate. After that it’s benfica. He needs to start playing.

14 Nov 2020 11:01:30
Sorry guys, really couldn't see it, typed it in and it came up full time 0-0, now updated to 2-0. In saying that I was a bit tipsy so god knows what I was looking at.

14 Nov 2020 11:50:00
Cool tjbb.

13 Nov 2020 20:40:58
Now that Scotland qualified for Euros next summer what is the significance if any of these remaining European Nations league fixtures?

13 Nov 2020 21:49:33
Are these not for the next one? If we win the group we move up in rankings and should make it easier to make tourneys more often a bit like we are doing for co efficient in Europe.

13 Nov 2020 22:04:58
Dunno bankie, but they can't just no bother, is it not a competition in its own right like?

13 Nov 2020 22:12:11
I think if we win them it qualifies us for a World Cup play off?

13 Nov 2020 22:15:31
Your correct COI it’s World Cup.

14 Nov 2020 00:04:55
A lot of people think these games are pointless but they have huge benefits for us. The nations league has been a god send for some of the smaller nations 👍🏻.

14 Nov 2020 09:30:34
Think there are only 2 places available though for play offs for World Cup and it’s the 2 teams with the best records that will make the play offs. If Scotland can win those 2 matches I think we would be guaranteed 1 of those places.

14 Nov 2020 10:00:40
Guys, so your saying these are World Cup qualifications matches for 2022 World Cup. Thought I’d read we had 2 routes to qualify for Euro20/ 21 and match against Serbia was route one.

14 Nov 2020 10:09:17
I agree C and they are way better than all the meaningless friendlies that used to fill up the calendar.

14 Nov 2020 12:11:00
Go to utube and type in South Africa v soa Prince if you want to see Zunga's goal. You can fast forward to the last min. Nice header.

13 Nov 2020 20:22:06
Tomthumb thank you very much bet daheer 14/ 1 well played kind sir.

13 Nov 2020 17:28:57
Brexit! I really hope you got these winners in a line today, your flying, I’m all ready for “ get in “ on sky racing, ,

Daheer 8,15
Shula Island 7,45.

13 Nov 2020 17:47:37
Got Castle Robin and sadies trix on 50p ew L-15 one got beat and I've got Betty's Hope 7-15 wolves. Had 7 squid singles on Castle and Sadie. Bettys Hope will be massive odds but that was my mas name so it's in the lap of the God's, good luck mate.

13 Nov 2020 18:32:23
Let's hope ol Betty was reading the racing papers this morning then mate, good luck.

13 Nov 2020 21:23:39
Had a lovely touch on Daheer at 12/ 1 brex. Hope you followed me in.

13 Nov 2020 21:27:13
Cheers TT I got on and got 14/ 1 on daheer.

13 Nov 2020 17:17:53
Bolton v Salford has got 2-2 written all over it, 12/ 1.🤐.

13 Nov 2020 18:34:29
3-2 both ways brex,

13 Nov 2020 15:36:33
I was just recalling the great Scotland teams of the past when our players plied their trade for Man Utd, Liverpool, Leeds United, etc. Strachan, Dalglish, Souness, McQueen, Jordan, Bremner, Hansen, Hartford. The list goes on. What players we had then. It isn't a bad thing that last night's team had a few players playing in the English Premier League. It doesn't matter how many Rangers players are in the national team. We don't have many home-grown players in our first team. Good to see young Patterson given a run in the under-21 team. Winning the league is the first priority yes as a Rangers fan, but let us support our national team, whoever is playing.

13 Nov 2020 16:00:03
I hear supporters all the time waxing lyrical about the good old days ie when Scotland had players of real talent. but the fact is that during the era of the Baxters, Laws, Hendersons, Johnstones etc Scotland did not qualify for any tournament from 1958 to 1974.
Scotland have qualified in total for 8 World Cups and 2 Euros (before last night) and in all these tournaments have never got out of the initial group stage.
For a nation purporting to have a footballing pedigree that doesn't make scintillating reading does it?

13 Nov 2020 16:19:57
Tell me this doiger, if Lyndon dykes hadn’t opted
To play for Scotland do u think we’d have qualified? Not just last night but his previous games have made
Such a difference to our play.

13 Nov 2020 16:37:51
Interesting fact Arcadia mate well done 👍.

13 Nov 2020 17:19:38
I think you’re going overboard on your rating of dykes mate, he’s done ok, who knows if another player would have done better, I think the midfield is where the real strength lies, since getting rid of brown it’s flair players who are coming to the fore a bit more, and I’m glad to see Ryan jack play so well, he has flair and strength.

13 Nov 2020 17:42:46
I would like to see a couple of fast Central Defenders for next year.

13 Nov 2020 17:51:32
Ffs you would think Dykes was the 2nd coming of the real Ronaldo he is average at best an am glad he is nowhere near our team.

13 Nov 2020 18:00:26
We’ve been hopeless for a while Tom we’re very strong in midfield that’s a given my point being with how well dykes has done, take him out who plays? A half fit Griffiths, mcburnie? 😂 there really isn’t a lot of options. I do feel he has not so much been the final piece of the jigsaw that’s a long time away but more he’s just what we were lacking. He’s made the difference.

13 Nov 2020 18:03:01
Yip his centre half is our weakness. Big McKenna has pace and is rated but I’ve never really been impressed. Tierney and mctominay have decent pace it’s just about that middle cb and absolutely did not say that about dykes you’d awe read what you’d want I said he made the difference and he has. That’s there to see.

13 Nov 2020 18:08:39
The lad Gallagher does a job, played mitrovic very welll, , much better than McKenna.

13 Nov 2020 18:39:27
The thing with comparing this squad with the golden era of the likes of Jim Baxter, Denis Law and John Greig - there were only eight places at the Euros back then and if there had been 24 places back then Scotland would have qualified no problem every time.

13 Nov 2020 19:11:51
I agree John25,declan gallagher looks a find for our national team.

13 Nov 2020 19:50:46
Aye young Gallagher does look a very good player tbf. Motherwell aughtae tie him down before the summer.

13 Nov 2020 20:18:23
Correct geronimo, , and I suspect Gallagher will be a January target for them, after they pay up big dhumbos loan deal.

13 Nov 2020 21:10:35
I gerrard he is a bit of persona non grata in the game.

13 Nov 2020 21:29:24
Who said McKenna has pace He is a cart horse and he makes helander look like Usain bolt.

13 Nov 2020 22:09:45
who's not wanted in the game cammy?

13 Nov 2020 22:10:38
Tom Thumb I’d be stunned if they tried to resign Gallagher.

13 Nov 2020 23:11:38
I don’t watch Aberdeen KJ but anytime I’ve heard any commentators or pundits talk bout McKenna the one thing they all say is he has pace and can pick a pass. Heard it regular mate.

14 Nov 2020 08:08:03
The lad was sacked by livi, worth a google.

14 Nov 2020 08:44:57
Dykes, was a major reason we are in the Euro's next year, he never lost a ball in the air, and showed intelligent use of the ball at feet as well, I don't understand the constant negativity towards this young man. As for McBurnie, now there is a waste of a jersey, he did zilch when he came on the other night, never won a ball.

14 Nov 2020 10:34:55
Aye John did he not get the jail for a serious assault? Quite the comeback. Wonder how the person he seriously assaifeels watching represent Scotland.

14 Nov 2020 11:52:02
I gerrard I have my views but not for this site.

14 Nov 2020 11:53:27
Irvger whilst I am not a fan of mcburnie he too won plenty in the air and stuck away a very good penalty.

14 Nov 2020 12:46:09
I don’t rate mcnurnie. How he went for £20mill I’ll never know man. Proves the prices in England are immensely inflated. I’d say dykes is a far better player to mcburnie. Awe the best to the boy though he’s what we’ve got to work with and I hope he starts to perform.

13 Nov 2020 15:07:06
Congrats to Ross Mccrorie yesterday--.

13 Nov 2020 15:38:05
Congrats to Glen Middleton yesterday.

13 Nov 2020 17:20:23
Congrats to my wife yesterday, for making me buy a new cooker,

13 Nov 2020 18:00:48
did you get here a new vacuum- dishwashing liquid --cleaning solvents etc -no doubt you did .

13 Nov 2020 18:50:15
What you talking about dee.

13 Nov 2020 20:28:27
Tomthumb, Dee obviously runs an orderly and well-stocked house mate.

13 Nov 2020 22:10:52
I got it now, aha, although I m the cook here, i draw the line at washing up and dusting,

13 Nov 2020 14:21:56
We all have our unique perspective upon the world. I have an Italian Torino supporting friend who cannot bring himself to follow the Azzurri containing any Juve players. so it will be with some our support and Celtic players playing for the National side. I personally have no problem in recognising that Christie was good last evening. or that the Scottish team with Christie . Mc Gregor and yes our own Ryan Jack is a strong area of the team. does that dilute my blue credentials or make me 'suspect' for some of our support?

13 Nov 2020 15:15:58
I remember my dad, taking me to Rangers v Torino about early 70s, , they were very big then, much better known than juve,

13 Nov 2020 15:20:46
Absolutely not mate, it's not the players fault the majority of fans and the governing body are eejits. I've watched better Scotland squads fail us in the past so was good to see them do well last night.

13 Nov 2020 15:45:17
Well Tt. that Torino game at Ibrox you allude to wasn't any old game. it was, of course, a QF tie in our ECWC winning season.1-0 that night .2-1 on aggregate.!

13 Nov 2020 16:22:58
Not atall Arcadia mate you’re Scottish and it’s in you’re blood. It’s easier and more rewarding to love than hate. Hates such a bad emotion. I have hate for people and it can overwhelm u. People who hate the Scotland national team for the reasons they give don’t realise if they all supported us then the idiots that boo etc would be in the minority.

13 Nov 2020 17:23:35
Your correct of course mate, I only remember how famous Torino were and how they looked the part, I didn’t even think of 72 when I was posting, just aabout being there and I think I took the program to school for my teacher.

13 Nov 2020 21:25:48
Wonderful. memories of that run to Barcelona. Although every member of that team were fantastic I always felt Dave Smith was very underrated and major influence in the achievement.

13 Nov 2020 13:53:46
I see your horse won Brexit 👍🐴
Happy days.

13 Nov 2020 15:22:43
Ta 3 cheers had 7 squid at 8/ 1,got sadies trix 3-45 fairy house, fingers crossed.

13 Nov 2020 17:24:28
Your on a roll today brex, I think that was a big gamble at fairyhouse.

13 Nov 2020 13:51:25
A lot of kudos going to certain players last night but not much mention of our own Ryan Jack. He got about his job under the radar and very with the utmost professionalism. Almost an unknown soldier but we as The #Famous supporters know what he brings to the table. #55.

13 Nov 2020 15:17:00
A fantastic signing for Rangers, hope he’s here for years yet.

13 Nov 2020 15:44:11
Ryan Jack was superb last night.

13 Nov 2020 13:01:08
Lads, the high performance podcast on YouTube has a 2 part interview with Steven Gerrard and it's well worth a watch. The guy is just top drawer!

13 Nov 2020 16:34:15
I listened to it on Tuesday and the the way the manager talks about what he wants for us was fantastic. The man's a born winner and we are in safe hands.

13 Nov 2020 12:32:24
Anyone got any bets on the horses today that are worth a little punt?

13 Nov 2020 13:03:19
There’s one running at 3pm mate at Ayr called Norfolk Enchants 🐎.

13 Nov 2020 14:09:38
Thanks I’ll have a week look
Garth rocket Wolverhampton 16.45 looks well worth a punt too 😊👍.

13 Nov 2020 15:20:22
Stig I’ve almost backed Garth rocket again today, but the horse won on Monday on a completely different surface, I’ve taken The blue Bower @5/ 1, and a saver on 33/ 1 shot Glasvegas, used to be trained by Kieth dalglish, I’ve had 40/ 1, 10/ 1 and 7/ 2 winners this last 3 days.

13 Nov 2020 15:27:08
There's a few Rockets over in Tainted Town Thestig but their all losers.

13 Nov 2020 16:35:14
4-45 wolves. Diamond Douglas.

13 Nov 2020 11:20:49
Congratulations to young McKee for call up to N Ireland u21 squad. Wonderful young player.

13 Nov 2020 11:03:18
I hope the videos filtering round of the Scotland players n camp last night show exactly why these boys embrace playing for their country. Wither you support the SFA or not. maybe try supporting the players! They work their balls off for things like this! Wither they play for rangers, Celtic, St mirren or hibs, everyone of them get my full backing and support.
Im sure we all remember these words. " They won't need visas, they won't need passports. euro 2020 (21) brace yourself. Scotland are. coming! " I do not with yo enter into any debate or fight over this. As much as I hate the SFA. i love the national team and this is fully deserved! Now bring on the English at Wembley! The joy, the tears, the elation everyone of they guys showed. they are all hero's and let's congratulate them all on their footballing achievement!
I know things have beencposted on social media etc. let's use another thread for that please. This one is all about positive vibes for the players, the backroom and the nation!

13 Nov 2020 11:49:24
Well they won't need visa or passports mate all there games are in uk 🤣🤣🤣.

13 Nov 2020 12:04:30
Phenomenal achievement by the national manager to be honest at first I never thought he was the right man
But wow what a turn around
Absolutely buzzing what a performance from every man
Well and truly deserved

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

13 Nov 2020 12:08:55
Not when we get to the final paul86 mate 😜 wee thought . you’ll get rangers fans supporting England v Scotland that’s a cert. imbeciles and You’ll get them supporting Croatia cause barasic is Croatian will be the excuse. Lol wonder what will be the reason for supporting Czech Republic’ lol dunno and never will understand why anybody in the world would not support there country of birth or there national team in any sport regardless of the stupid politics. Support the players man there just boys like us.

13 Nov 2020 12:09:46
I make no apologies that I could never support a despicable human being like Griffiths when he plays for Scotland.
Each to their own.

13 Nov 2020 12:12:09
Oh they might Paul, if wee Nicola Krankie gets her way and persuades the deluded to vote for our Scottish bankruptcy .

By the way I'm 100% Scottish, a Rangers diehard Unionist bloke Paul.

13 Nov 2020 12:21:24
Agree 100% with that BlueBell, in fact just posted a reply on the subject on the celts posts page.

Don't know if it posted yet tho.

13 Nov 2020 12:22:00
Brilliant achievement and I'm very proud of our national team. I can't understand why so many refuse to support the team blaming the sfa or Aberdeen, Celtic fans booing etc because none of those actions have anything to do with the team. I hate the sfa and any fans who find it clever to boo their national team but those clowns will never stop me supporting Scotland and I couldn't be any prouder today. A big well done to our team and what a tie we have in store at Wembley with the auld enemy.

13 Nov 2020 12:31:21
That was the point Paul, i. assume you didn't support rangers in the penalty shoot out victory in the eufa cup semi final. When the commentary was this exact phrase. Wow man some people don't have a clue.

13 Nov 2020 12:36:34
Aye, most true Scots support the national team 3 cheers, but many of us can't support certain individuals who have despicable attitudes towards others on and off the field. (you know who they are mate) .

13 Nov 2020 12:52:18
I'm a very proud rangers diehard and have been following my beloved rangers everywhere for nigh on 45 years now! I used to always also go to the scotland games and always have and always will support the country of my birth! I'm very proud to be scottish and british in that order! Over the years i've had superb times at scotland games. I don't like the SFA or want indepence for scotland, as i want to remain part of the union, but that shouldn't mean that any of our supporters who are scottish born and bred, should not support scotland because they hate the SFA and want to remain part of the union. that's most definitely separate issues for me! I honestly can't understand why any supporter supporting another country, when they're playing against the country of their birth🤔 Absolutely delighted scotland qualified last night after 23 years of failing, to reach a major tournament 😁Go on bonnie scotland and give it everything at the euros next june, i most certainly will be rooting for you 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍.

13 Nov 2020 13:00:40
Bluebell and Bluebilly, I think the point is that when supporting Scotland you are supporting the team and the nation that you belong to, not individual people or players (or for that matter the governing body) . I also can’t stand Griffiths, but that’s because he is an awful human being, not actually because of who he plays for. I don’t have any problem with the likes of McGregor or Christie WHIlST PLAYING for SCOTLAND I’ll add before folk go mental. My point is, certain individuals shouldn’t turn you against your nation / team you support. I’m sure there have been players that played for Rangers that you’ve not liked as people but that’s not stopped you supporting us. For example I didn’t like Diuof or Barton as people. I think they are arrogant, ignorant and overall pretty nasty pieces of work. Yet i'd never Ever of considered not supporting Rangers just because they played for us.

13 Nov 2020 13:00:49
What are you on about Kri55. It was a joke think you are looking a bit to far into my comment 🤣🤣🤣.

13 Nov 2020 13:34:41
Gers1978,

I thought I made it clear I 100% support the Scotland team but cannot support certain individuals (the squad would still perform just as well without them in my opinion)

Also, pretty sure BlueBell is also a true Scotland team supporter at heart and like me has his opinions on individuals.

Maybe he will let you know this on his own behalf tho.

13 Nov 2020 13:48:00
SGL Spot on. i'm also a proud Scot and Brit. And nobody will stop me from supporting the Country of my birth, Well done Bonnie Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚽️🇬🇧👍.

13 Nov 2020 14:20:24
Fair play then Bluebilly (I actually wrote that before your second post above appeared) .
There have been a lot of others though that I’ve seen today who’ve stated that they don’t care about Scotland citing reasons such as ‘certain players’ or the ‘SFA’ or what some fans have chanted in the past. Just don’t see the point in letting those things affect whether or not they care about their nation.

13 Nov 2020 14:25:56
Great post Coops, I don’t understand why some of our fans cannot support their country. Have some great memories following Scotland and remember vividly Joe Jordon in 1973 scoring and Dennis Law entertaining us from the touchline. Last nights performance whilst perhaps not quite of the same quality was equally exciting and for the current generation of young supports every bit as meaningful as my 1973 memory.

13 Nov 2020 15:08:53
I remember watching Scotland v eire at Hampden in the sixties. The celtic end was full of green and white scarves. If you think they were all southern Irish then your crazy. I'd say 70% of celtic supporters don't support the land of their birth.

13 Nov 2020 16:37:52
Don't think so Paul, you just didn't make a joke, they are supposed to be funny.

13 Nov 2020 17:50:35
Were supporting our national football team it's not about politics or the sfa or celtic, or even rangers for that matter. Is no one proud to be Scottish anymore?

13 Nov 2020 18:57:20
and i support the blues here.

13 Nov 2020 10:46:26
I Read a thread further down the page about Dykes and the ‘should we, shouldn’t of we signed him’ debate. Here’s my view on it. Dykes is a very decent and accomplished player and does what he does very well. He is very good at playing with his back to goal and dominating CB’s whilst challenging for high balls. He also has a decent first touch. But here’s the other thing, we have only ever seen him playing in teams that play one style of football, the long ball game where the team is set up with only one forward and his job is to try to constantly get on the end of 50 yard punts and try to put pressure on defenders and bring others into the game. And here in is where the problem lies. When in the last two and a half seasons have you ever seen Gerrard advocating we start lumping high balls from the back, completely missing out midfield? Our style of play is the total opposite of what Dykes is good at. This is why it’s important not just to sign ‘good players’ but also good players that are used to, and will fit easily into the style of football that the team plays. And let’s face it, it’s not as if the style of play we have isn’t good to watch and isn’t working. Would we all be happy if we signed Dykes and started to set up and play the way Scotland do? (Don’t get me wrong I’m a big Scotland fan and couldn’t of been prouder last night but in order to get success we’ve had to basically play like Kilmarnock do, it’s worked, but it’s not pretty to watch)

13 Nov 2020 12:02:40
I agree Gers1978, as much as I like big Dykes we don't play the type of football that would suit his style of play, he is excellent playing in a team which plays the long ball but Rangers play a more possession based fast attacking type of football with the front making a lot of movement on and off the ball, but good luck to the big man,

13 Nov 2020 12:56:25
The reason i thought we most definitely should have signed lyndon dykes is the different options he would have given us, when games maybe weren't going our way. We don't have a striker like big dykes at rangers, who has a style similar to big duncan ferguson of yesteryear and there's nobody will ever change my mind on our missed opportunity to sign dykes!

13 Nov 2020 12:57:25
Big dykes has good movement and can run the channels guys, can you not see that 🤔🤔.

13 Nov 2020 13:34:02
But my point is SGL, when have you ever seen Gerrard play that ‘different option’ style that would suit Dykes. If things aren’t going well he changes the players / formation but still plays the same way so he was unlikely to sign a player that ‘gives a different option’ if he’s never going to use that option. Again I emphasise that I think Dykes is a good player, and he can run the channels, but he’s not the strongest with the ball at his feet or playing quick intricate passes in and around tight defences the way we play. (And before anyone says it, yes Itten my be tall but he’s not a ‘target man’ type of player, he’s said it himself, he’s not used to the rough and tumble of the Scottish game as he’s more used to a technical game. And he actually cost less than the 2m Dykes went for)

13 Nov 2020 14:36:19
Dykes has looked good with the ball at his feet and able to link play everytime i've seen him playing Gers1978🤔 Dykes imo could easily play for rangers up top on his own!

13 Nov 2020 09:50:26
The last time scotland made it to a major tourney we failed to win 10 in a row and hearts won the Scottish cup. Some may say its an omen.

13 Nov 2020 10:48:00
That’s some good stats that I thought the master statitition on the other page would have picked up on by now. Oh wait it doesn’t suit his agenda.

13 Nov 2020 11:25:26
Notice Buzz never mentioned that wee stat Paul, I think 🤔 there could be something in it, well found.

13 Nov 2020 08:44:21
Brilliant all the lads from the Open Goal Podcast on YouTube are going to be delighted with the Scotland team all singing and dancing to their adopted song in the dressing room last night.
"Ohh yes Sir I can boogie"
The next podcast is going to be a cracker.

13 Nov 2020 08:03:36
I know some on here have or had reservations about Steve Clarke and perhaps don't like him, but you have to hand it to him, he has done what no manager has done for 22 years - get Scotland to a major finals. This team is hard to beat (a bit like Rangers right now) and they have players who are playing at a high level for the like of Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool and Aston Villa, as well as Rangers and Celtic. We have nothing to lose next year and the group we are in, including England, is mouth-watering. I'll always support Scotland in every sport and can't wait to watch the Euros next year, having already clinched #55!

13 Nov 2020 08:10:41
I am loving it always love my country.
It is easier to qualify now let’s not forget that.

Tho not taking anything away because at least we have something to watch in the summer that we are actually in.

13 Nov 2020 08:33:52
There's only one team that matters and we're sitting top of the league.

13 Nov 2020 09:03:26
Didn't he only have th he option of qualification through the pka y offs because of Big Ecks efforts?
And are we already forgetting his teams efforts in the actual qualification group?
Hopefully he will go to the Tims next - that's how much I rate him.

13 Nov 2020 10:33:41
Big Ecks scotland were garbage, wouldn't have made the euros under him, I stopped watching scotland when he was manager.

13 Nov 2020 10:57:10
I'm delighted that we have qualified, but the football on offer was dire, especially when Clarke made those baffling substitutions! I will still be supporting them but kinda through the fingers at times!

13 Nov 2020 11:41:50
You forgot about the Motherwell players doiger 😜.

13 Nov 2020 15:12:43
When I got my tickets for Hamden, Wembley I did not expect to be watching Scotland.
also two tickets for Final.

However, I don’t expect to see full stadia even in June.

13 Nov 2020 08:00:58
Come on Coops take a Bow🇧🇪🇻🇬.

Review Of The Day 13th November 2020

13 Nov 2020 07:39:04
{Ed's Note - Ed001 has posted a new article entitled, Review Of The Day 13th November 2020

13 Nov 2020 07:22:09
Roll on next summer.
Hopefully 55 is done and most of us can look forward to playing England, Croatia, Czeck Republic
Happy Days and I can't wait till we take on the auld enemy.
Cheers Scotland you've done us proud. 🥃😊.

13 Nov 2020 10:28:37
As a very freqnt visitor to split Croatia 🇭🇷 I am a big fan, , hoping to be in my favourite wee bar on the coast for Scotland games.

13 Nov 2020 13:56:01
Tom don’t I be cashing out on any accys today mate 😂👍.

12 Nov 2020 23:47:53
I hope dykes is settled now in London and is a success, because I have a nightmare vision of him signing for the mob over the city and haunting us for blanking him, he’s a handful alright, and really should be in ittons place,

13 Nov 2020 07:15:32
We definitely made a mistake not signing him and why we didn't is beyond me. Fingers crossed Itten turns out to be a cracker but why did we take the chance on him because Dykes already knew the league was settled here and would have been cheaper. It was a no brainer but hey ho we shall just need to move on and trust our management team on why they chose Itten.

13 Nov 2020 07:22:50
Old fashioned target man I fancied him here but got he wasn’t rangers class I think they would need to pay abt £3 to £4 million for him celtic now he certainly bullied their defence last night.

13 Nov 2020 07:47:35
Coops on here always wanted Dykes signed and most of us gave him grief for his opinion. Have to say as lone striker he provided a great option for Scotland last night and created significant problems for Serbian defence. I remain convinced that Itten will prove a better option for us and is a far better footballer as witnessed by his goal scored against Motherwell last month.

13 Nov 2020 07:59:33
We've got our own man who can bully defences. His name is El Buffalo.

13 Nov 2020 08:12:22
Well I am glad we didn’t sign him.

13 Nov 2020 08:50:23
Big Dykes terrorised the Serbian defence last night but their defence was all over the place and even worse than Hamilton Accies, I hope he can do the same against a decent defence in the Euros, time will tell ?

13 Nov 2020 08:57:23
I can’t believe the love in for dykes, I’m delighted we did not sign him. He has scored two penalties in championship.
I wish him all the best but big guy flicked hi balls all night to Serbian defenders.

13 Nov 2020 09:05:06
Correct KJA9.
Who's he replacing in the Rangers starting 11?
Would he have been happy to come to Rangers as 3rd / 4th choice striker?

13 Nov 2020 09:48:57
Agreed john. Anybody can throw a bit of weight about up front. He wouldn't get near our side.

13 Nov 2020 10:10:50
Dykes couldn't lace the boots of Morelos, Defoe or Roofe.

13 Nov 2020 10:34:53
Can't believe someone just compared serbias defence to Hamiltons, there really is no hope for some people.

13 Nov 2020 11:02:58
FFS let’s give Dykes some credit, just not good enough for the rangers.

13 Nov 2020 11:49:44
Dykes would not fit in to our style of football, we knock the ball about not the big boot up the park for a knock down, glad we didn’t sign him. IMHO.

13 Nov 2020 12:30:44
Bankie I gave him credit read the post, would u like rangers to hump ball up park to a big striker. Win and retain about 10% of the ball, rest go to opponent to attack us again.
The boy is average as are Scotland, not what rangers need.

13 Nov 2020 14:44:37
Agree John, would not want Dykes anywhere near our club. Some on here though being far too critical of his ability.

13 Nov 2020 15:16:25
Bankie it’s so funny reading about our greatest ever CF from Australia, better than, Jordan and Law according to some on Facebook.
He happens to be the best off a very very bad batch for now.

13 Nov 2020 15:39:25
What “ love in “ are you seeing John . That’s a mystery to me mate, I don’t see anything remotely like a “ love in”.
