To any people going on at me regarding revealing information regarding crooks/spivs that have been fleecing us for the las 2 years, can you kindly note that the Police requesting information from Green regarding links to Whyte is part of the ongoing fraud investigation, maybe slowly dawning on people we are being conned to this day and the Police ARE involved, they do not just jump in and risk compromising their case.

I was hoping there would be charges brought by now but at least we know Whyte and Green being looked at by authorities.

Worried about our membership being stripped wtf would happen then?

RTID. george

Will post on my email tonight about future plan as up next week and staying up a few weeks

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Now your aware of a police investigation George, will you be revealing the information you have to the police in order to help them with their enquiries.
put an end to all this cloak and dagger, can't talk now nudge nudge wink wink my life could be in danger nonsense.
might even give you a new identity (say J Trainer)

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe the worry about your membership being stripped has something to do with the fact that it was only issued on the condition that Craig Whyte had nothing to do with the new club in any way shape or form!

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe the membership being stripped has something to do with the fact that a condition for it was that Craig Whyte could not be involved with the new club in any way, shape or form!

Bluebeard
I have been aware of the Police investigation for months as I was one of the people who gave up talking on here and took some action. Passed a file with every name I knew involved including certain criminals behind CW.
I have been asked countless times to reveal on here everything I know but as I explained this could only hinder an investigation.
Now there is some confirmation of this I hope that arrests and charges esp CW will happen soon.

People have met me when I came up to start handing out flyers to try and get support to act rather than all talk.

So no I am not Jim T I am much slimmer, more handsome (not difficult) and most important I love Rangers.

Murray, Whyte, Green, EBTs IPOs proxy votes, Tax Tribunals, AGMs, EGMs, Admin, Liquidation, Duff and Duffer, Director's bonuses Blue Chip investors City this City that Toxic Thomson, Phil effing 4 names wee Jimmy Spence, George Numbnuts Galloway- The disgraced solicitor MCConville with his "objective" thoughts on Scots Law. On the Club Website tonight we read about "The Company". "The Company"have given the police this- Pinset Masons on behalf of " the company" have supplied this or that. Anyone remember the good old days when we supported a Football Club- Rangers Football Club? Anyone else scunnert?
Yes the 19th December is important but hopefully we get a Football Club at the end of it all and not a company. Yes call me naive but when I saw Ibrox with my father for the first time 50 years ago it was to follow the Gers not some company run by Bus Brothers and faceless wonders with no bond to the Club. - Oaft!

It's clear we need to make more money, in the absence of more investment, to survive and I've brought up midweek friendlies in the past.

Here's a long shot. we share an almost identical club badge with Flamengo of Brazil, a passionate fan base ( though theirs' does seem to measure 39 million ) and football was introduced to Brazil by a Scot. How about a home and away friendly at Ibrox and the Maracana? Both would be sold out and televised worldwide.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Are you mad?. televised worldwide?

Go lie down man.

Great idea. I support Partick Thistle and we play in an almost identical strip to FC Barcelona so we could play them. Ashfield could be paired with some South American giants who play in black and white. Each game could be shown 'worldwide'. Sky might be interested. and every match could be kicked off by a 'celebrity twin'. Its a wonderful idea kfraser, thank you so much for suggesting it.

Agree0 Disagree0

John, mate. FC Barcelona play in an almost identical strip to us.

Agree0 Disagree0

Uuumm your point Paddy?

To JohnTheJag, no disrespect to Partick as my uncle was a fan of the team but you don't have the pulling power of Rangers.

This story and journey of ours couldn't have been made up and as nightmarish as it is, it's a story many around the world of sport follow. I'm surprised a documentary director hasn't latched on to it. A good friend of mine in Rio commented on the similarity to the badge and wondered if the two teams had a historical connection. The badge is everything, the strip colours not so. Check it out on google for yourself.

I think the marketing people at Rangers are doing a great job and there's no question about it but we could perhaps be making a great deal of money from documenting this journey. It's a unique sporting story involving a team known almost everywhere in the world. I don't think a Scottish club team has ever played a Brazilian one. Could be wrong but what a story this could make. The media is all powerful today and we should at least be looking at angles. Good luck to your team by the way, I think they're a damn fine one with a great history.

John, am a Thistle supporter too and FCB copied us. They're even started to play like us.

Agree0 Disagree0

Indeed Paddy. now wse need to copy them and score goals.

@5 kfraser, celtic have played a few brazilian teams, last one I remember was celtic. 2 Vs flamengo. 2 at hampden 94 season if I remember right, the boy savio was brilliant that night, celtic tried to buy him but he signed for real madrid were he earned the nickname "glass ankles"

Agree0 Disagree0

We played a team from brazil at ibrox in one of those 4 team pre-seaon tourney's (port algero or something like that) must have been early 90's (I think).

we also played a team from brazil in miami (i went to the game), was just a piss up no glamour fixture, at the rose bowl, was only a few thousand at the game.
