By taking Dominic ball on loan from spurs who I believe is a defensive midfielder does this mean we might forget about eustace who has been injured for a long period of time.my opinion we say thanks but no thanks had our fingers burnt with crocks too much in the past.

He's a center half and can play right back, not holding mid.

I hope both these boys are for cover and not first team picks. We want partenerships to form with our full time boys not play the loan market then next year we back in the same boat as now

Hi Davie - It says on the daily record 'The Argentine believes both Oduwa and Ball can now benefit similarly from regular first team football under Warburton in Scotland'.
I would say that Oduwa will walk straight into the first team. Ball I would say will be benched for a while until a cup match/injury. Do you think this will mean either Zal or McGregor will be leaving? It looks to be all but over for them!

Davie1980, don't see spurs agreeing to loan deal unless some level of first team football being part of deal.

First team spots have to be earned walsh and temps have been playing well, why should oduwa walk in a guy you have never even seen play. He could be awful for all you know.

If they're better than what we have they'll play, simple as that.I understand where davie is coming from, but it won't matter if they're good enough.

I think our team i'd good enough fir championship with out them with no injuries of course.look at vuckic he good player but if we played walsh instead then he be a season hardend an prob better player nnow with more expierence.were only benifiting spuurs by them being first team picks.i would keep macgregor and sell that clown zaliuskis maybe to berwick with black

anybody else noticed that all the goals we have lost this year including the penalties have been runs made directly through the center of our defence.nothing from the flanks. just a thought

Both teams need to play on the same pitch, always hate it when people use the excuse that the pitch was bad.

Cee

Totally agree mate they should just get on with it. Good players can play in any pitch and it used to irk me when Ally used to moan about the state of some artificial pitches and say certain players wouldn't play on it

have any of you actually played or trained on a pitch like that?

There have been plenty of posts praising the new signings and quite rightly, as well as the new style of play. One player who deserves a mention and shows great first touch and ball control is Barry McKay. Along with Lee Wallace I thought he was outstanding against St Mirren.

One player that stands out for me so far. James Tavernier. Guy looks like he can well hold down that right hand spot. That's what we missed last year was a good right back.

Barrie McKay always rated him as a outstanding player just never got the chance under old management. Should maybe play Aird and Hardie too.

But loving the style of football W/W are playing. Going back to rangers old days in the early 90's with pace and attack. If they can bring that back I think we will be in Europe before we all know it!

I agree with both of you in parts, but steady on, we have only played a couple of games.

In 3 months if we are still going in the same direction I will be very very pleased.

In 6 months if we are still going the same way I will be ecstatic.

In 12 months if we have played the same way and won the league by a country mile then I will be over the moon and believe that my club has come back from the dead and is in safe hands, and hopefully in that time King will have sorted out all the bad stuff and introduced his new philosofy.
