It could be that Windass and Crooks from Accrington Stanley and Stewart from Dundee will be heading for Ibrox in January. Has anyone some thoughts on how good these signings might be? Interesting that Naismith is contemplating his future as he doesn't start games for Everton at the moment. Forgetting my tongue-in-cheek post the other day, if was to re-sign for Gers and score 20 goals between January and the end of the season, would we say 'welcome back' Steve?

11 Dec 2015 13:58:24
To be hoesnt I don't know anything about any of them and I've never seen any of them play. I would take players from Englands league one before I would take players from the Scottish Premiership, having said that if its good enough for Warburton its good enough for me. Your point on Naismith he left at a bad time but that aside I don't think we can pay his wages and I can't think of any player who has left and came back the same or better?

I asked the same thing about Greg Stewart but I watched the gaffers press conference and he basically said it was crap and he's bewildered by some of the headlines regarding Rangers.

Tragic news about the death of Arnold Peralta.

11 Dec 2015 12:04:38
Horrible news. Hopefully the club can make a donation to his family.

RIP Arnold Peralta.

11 Dec 2015 13:26:22
Really sorry to hear the tragic news about Arnold Peralta. My thoughts go to his family at this sad time.

11 Dec 2015 13:35:54
Very sad news, must be horrible for his family. Puts things in perspective, football is only a game but life is so much more.

All grounds this weekend should hold a minute silence, the spfl should pull the finger out and instruct this.

Honduras is a deeply troubled country with one of the highest murder rates in the world. Government and police are too corrupt to improve a very dire situation.

11 Dec 2015 20:44:03
Shocking News . Thoughts with family and friends.

12 Dec 2015 10:39:31
Was Alan Hodgkinson, who died last week, goalie coach at Ibrox during Souness /Walter's time?
If so might be nice to mention this at the game today as well as Arnold.

12 Dec 2015 10:42:48
Luigi

Would be right but not a good idea.
One, possibly two grounds would embarrass us by jeering and maybe even setting off flares. Although it would probably be other fans in disguise who did this not "the worlds greatest fhans"

12 Dec 2015 11:33:51
Sad I wonder if they targeted him on purpose because he's a footballer, but I read that whoever done it never took his wallet, just so sad the boy was only 26.

12 Dec 2015 16:44:24
Well done on your point scoring Deeb. How utterly ironic.

12 Dec 2015 19:13:09
pathetic patient
do you know what ironic means?
in what way was I ironic;
I was stating a probable fact; Tims and Sheep would not observe it.

12 Dec 2015 19:45:58
You worry about other teams (namely the "Tims and Sheep") misusing the Peralta tragedy as a means to point score - whilst you yourself use the Peralta tragedy to point score. So yes, I'm more than aware of what the term ironic means. It just so happens your use of it was unintended.

You're right though, irony probably isn't the correct term given that there wasn't much humour in what you said, or in the topic at hand. Pathetic is a much better description and it goes with your oh so witty name calling.

13 Dec 2015 12:57:46
I'll keep it simple for you.
I said what I did because I meant it; I wasn't trying to disguise a point or be ironic.

{Ed001's Note - then you are missing the point of his reply. It was moronic by you to ruin an RIP post with a pathetic bigoted attempt at point scoring. Grow up or go away.}
