Can anyone answer this, if Dave King was to come in and buy up the share could RIFC (the mob we owe the IPO money to) say to Mr King we want our money back. The IPO money now looks like a loan that will need to be paid back any answers ed

decision time for us the fans the board have broke there side of the deal way david king and the fans what a surprise there king should never had aloud them time at all delaying tactics that all they are good at empty promises I urge every rangers fan to put your money in to the trust because king is the only one we can trust simple the rest shouldn't be anywer near the club go with king or throw your money down the drain no who gets ma vote

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Quite agree craigs - without stating the obvious, we - the fans - have been lied to again. Who do you trust - who can you trust. the whole game is a house of cards and it looks like it's going to collapse - again.
The 120 day review becomes the 'ongoing' review. the CEO has now lost ALL credibilty. forget the manager as he has none. as my granny would say - we're humped.

Agree0 Disagree0

Read the statement from the rangers board tonight and for dave king to bring up this before tomorrows game is a disgrace and I've said before if we don't buy season tickets rangers will be gone forever

Agree0 Disagree0

Wha deal if d king made a deal why was it anounced to all bears I might live in a small backwater but I never heard anything of once again we are put in aposi tion where we don't know the right story because I am as suspicious of d king as I am the bandits if he wants what's good for club let him put his money where his mouth is I buy enough shares to swing balance against the bandits I reckon abot 20%would be enough no harm to club and everyone is awinner and everthing could be in place for start of new season including a manager but fellow bears beleive me this action d king is calling for could have serious ramifications for the club push the bandits into a corner there is no saying what they will do to get there money back with profit so bewarned

Agree0 Disagree0

@lbj d mate he can't buy shares if nobodys selling @2 let's be honest what dk has said or done will make no difference to how terrible the team will play tomorrow also if we buy s/t the money will just disappear like the rest of the millions that's gone

Agree0 Disagree0

Lbj d, I agree totally, we are between a rock and a hard place, but to follow King, under his terms, will open a can of worms that will be disaster for any future our club may have. If the board and current investors are cornered, nothing will be left to be salvaged.

Agree0 Disagree0

Illy b that's spot on acertainty I wish in was as sure of the winner of national at ayr the morra or betterstill lottery co sure as the cats a hairy beast it will happen

Agree0 Disagree0

@lbj d. do we continue to be blackmailed in to buying our ST's, for them to syphon off their cut?
I cannot continue to fund these bandits in the hope that things will get better, it wont. There is no investors willing to put money in. It is us (the loyal fans) that are getting fleeced and if we don't starve them now, the inevitable will happen before next season is out anyway they want their last big pay day, our £10m season ticket money! which they will use for line own pockets and still force Administration 2. don't kid yourself that buying your ST will save our club, they have no interest in it at all, apart from the robbery of our assets which have been stripped. Messrs Somers and Wallace have done nothing to gain our confidence. take off your blue tinted glasses and accept the truth, this board have US in their pockets and won't let go until WE have made them VERY rich.

Agree0 Disagree0

@5. Seriously?. following the current board is the attitude of a Lemming! Go jump off the cliff mate. or, trust a man who tells the truth. NO MONEY, NO PLAN, NO SCOUTS, FAILING STADIUM, glad you think this is the option. Give money to men who are proven to be hopeless at Football Business Acumen. Revolution!, only way forward. Now all of you GROW UP!

Agree0 Disagree0

N7 and n8 yous have got it spot on I posted on here when board asked for 120 days that time would fall at renewing book time the mob that are running us into the ground do this for a living they are asset strippers no hearts no rangers men among them they will not only be performing this at ibrox they will be stripping other companies that are in trouble its how these barstewards make a living ime all for dave king let's face it he could not be any worse than this lot

Agree0 Disagree0

I trust Richard Gough to have the best interests of Rangers at heart but I also trust Ally Mccoist do I trust King? I really don't know, to come away with this on the eve of a Scottish cup semi is NOT putting Rangers first why not wait till tomorrow? The stakes are too high here and I think the damage is done there will be too many people not renewing on the strenght of Kings statement so its fingers crossed time and that is not a good position to be in. I don't do politics and I can't see how renewing can harm our club so that's where I am.

Agree0 Disagree0

Its not r gough I don't trust I am suspicious of dking and rust bandits even less as far as big bear says there would be shares for sale at 40p another 20%would be enough possibly less to take control if all like minded bears pooled there share holding I am fearful that bandits will sell club up for abigger pay day if pushed I have been saying this for months

Agree0 Disagree0

Ayr bear, I have no time for current regime but if you honestly think DK's plans will sort it out your wrong. It will finish Rangers as we know them.
Do you think the current investors will lie down and just accept it. My ass they will.
My opinion, they will get loans against what they can and recoup their cash.
Then you will have no money, no team, no need to worry about scouts, no stadium etc. Worst of all you will have a manager.
Instead of us growing up, your like minded should open your eyes and waken up to the real world.

Agree0 Disagree0

OP the board have not broke any promises YET they asked for 120 days back in december and I think that is up on the 17th april. There are no people coming forward with answers, is with holding our ST money the answer I don't know but I do know that potentially it could be catastrophic we are between a rock and a hard place. For me we must renew and work for change from within what other options are there?

Agree0 Disagree0

Billyb. Understand your point, however, one group have to go cap in hand to borrow 1m, and one man says he can bring 50m. Who do you want in charge?

Agree0 Disagree0

Ayr Bear, In all honesty, I would prefer Dave King, but not in the manner he is trying to get the fans to adopt. That will ruin us, and there will be no way back. His £50m is just pie in the sky and he is trying to USE the fans with no output from himself.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ask the dave king camp how many shares he has just now not many me thinks if he was desperate to own club he could have bought it out of liquidatiion for a fraction of the 30/50 million he claims can put in its a simple case for d king put his own money where his mouth is

Agree0 Disagree0

N16 apart from dave kings money being untouchable due to court case in SA once duff and duffer got involved there was only going to be one winner

Agree0 Disagree0

You are all missing the fundamental problem here. if the current investors do not want to dilute their current investment then DK gets nowhere. The club goes bust and the assets are sod off to recoup the money BUT you can bet your last penny they won't be sold off for the pennies they were the last time. A lot of hot air, saying the right thing to get the hordes baying for blood. maybe the current board have got it right, cut costs, live within your means, sustainable business plan going forward. maybe not the pots of cash you all think DK will deliver but it will ensure your clubs survival. Stick or twist?

Criticism Comes With the Job (Rangers Website), you have got to read this article to believe it, what a totally loathsome piece of work McCoist really is. Surely even the most avid Superally fan will see him for what he his after this desperate attempt to cling on to his job. Tomorrows game is symbolic of McCoists reign, would winning or losing be better for Rangers? I have never thought that about a Rangers manager not even PLG, but McCoist has dragged Rangers down to his level and a cup sf defeat to get him out is a bargain.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

SB, I heard part of his press conference on tv. He is still oblivious to the muck being dished out every week on the park. Muck that he orchestrates. I agree with several comments on the ability of some of the players and the potential of others. There is the nucleus of a team but must have the right coaching to maximise its potential. Every week he remains in charge takes us further back.
Winning tomorrow does not change our predicament, so like yourself I hate to see Rangers lose but God knows what is for the best.
However, the latest development with DK probably means administration anyway.

Agree0 Disagree0

I was thinking pretty much the same myself Smokey Bear.
I actually just about cannot listen to the wee fella now. I wish he would close his face until he does something really positive for the club. To me has become one long boring less than accurate cliche

Agree0 Disagree0

Billy b don't wish for administration as I have said administration could be the end of rangers with the bandits having security over everything they could demand there money back totally and liquidate club and sell of asete forwhtever purpose they want as long as they get money so beware

Agree0 Disagree0

Lbj d, Administration is the last thing I would wish for.
My 3 wishes would be.
1. Ally & Co. out.
2. Able businessmen to invest and co-ordinate in a fans co-operative to buy a majority of shares.
3. The return of our standards as a club to enable us to be PROUD once more.

Agree0 Disagree0

This mob are trying to kill us of while making millions doing it they have showed us nothing in the time they've been hear they know how much we love rangers fc and they are making us look daft in the process

come on gers get big alex mcleish back in the managers chair, chase fat sally out now, he will just sit there brass neck with no shame taking wages he does not deserve we honestly could not play any worse if we had a amateur boys brigade coach, get him out now, the mans a joke

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I agree we need a new manager Spivs Out just not sure we want Big Alec back

Agree0 Disagree0

Please not McLeish or Smith just someone who believes in good football, I cannot take any more of this negative 19th century football we have put up with for the last ten years. Please.

Agree0 Disagree0

I knew we could not agree for ever macoist out aye but not macleish in he was not asucess down south

Agree0 Disagree0

Jimmy calderwood would be a good manager I think, has done well everywhere he's been, and knows football inside out, wouldn't be big wages, but has an orange face, and plays with himself, but could do worse.

Agree0 Disagree0

Stuart mccall all day long good at working on a small budget and getting the best out his teams and his whole staff including scouting system would cost ally, s wages just my opinion.

I remember years ago a semi final would have had me putting a holiday in to get to the game and a few beers afterwards. well I'm working the mora. my holidays are gold dust and I'm not wasting them on ally and his mercenaries. we all live in hope rather expectation!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Yeah last Sunday before the game I was going to buy a ticket for tomorrow & take the day off decided against it. Luckily il be home in time to see the game but if I worked Longer hours on Saturday I wouldn't bother my @rse.

Agree0 Disagree0

Get a grip the two of you are playing ramorra

Agree0 Disagree0

Listen nbear2 me and larky are having a moment and fyi i'm no playin. i'm the manager. so get tae yer bed because remember you have tae get up a couple of times during the night tae pee!

Agree0 Disagree0

And like every good rangers manager I will be out karaokeing it tonite!

Agree0 Disagree0

Ay-no giant pampers are us. And don't be cheeky to your slightly elder elders. Anywho the grey squad have voted and you've had the old heave ho- the dugs back in charge. I'm in Madrid your back in Govan- ehms the breaks.

Agree0 Disagree0

Actually Bigcol you might have hit on something (lucky shot). Back to the old incontinence breeks some of our older players who float on tae the pitch at the start of a game and who stagger (and splash?) off at the end could easily be carrying an extra 5 kgs after 90 minutes.?
Richt am awa tae ma bed- on wi the breeks - lock and load,

An interesting fact about Rangers, Dundee Utd. Scottish cup-ties is that it is 25years since we beat them. We've had some good teams in that period and still got humped. For me personally, the 1994 final when they won 1-0 was probably our worst display in that era.
Worst final I attended was the 4-0 thrashing by the east end mob in 70/71.
My first final was St Mirren v Aberdeen in 1959 and one of the few non Rangers finals I attended.
Back to United cup ties, I see we are 2/1, to-morrow, to win. I hate to say it, but I do not think we have a snowball's chance in hell.
I really hope I am wrong but fear the worst.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Utd at 11/10 seems easy money. I just don't think I have it in me to bet against us. Also good money on Aberdeen at Evs they played fantastic on Monday I think they will have too much for St Johnstone again.

Agree0 Disagree0

The problem for me is I do believe we have the players capable of beating united we just don't have the organisation or management to achieve it.

Agree0 Disagree0

The problem for me is I do believe we have the players capable of beating united we just don't have the organisation or management to achieve it.

Agree0 Disagree0

I beleive although I rant and rave we do have the players the infrastructure etc that's all coach or management as jose says zero we can only hope the morra god is a proddie because that's the only way we will win

Agree0 Disagree0

We might have the players but not in form. We chased " unbeaten status " in the league to the detriment of the cups.

We didn't rest or rotate the squad, never dropped poor performers, didn't promote talent from Murray Park and key players are now injured or not match fit. Too late now to recruit from the youth and play debutantes. Our own doing.

Agree0 Disagree0

@1- If only Black had the same attitude as you Larky.
I never bet on Rangers, for or against. Just a daft wee superstition I have.

Agree0 Disagree0

@baybear its no daft there's nothing worse when its your own team that gubs your coupon

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes LB, I have never bet against Rangers and I don't intend to start now.
I am not even going to watch it but no doubt the laptop and teletext will be well used. [That is while we're still in the game. ]

Agree0 Disagree0

Actually billyb wee Ally has led a fairly charmed life and you don't score the number of goals he did for us without being lucky.
Common sense and watching United and then us tells you we should get completely humped tomorrow- but?
If the best team wins then they are in the final already but some times the diddy team (us) prevails. But I am not betting on it but what the odds that wee Black is?

Can anyone enlighten me on what will be the state of play in respect of the conditions laid out in the application for membership with SFA?
Mainly in respect of the business plan (6) which states 5year plan and that we would remain in a solvent position. Can their be any come back on our membership? because I can only assume certain hoops fans are writing to SFA now about matter,,,,, persons
