Tavson your right mate, not been on for a while but enjoy reading everyones posts. I agree tho, who cares about them. We focus on our own team and its about what we do. 9 years ago, i remember brechin as someone said but we are back where we belong but we never forget!

We show professionalism at all times and never forget but we are now back on top with a top management team. Joy to watch the boys play and i'm excited for the new season. Final word, i hope you guys have a great and enjoyable season, we were born rangers fans and let the good times roll. Oh what a feeling, dancing on the ceiling. W.a.t.p 🇬🇧🤸‍♀️🇬🇧🤸‍♀️🇬🇧.

Guys, had a few sherbets but question for you, who do you think is the best left back we have had? Davie robertson, arthur numan, sasa papac (the man was consistent), borna barisic, bomber brown. good players and all played there part. Just a question for debate?

They were all great players but I'll go for Arthur Numan. I love watching him now when he's on podcasts he's a good laugh and loves Rangers.

Guys these polls for who the best player in a certain position, are in a way useless. Football and the way it is played changes and so does the way certain positions are played. Before 1966 the formation was 2-3-5 and after 1966 teams in Britain started to seriously play 4-4-2, over the last few years it is the diamond shape or 4-3-3. If you are asking who the best in a particular position over a period of say 15-20 years then it would be more pertinent. To the afore mentioned I would exclude goalkeepers. In the 60s and 70s full backs defended and hardly ever crossed the halfway line. e. g. is Tavernier better than Tiger Shaw/ Bobby Shearer. Two completely different eras. End of post.

Guys we won today, 3 points is all that matters. I get the feeling there's a few jitters with some on here the fact they have won the last few games! We are top of the league, unbeaten and playing at home saturday. We perform how we can and they won't be able to live with us. As someone has previously said, they won't play like st. mirren and i reckon they will come at us as they need to win the game in my opinion. No fears for saturday and we seem to play better the better the opposition so looking forward to the game with confidence.

There defence is not as good as ours, and their midfield is average apart from McGregor, Turnbull is a good player, but nothing special, so let's just relax a bit, think last year at this time, it was 2 points this year it's 7 IF they win their 3 games in hand, not easy.

Yup I think Celtic need to win but to win u 1st need to make sure u don’t lose. I think the 1st half could be quite tight and nervy for both sides. I think they’ll start with Griffiths and edouard up top, tunbull in behind with Christie and mcgregor either side in a type of 4-1-3-2. That’s how they seem to be going atm, going by that our defenders will be busy and need to concentrate. And Davis and kamara could be pushed back a bit with them playing 3 attacking mf and 2 strikers. Personally I’d be happy with a draw as we’re not playing great and they seem to be finding both form and confidence.

I think folk need to realise, these games are diff from any other. Bigger n better n more experienced than Turnbull have failed in these games. I don't see enough of him to judge but this is a diff type of environment, even without fans. It seems a lot on here are worrying about Celtic. let them worry about us. We are the team to beat. We play our game.
I think 9 of today's 11 will play, with Kent and Balogun ( for pace) will come in.

Just looking for your thoughts guys for some debate, if we had to lose one player at the end of the season from kent, barasic or kamara, with bids from another club between £15m-£20m for talking sake for each player, who would you let go if the club was to agree to sell one of them come the end of the season? Ideal outcome is we get a run in the europa latter stages and generate more cash so no one is sold as i want to keep our best players to build on the good work produced so far this season but just to get some of your thoughts?

Lol klubdfut just seen your question mate, I really rate Tierney think he’s a class act just seems to have bad luck with injuries an awful lot. Who’s the better player. I would say there’s not much in it for me I wouldn’t separate them much. Both are of similar quality both defensively and going forward. Tierney maybe a bit better defensively but not much in it. Borna is great at set pieces though. U would maybe take Tierney because of age but balance that against injury record and would take barasic. I couldn’t separate them so I’ll say borna 😂.

Yeah mate. Both very good players The only other one i'd take is Callum MacGregor. Another great wee player. When I’m judging footballers what team they have played for or playing for has no bearing.
Ref borna. I was trying to say if tierney was struggling in England I think borna would also. Again just my view.

Guys i know this is a rangers site but for me KT is the better left back than andy robertson. The fact he has won the EPL and champions league glosses over everything. We have the croatia left back who is outstanding and will go on to prove it in a better league than scotland. Easily command £20m. KT for me is class tho. Robertson is good but KT is the better alround player. Anyhow, onwards to 55 and still say 50k for kamara is a steal. he will be the one who we can get real money for in imo in terms of what we paid to what we sell him for. Plenty assets at ibrox, hopefully we can bring in a few gems to add to the quality and keep the resale value going. As for tomorrow, big game but another marker in that if we can do the business, it adds further pressure to the timothies. Game on 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

Totally agree with you lads regarding greegs, great goalkeeper but i prefer mclaughlin also as i think his alround game is better in particular his distribution with the ball at his feet, just my opinion. We play out from the back so the goalkeeper being comfy on the ball adds to the team keeping possession of the ball better.
