I'm going to be in the minority here, but I think we need to replace Arfield. He doesn't create, and doesn't score. You need to do those things as the attacking midfielder. His shooting is laughable. but he runs around a lot so I'm sure there will be a lot of people who disagree with me.

The reason i disagree with you Ted Rangers, is because scotty arfield has scored 6 goals from midfield this season. He also has had several assists, so to be perfectly honest mate, i don't know where you're coming from with this!

Ted rangers I'd agree with you that airfield lacks creativity and real goal scoring threat as an attacking midfielder he might be better playing back a position. To back this up aye he scored 6 goals but had about 70 shots.

I think he’s struggling a bit lately but I think the main problem is we don’t really have any other options in attacking midfield position
We need compatition for him
This window will be big for us but creative midfielder and striker have to be top of the list.

Ive watched arfield lately guys and I think he is tiring early during games. He seems to be doing his best but he is not a regular goal threat. Plays his heart out though.

Nonsense- the games we have struggled to score is when he has been out injured or suspended . I knew when he came off last night we wouldn’t score . He’s the runner from midfield that goes beyond the striker - agree we need to sign another to give co we / competition.

When I first started going to Ibrox in the early 90's I'm sure the fans used to swing their scarves above their heads. Looked amazing. Anyone know why that's died out? I'd love to see it back.

As I recall the Hearts Fans started this in the mid 80s and we nicked it. Ibrox was impressive when it was done though.

I didn't watch much of the league cup final today, but what I did see was young Lewis Ferguson showing that he has the type of attitude we need. I'd love to see him come to us to get his revenge over them. He has great potential, and could add to our squad for next season if we could do business with the sheep. He's too good for them in every way.

Morelos has become a tremendous player. No service, caused problems every time he had the ball and scored a goal.
On the other hand, what happened to the ejaria who played against Ufa away? He's got very little to add to the team.
Good result in the end, hopefully get some momentum going now.

Ejaria is only going through a dip in form. It happens to every player you know Ted Rangers! Totally agree with you regarding everything you say about morelos! He's paramount to the way gerrard wants rangers to play! If any club does come in, to try and sign morelos, I'd quote them between £12million-£15million, nothing less! I'm sure gerrard will demand that anyway for him and so he should! If clubs are desparate to sign morelos, hold them to ransom, just like other clubs do with us! If they want him badly enough in england, then they'll pay the asking price for him!

If Morelos has 2 bad games or gets sent off, despite the blatant intimidation and goading of our opposition, you will see knuckle dragging fickle so called fans on here calling for his head. Exactly the same with Tav despite the FACT his statistics have shown him to be our best or close attacking threat, yes recently this has been boosted by his penalty taking, they want him gone sad some people do not understand simple truths. Does anyone on here really believe Tav would still be in the team or even close to it If he was not being asked to play that role. Everybody is entitled to their opinion but please think before you post. I do believe, as a few on here have said, Katic should be playing imo he's miles ahead of Worral, though his last game was very poor. We seem to be playing with a much slower tempo the last few games can not put my finger on why.
I Love SG and the way he conducts himself, Really and honestly think he can become a great for us. He's new to management and has and will make mistakes due to that but you just know he will learn.
I truly believe we are very close to being contenders, still expect Celtic to win the title but we are in with a shout if we can get 2 quality players in JAN>.

Tav I'm not saying shouldn't be in the team, just his qualities as a captain aren't there . Morelos is only going to improve he had a good record in Finland and is doing well here . he will one day move on but will be a far better player and hopefully will look back at his time with us with fondness.

Maybe mr king knew no matter what he did the treacherous few would still be out to Lynch him anyway. so I will say it for them. I'd say Gerrard has been beaten by more experienced managers, who can see some very obvious flaws in the way we play. But the same would be said about us against Maribor or Villarreal away. We don't have the quality to break down tough defences, and we don't have the discipline and concentration levels individually to stop the counter attacks. Gerrard can't make the players more creative or make them concentrate. The system is effective though, that's why we dominate games most times.

The concern is that this guy is paid to give his views on football.
Morelos was very lucky to stay on the pitch, each incident could have been a booking if the laws were applied in the most severe way.
If a straight red card had been given for any, it would have been another successful appeal, as per the laws of the game. It's disappointing that pundits here just don't understand the laws of the game.

It's a shame that Wallace isn't playing. Surely that decision isn't a footballing one, no matter what was said at the AGM. Halliday is dreadful. I'd actually like to see us go and pick up the Kilmarnock left back, Taylor, in January.

To be fair, Lafferty wasn't that bad. I mentioned him because he had just missed a great chance, which is the usual for him to be fair. 2 up front caused them more problems and allowed Alfredo to come into the game more. Might be worth doing that more often against these wee diddy teams that just play a block.

Halliday is a far superior left back?
The guy is brutal. Just because he's a rangers man doesn't make him a good player. People say Wallace was missing for their goal. halliday sold himself and ended up sliding off the park for some reason. Wallace is a club legend for what he has done over the years. He obviously lacks match sharpness, but halliday is a terrible, terrible football player.
