No Henderson, as there are no share available to have any kind of influence. The only way he could acquire shares at present is by buying out existing shares and nobody with significant holding will sell.

He could in theory buy out his cohorts in the Easedale block, but he would have to sell Newcastle first which will take a few years. I think his interests in Rangers are finally fading, Sport Direct name is being destroyed in the media and he's suffered some public humiliation by judges with regards to using the court as a tool for his own gain.

It's whether the resolution is presented again to diluted shares with a new issue is proposed at AGM and whether Ashley seek a futher court injunction to stop it again. But by now I think he realises he won't have control of Rangers, anything he does now is wasting money to make a point.

I think he has done enough of that now and will move on. Sports Direct shares are nose diving and his personal fortunate has been significantly reduced, he has bigger issues to worry about than a vendetta with Rangers.

This story is worse than the one about Scott Allan and the Rangers fan from Belfast who gave him a pin badge and Allan told him he was signing for the Gers, we all know what happened next, guy says he sent Allan a letter wanting his supporters club pin badge back.

MOH is signing, he will play for St Johnstone against Hibs at the weekend. St Johnstone were reluctant to sell for less than £500K due to potential loss of MOH and loss of the cup match. £500K before the game, deals been done £300K after the game. Warburton signed off on it as he wants to see how O'Halloran handlers Hibs, deals off if he gets injured.

Corey Evans is on his way in on a Loan deal, he signed a new contract to 2019 at Blackburn, but has made only 1 appearance this season. He is keen to cement his place in the Northern Ireland team for Euro 2016. Paul Lambert is a great admirer of Warburton's methods and trust him to develop the player further. Helps that all though Lambert played for Celtic he's a life long Rangers fan.

Fab1 would that be the same St Johnstone who the following week went out and stuck 5 past the league leaders at the time Aberdeen. Who beat your mob only weeks before that.

He is actually second choice and needs first team football to secure his place at Euro 2016 with Northern Ireland. He is coming on a 6 month loan.

TOM42 It scares me how little fans pay attention to the AGM. The club currently has £14.7M share equity unissued. The loans will be converted to shares when the next issue does go ahead. But after that £14.7M no more shares can be issued until a resolution succeeds to allow the club to waterdown the shareholding. This was blocked at the AGM by Ashley and the Easdale block as it required 75% approval. For someone to put money in to the club they need shares in return. Only an idiot would gift a PLC money and not take shares or assets for their money.

Until the Easdale block are bought out or their voting rights barred the club will need to rely on Season Ticket money, Little TV revenue and Loans against the outstanding £14.7 available equity. King could pump in £14.7M against the remaining equity shares to spend on players but we would have no money to pay wages, run the club etc in exchange.

Will you write the club a cheque Tam? bearing in mind you won't get any shares or assets for the your money, yet that's what you are asking King to do.

Green was asking them to take pay cuts to stay, hand on heart I would have to leave as well. But if any of such players who refused to transfer or resign, I would take Sone Aluko and John Fleck still only 25-26. he was a good young player, played for the shirt but had a bit of nonsense in him as young boy, but at Coventry he has been a sensation and has grown up.

He's now a solid grafter, and helps that he is a mad Bear like Halliday. He didn't just leave because of Charlie Green if you remember, he and McCoist did not see eye to eye, the famous training ground bust up over a bucket of chicken.

Guys, there is no such thing as Double Jeopardy in Civil law, it was applicable to criminal law until the law was changed. You cannot make comparisons from the EBT case to a murder. When Lord Nimmo Smith confirmed Rangers gained no sporting advantage and that no existing rules had been breached, he handed down a fine for non disclosure. He ruled that non disclosure had no impact on players registrations.

The court transcript confirms the lawyer acting for the league on conclusion stated "Our client accepts the courts ruling, and is not subject to any HMRC appeal", end of the matter. The ones driving this is Celtic fans. Even Celtic put out a wimsicale statement talking about, "at the time" they thought the court was wrong but accepted this was a league body matter and not within their control. Celtic fans can cry about it all they want, the law has spoken and the league accepted the court findings.
